The greatest photographers ever! :)
The longest overdue review ever haha. My wife's and I wedding was back in October 2025. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Jenn and Ro and truly could not have asked for a better team to capture our day. From the very beginning, their communication was flawless. They were always responsive, clear, and incredibly organized, which made the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free.
On the wedding day itself, everything was executed perfectly. They were both professional, calm, and incredibly efficient while still making us feel comfortable and present in the moment. They guided us when needed, but never made anything feel forced or staged. It was clear they had a strong plan while still remaining flexible and attentive to everything happening throughout the day.
If you’re looking for a photographer who communicates clearly, listens carefully, and delivers REMARKABLE results, we cannot recommend them highly enough. We are so grateful they were part of our wedding and would absolutely choose them again!! -

Awesome photographers (from photographers!)
My now husband and I are both photographers who care deeply about images and what it takes to make beautiful ones. When we were deciding on a photographer for our wedding, we looked at dozens until we found J&R. We loved the type of editorial images they made - some looked like they could be in Vogue!
We were so impressed with Jenn & Ro. They are incredible photogs and were such great guides for our day. Their customer service was second to none through the entire process. They really have their offerings and operations down pat. Like others said, it felt like they became friends. We loved having them share and capture our special day. Highly recommend!! -

Jenn & ro are amazing!
What a year! We had such an exciting year, full of events for our special day and family events and Jenn & Ro made them even more special. We were a little nervous for our engagement shoot but Jenn & Ro welcomed us with smiles and open arms. They made us feel so comfortable and helped guide us when trying to figure out poses. They shot our parents 50th Anniversary celebration on the beach, our church and reception weddings. Everytime we genuinely have a good time. They really get to know you and make the sessions fun! They are so talented and capture the moments beautifully! We are so happy with their services and would recommend them 1000%. Look no further... Jenn & Ro are the BEST! -

Jenn & Ro - we would give more than 5 stars if we could! From the very beginning of our wedding planning we knew we made the right choice in having such supportive and knowledgeable photographers as a part of our day. We loved that they are a married couple so could lead us by example in the poses as we got comfortable in front of the camera during our engagement shoot. They were so understanding and helpful in getting us all of the locations and combinations that we wanted for engagement, and got our pictures back to us quickly. On our wedding day, because of Jenn's documents and foresight, they had everything in hand and I didn't need to worry about getting the shots we wanted because I had full trust in them to handle that for us. It really allowed us to enjoy the day and felt like we had friends with us instead of strangers. Their special touches along the way proved over and over that they are the best around. Don't hesitate - book them asap! -

Getting engaged and shopping for vendors is overwhelming: you want your wedding day to be perfect and you hope for a collection of photos that captures the magic of the wedding night. While "vendor-shopping", a lot of photographers set you up with the owners of the company and you do not have the pleasure of speaking directly with the artists who will photograph you the day of your wedding. While my brother and sister-in-law used Jenn and Ro for their wedding, I was determined to shop around for "my own" vendors. However, from the moment we zoomed with Jenn and Ro, we knew they were the photographers for us. Their laid-back nature was so calming for me (a high, strung bride). We connected so well with them and had SO MUCH FUN with them at our engagement shoot - since they are husband and wife, they helped guide our poses and made us feel so comfortable. They also use video-photography and post / share "teaser" photos within days of the events which most vendors charge extra for. I already miss them and am excited for the next time we can use them as our photographers since I not only love their work, but I also enjoy their company!! -

Absolutely amazing!!
We used J&R for both our engagement shoot & wedding day and will be booking them for any future photo needs. J&R made us feel comfortable from the first time we met, and were amazing at making us laugh throughout the day, as well as catching the attention of our 3 year old ring bearer. Despite being incredible busy with weddings this season, J&R got us our teasers within 4 weeks & our full gallery in 6 which was well ahead of our contracted timeline. Overall, J&R made sure to capture every moment of our day without distracting us from the actual celebration - which we cannot thank them for enough. -

