Personable and Professional!
John was the videographer for our wedding in December, and he nailed it!! We were referred to his services by Adagio DJ, with whom he works closely. Leading up to the wedding he was very professional and asked us a lot of questions to make sure we were getting what we wanted in terms of capturing our wedding on film. He was also open to any ideas we had. On the day of the wedding he was personable and self-sufficient, and between him and his second videographer they captured everything we wanted! They also had some REALLY cool drone shots which was a fun bonus! After the wedding John went the extra mile in making sure we were in the know about the editing process. He checked in with us every 1-2 weeks to let us know how it was going and he sent us the finished products as they were done (the ceremony, toasts, and trailer video). He had our final trailer video that we could share with friends and family done in 2 months. And finally, he sent us a flash drive with everything on it, including all the extra footage and outtakes. We searched and searched for a wedding videographer and finally came across a hidden gem and that's John, from J Walter Anderson Photo and Video ! What initially sold us on JWalter Anderson, was his video bio. He explains how he genuinely enjoys and loves videography, but most of all how he wants to get to know his clients and capture everything he possibly can of your special day! And John truly lived up to his word, he was very professional, creative, flexible, kind, fun and caring. In addition, John's rates/packages are VERY reasonable and his final product will exceed your expectations! JWalter Anderson is now THEE only videographer I will work with for my corporate needs. He has proven himself time and again and it is now just a "no brainer." I loved working with John! A+++ when it comes to vendors. He is attentive and very present, but is willing to hang back and just take in all the excitement as well. I don't feel like I noticed him "too much" during the big day, which is so nice! I was very impressed with the final product, and how much he captured on our special day. I wasn't originally planning to have a videographer, but the moments he captured are SO WORTH IT! He was timely with his responses and with getting final product out to us, and I have really loved re-living the day with my new husband and our family. This is absolutely something I will treasure for all time. Thank you John!!!!I loved working with John! A+++ when it comes to vendors. John is the best!! From the very beginning, he was responsive and quick to answer our questions. He made us feel very comfortable during our engagement session - and the photos turned out great! John was constantly in touch, letting us know he was coming up with fun ideas for the day of our wedding. We asked for a second photographer the day of, and Jonathan was GREAT! They were both so professional. My husband and I, along with our wedding party and families, had a lot of fun with both John and Jonathan. Many of our guests commented on how awesome the photographers were... that wasn't something I had even thought of (our guests enjoying the photographers), but it was so, SO good to hear! The photos are so beautiful and perfect - we couldn't be any happier with our photography choice! We have nothing but amazing things to say about john! My husband was against a videographer in the begining, I went and hired one anyway ;) It was the best decision we made! John worked with us to create the perfect video, exactly the way we wanted it! He showed up on the day of the wedding and captured every little thing, I hardly noticed they were even there, they just got right to work. Before nights end he checked in with us before he took off just to make sure we got all the footage we wanted. We had the video back to us in under 4 weeks! John went above and beyond and surprised us several times, he truly values his clients and it shows. After watching the video several times.. And by several I mean 50+ times, we are SO happy we went with john. At the end of the day all we have left is this video and our photographs and he truly captured every bit of our day. Working with John and his assistant was such a privilege. We came to him super late in the game and he was able to meet with us to find out exactly what we wanted and really executed that so well. There are so many great things I could say about our experience working with them, but what stood out most to me was that he really went above and beyond to make sure he got every little detail, and did so in a way that we never even noticed there was a camera around. Just two days after our wedding we received the GoPro footage from our ceremony and the tears really started flowing. John is so creative and so good at what he does. This company did an absolutely amazing job working with my husband and I for our wedding videography! He was very flexible and was one of our favorite vendors to work with. He got our movie trailer done less than a month after the wedding, which was very speedy and he did an amazing job on the video! We continue to watch it over and over! Choosing John to be our wedding videographer was the best decision we ever made! He was the nicest guy ever and made us feel comfortable right away. On top of that, we had booked John just for 3 hours on our wedding day. He surprised us and showed up at our first look several hours earlier than anticipated to capture the moment. He said it was a wedding gift and it seriously was the best gift anyone could have ever given us. My husband and I first meet John at our food tasting event that our venue was hosting in November 2013. We had not thought that much about having a videographer, we figured that our photos would be plenty to remember our big day. Neither my husband nor I have ever seen a wedding video or knew anyone that had a videographer at their wedding so not a lot of thought even went into looking into getting a videographer for our wedding. That completely changed when we saw the video John had playing at the food tasting event, I knew from that moment that we needed to have a videographer. Pictures are amazing and a wonderful to have around the house and to look at but watching your day and hearing your vows was something we knew we would cherish for the rest of our lives. Being a diligent bride I set up meetings with multiple videographers, my husband and I decided that J Walter Anderson Photo and Video would be the perfect fit for us. John was absolutely amazing to work with and beyond accommodating to our wants and needs. Our wedding video turned out beautiful!!! We received copies to give to both of our parents as well. John also filmed our love story a few weeks ahead of our wedding and we had that video playing during our reception for our guests to watch. In addition to the beautifully edited video of our ceremony and reception, they also put together an amazing looking five minute high-definition video of our wedding highlights - which was a big hit with my family when I sent them the link. It was really fun to see our own wedding video because we realized how many wonderful moments they had captured that we hadn't even noticed; how interesting to see the same event from another perspective! They were wonderful to work with through the entire process leading up to and during the day of our wedding. They also took extra time to learn about our wedding location and were truly able to bring out the best in the entire day. They didn't just document our wedding, they made it look spectacular! John is wonderful at capturing images that will last a lifetime and bring back so many great memories! He photographed my son's 3 year birthday party as well as photographing his annual photo session at 3 years. There were so many favorites when it came down to review all the images! I have also seen John's wedding work, both photo and video, and he is so professional, fun to work with and the results are always beautiful! John Anderson from J Walter Anderson Photo and Video was the perfect photographer for my wedding! He took the time to work with my needs and my budget to plan out a photography package that worked for me. He was eager to get all the shots I wanted with suggestions here or there, but in the end letting me decide what was top priority. He looked at my Pinterest to get a feel for some of my favorite poses and took to heart when I told him that I also really enjoyed in-action shots. The day of he was incredibly flexible based on the weather and timing and stayed until all the shots we'd agreed on were taken in full. I'm very happy with his work and the photos turned out gorgeous. It was an absolute pleasure to work with John!! The video he made for us was beyond amazing and more than I had hoped for! He created the most amazing memories for us and we could not be more happy! I highly recommend working with John!!! All of my friends who are married are jealous of the video he made for us and wish they knew about him so they could have used him too-we feel so lucky to have worked with him!It was an absolute pleasure to work with John!!
