Amazing Cake

Our wedding cake looked incredible and everyone said how good it was. The vendor was very flexible with the delivery time when we needed them to coordinate with the venue and florist. We certainly hope to use them again for another occasion in the future!

Good, Elegant Cakes

Jacques made it easy to set up (and flexibly change) our tasting appointment. The staff at their location were helpful in walking us through our options, and we would definitely recommend trying a few different flavors at the tasting even if you are leaning toward a basic chocolate or vanilla! We weren't originally planning to upgrade, but the moment we tried their spice cake our minds were changed! It was a perfect fit for our wedding and they decorated it exactly how we asked. Seamless experience!

Beautiful Cake

We had the pleasure of getting our wedding cake from Jacques as part of our venue wedding package. They were fantastic to work with and made sure to explain everything up front so we knew what we were getting. I brought in inspo pictures and they made sure to make the most perfect cake to go with our celestial wedding theme. We got a three tiered cake. The bottom was chocolate with cookies and cream filling, the middle was vanilla with cookies and cream filling and the top was red velvet with buttercream filling and the entire cake was covered with their buttercream icing. The buttercream was super light, the chocolate and vanilla cake with the cookies and cream filling was perfect. We got so many compliments on look and taste from our guests. Would definitely utilize their services again in the future and will recommend them to anyone looking as well.

Delicious!

We had such a great experience with Jacques for our wedding! We are big sweets people and wanted a variety of desserts, besides a small cake, and Jacques more than delivered. Everything was absolutely delicious and looking back I only regret that I didn't eat even more of our tasty treats! The tasting, planning, and communication was also very easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys a good dessert!

Terrific Wedding Cake vendor

We used Jacques pastry for our wedding cake in August of 2021, and we can't recommend them enough. We had a 2 tier cake with another sheet cake so we went with 3 different flavors, and they were all delicious. We had a lot of guests come up to us and tell us the carrot cake was the best they had ever had!

They were very helpful throughout the planning process and worked very well with our wedding coordinator on the day of our wedding!

Beautiful Wedding Cake

Jacques Pastry was great to work with. We had up in the mountains and wanted a mountain-themed wedding cake, which they beautifully created. The cake was also delicious! On the wedding day, they came early to set up the cake and had also worked directly with our florist to add some flowers matching my bouquet to the cake. We would recommend Jacques!

Awesome cake!!

My husband and I went with Jacques Pastries to make our wedding cake for our wedding in October 2021. The cake was actually included in our venue package, and it is obvious why our venue paired with Jacques Pastries! The cake was delicious, and we got so many compliments from our guests! The cake itself was moist and the frosting was creamy and perfectly sweet (not the overly sugary kind some cakes have). We had a three-tiered cake (two layers were chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling and vanilla buttercream, and one layer was white cake with raspberry jam and chocolate truffle with vanilla buttercream). They were able to accommodate our design requests, and they were even able to add fresh flowers to our cake! We were incredibly happy with the finished product!

Beautiful and delicious

The staff are very helpful and don't hesitate in helping with suggestions to create the cake for our big day. It was a very smooth and friendly process from the cake tasting to dropping off our ribbon and cake topper and delivery on the day of. Our wedding cake was beautiful, perfect and delicious - so many people complimented how yummy it was!

Attentive and Professional

Tom, one of the pastry chefs was really helpful. He accommodated the different flavors we wanted and he was upfront and truthful about my cake design. Not to mention the cake tastes AMAZING!

Delicious Cupcakes!

The team at Jacque’s Pastries did an amazing job for our wedding! At the tasting we were given so many options to choose from and nothing was off limits. We ended up choosing cupcakes for the wedding that were delicious and a big hit! We chose vanilla and chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter and oreo fillings and usually there are a lot of desserts left over at a wedding but not at ours! They also designed a cake topper for us that was perfect! We asked for a winter themed cake with birch wood, pinecones and berries and it came out better than we imagined. We cannot thank the team at Jacques pastries enough and definitely recommend them for anyone looking for something simple to something custom on a cake or cupcakes.

Beautiful cakes!

I nearly cried when I saw how beautiful our wedding cake was. Every detail was exactly how I wanted it! The variety of flavors made it hard to choose, but in the end what we did pick was exceptional! The buttercream was so light I was able to eat an extra slice of cake! They placed our topper perfectly. I was able to watch them deliver and set up, and the care they take with their product really shows how much they care about their customers. The consultant was most helpful, giving us advice and helping us with the best flavor combinations. I even introduced her to a new combination she can share in the future. I will definitely be getting another cake from them, but this time for a birthday.

