Amazing and trustworthy
I was pretty hesitant in picking my cake baker for my wedding because I wanted someone perfect, but once I went cake tasting to Russ I didn’t think twice about choosing him. He did exactly what I wanted and helped me customize my cake to make sure it was the best one. -

Simply the Best!
When I asked Russ to make my graduation cake, I had no idea how much he would pour into and over that cake! It took my breath away with its deep purple and black appointments. A wonderful piece of art to celebrate successfully completing law school. I will never forget it. -

Best cake EVER!
Choosing JRussell cakes was honestly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. His signature five flavor pound cake is to DIE for. Before we met I was dead set on not doing buttercream icing but once I tried his cake I was sold. I would highly recommend him and we will definitely use him for future cakes! -

Gorgeous cakes, professional service
Russ made our wedding cake over 11 years ago! It was beautiful and added such a nice touch to our wedding reception. He was very professional and was great at listening to my vision for the cake and making it a reality. He really pays attention to every detail and is very passionate about what he does. Over the years he has made additional cakes for baby showers and birthday parties. We have been blessed to have his creative works of art as part of many of our special life events. -

A cake that will turn heads
I highly recommend J.RusselCakes for your cake needs. He took a picture from offline that I gave him for cake inspiration and made it 1000 times better. The price is very reasonable, I had a lot of guests and I still had some left over. He has some awesome flavors too, but my husband is so picky and doesnt even like cake and now hes a cake guy only for J.Russells cake! He accommodated us and made a raspberry flavor cake and Oh. My. God it was to die for. And everyone was blown away and I received so many compliments. I was highly impressed by J.Russells cake. I posted a picture of my wedding cake to show his beautiful creation. Thank you so much J.Russell for doing our cake, we are so thankful we found you. And a year later we still have people talking about our cake! 💕 -

Best cake ever!
We originally met with a well known cake company in Tampa in which it took them 2+ weeks to return emails. I was not happy about their quality of service. I then remembered Russ and it was the best decision ever! Russ was super accommodating to make sure he had the right color, he was very responsive, and made the best cake I have ever tasted! I asked for dulce de leche flavor and it was to die for! -

HE IS AMAZING! I ordered my grooms cake and it turned out ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! It looked and tasted awesome! I had the cake sitting out (against his advice but I didn’t have a choice) while getting ready and the ice cubes (sugar) completely melted, at the very last minute he made more cubes, drove to the venue and replaced them for me! Wonderful customer service, extremely professional, excellent cake! I have zero complaints about my experience. My cake was absolutely gorgeous and tasted phenomenal! I had a vision and he went above and beyond to bring it to life. I was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge and presentation during our tasting and felt very at ease. I picked a 4 tier cake with 3 different flavors. I highly recommend his strawberry with strawberry buttercream. It was a crowd favorite! If you can envision it, he can make it happen. You won’t be disappointed. I will be using his services in the future. -

The cake was his signature cake which was excellent.
The decorTion was lovely and so classy!
Russ brought the cake himself to the church and made sure the caterers knew how to hold it when they brought it out o reception tent.

Words will not provide justice to the service my husband and I received from Russel for our wedding cake! Russel communicated great, on time and answered any questions from cakes, cake flavors, even our wedding cake topper suggestion. He worked with our schedule to meet us for a cake tasting, again provided us with assurance that our needs would be met for our dream wedding cake! Russel delivered and set up our cake, it was beautiful! And we were surprised and thankful to see that he packed us a Bride and Groom cupcake, as we did not have leftover cake from our wedding day! I was so grateful!! Oh and the cake was absolutely delicious, hence the reason it was all gone by the end of the night!! Highly recommend J.Russel Cakes for any bride looking for her perfect wedding cake at an affordable price! -

Loved my wedding cakes!
Russ has been serving our family with cakes for the past 3 years. He has done our wedding and birthday cakes. The cakes are moist, delicious and the decoration is detailed and perfect. Prices are reasonable and worth every penny.
I wouldn't purchase cakes anywhere else.
Our wedding cakes were gorgeous, delicate, delicious and perfect. We had a small intimate wedding and later had a wedding party. Russ was able to create a similar designs that accommodated the size of each occasion. He definitely met my expectations as the bride.

Wonderful experience
My experience with J. Russell Cakes has been amazing. My wedding was huge and buying a cake that could feed everyone would’ve probably been half my budget, so we gave cupcakes to the guests and my husband and I got a special cake just for us by J. Russell (which probably could’ve fed 60 on its own) and it was INCREDIBLE. The colors were a perfect match to the theme and it was beautiful in every way. I don’t even think I gave him an exact design that I wanted, I just told him the vision and he made something stunning. -

Navy & Gold Birthday Cake
I ordered a cake for my mother's surprise 70th birthday party. From the moment I reached out, to the moment I picked up the cake, Russell was incredibly professional and cared about every detail of our cake. He definitely captured my mother's personality in many ways. Everyone raved about how elegant the cake looked. Russell strived to ensure that the cake I envisioned was made to my satisfaction. He ia passionate about his craft, and it shows in his work. I would highly recommend him for any special occasion. -

J. Russell cakes makes your dream cake a reality! Our wedding cake was both gorgeous & delicious. We had a fairly heavy crystal figurine that we wanted as a cake topper & Russ was able to find a way to support it. He is extremely professional & you can count on him for an amazing cake & excellent service! I highly recommend J. Russell cakes! -

Unicorn 🦄 Cake
Russ made my daughter a three tiered Unicorn cake for her Golden Birthday & not only was it stunning it was absolutely Delicious & moist as well!!! I give Cakes by Russ the ultimate stamp of approval🎂 -

J. Russell Cakes is incredible! Not only are his cakes a literal work of art but his five flavor pound cake is AMAZING!!!! Seriously some of the best cake I have ever had and as a wedding planner who has tasted a lot of cake, that’s saying something. He is someone you feel like you can trust right off the bat and after you’ve seen and tasted his cake you KNOW you can! 10/10 reccomend J. Russell cakes! -

We contacted Russ about making our 25th anniversary cake. He was extremely professional laid out all the options that were available to us as far as design, flavors and fillings. Russ also, provided easy payment methods.
The quality of wrestlers cakes have always been beyond expectation. We have grown to trust his artistic design, they have always Surpassed any expectations that we might have had. Anytime that we needed a Cake for an important event Ross is Not only the first person we turn to he is the only person we turn to. -
