They catered our wedding reception dinner and dessert and were fantastic. They were friendly and easy to work with. The food was great! We took advantage of the tasting which helped us decide quite a bit. We did take a chance on some items that we didn’t try at the tasting, and they were amazing too. We had a few people with dietary restrictions, but our coordinator Cerissa was helpful in making sure we had options for them. The staff the day of the event was great bringing the food to those guests while everyone else went up to the buffet. A lot of our guests mentioned how delicious the food was. -

My wife and I hired Jacquie's to cater and provide dinner for our wedding reception on 2/24/24 at The Mill Top in Noblesville IN. From the initial planning/quote, to our tasting, to day-of - all went fantastic! The quality of our meal was top-notch; and the carvers, dinner assistants, and onsite team was friendly, professional, and hard-working. Special thanks to Kris Bereman for being great to work with throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Jacquie's for any and all catering needs! -

I'm so glad we went with Jacquies for our wedding catering! Jacquie herself was extremely patient with my slow decision making and made sure we wound up with a perfect menu. Before my wedding everyone reminded me not too stress too much about the food--who ever remembers or is impressed by wedding food anyhow? Oh but they were impressed! Our friends getting married next summer texted the next day to ask who we'd used as a caterer and on the night of everyone, including me!, went back for seconds. Jacquie's staff took such great care of us, making sure that my husband and I didn't skip having a snack during cocktail hour and making sure we filled up before toasts and dancing. They knew what I needed before I did and made sure we had an easy night! -

We were able to try multiple options after not being completely satisfied with our first tasting option. The whole staff was great about making sure our menu turned out exactly as we wanted. They made sure to bring appetizers straight to me during cocktail hour which was greatly appreciated! Our dinner ended up being even better than the tasting and I made sure to eat it. They were very accommodating for our vegan guests as well. We got compliments on everything! -

We are so happy that we chose Jacquie's to cater our wedding in April! The food was incredible and all of our guests have been raving about it ever since. The service that we received from their staff was nothing less than extraordinary and we were so grateful that they cut the cake for us as well at no extra cost. We went with a buffet and the choices were excellent. Very professional staff, good response time to emails and overall an excellent experience from the tasting to the wedding. Thank you again Jacquie's! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a high quality catering company for their wedding. -

Jacquie's is incredible! Sarah was our contact and she was incredibly responsive and flexible. Also, very patient. As we neared the wedding my brain started to explode and I started asking dub questions, but Sarah remained really patient and kind and always answered all of my questions no matter how obvious they were. They food was delicious, on time, and plenty. The servers the day of were professional and very sweet. I have celiac and one of the servers made it a point to make me a plate, bring it to me, and make sure I knew it did not touch any gluten containing food. We had roast beef, lemon picatta chicken, fingerling potatoes, and veggies there was plenty of food and my guests were very pleased. Also, the price paid was for 69, we had 5 change RSVP after the headcount was in and 2 people not bring guests they'd RSVPed with. 10/10 would recommend. -

We had a fantastic experience with Jacquie's every step of the way. The selection process was easy, Sarah Sparks was amazing to work with, the food tasting was relaxed and enjoyable, and the food on our wedding day was fantastic! We chose the brie stuffed chicken wrapped with pancetta and it was SO GOOD. Our guests still haven't stopped talking about it! The service staff present on our wedding day were all very professional and kind, and one of the waitresses went through the buffet for me so that I wouldn't have to do it with my dress. We absolutely loved Jacquie's and would highly recommend.Jacquie's Gourmet Catering's reply:

The portions were a good size where none of our guests went hungry. All the staff was very polite and professional. Definitely a place you want to check out if you are looking for a caterer in Indianapolis. -

I work in the wedding industry, so it is often difficult to find a caterer that allows you to fully choose without having to commit to a pre-established package. I LOVED that Jacquie's was á la carte, because we were truly able to craft a menu that reflected our tastes. Come wedding day, the food was impeccable and the service couldn't be beat. Everyone commented on how delicious every single component was -- from appetizers, to salad and mains. The bartenders were friendly, knowledgeable and even brought one of our guests his beverage on the dance floor because he didn't want to miss Shout (haha). We found Jacquie's as they were a preferred caterer for our venue, and after our initial meeting/tasting with them we really enjoyed their food, selections, and prices. After having our wedding delayed multiple times due to the pandemic, Jacquie's was really flexible with re-planning our wedding. The communication could be lacking at times, where questions went unanswered in emails which mostly happened due to our sales rep leaving the company midway through which we assumed caused some confusion and communication problems. Quality of food and the service they provided at our wedding was amazing! -

Jacquie's food was top notch, and our wedding guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever had! We were very impressed with the quality of the food despite it being served as a large buffet and our photographer pushing dinner 15 minutes late. Our only negative was that communication with Jacquie's before the wedding was a bit challenging. The individual we were working most closely with left a few months before our wedding, so it was challenging at times to get the new employee up to speed on our plans. She was a bit care free when it came down to making final decisions. Despite all of that, the service on the wedding day and quality of the food makes this an easy 5 stars. We would highly recommend Jacquie's to other couples! -

Jacquie’s was the only caterer that allowed us to come sample food without making a commitment which was huge for us! We scheduled a sit down tasting and had lots of food to try (all of which were so delicious). Afterwards we sat down with Jacquie and made a rough draft meal plan. We ended up going with the southern BBQ buffet which was a huge hit! Everyone loved the variety.
For 120 people we discovered that we were going to spend over $10,000 no matter who we went with. Jacquie’s pricing is very fair. We opted to include beer/wine which was a couple thousand dollars more. Totally worth it.
The communication with Jacquie was a little touch and go throughout the entire process. My mom had a hard time coordinating payment from afar since she isn’t local but it all worked out in the end. A few times we found errors on our contracts which Jacquie quickly fixed once we pointed them out. The day of the wedding was a little hectic as I was running around making sure the tables were set up correctly (a couple different diagrams were floating around). When it came to professionalism during the event they did a wonderful job. Everyone who worked for Jacquie’s was pleasant and helpful. They did miss the mark with our cake cutting which left us waiting while everyone watched for our cake cutting knife and plate (total bummer!). Overall I was satisfied with how the evening went with our caterer. They are a preferred vendor of Laurel Hall so that made things a little more smooth.
I think if we had to have a catered event in the future we would consider going with Jacquie’s again or we might venture out. They are most definitely worth a tasting appointment to see if you like their food and if they are in your price range. (Attached food photos are from our tasting!) -

I’ll start with the good. Food was delicious and we still have people talking about it. However, that’s where the good ended. They were a nightmare to deal with starting with scheduling a tasting (I would have nixed then right then but our venue required we use them). When we got the tasting finally scheduled we had to already know what we wanted which to me defeats the purpose of a tasting. Throughout planning email responses were few and far between. Come day of, everything was there but there were still other issues. The buttered hor’dourves didn’t wander far from the door they came in through and when it was time for cake asked my mom for the cake plates and claimed it was in the contract. It definitely is not, she gave an option of real plates or plastic and we chose plastic. No where said we had to provide them. So in summary, food very delicious, service horrible.
