Friendly Drivers and beautiful limo bus

Have used them several times now for our kids weddings. They are excellent to work with and the drivers are always so kind and friendly. Highly recommend!

Reliable transportation

Transportation was reliable, drivers were safe and showed up promptly when needed for our 90 person wedding. We had 2 35 person shuttles and both were handled well when driving up the mountains in the Poconos. Buses were well taken care of and comfortable.

Exactly what was needed

Timely, professional and clean. This was my second experience with J&J and they were great. They picked me with my bridesmaids up first, then swung back for the guys. It worked out perfectly.

Excellent Experience!

This company was fantastic for my wedding services. Every receptionist I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and attentive, and both drivers I had arrived 15 minutes ahead of time and were very attentive and responsible. I think the prices of both my limo and town car was excellent, and overall this is a great company to hire.

This company was fantastic. The vehicles are beautiful and the drivers are very courteous. The folks that handle the routes are easily reached and they are very flexible. I had to increase my bus size from 35 passenger to 55 the week before and they accommodated me, even though they were not obligated to do so. They came exactly on time and got a very large bus up a very small street. Tips are incorporated into the price beforehand which is nice. The big party bus is so nice! I recommend JJ transportation without hesitation. I estimated what I paid and it is close for a 6 hour party bus and a large passenger bus for 4 hours.

We used J & J this past weekend for my daughter's bachelorette party and it was perfect. Tom our driver was awesome. He was such a gentleman and so professional. I would highly recommend this company!!

J&J did an awesome job on our wedding day. They showed up 30 min before departure which was awesome. We got to the church in plenty of time and then did picture in Philadelphia and looped around back to the venue. The driver was amazing. Called me the day before to go over everything and easily navigated the small streets of Philadelphia. With much appreciation- another J&J (Julie&John)

I used this company for a bachelorette party that I was planning for a friend. They are amazing! They were very helpful the entire process of booking, answered any questions I had and even called to reconfirm our reservations a few days before our trip and also the day before our trip our driver personally called to confirm as well. We booked them for 6 hours going from central NJ to NYC and back home. Our driver Daniel was fantastic! He was funny and so so nice. I just wish I had found this company when I was getting married! I will definitely use them again for any future transportation needs!

We used J&J Transportation to transport the wedding party to various locations throughout the day. Not only were they incredibly affrodable, but they were super nice, attentive, punctual, and the limo was impeccable. A few days before the wedding we decided to add on an additional hour as well as an additional stop and they made the updates with no problems at all. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend J&J in the future!

We needed a limo company that would seat 25 people in one car, and be able to make multiple stops to drop people at their homes after the after-party. Ceremony and reception, for our wedding, was at blue mountain ski and we wanted an after party at River Walk Saloon. J and J had everything we needed! The limo seated all of us and they were willing to drop people off at designated houses as long as it fell within the time frame we were paying for. They did not charge us extra per stop, it was a simple hourly fee and we paid for 7 hours. The driver was even willing to leave the bar early if someone was sick from drinking too much, drop them off at their home then come back and wait for us. The driver was friendly and all of our guests had a great time. I would recommend this limo company to anyone in need of transportation

J & J Luxury Transportation was exactly what we needed for our wedding. They made life much easier when almost 40 of our guests needed a ride from the hotel to our venue before the wedding and back afterwards. We rented a mid size limo coach for 8 hours and after extensive looking, J & J was the cheapest option price wise, but we definitely got our moneys worth. The limo was very nice and clean, our guests loved riding in style before and after our wedding. The driver, Marty, arrived early and was extremely professional and nice. He was able to meet all of our requests and did it all with a smile. I would highly recommend J & J for anyone needing transportation for their wedding or just in general.

J&J Luxury Transportation was the best! For our wedding, our driver came a little bit early to make sure he had enough time to get the groom and groomsmen to the church, and then come back for me and my bridesmaids. We made it there with perfect timing, and nothing was rushed or late. The ride was great and our driver was extremely helpful with assisting everyone in and out of the vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about this company!! Thank you so much!

We accidentally went over our time and they had no problem with it and didn't rush us. It was very well maintained and went anywhere we asked them to. Even the secretary women I worked with were fun and worked with me to schedule the day as we needed it.

Great job! We used J&J for our shuttle service..they did a wonderful job and our driver was amazing! He took good care of us and all of the guests...followed all of the instructions given regarding pick-ups and drop-offs. We used a 55 seater bus- it was very clean.

J&J was so easy to work with from the very beginning. We had a 55-passenger bus taking our guests to and from the hotel and venue and the time changed multiple times. They were so flexible with all of our changes and responded almost instantly every time! Our guests said that the bus was extremely clean, classy, and comfortable and that they had a great time. We actually booked the very last bus 6 months prior to our wedding, so I'd suggest booking in advance if you'd like to use them!!!

We had a very large wedding party (21 people). J&J was one of the few vendors that had a large luxury coach to accommodate such a large wedding party. They were easy to work with and I booked everything online. The vehicle was in very good condition and we had plenty of room. The driver was fantastic, accommodating, and very helpful. I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of service of the driver. He definitely went above and beyond.