Jacque’s Pastry created the cake for my wedding day. They had a huge selection of cake designs to choose from. We also had a very fun and delicious cake tasting. The cake was delivered right on time and the guests devoured our cake! Our venue said they’ve never seen cake disappear that fast. We chose one layer of chocolate cake with nutella filling, one layer of red velvet with cream cheese fillng, and the third layer was chocolate and vanilla with chocolate mousse filing. The cake was so good that we couldn’t even save the top layer; we ate it with our families the next day! We will definitely go back to Jacque’s Pastry for our one year anniversary to purchase a smaller cake to celebrate.

Everyone raved about the cake! From the tasting to the wedding there was zero stress about our cake. Tami was a delight! Always quick to respond to any questions and willing to custom tailor everything to our needs. I have been asked so many times where we got our cake! Everyone was so impressed!!!

Jacques Bakery was fabulous! We hired Jacques to make cupcakes and a top tier cake for our wedding. We had so many guests coming up to us asking if they could take the leftover cupcakes home! They were a huge hit! Everyone couldn't believe that our top tier was actually a part of the cake. It was a small barrel that had flowers coming out of the top and had our initials etched in the side, people had no idea it was actually our cake! We have used Jacques many times for other family events so we couldn't see not having Jacques complete our wedding cake.

Wow wow and wow!! Jacques hit our wedding cake out of the park! It was one of the most beautiful wedding cakes we have ever seen! Thank you so much for the beautiful wedding cake, it's was so gorgeous I didn't want to eat it! Some of the best cake we have ever had! Our wedding cake was absolutely amazing. It was super moist and super flavorful!! Highly recommended to any couple getting married. They were super helpful and very willing to help make my vision come true.

I got a two tier wedding cake from Jacques and about 100 cupcakes and everything was soooo delicious! I got a ton of compliments on the cake. They had a giant selection of different cake and frosting flavors too! Also the price was way more affordable than anything else I've seen out there. From when I had the cake tasting until the wedding day everything went very smoothly and we had no problems at all. They delivered the cake on time and everything was fantastic! I've been to plenty of weddings where the cake was dry and tasteless so I was very pleased at how amazing mine was! I would absolutely recommend Jacques to anyone looking for a great cake at a great price!

Delicious! The tasting was fun and offered so many combinations to choose from. They also accommodated a special request- since our dogs couldn't/wouldn't be part of the celebration, they made sugar replicas of our pups from photos we sent. They were a hit!

Stunning and delicious. The only two requirements we had for our wedding cake and Jacques far exceeded our expectations! I can't wait for our anniversary to order 3 small cakes for each of our flavors... that top layer just won't be enough.

They are amazing! Our cake was so delicious and I can't say enough nice things! It was moist and the frosting was just sweet enough without being over powering. My new husband and I will tell anyone who needs a cake go the jacques

They did such an amazing and beautiful job on our wedding cake and the cake itself is probably hands down one of the best tasting cakes my husband and I, and our guests, have ever had. They were right on time and everything was very professional!

Jacques did our main cake, as well as our groomscake for our wedding. They adjusted the cake top to fit our topper, which was a little larger than usual. The groomscake was a surprise for my husband who is from down south where tradition is that there are two cakes at the wedding. Both were perfectly decorated and absolutely delicious. Even my friends who are in the baking industry couldn't stop talking about how good the cake was!
I highly recommend the following combinations that we did: vanilla cake with bailey's buttercream filling, almond cake with chocolate ganache filling, and chocolate cake with raspberry preserve filling!

Absolutely amazing! It looked beautiful and tasted fantastic. They were very patient and met every little detail I asked for all the way down to the real flowers I requested. I have continued to use this company for other services.

Our wedding cake was incredible. We asked for a peeling birch three-tiered cake, with gold and silver flowers accenting the cake, and our initials carved into the cake like they would be for a tree. It was flawless. It was so fun to start the process by going to Jacques, tasting the different cake options, sitting with a cake designer, and mapping out our vision. Then, the day of our wedding, they dropped it off right on time, and the cake was a huge hit! Our guests thought it was gorgeous, and delicious! We had a conga line going at one point and many people in the conga line grabbed an extra piece of cake as they snaked by the table, it was that good! Thank you, Jacques, for adding to our memories in a very special way.

