Beautiful rings! We needed a more affordable alternative and chose both of our wedding bands from James Avery. WE are strong believers in the Lord and love the meangins of our rings. I have the scripture of Ruth band. -

I have loved this place since I was in high school, and it was my one-stop shop when it came time to select a wedding band for my new husband. The staff here are always personable, polite, and can tell you anything about any piece in their inventory. They helped order the ring he wanted from another location, walked me through the engraving process, and after the wedding dust had settled, hubby dragged me back there to get himself a "back up" ring to wear at work! I'm a lifelong customer and they never fail to impress me. -

We bought my husbands band at james avery and he absolutly loves it. it fits his finger like a glove and we couldnt be more pleased. -

Our wedding rings are beautiful. They are the Song of Solomon rings...and everyone comments on how beautiful they are and asks where we got them. At the actual store...we had full attention from BOTH sales reps there and they seemed genuinely excited that we were using these rings as our wedding rings. -

I was delighted to find our rings at James Avery who after all the years is still in vogue. We love our matching bands and
the price was unbelievable. I'm so glad we didn't spent money on an expensive ring. The service was very good. The
workers let me take home 4 sets of bands so I could see which my husband liked and we both picked the same one, the
Ruth ring. James Avery as always is exceptional and I would highly recommend them. -

My wife purchased my wedding band at the Southlake Town Square store.
The staff was very patient, friendly, and accomodating in trying on different rings.
We found one that looked and fit well, was sterling silver, and at a very good price.
After wearing it for almost 2 weeks now, I am very pleased! -

I have always loved James Avery and was delighted when we got our rings. They called us the next day because the rings were at 2 different locations and could not get them to us in the time frame we requested. They would have sent them straight to us, but they wanted to check the quality before sending them to us. They refunded the shipping to make sure the quality was up to their standards and that we would be happy with them. Our rings arrived within a week and are beautiful. -

We received our wedding bands as a gift and were purchased at James Avery. Since we lived in New York, many people were not familiar with the James Avery brand up there and we had unique silver bands. Once we moved to San Antonio, we noticed many other couples have bought the same band. Since then, though, they have allowed us to personalize them by engraving and adding stones to them which we have certainly taken advantage of. I would recommend James Avery and will purchase here for my friends who will be getting married in the spring of 2009! :) -

I bought my husband's ring from James Avery. He just wanted an inexpensive gold and silver band. I loved the one he ended up with. It was very inexpensive and excellent quality. You can't go worng with James Avery. -

They were patient while my husband I debated the font and called us the second the rings came in. They also called us the first time they came in and had been ingraved incorrectly to tell us they were sending them back eventhough we hadn't seen them. They just wanted us to know the progress. Felt very secure in working with them. The rings are beautiful. -

We bought our bands at a store in North Houston. My husband and I are very simple people, so the bands worked perfectly for us. Fantastic for the money... and feels like it will last a lifetime... 3 years without a scratch. -

I bought my girls necklaces to wear at the wedding. It was so meaningful to give my two best friends the Linked Heart Butterfly - representing our years of friendship and how we had watched each other blossom and mature. My sister got the Floating Heart Butterfly, which seems to incorporate my new initial - B!
James Avery has definitely upped there prices over the years, but their customer service remains outstanding. And they finally have a website, so you can browse online. -

I bought my husband's wedding band here. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly. I chose to get an inscription engraved on the band. The work was completed in a timely manner, and I was contacted as soon as it was ready. My only disappointment was that of all the fonts they offer for engraving (around 20), only 2 or 3 were available for the inside of a ring band. I would have liked more options to choose from. However, the ring came out beautifully, and they will shine it up for free at any time! -

We got one of our wedding bands here and it was fairly inexpensive however it was silver and was tarnished after only a week of wear. We loved the style of the ring but we were disappointed with the quality. -

I got my and my husbands wedding bands here. They came out beautiful, we got them engraved, but the day after the wedding my silver band turned black for NO REASON (didn't change lotion, soap, etc. ) They only offered to polish it, couldn't offer an explanation as to why, and blamed me though I have several pieces of their jewerly, including rings and it has never happened before. I explained perhaps the metal was just bad but they argued with me and kept blaming me. -
