The whole team at the Jacaranda Country Club made my dream wedding come true! Darlene helped me from start to finish, and even recommended the efficient, Minister Michael Calderon, and Maria, from Petals & Stems. I was so nervous on how to plan a wedding and she made it so easy and went step by step with me. The day of the wedding, their coordinator was with us the whole time and our guests were well taken care of. The catering team went above and beyond and were so kind!!!! The venue was breathtaking and soooo many different areas for beautiful photos! I cannot recommend the Jacaranda enough and the food is OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING!!!! I had so many guests afterwards saying all the weddings they have ever been to, the food at the Jacaranda was the best they ever had! Thank you to the Jacaranda team, my husband and I cannot express how much we appreciate all that you did for us and making our wedding more beautiful & such a memorable day! -

Absolutely Amazing!!
Ok...you were probably like me and my husband,, viewing multiple venues, trying to juggle all the details that each venue offered. Look no further,
Jacaranda Country Club is a hidden gem in Plantation, Florida. We literally bumped into it. After speaking with Darlene, the catering manager, touring the space and reviewing the packages, we looked at each other and said.."This place is amazing!"
This place knows what they are doing!.. beautiful landscape, great space (indoor and outdoor), and the variety of foods and packages. Darlene and her team were wonderful, helping me with different choices of linens and food items that worked best with the size of our wedding and our theme. The night of the wedding, Darlene stayed til the very end, making sure we were ok.
Our guests raved about the food ( cocktails and reception). The quality was exceptional ( and my husband and I are big time Foodies!). They are able to interchange the food options and if you have cultural foods you want incorporated, they can do it! Our guests were saying they had to pace themselves during the cocktail hour to make sure they had enough room to eat dinner! ( Thank God we had an amazing DJ that got the guests dancing to burn off those calories ) The team provided for my husband and I our own cocktail tray in the bridal suite complete with beverages so we could have a quiet moment to ourselves after the ceremony.
Don't hesitate to book this venue. Our guests are already looking at booking Jacaranda for a future 70th birthday party and a retirement party.

My husband and I got married in January of this year, and we're all still talking about how incredible our experience was. I didn't expect anything LESS, seeing as this venue has been doing events and weddings for YEARS...so that's gotta tell you something! They, however, far EXCEEDED my expectations.
From the moment we had the site visit, all the way up to our "I do" moment and till the very end, the managers and staff were not only very professional but so accommodating and genuine.
The tasting BLEW MY MIND. I did the tasting with Tina. She was FUN and warm and answered any questions we could possibly have. BRING YOUR APPETITE because the food is PHENOMENAL and you will BE FULL by the end of your tasting. My guests are STILL RAVING about how delicious the food was. Many even said it was "THE BEST FOOD THEY'VE EVER HAD at a wedding". I can't agree with them more. It was even more awesome because they do have other options available if you want to "tweak" minor things. For example, with my carving station (I chose the platinum buffet option), I knew many of my guests would be hesitant with the purple peruvian mashed potatoes that are included, haha. No problem at all! I was able to change it to garlic mashed potatoes instead! Easy peasy!
Darlene, Michael, and Tina were always on hand if I needed to reach out during the planning process.
The PRICING is completely transparent. Which was HUGE for me. Believe me, some venues are filled with additional costs and upcharges. Not this venue! They go over all pricing details with you, and All costs are clearly laid out. What's even better, THEY DON'T CHANGE from month to month. Which tells me this place doesn't nickel and dime you, and doesn't RAISE their prices based on whether you get married during July or December (MANY PLACES DO here in South Florida).
They also make it very easy to MANAGE payments, by breaking your total into three separate payments after the deposit.
The day of my wedding, they allowed me to use the bridal suite to get ready and even allowed me to be there earlier than expected because they didn't have a day-time event. So I didn't need to rush anything. GOD-SEND!
I had a "day-of-coordinator", but Darlene and Tina were still very present and attentive during my rehearsal and all the way throughout the ceremony.
After the ceremony, my reception was left in GREAT HANDS! The bartenders, Jordan and Nicole, were SO GREAT with my guests. Completely on point. And every time I, personally went to the bar, my drink was there waiting for me! Talk about INCREDIBLE SERVICE! The hors devours were delicious, and they even made me my own platter for me in the bridal suite, because let's face it, there's a lot going on during a wedding and the bride sometimes doesn't get to EAT! LOL
My banquet captain was ATTENTIVE AND ACCOMODATING and made plates of food from our buffet for my husband and myself so that we didn't need to worry about it. If he hadn't done that, I probably WOULDN'T have been able to eat. Again, GOD-SEND! All the staff were FANTASTIC! NEVER negligent... all were PROFESSIONAL, WARM, FRIENDLY, AND EAGER TO HELP with any guest requests.
I can not STRESS ENOUGH, how absolutely INCREDIBLE our experience was.
I know this was a long review, but I can literally keep going on and on about how PERFECT this venue is!