Amazingly talented bakery! gorgeous cakes that are full of flavor and never dry. We had a couple special requests and they never hesitated. My mother even bought one of everything in their display cases as we were leaving! Everyone at our wedding were amazed at how gorgeous and tasty our cake was. It was so good we ate the top layer the night we got home! we plan on ordering a small version on our anniversary from Jaques to fill in =)

We used Jacques for our wedding cake this past year. This company is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their product. They were able to take my ideas for the "perfect" wedding cake design and turn them into reality. My husband and I got so many compliments on the delicious cake as well as the fun, unique, and beautiful design. My daughter chose Jacques to make her wedding cake.
She and her friends attended the tasting and thought that Jacques was the best!
They worked with her color scheme and fall motif to create a beautiful 2-tier cake.
And we ordered sheet cakes to make sure we had enough to feed our 150 guests.

The cake arrived on-time - despite traffic from competing events; Highland Games & NASCAR. Jacques team put on the topper to present the cake in style.

We had more than enough cake for all our hungry guests.
The bride & groom went home with the top tier and extra cake.

We found the staff at Jacques very easy to work with and very professional.
And they delivered an exceptional product.

We chose to work with Jacques as they were one of the options through our wedding venue that came with the package. We had a unique Halloween wedding theme and wanted a completely untraditional wedding cake. When we went to visit the bakery, we were really impressed with the creative cake options that they had to choose from. They ended up creating a Nightmare Before Christmas cake that was the talk of the wedding. Although we paid an additional amount to go above and beyond what was included in our package, the additional fee was completely reasonable when looking at how much effort was put into the design and execution of the cake. Not to mention - absoutely delicious!

The most wonderful wedding cake I have ever tasted! I was so excited for our guest to feast on a red velvet with raspberry glaze and buttercream creation! The bakery was very accommodating to our budget, and recommended a sheet cake to save on costs. Great value, and wonderful staff that hosted our cake tasting. Just about everyone I know has used Jacques for their wedding cakes. I tried to find a baker closer to home but no one even came close to the quality and professionalism of Jacques. They let us try as many flavors of cake and filling that we could try! They were great in helping us choose between all the amazing flavors they had and matched a picture i brought to a tee. I was excited that my venue packaged up the remaining cake so nothing went to waste. It was a perfect treat after the wedding. We can't wait for our anniversary to dig in to the top tier!

Our cake was the best wedding cake I've ever seen! Yes, I am bias because it was for my wedding, but it truly was breathtaking. The white birch looked so real and the chainsaw cutting into our cake was an exact match to my husbands. Yes, my husband wanted his chainsaw included into the cake! It turned out fantastic! The taste and texture was pure perfection.

OMG! BEST CAKE EVER!

We went with Jacques because it came highly recommended by 3 different people who had gotten married or at least had their cakes in the past. We had our reception at a hotel so the cake was included in our package. I took 2 of my bridesmaids and my mom with me for a tasting in February and had a really tough decision when it came to choosing our flavors! Everything was so delicious!

We ended up with a 4 tier cake, each tier was a different flavor. We chose a chocolate cake with Bailey's Irish cream filling, a white vanilla cake with raspberry filling, and a carrot cake (the top layer was the raspberry and vanilla too).. all covered in a tasty buttercream! The cakes were perfectly moist and had the perfect ratio of cake to filling to frosting!

The design we chose was a simple irish weave along the bottom of each tier, however, the design wasn't the easiest to create. Jacques did a flawless job based on a photo I sent them and I almost felt bad when I had to destroy it by cutting the cake at the reception!

I also surprised my husband with a groom's cake (carrot cake- his favorite,and according to him this was the best he has EVER had)! The bakers helped me to design it with logos of his favorite sports teams that I found online as well as a chocolate replica of his guitar which they used as the topper.

We are still talking about how amazing those cakes were and can't wait to go back for a birthday or anniversary for another one! Great job guys! Delicious doesn't even begin to describe them!

Jacques made us a beautiful, delicious cake for our wedding. We received so many compliments from our guests about how yummy it tasted. It was also absolutely stunning. I couldn't have asked for more. We ordered a 3-tier cake to be placed on one of their beautiful silver cake stands and sheet cake. Jacques was responsive to our needs from the very beginning and provided professional customer service as we worked through the changes to the order. The cake testing was a fun and delicious too!

My husband and I went for a private tasting at Jacques Pastries and it was fun, easy and delicious. My cake turned out beautiful and tasted like perfection. I can't thank them enough. The cake selections are endless and are works of art, do not be fooled by the beauty, they are equally delicious.