Jenn & Ro we’re such a pleasure to work with. Scrolling through IG and finding their work was meant to be. We knew we wanted photographers to capture all the intimate and candid moments. I said to myself that i wanted to look back at our pictures many years down the line and feel the same emotions. Let me tell you, these two are the most proactive vendors in all of wedding vendors- if a problem arises they are quick with the solutions. You want a picture at a specific spot? You got it! Time is running out? Sure no problem, they will make it happen just for you. 10/10 across the boards, communication on point, flexible and patient, detail oriented yes, people person (we sat down with them before booking them in their cute office and personally got the chance to know each other) and of course photography skills (Ro is knowledgeable with his craft and they both are great at posing you— for the awkward couples, LOL). They shot our engagement photos and after that i knew we were in good hands. They kept in touch throughout the planning and we had a detailed zoom meeting weeks before our wedding. They are also very active on social media and spotlighted all of their clients which i liked because it goes to show how much they prioritize us. don’t hesitate, if you want quality photographers, book J&RPhotography ASAP! We HIGHLY recommend J&R Photography!! Not only are Jenn & Ro genuinely good people and down to earth, they are also ridiculously talented. They captured some of the most beautiful photos I had ever seen from our engagement shoot at Liberty State Park in March 2020, just days before lock downs. Little did we know what was to come. We will never forget that memory with them! And now we cannot wait to see how pics from our wedding this past Friday come out. They were a dream to work with and so easy to communicate with, especially helpful with having to postpone our wedding a whole year. So glad it worked out. They made sure all of the photos we wanted were taken and were able to put our complete trust in them to do their thing. We will definitely be working with them again! How do I put into words what an incredible team Jenn and Ro are!? From the moment we sat down for a consultation, we knew these two were different from any of the other photographers we met. I mean what more can you ask for than a couple who understands and demonstrates what real love is and can learn and grow with each other through a business they created together!?
It is Jenn and Ro’s genuine personalities that made us feel so comfortable during both our engagement session and wedding day! They knew exactly what we were looking for and even encouraged us to get the most creative shots that we will treasure forever! By the end of our wedding night we were so sad to have the two of them go! They actually felt like family! We can’t wait to work with them again when we decide to start a family! -

The best team!
Jenn and Ro are simply the best! From the start they made us feel comfortable, even over zoom. Our engagement shoot was the first time we met Jenn and Ro in person and even after a rainstorm they made the shoot happen!
Leading up to the wedding day they were in constant communication with us. Going over our shot list and all the little details of the day.
On the actual day, Jenn and Ro could not have been better! We had a blast with them during our solo shots, keeping us laughing and moving to all different locations at the venue. During the wedding party photos, they kept everything moving along, which was key since it was 90 degrees with a rainstorm approaching! My husband and I truly loved how much Jenna and Ro got to know us and went along with any ideas that we had for photos.
Everyone that day truly loved Jenn and Ro and cannot wait to see the photos!
Book them asap you will not regret it!

Best photographers ever!
My husband Mike and I cannot say enough great things about J&R Photography! I am so thankful that I came across their work browsing wedding websites and saw more samples in person at a local wedding showcase. At our initial meeting Jenn and Ro were so friendly and laid back, and we could tell that they truly love their work and their clients. Perfect example--Mike pointed out a shirt and a tie that he really liked in some of the sample albums we looked at. Later that night we got an email from Jenn with details of where to find both (and we hadn't even signed a contract yet)! What impresses me most about Jenn and Ro is their ability to capture such genuine candid moments. There are so many talented photographers around who will shoot great portraits, but I have not seen anyone who comes close to how this amazing duo catches laughter, singing, dancing, dog belly rubs, and beyond. Those are the special memories that really deserve to be framed and cherished for years to come. Jenn and Ro really are a rockstar team. We are so lucky to have worked with them for our engagement shoot and small backyard wedding, and we cannot wait to see them again for our large celebration next year! -

Jenn & Ro captured the love in our event perfectly! We are so grateful that through all the postponements we were able to work to keep them as our vendor. Through consultations and emails we were able to plan the perfect day 3 years later. Everything was organized well from the beginning. Jenn & Ro were super cool, very organized, and so easy to work with- one of the few wedding planning items that wasn't stressful in the midst of covid19! The adjective that we've gotten most when showing people our wedding photos is "stunning" and we would definitely agree- we love them SO much and they really captured the emotion of the day! Our venue also has an area with waterfalls and Jenn & Ro hopped the railing with no hesitation and climbed down into them with us to get the photos we had envisioned and some amazing drone shots! I have already recommended them to a friend who is getting married next year and would tell anybody who is hoping to have incredible wedding/engagement pictures and have fun doing it, that they can confidently book J&R! -

