We cannot say enough amazing things about J rizz! From start to finish, they were incredible — organized, professional, and so talented. We completely trusted their process, and they delivered with flying colors. The energy they brought to the dance floor was unmatched; every single guest was raving that it was the best band they’ve ever heard at a wedding.

They read the crowd perfectly, kept everyone dancing all night, and made the entire evening unforgettable. We’ve already had multiple future brides reach out asking for their contact — that’s how good they were! For the level of entertainment and quality, their pricing was beyond fair. We truly couldn’t recommend them more! If I ever convince my husband for a vow renewal, I know who I’m calling for a band!

The best wedding band!

Jon and Empire Band are an absolute must at your wedding! They are so talented and kept everyone - both young and old - on the dance floor the whole night. We loved how they came onto the dance floor and interacted with us during the night. The energy was electric the entire night. They were the most complimented part of our reception and we have zero regrets!

The best wedding band

J-Riz is a must have at your wedding! The whole band was incredible from start to finish. Jonny put on the best wedding performance I have ever seen including a white guitar solo during dinner that set the night into the perfect mood. He was so accommodating and cooperative during the whole planning process. 10/10 would recommend. Don’t forget to ask for an encore at the end!

Amazing wedding band

Hiring J-Riz Entertainment for our wedding band was one of the best decisions we made. Jonny was incredibly professional and responsive during the planning process and coordinated timelines with our many vendors on the day of. Our guests were on the dance floor all night and are still complimenting the band's performance. Highly recommend adding on the cold sparklers for an extra special touch!

Vineyard Wedding 9.23.23

Working with Jon and J-Riz Entertainment for our wedding was truly a pleasure! From initial meetings to final details they were super attentive and communicative. They helped us out with everything from the sound system for the ceremony, to entertainment for our cocktail hour and the DJ for the reception. My wife and I cant say enough great things about J-Riz entertainment. From the multiple meetings we had together to the conference call the day before our wedding to make sure everything was 100% set it was an amazing experience. The band really made our wedding the greatest night of our lives and we had so many of our guests reach out to tell us how amazing they were. I would recommend J-Riz to everybody, they were the absolute best.

Annual Company Party

I was lucky enough to have John and his band provide the entertainment for our annual company-wide party this year. They rocked! Individually, they are incredibly talented musicians, and as a band they are incredible! John is thorough, prompt and attentive. Wouldn’t have another band play an event of mine!

Best Band EVER!

J-Riz is THE BEST band around. Jonny is so easy to work with and he made the planning process stress-free. We ended up using 2 pieces during the ceremony, 3 during cocktail hour, and 11 during the reception. They knew exactly what to play to keep our guests on the dance floor all night and we got so many comments about how good they were. I've recommended J-Riz to all my friends!

Best Wedding Band...Hands Down...No Questions Asked

We first heard Jon's band perform at our friend's wedding four years ago - and they CRUSHED it - so leaving that wedding, my wife and I (still just dating at the time) promised ourselves we would use him for our wedding whenever that happened. He was that good, and we had no doubt. Fast forward two years when we started planning our wedding, and the first call we made - before caterers, photographers, anyone - was to Jon to lock in his 11-piece band for the most important night of our lives. It was the best decision we made...

Jon's band was ELECTRIC and brought a whole new energy to our wedding day. They had every guest - even grandparents - on the dance floor all night, had our friends singing a capella mid-dinner with an acoustic electric guitar, and brought the house down with every dance set throughout the night. The instrumentals for the ceremony, jazz trio over cocktail hour, and full 11-piece squad were the highlight of the night. Months later, our guests keep talking about how good the band was...two of our guests have already booked him for 2023!

Outside of having the best wedding band imaginable, Jon knows someone for everything...he hooked us up with dessert for 150 guests, a late-night food truck surprise, and a silent disco to close things our strong at the after party. And on top of all that, he is a blast to work with - he loves what he does, and brings contagious energy that makes all the planning fun.

We could not recommend Jon and his band more, and can't wait to watch him bring the house down again and again for our friends' weddings in the years to come.

Highly recommended!

