Julian and his crew were such a joy on our wedding day! All of them were very friendly, and they made us feel very comfortable. Julian was great with guiding us through all of the different shots; he explained everything thoroughly so we knew exactly what was going on. During the reception, they captured all the groups who were banding together without being asked, and they were very quick and responsive when we requested for certain things to be shot. Overall, it was a great experience! I’d definitely recommend their services to others - and use them again if an occasion warranted it. -

Amazing Team , Very Friendly!
I loved working with Julian and Leo, they were super friendly and attentive throughout the whole day. Our wedding was very traditional and they were quick to catch on and adapt to all the customs. Thanks for shooting our big day! -

To start off, I did not hate my experience with Jade Film Studios. BUT I would NOT recommend them as I am definitely not satisfied with the experience. The day of my wedding, a man showed up a little bit late (this was no big deal yet) who I did not recognize the face or name of, and it turned out that Jade had decided last minute to send a photographer that they claimed was their 'best' without any notice to us and it freaked me out as I had no idea the quality of his work and it was a stressful enough day already. Update 8/15/2020 - Adrian reached out 8/14 with an explanation and an apology. I understand things come up however the fact is I still had no one there to photograph my wedding and am pretty disappointed.
Hello Jade Studios - you were under contract to photograph my wedding on 8/8/2020 and did not show up or contact me in any way. I would appreciate you getting back to me to see if we can resolve this. -

My wedding was on 06.20.2021 (yes over a year ago). The initial communication was fantastic but it became a nightmare after the wedding was over. I booked their service for my haldi (photo only) and wedding day (photo + video). They came right on time for the menhndi but 1-2 hours late on the wedding day (albiet, my day started at 3AM). For Haldi: they walked in and took usual photos one would take for haldi, lot of communication about types of photos they want and poses, and they were not interfering during the ceremony. For the wedding/reception: arrived 1hr late (my start time was 3Am with a 7AM wedding) which was okay. However, thereafter; they did a great... -

I read reviews and saw their examples on the website, I was excited to work with them. Wedding day comes: The videographer showed up late (didn’t even notice at the time, whatever). Although, he missed us getting ready because of this. He also missed the first look with my grandmother who passed shortly after the wedding. My family and I were so looking forward to this footage, to see her again. But nope. He recorded things before it and after it (in the same room!) but somehow completely missed it. I’m just grateful I had a good photographer that captured the moment.

First off, very reasonable but lousy communication, responsiveness and quality of product. This is not a reflection of the team that came out. First off, my contract stated 2 videographers and only one showed up and there was no 4k aerial footage, also stated in my contract. The pics were ok, hardly edited. The video & trailer (6 weeks overdue) I was told would be late because "We prioritize quality over speed/turnaround time. " what a joke! Horrible editing (if any) and all they did was give me my entire ceremony and 30 minutes of our 5-hour reception. To make matters worse, my ceremony audio is not synced. The words spoken by my priest are not synced with his...
