I met Jaci over 10 years ago while she was photographing my brother’s wedding; he’s also in the event industry. Since then, Jaci has photographed many of our family events, including my own wedding. Additionally, She has provided headshots and branding photography for a corporate wealth management firm where I worked. Jaci brings a high level of professionalism to every project. She offers thoughtful creative direction, has an exceptional eye for detail, and consistently delivers polished, high-quality images. She is organized, communicative, and flexible, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Jaci did a phenomenal job from when we first reached out, to helping coordinate our plans for photos day of, and with our albums and photos from our wedding. She was extremely easy to work with and got all of the pictures that we wanted throughout the day along with a lot of amazing candid photos. She was efficient through all of the family photos and getting all of the photos we wanted around the venue and more with her on the spot creativity in different locations and poses. We would highly recommend anyone to work with Jaci! -

Great Experience
Jaci made planning so easy for us for our wedding. She helped me with timeline planning, made suggestions based on her experience, adapted to the environment and last minute additions and kept us on track during our reception. Highly recommend. Jaci was able to provide all of the needs we suggested, a pre-getting ready part of the day, as well as on site photos for the hotel/pre ceremony which were not the ideal conditions weather wise. We made the best of it and the photos turned out amazing and surprisingly well lit for a rainy day. -

Jaci shot photos of our wedding at St. John the Baptist in Manayunk. She does amazing work! Not only were the pictures amazing but she was incredibly responsive in the leadup to the wedding, was prompt & professional the day of, and was just a really cool person! We had the pleasure of working with Jaci during the summer of 2023, when she captured stunning photos of our entire family. The experience was so exceptional that when my husband and I decided to tie the knot in Avalon, NJ, Jaci was the first person we thought of. I reached out to her immediately and booked her for our wedding date without hesitation.
Working with Jaci has been a breeze from start to finish. Her communication was seamless and stress-free, and our pre-wedding walk-through eased the last bit of stress I was feeling. Her ability to listen and understand exactly what we wanted was truly remarkable. Every photo she took was perfect, reflecting her incredible talent and our vision.

Jaci downs is the best photographer. We had jaci do our engagement photos. We loved her so much we booked her immediately for our wedding. Our pictures turned out stunning. Pictures moved quickly the wedding day. We had so much direction and it was obvious she puts her heart into her work. Not only did jaci do our photography for the day but she literally directed the day. She helped make everything flow. Jaci is the best and made us feel conferrable. We got exactly what we wanted plus more. My husband and I are not tech savvy people but she made using her site very easy. We will be booking her for all of our future family photos. -

A picture is worth a thousand words..
Jaci did an AMAZING job capturing our day perfectly. We could not have asked for a better photographer for our wedding day and there was not one photo that we didn’t love! Although we ended up having a little rain the day of (every brides worst nightmare), Jaci assured us the pictures would still turn out great and she was not wrong. Highly recommend Jaci and her team! -

Jaci was amazing to work! She was flexible and understanding when needing to reschedule due to COVID and when our day finally came, she was energetic, passionate about her work and so fun to work with! The turn around time on getting our wedding pictures back to us was the best of any one we know who has gotten married recently! People could not believe we already had our photos in hand, and they turned out even better than we had hoped for. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer--you aren't going to have a better experience with anyone else! -

Jaci was just amazing to work with. From our first meeting we knew she was the right photographer for us. She was very willing to customize the photography package to fit our needs and we felt she really understood the pictures we were hoping to have from our big day. And OMG, the pictures from our wedding are just beautiful! We loved how they came out! The portraits are amazing and the night shots are just so gorgeous!!!! And we really appreciated that she took pictures of all of the guests at each of the tables! It's such a great idea (that of course we would never have thought of) and the pictures came out so wonderfully! I can't begin to tell you how grateful we are that Jaci Downs was our photographer! We can't wait to see what she does with the wedding album! We know it will be gorgeous and something that we will treasure for all the years to come! -

She was very accommodating right from the start. Jaci was very professional, friendly, warm, pleasant, fun, responsive, creative, and just all around great. She got along so well with our families, they still talk about how much they loved her energy. Jaci captured everything and more than we could have ever asked for. No matter the weather, jaci was well prepared To snap the perfect shot. I am going to cherish these pictures forever. I would highly recommend her for any special occasion!