Working with J-Riz was such a great experience and my husband and I are so very happy with our decision to use them for our wedding.

First, Jon is so personable and easy to work with. He did a great job balancing our needs/wants with his knowledge and experience. He knew the recipe for great entertainment and created a schedule for the day with both his expertise and what we were looking for. He listened to our ideas and worked with us along the way to incorporate them into his system, and we were very pleased with the results.

Second, he was considerate of our budget. We told him what we were able to pay and he was able to create multiple options within our budget. He also found ways to save money and also where to get the most bang for our buck!

Third, simply put, the band rocked. Our guests raved about the music. The band kept our guests on the dancefloor and kept the party going through the night. We highly recommend this band for anyone’s wedding. We put our trust into their set list but Jon asked for specific songs we wanted to play and which we wanted to avoid. We were very happy with the music selection throughout the night.

In conclusion, we highly recommend J-Riz for anyone’s wedding. We would emphasize how easy it was to work with him, how he made a night within our budget and how much fun everyone had on the dancefloor. Highly recommend!

The best of the best!

Johnny was amazing to work with - we were very fortunate to have had him be such a special part of our day. He was always responsive and truly cared about what we wanted for our wedding day! During the first time meeting us, Johnny was attentive and showed his loud excitement! As the wedding got closer he went above and beyond to make sure that we felt comfortable with everything that the band was going to do. It was amazing the day of the wedding to feel so comfortable with him and his band. The band members came out to the crowd and truly blew everyone away by their performance!

Best Night Ever!

We are so glad that we hired J-Riz Entertainment for our October wedding. We had a live singer at cocktail hour, DJ & MC during the reception, along with a live drummer. Everything was absolutely incredible. I honestly can not imagine the music at our wedding being any better than it was. The MC had the crowd up and dancing and his energy was contagious. The song selection was incredible and the live drummer was amazing! I'm so impressed by the show that they put on. The timing of everything was great and the execution was flawless. Thank you so much for creating an absolutely amazing evening! :)

Amazing to work with !!

Jon is totally amazing to work with. Due to the pandemic we had no choice but to postpone our wedding, so we had a small intimate one in our backyard and one at a venue later on in the year. We used him for BOTH and he did not disappoint. He was so accommodating and really made everything so perfect for us. He helped us not only with a dj but also helped us with photography and a florist recommendation as well. He really made planning our wedding so easy. I would recommend him again and again !!

Outstanding Band! First Class Experience!

My party was more than 2 months ago, and I'm still hearing from guests how incredible the band was. Jon Rizzo and his team made the entire process from planning to execution accommodating, comfortable, easy, exciting, and wildly fun! Each team member felt like a good friend who was looking to ensure that my wife, I, and our guests had the best night of our lives. They learned and performed songs for our party, had an outstanding repertoire of their own, and were professional, on time, and delivered an outstanding product. In COVID times, I can imagine many people have very valid safety concerns (I do! I work in an ER)- J-Riz entertainment has you covered. He and his team adhere to strict safety protocols, and my guests and I had not a concern in the world! Thank you so much to J-Riz Entertainment for bringing a kick ass band to play at our wedding and for keeping the party going all night long! I would recommend this band to anyone for any occassion.

Best band we’ve ever heard

I’ve been to a ton of weddings in my life and seen a lot of bands play. When we were planning our wedding we spent a lot of time researching bands and when we saw the video of J Riz entertainment, we were floored. Experiencing them live at our wedding was better than we could have ever expected. They absolutely rocked the house and almost everyone who came to the wedding has reached out to tell us how great the band was. Highly recommend Jon Rizzo and his band to any couple getting married.

Amazing…..want to book him again for anything!

JRIZZ and his team were AMAZING! From the start Jon and I hit it off and I knew he was gunna kill it at my wedding! He was so easy going and worked with me every step of the way through the planning process, set lists and then being post poned due to Covid. He was always available when I had questions by phone or text and I can’t even tell you how amazing he was the night of our wedding! He kept the crowd dancing the entire time and was super considerate in sharing some time with our Italian accordion player who was supposed to only do a few songs during cocktail hour but got stuck in traffic! I want to get married again just so that I can hear his band play but I would hire him again in a heartbeat no matter how much it costs!

