Jack’s catering was the perfect addition to our wedding! The food was delicious and well served; the wonderful staff even offered to cut our cake for us! For the price and the last minute reservation we made, we are more than impressed with Jack’s Catering service! -

My husband & I used Jack's 28 years ago for our wedding dinner and they are still the best "bang for your buck" caterer! This made it a "no brainer" to choose them again recently for our daughter's wedding and our guests LOVED the food! -

The food was so amazing! We had a taco bar at my wedding and man was it good. I got many compliments from my guests! They were such a pleasure to work with. They packed up leftovers after and cleaned up before leaving. Recommend for any event in need of great food and service! -

Jack’s catering did an amazing job at my reception! They arrived on time, set everything up perfectly, and packed it all up for me at the end of the evening. The servers were polite and the price was unmatched by any other vendor I looked at!
The food was delicious and my guests are still talking about how good it was, 3 weeks later! I would recommend Jack’s to anyone. -

The food was excellent, but one server was rude and unprofessional to a guest. I would never do business with them. At a recent outdoor wedding reception on Princeton Road, Liberty Township, they set up the ice cream bar under the tented area but directly in the sun. There were other shaded areas under the tent they could have set it up. So the ice cream was half way melted. The server who was scooping the ice cream out was rude to a guest by yelling at him because he was on the wrong side of the serving table. Unacceptable! This is unacceptable because during the serving of the food both sides of the serving table were accessible to the guests. There were no signs directing guests as to which side to get on. There are many polite ways that the server could have addressed the guest. -

We paid for enough food for 100 guests at our wedding at riverside gardens on September 21st 2024 and we only had about 40 guests actually attended. They brought just barely enough food for the guests we did have. They were also very unprofessional. They came with only two people to serve the food (attendants were supposed to be provided to serve) they claimed to be short staffed. When we came to get our food they had two of our guests serving food with them. Also cake cutting was supposed to be included with our service and we had to basically hunt down the staff to get them to cut the cake. We were also extremely disappointed in the food quality. Everything seemed to be either cold or just luke warm. The fried chicken tasted disgusting and was sweet for some reason. Our menu we chose was supposed to have mostaccioli and meatballs however our pasta included no meatballs. They also do not provide drinks other than coffee and tea which is very unusual for a catering company. Needless to say we were very disappointed and felt our money was wasted and we were embarrassed at what should have been one of the happiest day of our lives.. -

We used Jack’s for our wedding and I’m so sad we did. We were not provided multiple services that were promised in writing including: greenery to decorate the buffet table, after dinner coffee, cake cutting (my family member had to go find staff to ask), wrapping up leftovers, and cleaning up plates after the buffet line was through. I as the bride left my reception to go ask staff to clean up plates and they still refused (rudely). When we called to discuss our disappointment with this company the staff was rude and made excuses. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am so sad I did because it made my wedding feel cheap and unprofessional. I will never forget it. Also to review the food: steak tips were good, chicken was dry and inedible, carrots were ok, baked potato bar was good. (We got zero compliments on the food). -

Very unfortunate
Me and my husband booked jacks for our wedding on June 8th 2024 and we were very disappointed. When finalizing the count we talked about a time they needed to come but as the time passed we still have not seen or heard from them so 20 minutes before I was due to walk down I was on the phone with them wondering where they were. The person who answered was not nice then told me they didn’t need to show up yet. So I got off phone with them and my Fiance now hubby spent our ceremony concerned that they would not be there after. After ceremony they came and were set up and we had a lot less people who RSVP actually show up and they didn’t bring enough plates so after 30 minutes they packed up the food and decided to just keep it uncovered in a construction room of the hall close to insulation and a mop bucket with dirty water for several hours. We threw out the rest of the food which was at least 100s of dollars worth and we reached out to them about this and when they finally reached out to us they only gave us a small chunk back. So I highly don’t recommend. -