The following is no exaggeration: Jenn and Ro are the absolute best in this business. I had first come across them at a friend’s wedding and when I saw what beautiful photos they captured, that they managed to be there for all the big and small moments that make a wedding special, I knew my now-husband and I would have to look no further when it came time to book photographers for our big day. But what I didn’t know then was that, beyond ensuring we’d have gorgeous keepsakes to remember our wedding by, by signing on to work with Jenn and Ro, we were getting to work with the kindest, most compassionate, down to earth (and all the while, most professional) photographers there are in this business. They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. They manage to balance being flexible and organized in such a way that you cannot help but be relaxed in their presence (all while sticking to a schedule; seriously, it’s a magical skill they possess). They’re easy to talk to and give excellent direction. And most importantly, they care. Ours was one of the many weddings this year that needed to be postponed because of COVID-19. When we let them know that we needed to reschedule our wedding, they offered their help in whatever was needed and communicated clearly that they totally understood our position. And when we went on to decide that we would have a small ceremony on our original wedding date, they were happy to be there to capture that day, too! Having Jenn and Ro there that day truly made it feel as special as I hoped it originally would be. And to boot, they were pros at dealing with a groomsman’s bashful daughter, camera shy father of the bride, emotional mother of the bride and especially crazy dog. Ultimately, there aren’t enough good things to say about them. If you’re considering working with Jenn and Ro, please take this ringing endorsement as proof you’re making the right decision. I cannot wait to see them again next year for part two of our wedding celebration, and I know that we’ll be working with Jenn and Ro on all the moments we hope to have captured for many years to come. -

Worth every penny!
I cannot begin to express how much we love Jenn and Ro! I'll take you back a year and a half ago when the then fiance (now husband) and I started to plan our wedding. We didn't have a location, a venue, or anything but we started to take about what we would like to have for our wedding. We began to do plenty of research and we both sent each other the website for J&R Photography. Fast forwarding a little bit, we booked our venue, J&R happened to be on the Loft by Bridgeview's preferred vendor list and we immediately recognized the name. When it came to photographers, we kept going back to J&R. We then set the gears into motion and shortly after did a video meeting with Jenn and Ro. I don't even think the meeting was over before we'd even made our decision to book them. Jenn and Ro took time out to help us in our planning and giving us ideas. Not to mention our wedding was during covid, the amazing duo reassured us and were definitely a big part in making us feel comfortable going forward and not postponing. Now here comes the good stuff... Jenn and Ro met every expectation and more during our wedding. I myself am not the most comfortable in front of the camera in those type of situations and Jenn and Ro were patient and great at describing and showing us poses. My husband went to acting school so it was probably a little bit easier for him but we both agreed that Jenn and Ro made us feel like models/celebrities! And then when family were trying to cluster around and watch, without a second thought they were able to give us the privacy we needed. They were also super respectful and conscious of the safety of our guests and even for some of our guest's covid related concerns. The day after the wedding, without even expecting it, Jenn and Ro gave us a sneak peek of one of the pictures and oh my god, they are worth every penny and more. Honestly just that one photograph proved we'd made the right choice! We plan to order albums for sure!!! Jenn and Ro, thank you so much for everything that you've done for us and will continue to do! Jenn and Ro were hands down the best vendor we had for our wedding and our greatest investment. From our first meeting with them, we knew we had to hire them to capture the biggest day of our lives. They really took the time to get to know us as a couple, asking us questions about our story and how we met, which was so different than any other vendor we had met with. They honestly felt like old friends and we knew they were the right choice for us. They checked in so many times throughout the process, which gave us such much peace of mind. Of course, on our wedding day, Jenn and Ro were unbelievably professional & organized and made us feel so relaxed. They’re also just such a cute and fun couple themselves, and truly the type of people that you want to hang out with outside of all the wedding chaos.
It’s no surprise that our wedding photos are absolutely to die for. Jenn and Ro captured the raw emotions of our wedding day flawlessly. I knew they were good, but our photos blew all of our expectations out of the water. We can’t stop looking at them and are so grateful that we have these stunning photos to look back on for the rest of our lives.
We could not recommend Jenn and Ro enough!!! They are masters of their craft who put everything they have into the lens and we would hire them 1000x over again. Thank you Jenn and Ro! -

We started the search for our photographers about 16 months before our wedding. It was high on our priority list so it was the first thing we did after nailing down a date and venue. After weeks of searching, so many of the other photographers started to blend together. When I stumbled on Jenn & Ro's Instagram account, they were the breath of fresh air that I had been looking for. I fell in love with their aesthetic and ability to capture the true emotion of a moment. After meeting them in person, we put our deposit down right away. They were sweet, funny, easy to talk to, and laid out the process in an organized way that made us feel super comfortable. From the moment we booked them to the day of the wedding, they were incredibly responsive and professional. By the time our wedding day came, it felt like they were part of the family.
We got our photos back within the timeline laid out in our contract and when we did, they took our breath away. They truly are pieces of art. We are so grateful to have the events and emotions of the day captured so beautifully.
Our experience with Jenn & Ro surpassed anything we could have imagined. To anyone on the hunt for a photographer, stop your search and hire J&R NOW! -