Our Wedding 8-15-21

We had J Riz for our wedding on 8/15/21 and they were incredible! Jon Rizzo, the owner was a pleasure to work with throughout our entire wedding journey. We ended up postponing our wedding two times and had three dates total. He worked with us every step of the way, and made sure everything ran smoothly leading up to our big day. The band was super professional, kept the dance floor going all night, engaged with the crowd, and there was not one person sitting down! We are so happy with our choice, and will refer this band to all of our friends and family. Thank you J Riz for making our wedding so special!

Off the charts band

John and his band “brought it”! The music and energy level was through the roof. We had guests of all ages at our September 10 wedding and the band catered to them all and the dance floor was packed the entire night. At the end of the night the guests started shouting “one more song!’ That says it all!! A month later our guests are still calling and texting to comment on the performance of the band.
Our wedding was postponed due the pandemic and John kept the same contract in place and was as professional and organized as can be. He took the stress off of us by creating our band time line and had it down to a science. He treated us like we were family and always made himself available
For any questions we had. It is rare today to find a company that delivers on every level but John and his band did just that!! Thank you thank you!

Great experience!

Jonny is awesome! He was so great to talk to and plan out all the music details for our wedding. We had a DJ, MC, violinist, pianist, and a videographer with an awesome drone at our wedding. They were all punctual, very respectful, and the music was great all around- all of our guests had an amazing time! I would definitely recommend J-Riz Entertainment for any occasion.

Hire J-Riz!!

Jon and his team were unbelievable and are very talented. First, we planned on using them last year and when our wedding got canceled because of Covid. Jon was extremely accommodating and easily rescheduled us keeping the exact same contract even though our big party was pushed back a year. Jon is amazing, organized and does an unbelievable job from start to finish. We used Jon’s band, booked his photographer Juliet Rose, used his videographer John, and booked the 360 photo booth through him.

Jon’s band is awesome, they play the best music and kept our entire party on the dance floor all night long. All of his musicians are extremely talented. We had band members play during our ceremony and cocktail hour as well which was great! During the party his band interacted with our wedding guests on the dance floor and they have great energy. This band was so good even my 85 year old grandma couldn’t get off the dance floor!

Jon’s photographer Juliet Rose is awesome as well. She is also extremely organized, does an extremely good job sticking to her schedule and is extremely talented.

Jon’s videographer John is very talented as well. He used a drone to capture our entire day, which was really cool.

The 360 video booth was a huge hit at our wedding. It’s highly recommended.

All in all Jon and his team made our wedding the best day, which was a lot of fun! Jon planned out the best evening for us with the best professionals! If you want your wedding to be fun, organized and hire professionals to capture every moment, book J- Riz Entertainment and use Jon for everything because it is worth it!!!

The best in the biz

Jon and his team are incredible. They made our wedding the best party our guests have been to. Jon is extremely talented. He played guitar for our ceremony, sang acoustic for our cocktail hour and then brought in his Dj while he MCed our reception. Our dance floor was ROCKING all night. Everyone - young, old, and everyone in between. Jon truly treats everyone like family. We also used Juliet Rose and Tim from his photography team who were amazing. They captured so many candid moments as well as traditional shots. They were not intrusive and were a part of the party! I am only one week married and we want to do it all over again. You cannot go wrong with J-Rizz Entertainment!!!

The most amazing wedding band & video!

