Shreeda is AMAZING! I can not say enough good things about her. She walked me through the whole process during the trial, she dyed my hair the week of the wedding, she was on time, she was fun and did 3 of my BMs hair & makeup then mine. She was done on time and everyone looked fabulous!
From here on out Shreeda is the only person I will let touch my hair for anything I need! -

I went to see Shreeda to get a new look! I had been getting blonde highlights for the past 5 years and just wanted a change. She took the time in listening to what I wanted and giving me her advice on not only changing the color drastically but doing it in a way to not damage the completely! I get a lot of compliments on my new look. Had a wonderful time talking and getting my hair done at the same time! Goodbye blonde.... Welcome brunette : ) -

Shreeda and her assistant were great to work with. They came to our location and did our hair and makeup. They did a fabulous job!! We all looked great and they finished in plenty of time. Everything went so smooth and I couldn't of been happier with the service and end results. I would recommend Karmic Beauty!!! -

Shreeda from Karmic Beauty is AMAZING! She provided hair and make-up services for my cousin and I for a wedding. The power went out in the whole neighborhood and she did not panic at all! She kept her cool and continued to apply make-up by flash light. She remained professional and collected. Eventually the power came back on and she was able to continue her job with ease. I have never received so many compliments on my eye make-up like I did on this day. I felt like a princess, just like every other time Shreeda has "beautified" me. I highly recommend her and I tell everyone about Karmic Beauty and the quality of work that comes from her. -

I am a big tomboy so this whole experience was very new to me. I had my hair done along with airbrushed makeup. I found Shreeda to be very helpful with ideas, very easy to talk to, and when I thought of going to get all this done..I pictured some uppity type lady to tell me what I should do instead of what I wanted to do..NOT THE CASE HERE!!!
My hair and Makeup lasted all night long..(even with the amounts of crying I did!!) And received a lot of compliments..I would recommend Karmic Beauty to everyone!
I cannot thank you enough..It was perfect!!

I am so happy I chose Karmic Beauty for my wedding day. From the consultation and trial I felt so comfortable with her. She is extremely honest and only does what is best for the bride not her wallet. She went out of her way a few times for me and even helped me find a few other vendors I needed. She is always polite and professional and a very good listener. She is creative and had lots of ideas to contribute. My makeup was flawless and my hair was exactly what I wanted. She is truly talented at what she does. The proof is in our pictures. I will forever be grateful to the team at Karmic Beauty for helping me look perfect for my big day. I highly recommend them and will be using their hair and makeup services in the future for other events!!

Absolutely recommend to the bride that wants a very professional atmosphere as well as professional results. Stays in touch and makes sure you are both on the same page with what is in mind before even starting the process. She brings lots of ideas to the table and suggestions that are not pushy. Very easy to communicate with and wants you to look even more beautiful than even you yourself thinks is possible. I Used Karmic Beauty for my hair and makeup for my engagement pictures and then again on my wedding. I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup from everyone on my wedding day, she is great! -

I cannot recommend this salon due to the following experience: In March 2017, I came to the salon as a blonde and requested a balayage service to be blonder and brighter particularly around the face. I also requested that we leave my natural level 6-Ash root to start to grow out/not be toned/dyed anymore. As you can see in the photos below, I was fairly blonde. After more than 10 hours of service, I was left with very dark hair, practically black in places, and was asked to pay an exorbitant price - almost $500 - more than I had ever paid for a similar service in my life (and I’m used to paying around $300-350 for my hair). When I expressed I was unhappy during the service, I was told to come back the next day. The same stylist, Shreeda the owner, put foil highlights in and while it was slightly improved from what she did the day before, it was still very dark. There are chunks of hair that have no blonde in it what so ever due to poor foil placement. I'll attach photos in the comments of this, as well. To top it off, she wanted me to pay again for the time she took to fix it. It's been a week since my visit and my hair is horribly brassy. I contacted a nearby salon that described what was done incorrectly and offered to fix it. Based on this, I then emailed Shreeda about my experience and requested a refund. After not receiving any response, I messaged her again through the salon's Facebook page. What I received back was several patronizing paragraphs by Business Manager, Jay Tailor, explaining to me that I was wrong. It was condescending and patronizing in tone, as if I had never colored my hair in my entire life. As someone who has had salon highlights or balayage done for 17 years, and beauty/fashion blogger, I am very familiar with hair color. He also went so far as to say that my simply asking for a refund was "inappropriate." The hairdresser burned my face on my wedding day. She was being careless with a curling iron, and I got a big burn on my cheekbone. All she said was, "It's not turning red," and that was the extent of her concern. I later found out that she charged my mom for the hairstyling she did for me. My mom, not knowing I'd been burned, paid. I tried to contact the hairdresser afterwards, but she has ignored my calls and emails. I am stuck with a big black burn mark on my face. Bottom line, I was treated poorly, and I don't recommend any brides to use them. -