Delicious. Do I need to say more? Okay... I will... Not only was this cake delicious, but the staff was easy to work with and handled my small changes perfectly but they were just FRIENDLY. I shopped around for my wedding cake and Jacques staff stood out. They were excited to make my ideas into pastry :) Also, they were very well priced, over $100 less than other bakeries with rude employees (I won't name names Fredricks...) They worked with me to make my budget work and didn't try to upsell me.

We hired Jacques European Pastries out of Suncook NH. We were recommended by our Venue to check them out. I was kind of skeptical as Suncook is in the middle of know where' and we are closer to Boston. We made an appointment for the cake tasting and we got to try any combination we wanted, make sure you go hungry there are a lot to choose from. !! We were immediately impressed my dream wedding cake was in the window of the shop. We tried a lot of different cakes we found it hard to make up our mind they were all good. We decided on two different one layer was lemon cake with strawberry and lemon in between the layers with butter creme frosting the second one we choose was chocolate cake with raspberry filling and butter creme frosting. They were delicious!! The cake was beautiful I wish I could put a picture of it. Check them out you'll be glad you did!

Our wedding was a small (50 people) event but we wanted it to be perfect. I had heard good things about Jacques but had never been there. After calling them, my husband and I went to a cake testing which I had never done and was a lot of fun. The selection was extensive and we were given some ideas/suggestions of what flavors would be better together than others. We selected a cake with 3 different combinations and the style that would go with our country wedding. I had a custom made cake topper and Jacques secured it to the cake with charming heart shaped wire holders and as the base of the topper was old barn board, it was just right! The cake arrived at the reception hall at exactly the time we were told it would. It was absolutely delicious and I'm looking forward to our one year anniversary when we can eat the top that's in our freezer!

Jacques came with great reviews and did not disappoint. They did a simple three tier cake and an additional one for serving and accommodated us sending our cake topper only a few days before the wedding. From the easy and straightforward tasting to the final product, they were fantastic! Their cake really is delicious. The buttercream frosting is light and of course the cake and fillings are great. After trying what was reported as the "premier Boston wedding cake vendor", we went to Jacques in Suncook, NH. The cake tasted so much better and was more artistic. After one meeting our consultant, Tom, understood our concept and made it the way we wanted it. To be consistent with our Broadway theme, the cake had a New York skyline on two layers and Broadway show posters on one. He built and amazing theatre marquee for the top.

Jacques made us a 3-tier wedding cake. The tasting was absolutely delicious, and it was a difficult decision to choose only 3 flavors. The staff was very kind and helpful, and when I called with a question, the women that I spoke to was very professional and kindly answered my question.
The hazelnut cake was amazing! It was extremely moist, light, and the frosting was perfect, not too heavy or sweet. Jacques stayed in contact with my florist so they could incorporate the same flowers into my cake. The decorations were flawless, which a spiral of coral and ivory assorted flowers flowing down the cake. We were extremely happy with our cake and would recommend Jacques to anyone. They were an absolute pleasure to work with!

I brought a photo of a cake that I saw on Pinterest but it wasn't exactly what I wanted. Once in the bakery, I saw another cake that I liked. Jacques was able to take the things I liked about each of the cakes and combine them to make my dream wedding cake! The White Russian cake filling was out of this world!!! There were amazing flavors and styles and the style of a beach themed cake was amazing and we received nothing but great reviews at our wedding. We ordered cupcakes for our wedding from Jacques. From our first consultation we knew we had made the right decision! They stayed open late to allow us to drive up from Boston for our tasting! They also took pictures i had of tulips and daffodils to make flowers for the tops of the cupcakes. Since our wedding was also on my cousin's birthday, they even agreed to make one of the cupcakes different for her birthday. Thank you so much and the cupcakes were absolutely delicious!!!

Wedding cake. We used them through a package with the Wyndham hotel. On the first call they were helpful in working with us to find a time for the tasting that would work for both of us (we lived about 45 mins away without traffic, so nights wouldn't work, but they fit us right in on a busy Sat). The tasting was overwhelming as we did not go with any set ideas. So many choices! The staff worked with us and took what we liked and did not like and pointed us in the right direction. We chose a cake design from the book that we liked the best, but were not amazed. When we saw the cake they made in person, we WERE amazed! It was the most beautiful wedding cake I have seen! And it tasted great too!! Impressed!

Jacques cake looked absolutely stunning. My husband actually picked the cake and I wasn't sure I would like it, but when I saw it "for real" with or wedding colors and adorned with fresh flowers, I was so very impressed and excited at how elegant it was. It was exactly the cake that I would have wished for, and then some. It was perfect.