J-Riz Entertainment was most definitely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! Jonathan is unbelievable. He coordinated everything so effortlessly and was a breeze to work with from the start. He definitely knows how to throw a great party, and we felt completely at ease putting both our wedding day timeline and all of our musical set selections in his hands. Everyone couldn't stop raving about how unbelievable our band was and we couldn't have asked for anything more. From the wonderful pianist at our ceremony, to the fun jazz trio at our cocktail hour, to the fantastic 12 piece band that kept our guests dancing the whole night long - everything was a dream! We used J-Riz Entertainment for our wedding video as well, and again, everyone on the J-Riz team was so professional and easy to work with. The videographers we had were so sweet and basically made themselves invisible the whole day. Jonathan made sure we were 100% thrilled with the results and now we have the most beautiful video to remember our special day by. The best band that completely transformed my wedding

This band is the best wedding band ever. Our guests are still raving about how amazing J Riz is. One of our guests said "this was not only the best wedding, but the best party I've been to." Other than stipulating our first dance, father/daughter, mother/son songs, we really put the night in Jonny's hands. He is truly an expert, a professional, and worked well with our other vendors. He is extremely responsive and put us at ease. The band traveled from NY to Newport RI for our wedding almost overnight as they had a Friday evening wedding the night prior. They made it happen and brought so much energy - everyone was dancing at our wedding! They did a 90s set at the end of the night and that was far and away one of the highlights of our day. I would refer this band to absolutely everyone.

Top Notch Talent

Knowing that Jon is a talented singer & musician himself, trusting him with booking talent for our Sept. wedding in Montauk was a no brainer but I didn't know just how incredible it would turn out. While he was unavailable himself, Jon provided me with a cocktail hour singer and DJ through his company who were TOP NOTCH talent that made our day unforgettable. Our acoustic singer had everyone in tears while DJ Drew had the whole place dancing. I asked for an upscale lounge vibe and boy did they deliver! Jon was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with the entire time. Since J-Riz is full service, we even booked our photo booth through them and when we asked if a custom step and repeat would be possible the week of our wedding, Jon simply said "no problem!", got it done and it looked amazing. This is the ONLY company to work with when it comes to your wedding or special event!

high energy and great taste in music :)

After attending several weddings at which J-Riz both performed and DJed - I decided to use their DJ services for a corporate event. Best decision ever! The DJ kept the crowd on their feet all night and colleagues raved afterwards about the variety of music and energy that filled the room. Without even needing to provide specific guidelines on songs, genres, etc., the DJ knew just what to play and each song was better than the last. The quality of service and professionalism certainly sets the bar high and I can't wait to use them for future events.

The BEST of the BEST!!!!

My company was hosting our annual holiday party and I immediately reached out to J Riz entertainment after they rocked my wedding and put it over the top. John is the best of the best and his crew are beyond professional and know what they are doing. John was very responsive to my calls, texts, and emails and during the whole process made it easy and smooth. They go out of their way to make everything easy and stress free. For the party, we had a DJ come in and setup. Let me tell you, Drew was amazing!!! Drew was very easy to work with and played everything we asked for him to play. Drew even helped us out when we had a planned flash mob dance to kick off the party. Also, we needed the DJ to come setup early because we had a company meeting in the same room as the party, Drew and J Riz Entertainment were very accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend J Riz Entertainment for all party needs from wedding band to DJ's and everything in between. Just know when you book with J Riz Entertainment you are getting the best of the best and will be in good hands from start to finish.

Beyond perfect

The BEST entertainment I could of asked for for my wedding. John was super easy to work with and Juliet (photographer) was exquisite... loved her! People were dancing until the end of the night! The drummer was such an amazing plus. Thank you team J-Riz for making my special night that much better!

Best band ever!

It’s taken us over a month since our wedding to put the words together to describe how incredible J Riz was and we still will not do the band justice. Jon has a vision for our reception and it worked flawlessly. He was incredible at taking our suggestions and working them into his plan. Our dance floor was packed and our phones were flooded with calls in the days and weeks following our affair with our guests raving about the band. You’re going to love them!

Best Band EVER!

We veryyyy luckily crossed paths with Jonny and we thank our lucky stars that we did. The entire night, Jonny and his incredible 11 piece band kept everyone dancing, singing, and they absolutely made our wedding. I can’t even begin to tell you how many guests told us that our band was the best they have seen and how every single member was a total rockstar in their own right.
My personal favorite, was when I turned to the middle of the dance floor and saw the horn section absolutely killing it while everyone surrounded them and cheered them on. It was just amazing.
We live in NYC, and Jonny was beyond accommodating with our schedule and met with us whenever we were able to make it to his town. He is professional, courteous, and really wants to make sure that the couple he’s working with is getting everything they want and that they’re happy. Easily one of the best decisions we made was hiring Jonny and his band, you should definitely do the same because I promise that you won’t regret it.
We also utilized his DJ for the additional hour we added onto our wedding, and it’s no surprise there that he crushed it as well and was the perfect ending to our night.

