Jacquelyne is great! Her photos are always gorgeous and she is just simply such a nice and down to person to work with. I absolutely love her and her awesome photography. I took my engagement pictures with her as well as wedding. I would definitely recommend her! -

Jacquelyne was awesome to work with. She put us at ease almost immediately, and her aesthetic is really gorgeous. The photos turned out spectacular and my husband and I often find ourselves going back to them and reliving the moment again and again! -

Jac is the most amazing photographer! She has a very romantic and whimsical style, and her photographs are truly unique and exquisite. Not only is her work absolutely gorgeous, but she is also a super cool person. We hardly even noticed Jac at the wedding and reception, but she had TONS of amazing shots. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly exceptional photographer. -

I cannot say enough good things about Jacquelyne Mae Photography! First of all, her creative eye is what initially drew me to book her. The photos I received were amazing! I love how my husband and I were captured in such an honest and natural way. I never felt like I was posing. I was able to have real moments with my husband that were captured in a beautiful way, which was extremely important to me. During the wedding, Jacquelyne was present without being overbearing. She also made me feel extremely comfortable when I was being photographed. I cannot say enough about Jacquelyn Mae Photography and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone! -

I would trust Jacquelyne Photography to shoot anything for me or my referrals. They are organized, professional, creative and so gifted. Jacquelyne's photography stands out from others, as her experience in the field, positions her work as impressive and superior to the average wedding photographer, without unreasonable charging. She is so reliable and listened to exactly what I wanted done on my important, big day. Not only did she produce what I asked, but it was beyond my expectations and delivered in the timely manner I needed. You couldn't go wrong with using Jacqulyne Photography to capture the most beautiful, unique, & simply perfect images. -

I worked for a national photography company and viewed millions of photos a day and not one of them came close to what Jacquelyne accomplished. She is completely professional and will make you feel like you have known her for years! I would recommend her to anyone! -

We unfortunately had a mixed experience hiring Jacquelyne for our wedding in May. While the photos she took came out beautiful, her lack of professionalism after our wedding was so startling that it caught us off guard.
Our engagement photos were lovely and we were confident our wedding pictures would be the same. The day of the wedding she was on time and polite and professional, but once our photos came in, everything went downhill. Of the only 500 or so photos that were initially given to us, not 1 of the 4 requested photos were taken. (Although the day of the wedding she assured me she had them all.) Photos of people with their eyes closed somehow made their way to her favorite selections, in addition to a photo of herself as well as some with poor editing. When we emailed our list of complaints, she was initially prompt and apologetic, and then she became more and more distant. Emails unanswered. Calls unreturned. It was one excuse after another. A professional would have gone above and beyond after not taking any of the photos we requested, and for initially delivering us shoddy work, but it was just the opposite.
All of her marketing materials state you get a CD of all images. We asked for this numerous times and were ignored. She then states that this would be an additional $500 and it was in her contract (which it was not), and only after I called her out on the misinformation did she agree to send us all the images the next day and refund us $350 for the album. Six weeks and a handful of unanswered emails later, they arrived and she then decided to charge us $80 for the hard drive. Had we known how difficult it would be dealing with her after our wedding we would have never hired her for such an important day. She is the only wedding vendor we hired that we would not recommend solely due to our experience of dealing with her after our wedding.