Jacques also made some special separate desserts for 3 of our wedding guests who had food allergies. They delivered them to our venue at the same time as the cake, and as a result ALL of our guests were able to rave about what a wonderful dessert choice we picked for them. We had a blast at our cake tasting appointment, and we talk about it every now and then as our favorite day together so far.

We didn't wait a whole year to eat our beautiful cake topper....we had to eat it after we got home from our honeymoon. It was too delicious and tempting to wait long.

We visited Jacques Bakery to choose our wedding cake style and flavour. We had an idea in mind and from the time we got there, it took us 15 min to be on our way back. So easy! They drew our design idea on the paper, with the colors we wanted. They said we wouldn't have to worry about anything because they would coordinate the delivery directly with the wedding venue coordinator.
When I saw the cake at the reception, I was so happy! It looked wonderful and exactly how I wanted. The taste was also amazing. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful and delicious cake. To be honest I'm not a huge cake person, but Jacques was the vendor that worked with our venue at Searles Castle and they made it so easy for us. They have a huge assortment of cake and frosting flavors to choose from- I'm pretty simple so I stuck with chocolate, vanilla and red velvet. They also have dozens and dozens of cake designs to choose from, I opted for a simple 3 tier white cake with pearls on each tier and pink roses as a topper and decorations on each tier. They even called the florist doing our bouquets to make sure the roses they used perfectly matched the roses in my bridal bouquet. Our top tier is now in our freezer until our first anniversary and I'm sure it will be just a delicious then.

There are always glitches at weddings, and ours was no different. However, the one thing that was EXACTLY as we asked and was absolutely perfect was our wedding cake! It looked exactly like the picture we gave them, and the cake was fresh and delicious. Everyone said it was the best cake they had ever had, particularly the carrot cake. Jacques did my wedding cake recently and it was to die for! The came was delicious and exactly as I had specified. All my guests loved it and couldn't get enough. From the tasting(highly recommended) to the delivery and presentation, Jacques Pastry was a great choice and their reputation held true. The cake was beautiful and we can't wait for our anniversary to enjoy the top of the cake. Several different flavor combinations will allow guest to have options which is a great idea.

We had a unique request since our wedding was LOTR theme. They were able to meet all of our expectations on the cake decoration plus the cake is soooo tasty. Light and yummy!! Definitely can't recommend this vendor higher!!

Jacques Pastry was so wonderful to work with. From the day my son and his new wife and I went to pick out a wedding cake to the very day of the wedding they were very professional. We had a wonder hour long cake testing/sampling, they woman who helped us was so helpful, made our decision making so simple. We also ordered a side cake for a friend whose birthday was the day of the wedding and they were great and helped so much with that. We changed a few things over the course of the planning stages and they were very helpful with all the changes. I would recommend them to anyone who loves professionally done cakes that taste absolutely wonderful. We also order from them for my parents 50th wedding anniversary in May and were so pleased with the outcome, they are my go to pastry shop from now on.

We worked with Tami, she was friendly, honest and very helpful. Jacques was the best value and allowed us to stay within our budget. They also worked with us to find the perfect cake flavor - if you do not see the flavor you want on their list just ask! We got coconut and it was AMAZING! Everyone loved it.

Jacques did our wedding cake it was the most delicious cake I have ever had! We were able to "taste test" (my husband's favorite part of the wedding planning) the cake and fillings. The staff were amazing and professional and the cake came out beautiful

This was the most amazing cake shop I've ever experienced. My daughter told me she wanted to go to a taste testing for her wedding cake and I was surprised how accommodating they were. Within moments they drew out exactly the type of decorations she wanted on the cake and their list of different flavors and fillings was fabulous. The actual wedding cake looked exactly like they drew out and the cake was delicious. It was somewhat pricey but worth every penny and all our guests were happy.

Most amazing cake ever!! The staff there are so friendly and so accomodating. We designed our own cake and nervouse that since it was a same sex wedding we would be treated diferently. They treated us better than family. The cake was exactly like the picture we gave them. I highly recomment them to anyone for any cake occasion!!

My cakes were simply, GORGEOUS!
They made me a unique grooms cake, a 9" round R2D2-- when I met with them about it they were so creative!

They worked with us and were amazing, the cake tasting was fabulous (obviously) but they even made us a special peanut butter filling at our request!! They delivered on time, provided boxes to bring the top layer of cake (and a separate for my cake topper).

There was hardly any cake left over because the entire place wanted to try each flavor!!