Best. Wedding. Ever.

During the entertainment selection portion of our wedding planning process, it was very important to my wife that everyone be up and on the dance floor at our reception and thought only a DJ would be able to do that. Being a live music fan my whole life I knew the energy and raw power that only a band could bring and was thankfully able to convince her to go the band route, and boy are we glad we did.

Jon and his band “The J-Riz Orchestra” were hands down the best part of our wedding! We had seen a sample clip of the band when we were looking around for different bands and we were really impressed by it, but it didn’t even hold a candle to the final product we received. The band nailed every song they played, and played a variety of genres that we pre-selected ahead of time. We closed out the night with a strictly 90’s set (one of our favorite genres) and the band absolutely killed it.

Another reason I really wanted a live band was because I wanted to surprise my wife with a rendition of one of our favorite songs that I used in the engagement video I made for her. It’s an obscure song but the band was able to learn it quickly and together we knocked it out of the park and surprised the entire crowd.

There was great communication throughout the entire planning process and Jon provided us with a timeline that we had all of our other vendors and our venue follow. Every single one of our guests made an effort to seek us out either right after the reception or in the coming days to say how amazing the band was and how it was the best reception they have ever attended. We can’t thank Jon and his team enough for blowing the doors off of our expectations and making the best day ever even more perfect -- we can’t recommend these guys any more highly.

I knew I wanted a band for my wedding, and only J Riz Entertainment would do. It’s actually the only non-negotiable stance I took during wedding planning. My hubby and I are at the age where all our friends are getting married and NOT 1 of our friends hired a band. I’m so glad we bucked the trend.

At our cocktail hour Jon performed an acoustic set which our friends raved about. During the reception this band is sure to get your guests out of their seats- they play a great mix of new and oldies - 4 Seasons anyone? My parents rocked out.

They also learned 3 songs of my choosing for it parent dances and our first dance - which was jaw dropping. We choreographed it so the band let us practice a few times during cocktail hour to make sure we got it right with their tempo. I appreciate their attentiveness.

We also hired a DJ through them to spin when the band took breaks and during the last hour of our reception (since we paid for an extra hour at our venue and didn’t want to pay the whole band to stay an extra hour).

A++++++ totally your best choice for a wedding band!

We found J-Riz Entertainment & Productions, Inc. by serendipity when owner Jon was playing (killing it) at a local restaurant and a friend suggested we ask if he would play acoustic guitar at our future cocktail hour. We had not yet booked a single other vendor, not even the venue when we made the decision to jump onboard with this incredible company, that's truly how amazing he is! Jon brought us in and took care of us like family. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, gave honest advice, and we never had a doubt that we were not going to be taken care of on the day of our wedding. And boy were we right! He FAR exceeded our expectations! His 11 piece band knocked it out of the park, our guests could not stop dancing and raving about them. He also included a DJ for the extra hour, photo booth, and uplighting that really impressed all of our guests. How lucky my husband and I are to have found such an INCREDIBLE company! Love you, Jon! You gave us the wedding of our dreams.

Planning a wedding can be very stressful but John made our experience so much fun and relaxed. We booked our dj and photography through him. The music at our weddding was outstanding and the photography was just as amazing. John sang at our wedding then MC'ed. All our guest talked about was how great of a singer he was and how he kept the partying going the whole night. People were dancing at all times which is exactly what we wanted. From start to finish this company has helped make our wedding the best day of our lives!