Jenn & Ro are the best in the business! They were the first vendors we reached out to after booking our venue and were super helpful every step of the way. I loved our engagement pictures so much that I incorporated them into our guestbook. I'm so happy we also used their photo booth (The Big Picture Booth) at the wedding too. Our guests loved it and everyone got to take home a high quality picture from the wedding. Jenn & Ro are the perfect mix of fun & professional which is exactly what you want in wedding vendors! The questionnaire they have you fill out ahead of your wedding day is incredibly helpful and made the day flow seamlessly. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing we were in good hands. Our photos are so beautiful and I almost can't believe how much they caught on camera! Our wedding was also their first time working at our venue but you would never know. They took so many great shots all over the property. We've gotten so many compliments and I cannot recommend J&R enough! Totally worth the investment!! Can't wait to get our album! -

The Best Photographers Everrrrrrrr!
Jenn and Ro are a husband and wife team that are talented beyond compare. I am completely awkward when it comes to taking photos but Jenn and Ro made my husband and I feel totally comfortable throughout our entire process (engagement photos, etc). They are able to truly document and tell your story through their photos; which is what we all want when it comes down to it. Jenn and Ro are professional yet down to Earth and such a cool couple. We trusted them from the beginning and so glad we did. My husband and I are so grateful that they photographed our special day. We HIGHLY recommend J&R Photos! -

Where do I even begin? Jenn and Ro are absolutely amazing in so many ways. They are professional, reliable, organized, and talented. When we first met Jenn and Ro at their studio, we knew immediately we wanted to hire them for our wedding. They were easy to talk to and within 5 minutes we felt as if we had known them for years. We were very nervous for our engagement shoot, however they made us feel so comfortable right from the beginning. Throughout the planning process they were always there to answer any questions or concerns we had. Jenn is very organized, which took a huge weight off of our shoulders. We knew we could count on them and it was one less thing we had to worry about in the days leading up to our wedding. Ro is incredibly talented and funny. At times you might question his vision he may get, but when you see the pictures you are amazed that your awkward hand and body position turned into such a beautiful photograph. We couldn't be more happy with choosing Jenn & Ro as our wedding photographers! From the business side of things (professionalism, organization, responsiveness, timeliness) to the perfect end product (we couldn't have imagined our photos turning out as great as they did), they were an absolute pleasure to work with before, during and after our wedding. We will absolutely continue to work with them for any occasion that calls for professional photos in the future.
The photographer was the most important vendor decision to us -- photos are the one keepsake you have to remember your wedding by. We obsessed over hundreds of different options over a few months, and were relieved when we came across J&R. Their journalistic & artistic style, paired with their organization and ability to take care of all the formal portraits we wanted, made them a great choice for us.
We knew we made the right decision when we did our engagement shoot in NYC. They were very flexible and accommodating, easy to work with, and struck a nice balance between directing us/posing us and letting us be natural. They didn't rush us or keep their eyes on the clock (I believe our package included a 2 hour session, and we went a bit over), which was good to see. When you're making this type of investment, you want to know that they'll go above & beyond to deliver the end product that will make you happy.
On our wedding day, they were hands down the vendor we spent the most time with. They're a fun couple, very relatable and down to earth. This helps a ton -- with all of the chaos and build-up surrounding the wedding, they were able to keep things light and easy for my wife and I. Following our pre-wedding meeting, Jenn had a list of every family member and shot that we wanted, and thoroughly and efficiently made sure we got through them all. Efficient is the key word here - you don't want to spend half your wedding day checking shot after shot off of your list. That left us more time to wander around the venue and property, taking the more fun and interesting shots, which turned out to be some of our favorites.
Following our wedding, we got our photos back much quicker than expected. My wife and I honestly couldn't be happier - they not only caught every moment of the day, but really captured the feeling & emotion.
The cost of their services truly was an investment. Reliability, commitment to their clients and talent made J&R a very wise investment for us! -

Jenn and Ro photographed our engagement shoot and wedding and we were absolutely thrilled to work with them. Jenn is super organized and professional - loved the client portal they had set up for our photos, invoices, questionnaires and timelines. They both helped my camera shy husband feel comfortable in front of the camera. We always joke, but loved that they are a married couple - so they can always posed together to show us how we should be posing. Glad we hired them, loved our engagement photos and previews of our wedding photos. Excited to get the full set and relive our favorite day! Thank you Jenn and Ro!