I can't even being to express how happy we are to have had our wedding at Jacaranda. We didn't have to worry about ANYTHING! The staff was AMAZING, and so attentive. It also helps that they were familiar with all the vendors, so everything flowed beautifully. Darlene is truly a God send, and I would highly recommend this venue! =)Jacaranda Country Club's reply:

I did not have a wedding coordinator but in the end didn't need one. The provided almost everything that I needed. Darlene was there from the moment I arrived until I left. Everything ran very smooth and on time! I recommend Jacaranda to everyone. -

My husband and I visited 7 other venues and none of them, absolutely none of them had the feel, look or customer service as Jacaranda Country Club. The place just went through a major renovation which is very fitting for any party. We loved every moment of our 10th Anniversary/ Baby reveal party.
The staff was nothing but superb, everything went as planned my guess was in love with the food, my open bar I had was great the bartenders remember most of my guest and what they had to drink before. The beauty of the space during sunset was just breath taking the grounds is well manicured and very perfect for breath taking photo memories.
I will recommend over and over to anyone that is seeking a venue for anything. -

Nikki Sent on 11/23/2013After an endless search throughout south florida, from west palm beach to south beach. We knew we found a winner with Jacaranda. The grounds are beautiful and the reception hall is stellar with its 180 degree view of the golf course. WE absolutely loved that it wasn't a matchbox ballroom, but with open windows.
After meeting with Darlene, we knew we needed to book here. They are flexible and willing to make your day perfect. As our big day got closer, i made many phone calls to ask questions and Darlene and Mike were always prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. Being a bride and groom on a budget, we were concerned with prices but the Jacaranda Country Club has awesome price packages and affordable!
We had our wedding on November 22,2013. Mike and Darlene made sure everything ran smoothly. We had a bit of a tricky moment because we didn't know if the weather was going to permit us to have our ceremony outside. Darlene made sure to hold off from bringing the wedding inside up to the last moment. The skies cleared and parted and we were able to have it outside.
Our guest RAVED about the food! NO BANQUET HALL MEALS HERE! you get your moneys worth from the cocktail hour to meal, delicious!
Needless to say we are very grateful to each and every individual who made our day perfect. (Rochelle, Mike and especially Darlene)

We are so glad we picked Jacaranda for our wedding! The place is gorgeous, and the cuisine is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how much they enjoyed the food. They offer very comprehensive and reasonably priced packages that made our planning process so much easier. They were also very accommodating and worked with us to include our favorite appetizers and cocktails, even though they weren’t on their menu.
Darlene was a great support to make our day special. She always responded to our questions promptly, gave us plenty of advice, and made sure everything went as planned during our big day. The rest of the Jacaranda staff also did a wonderful job serving our guests and setting things up and down in record time. We had to move the ceremony inside at the last minute because of the rain, but they worked quickly to ensure we could still start on time. Our wedding day turned out exactly as we had dreamed of thanks to this amazing team!Jacaranda Country Club's reply:

The Country Club is amazing! We had a brunch and our guests are still talking about the food. It was also very affordable.
My advice to any bride is: have a wedding DAY coordinator. You NEED someone to take care of all of the issues that day. I had no idea of the things going on behind the scenes that could have ruined my wedding. Thankfully my day of coordinator handled everything. Even Jacaranda CC made mistakes. My reception seating chart was incorrect (even though it was discussed the day before), my head table was on a platform when it should have been on the floor and the ceremony seats were not set out as we were told they would be. This could have been a disaster. BUT my coordinator made them fix it. Although I might add there was some unprofessionalism from JCC. I did not know any of this until several days later. My guests had no idea either. So it all looked perfect.Jacaranda Country Club's reply:

From the moment we stepped into Jacaranda, we knew this was the venue where we wanted to get married! Darlene, Tina and Mike were amazing! They truly want to make your dream wedding come true! Make sure you come hungry to your tasting because they really feed you! I cannot imagine getting married anywhere else but Jacaranda!
I truly thank Darlene and her team for helping us plan our fairytale wedding. Darlene was patient with all of our questions. She really wanted this wedding to be all that we have ever imagined. The day of our wedding went so smooth with no stress! It was beyond perfect. The servers were incredible. They even got my husband’s food for him while my mom got mine. I really can’t thank the whole team at Jacaranda enough! -