I truly can’t say enough great things about J-Riz Entertainment. Our wedding day was @ a vineyard out in cutchogue, not an easy task. From the moment we booked w/them, they turned a stressful planning process into a fun & exciting one. They listened to what we wanted & handled every detail from beginning to end. WOW!!! The best decision we made all wedding was having John and J Rizz entertainment as our band! From start to finish, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, they absolutely KILLED IT! We are still receiving compliments from our guests about how amazing the band was and how it was the best wedding they’d ever attended and we owe it all to J Rizz! With the first song, the dance floor was packed and it remained full the entire night. Every song was one hit after another and they are true entertainers! Singers and band members came out onto the dance floor into the crowd and were breaking it down with guests and the horns absolutely blew it away! I must also mention John’s professionalism and attention to detail! Leading up to the wedding John took his time to meet with us, call us, email with us and make sure our every request was met. He created a detailed timeline to make sure that everything went off according to plan. He ran our party seamlessly with expertise and poise in an understated way that trumped any traditional cheesy DJ MC. He is a true class act! Hire him and you will guarantee the best night of your and your guests’ lives! As a perfectionist and a lover of dancing and music I promise, you will not be disappointed!

Where do we even begin?? Jonny Rizzo was our secret ingredient when it came to our wedding night. We knew how talented he was and we couldn't wait to unleash him onto all of our closest family and friends. He put on a true show, exceeded every expectation and was an absolute dream to deal with. We had so much fun planning our big day together — Jonny understood exactly what we wanted, got to know us and our personalities, and catered the entire night's performance to just that. We have not had one conversation with our guests — who danced so much we actually temporarily broke the dance floor! — since the wedding without them telling us, "Your band was AMAZING!" Recently got married in August 2017 and had the best wedding ever! Seriously, along with the venue being spectacular, J-Riz Entertainment & Productions, Inc. was fabulous. Our gorgeous outdoor ceremony was so beautiful. J-Riz himself played acoustic guitar when we walked down the isle. The music was classy and beautiful. Jon is a talented musician and we feel lucky to have had him. For our cocktail hour, Jon was joined by a female acoustic guitar player and singer. Jon is accommodating and listens to what you want. He is also is creative and full of ideas. He knows what works! The music we chose was classic rock type of music and included lots of our favorite songs. The music was not over powering so people were able to socialize however, guests were able to stop and listen to the great music as well. Then for the "party" part of our wedding we had one of the J-Riz DJs who made himself available to discuss the kind of music we wanted to play at our wedding. The DJ was able to "read the crowd," and had everyone up and dancing with his music selections. Last, but DEFINITELY not least, we also had one of the J-Riz photographers, Juliet Rose. Juliet was amazing. She came out to the venue a month before our wedding and planned with us where we would take our photographs, in an effort to maximize the time on the wedding day and know the venue beforehand. Juliet is incredibly creative, calm and bright. She made us feel relaxed and comfortable (usually I hate taking pictures). She and her lovely assistant made it a fun and special time. Our family was so impressed with how organized and easy going the photo shoots went. The pictures are spectacular! Our wedding was at a vineyard and Juliet really maximized the scenery and beauty of the venue and incorporated this in our photos. She is a must have at your wedding! J-Riz entertainment is a one stop shopping company for music and photography. Whatever you imagine your wedding to be, J-Riz Entertainment will make it happen!

I have to say, picking music for a wedding is one of the most stressful parts of planning. My husband and I went to a few bridal expos and left every one disappointed in the DJs and bands we saw. I was very specific in not hiring a "hype man" and simply someone who would keep my guests dancing without constantly yelling into the microphone. Jon DID NOT disappoint! I could go on and on about how phenomenal he was. We had him play acoustic guitar and singing during our cocktail hour and then MC with a DJ during the reception. His voice is incredible and he kept my guests dancing the entire night! We got married 2 months ago and I am still getting phone calls from friends and family asking where we found our DJ because "he was amazing!" I actually found out after the wedding that guests from another wedding at our venue heard the music from our room and crashed our wedding to dance. We wanted super simple for our music but J-Riz Entertainment has everything! I highly, highly recommend them! You will not be dissapointed.

Jon was the DJ at our wedding, we had a cocktail reception because it was a second wedding for both of us. The music made the party! We didn't tell him much in terms of what we wanted, we let him "do his thing". We found that the volume was always appropriate with dead-on choice of songs, he read my guests perfectly regrading what they would like to hear. He played dinner music, like Sinatra, when food was served and afterward he had the place rockin' with current and popular hits. Both young and old alike complimented our affair acknowledging the music as a highlight.

We couldn't thank Jonathan enough for helping us plan our wedding. My husband and I wanted a nontraditional wedding celebration. Jonathan truly took his time in meeting with us to get a feel for exactly what we wanted. After meeting with Jonathan and getting his input and ideas on the venue we booked, he was able to incorporate something for everyone of all ages. He truly made the wedding a blast from the music to the photo booth. Since we already knew of Jonathan's musical talent (which is beyond extraordinary), we knew he would be able to help us integrate the right musical fit and he did! We used Jonathan's Then & Now Band which gave our event the relaxed yet fun rock vibe that we wanted. Our guests are still talking about the band and they want to know where they will be performing next just to hear them again. They sounded so amazing, better than the original artists!! Jon and J-Riz Entertainment & Productions, Inc. are wonderful! My husband and I were married last week (2/17/2017) and Jon and his band were outstanding. Our guests danced ALL night long and had a blast! The band members are very interactive and extremely talented. They played a wide variety of songs that kept everyone up and moving, from my younger guests to my 93 year old grandma. Everyone keeps telling me how wonderful and awesome the band was that night! Jon also arranged for our ceremony and cocktail hour music (acoustic guitar for ceremony and piano for cocktail hour), which was wonderful. The band learned our wedding song and the father of bride/bride song perfectly and without hesitation. Jon was instrumental in organizing everything with my venue, which helped me immensely in the weeks leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, when the floral decorators realized the floor plan they had didn't match the actual layout of the tables in the ballroom, Jon stepped in with the maitre'd of my venue to help redo the placement of certain floral centerpieces to keep the room looking balanced and beautiful. Finally, we used J-Riz Entertainment to book our photo booth as well, and it was great; another fun addition to the night! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Jon and J-Riz Entertainment! It was a wonderful day thanks in large part to them, and we will never forget it!

Jon and his team were definitely the best decision my husband and I made to make our wedding day the day of our dreams! We loved the fact that they were so friendly and professional and so patient with us through all the decisions we had to make. They made us feel at ease and completly confident about how are day would go and we knew we didn't have to worry about a thing. Jon's talent is like no other and as I was walking down the eisle his voice and acoustic guitar made me feel like I was in a movie/fairytale which is exactly what I wanted. After Countless meetings with other entertainment companies we met with Jon. Immediately he understood exactly what we were looking for and made the entire planning, and decisions making process seamless. He was able to produce and deliver every single request that we made. Not only did my husband and myself enjoy the entertainment throughout the evening but Jon made sure to keep the guests totally engaged and enjoying themselves as well. Aside from the music, we also chose to use his photographer Juliet Rose Our photos were beyond perfect. She completely captured us. She was able to be everywhere and capture some of the best photos without them being staged and awkward. She was lovely, and it was a pleasure to work with her as well. Jon is the absolute best. We planned our wedding in like 3 months and had no music, or dj, or any clue what we were going to do. My mom heard him playing one night and got his info. Thank god he was available on our wedding day. He took care of all of our music needs and made me feel totally safe and calm from start to finish. I really didn't even have to think (which was great for me because I Am not the wedding planner kind of bride) He just gets it and made everything go smoothly. Plus he is an insanely talented musician. He knows his music and had our guests dancing at the perfect times, doing the hora , Our first dance, cutting the challah, cutting the cake. Literally perfect . He's fairly priced , professional and a sweetheart ! Small weddings , big weddings , bands ,DJ's whatever you need, he's the man . You won't be sorry!!

He was professional from start to finish, and was always available when we had questions. The music for our ceremony was exactly what we were looking for and our all of our guests complimented us on how great he was. He made us feel at ease that our special day would go smoothly, and as promised, it did! Have, and will continue to, recommend John to our friends and family!