We had our wedding at Jacaranda Country Club in May 2023 and were so happy with our venue choice. Our guests could not believe the amount of food we had and everything was absolutely delicious. The packages are reasonably priced and a great deal for what you get. Darlene was always very responsive and it was great to have someone who’s done so many weddings taking care of ours. My husband and I got married here on November 22, 2020. Our original wedding date had to be postponed due to COVID. This venue took the safety guidelines very seriously which made us and our guests feel very comfortable and safe! The venue is beautiful for an outdoor ceremony! The most magical night!!!
Jacaranda did an AMAZING job at creating our dream wedding! We had the most magical night ever. My husband asked if my face hurt the morning after our wedding because every time he looked at me on our wedding night I had an ear to ear smile on my face. It was the best night of my life. Everyone had the absolute BEST TIME. Everyone raved about the food, every single thing was delicious. The staff and everyone involved were the nicest, friendliest people to us and all of our guests. -

Beautiful Venue - Amazing Food!
The venue is gorgeous and it was so convenient as someone who was planning my own wedding to have all so many customization options including uplighting, chair type, cushion, table cloth, and napkin color all in one place. The getting ready room was beautiful, spacious and was filled with appetizers right after the ceremony so my husband and I could have some quiet time and refuel. The service was on point. I delighted to hear after the wedding that they took note of the parents and grandparents during the ceremony and the waiters made extra stops by their tables to make sure they were well taken care of.
The true star of the show was the food. My husband and I have families with picky eaters that prefer home cooked meals/catering. After the tasting, the chef was open to and implemented feedback I provided to make the flavors closer to what our families would expect. It was a definitely a hit. They raved about the portions of the appetizers and how well seasoned and flavorful the buffet stations were. -

Wedding Ceremony and Reception 12/23/18
We had our Wedding Ceremony and Reception at Jacaranda Country Club on 12/23/18. We were assisted mainly by Darlene and Chasity, which were both amazing. Honestly, my wedding day was pure perfection and I am happy to say that those two ladies helped make my day amazing. Darlene and Chasity were a great combination of being prompt, understanding, great problem solvers, and genuine. We are also thankful for all the other staff that helped make our day perfect as well. Everything was smooth with barely any issues and if an issue did arise it was quickly fixed.

Your guest will definitely be well feed during your wedding. Was a pleasure to work with Darlene, she went out of her way to ensure our day was perfect. We actually experienced rain and had to do the ceremony inside, but the staff stepped right in to ensure it was a memorable night. They're very reasonably priced especially when you consider the quality level of the food, staff, and organizers. Our guests still rave about how beautiful the venue was and how great the service and food was. Its been more than a year since we got married, but we'd like to say THANK YOU to Darlene, Mike, and everyone else involved in making our wedding day a real life dream come true! -

Rudrine Sent on 07/02/2017I love this vendor I wanted a garden feel but didnt want a truly outdoor wedding. This gave me the best of both worlds. Ceremony was outside and reception indoors. To save money, they gave us the option of having it on a Friday or Sunday Really liked that. Also there are so many packages to choose from as far as food goes. The food is so delicious. At the tasting, we chose everything we wanted and at the wedding, it was just as good. The drinks were also a plus; the bar is on point! My guests loved the service. they are so accommodating and treat you like royalty. For the bride and groom, you have a personal waiter that gets you everything you want. During the cocktail hour, they set you up in the suite where you have all the food brought to you. Also valet was included and that was nice. Fabulous venue!!!
My daughter was married here a week ago. What an amazing wedding it was. Fabulous venue!! Well worth the cost. Our guests thought we paid thousands more. Highly recommend JCC.Jacaranda Country Club's reply:

Silvia Sent on 07/13/2012We LOVED having our wedding here. I fell in love from the moment that I walked into the country club. Mike and Dalia were super helpful the whole time and they were very accomodating to our schedule. The groom was in a deployment in Afghanistan and they helped to make sure we packed all the food tasting and other appointments around the time that he was here. The food was AMAZING and everybody complimented us on how beautiful it all came out and how great the food was. It was served hot and they even came around with seconds for our guests to have or to try another plate other than what they ordered. I would definitely recommend them. 2 thumbs up!!!!