J-Riz Entertainment went above and beyond for our wedding. Honestly, it was the best decision we made the whole wedding process. Every single one of our guests called / wrote / emailed after the wedding to say how much they loved the band. From the music choices to the flow of the night, it was absolutely perfect -- and they're such pros I was able to take a step back (not easy for a control freak like me!) and let them take the reigns, knowing it would be exactly what we wanted. Everyone was on their feet the ENTIRE night! I would recommend J-Riz Orchestra to anyone!!

I've used Jon for a few events and have always had an overall excellent experience. The most recent was the most important one though... My Wedding.
I was in a pinch, I had a vision and was getting a lot of push-back from the venue on what I wanted that vision to be. Not only did Jon say "absolutely, no problem", he said he'd do it himself.
I explained everything I wanted and without even blinking an eye, he picked up his guitar and started playing and giving suggestions. The relief was overwhelming. Within a 24hr period I went from almost having a bridal breakdown to having my exact vision with the owner of the band no less, right there to make sure it was done perfectly.
The day went off without a hitch and the music was amazing. I can't wait 'til the next event!!

BEST BAND ON THE PLANET! J-Riz Entertainment was the absolute best entertainment you could have at a wedding hands down. They have an absolutely amazing variety of singers and instruments, and best attitude of all the bands we looked into for our wedding. Jon was easy to coordinate with prior to the wedding for entrance music and was also extremely instrumental in helping us make sure we had amazing set lists. He even did a few songs for us that they don't regularly play; and best of all, they played the songs amazingly as if they always played them. It was like hearing our favorite singers live, but better. They were very accommodating and flexible and did a fabulous job of playing our requests plus feeling the crowd. The best thing about J-Riz Entertainment is that they played continuous music - they didn't stop - and we danced all night. And the best part of the wedding came at the end of the night. The crowd was yelling at the top of their lungs for them to play "one more song" lighters and phone lights out and all. And being the most amazing band ever, they granted the request and rocked it out. It was a great time! Jon did shout outs for people's birthdays and anniversaries - we had a couple the night of our wedding - and worked well with our reception hall's policies and the schedule of events for the night. Some of our guests were so impressed, that a few of them booked J-Riz Entertainment for their own upcoming occasions. J-Riz Entertainment is professional, flexible, and the best wedding band in New York - I highly recommend them and can't wait to party with them again at our friends and families events in the future!

Best decision we made for our wedding entertainment, hands down! The band had everyone on the dance floor all night long, and people still talk about how great the music was to this day (3 years later)! My husband and I have a wide taste in music and Jon made sure there was a large variety of genres to keep everyone happy. Definitely recommend, and have recommended, J-Riz for your big day because you will NOT be disappointed!

The best decision we made for our wedding day was to have J Riz Entertainment & Productions running the show...HANDS DOWN! Great music and finding the right entertainment vendor was our top priority for the wedding from the start. Considering my husband and I have a very eclectic taste in music and had a very specific vision for the entertainment we wanted at the wedding...Jon really had his work cut out for him. Luckily, our wedding was PERFECT and we have mostly Jon to thank for that! Jon took our insane dreams of having both acoustic jams and hoodrat music at our wedding and BLEW EVERYONE AWAY! Jon played acoustic instrumentals for our ceremony, performed acoustic songs during the cocktail hour, and MC'ed our reception along with the most amazing DJ (which he provided for us). The dance floor was packed the entire night (even my 83 year old aunt lost her shoes and said she has never had that much fun)!

Beyond Jon being the driving force behind our amazing entertainment that night, he also played a tremendous role in planning, coordinating and managing the event in its entirety. Jon provided us with so much support and worked so hard to ensure that every aspect of our wedding, from lighting to the timeline, was perfect and according to our vision/wants. The entire process was seamless and Jon was truly a pleasure to work with.

Jon has such unparalleled talent, which is only exceeded by his genuine kindness, quality service and professionalism. Anyone looking for event entertainment or just need a dude to serenade you and your loved ones all night.. look no further and thank me later!

Jon, You are the GOAT (greatest of all time, in case that phrase is too thug and progressive for you)! Thank you for everything!