The limo van was spotless, just as ordered and early to arrive. Olam, the driver, was polite, a careful driver, helpful and prompt. He drove several round trips during the beginning rain of Hurricane Irene on a road along the Delaware River with no problems. He escorted guests to the van with an umbrella and was amazing.

The limo bus was a great way to travel. It picked my girls and I up at my home took us to the church and the bar was beautiful inside. We then were driven to the reception and had a blast.

My wife and I used J&J for our wedding on 9/4/10 and we are extremely happy with the service we received. We reserved two limo's 1 for the guys and 1 for the girls. They supplied us with 2 brand new lincoln limo's, comp champagne, water, and ice. Our driver's were Hadi and Lonnie these guys were extremely nice gentlemen. They allowed us to go over our time by almost 45 minutes without charging us any extra. I will recommend J&J to all of my friends. Thank you J&J for the memories.

We booked J&J for both our wedding and for my Bachelorette Party. J&J was more reasonably priced then some of the other limo services in the area. Also, for the price, we had their service for a longer period of time then other companies.

I never have a bad experience with J&J. Our limo bus was not only roomy inside, but also clean. Our driver, Charlie, was the best!!! Very kind and courteous and got us where we had to be on time and safely. Will definitely use J&J in the future!!!

The limo arrived early and the driver was very patient as my hair and makeup appointment ran a little late.
We did not decide until the last minute to book a limo. The company was very prompt in returning my calls and very courtesy in answering my questions. (A couple of other companies were rude and said that I should have sooner.)
The driver was awesome!! It was raining the day of our wedding. He made sure that me and my dress stayed dry. He was professional and had a great sense of humor. We could not have been more pleased with JJ and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

J&J were very accommodating and professional. They gave us a tour of the entire fleet until we liked a car for our wedding. They reviewed every pick up and drop off location. We are very pleased with there service.

Flexible and Accommodating Service

Everything went off without a hitch, the service was friendly and accommodating, and booking the transportation was nice and easy. Used this company for a ride to the rehearsal dinner, and then from a hotel to the ceremony and reception. There was a question about drop off time, but the driver texted me and we took care of it right away. No issues came up and the driver was courteous and professional. I'd recommend them for your wedding.

Good service for the price

Our travel agent worked out the contract between the vendor. The driver was excellent and was on time with all of the trips back-and-forth between the venue and our hotel. We recommend this transportation service if you are in the Bartonsville PA area.

J&J provided timely responses to all of our questions, double checked all details 2 days before the wedding and arrived on time the day of the wedding. The inside of the stretched Hummer was clean, waters and champagne were provided. The ride was smooth and the driver put up with all of our picture taking both inside and outside of the vehicle. I don't have a single complaint.

J&J did an excellent job start to finish! They were incredibly accommodating and took me around to look in all the vehicles to help me decide on one for our wedding day. Everything went perfect on the big day. The driver arrived early and the coach we picked was exactly what I had chosen. He was extremely professional and had no problem with my change of plans for picking everyone up. I couldn't be happier with the service!!

We booked J&J for our November wedding and were very pleased with the service. The booking process was very simple and their prices were reasonable. The buses arrived promptly on the day of our wedding, were very clean and the driver was extremely professional. He helped every guest on and off the bus and escorted me right up the steps of the church...being extremely careful with my dress!! The bus itself was spacious and very modern.

My wedding was not my first experience with J&J. I was in a wedding in July 2010 that used this company. My friend whose wedding it was was VERY thorough in her search process, working on a strict budget. I was very impressed with them at this wedding as well, which is why I booked them for myself. I would recommend you do the same!

We reserved the coach bus for the day for our wedding and it was perfect!!! It fit all of us very well and we had a large party!!! They had 2 bottles and champange included and it was actually good to my surprise! The driver was early and polite and got us where we needed to go on time without getting lost once :) We were very pleased and the bridal party was even happier!!

Great service. They were on time. Willing to go over our time frame, for an extra cost of course. The cheapest and biggest limo bus I could find in the area. We had 20 total people in our wedding party and there was plenty of room!

Best price for a limo bus that I found in the Philly area, plus they didn't charge us extra for mileage or anything even though they are based in Allentown and we went into Philly. Our driver was a half hour early as promised and was very nice. Limo was clean and stocked. They lose one star because we arrived at the reception about 30 minutes early and the driver wanted to leave right away. We thought we could just hang out on the limo for a few minutes but he kind of hurried us off. I was fine letting him go a little early, but we paid for the limo based on the amount of time we had it so we should have been able to just sit there for another half hour if we had wanted to.

J&J Transportation was a wonderful choice for my wedding (June 2010). They were very professional when the arrived at the house and how the escorted my parents in the car as well as the rest of the bridal party and myself. They were early for every event we had planned for tthat day... if we ran late for anything it was my fault haha They were also very flexible when I had to add a car the day before the wedding, they were very understanding and able to accomidate at the last minute. I would recommend them to anyone who is going to get married, or just a ride from an airport to home!

We rented the party bus from them. The driver was very nice and the bus was WONDERFUL!!! The only thing I didn't like was the time we had. We would have had to pay a lot of extra money in order for a little more time so we could stop at a park where I wanted pictures taken. But besides that, it was great!

Professional service

Excellent customer service and very nice limo bus. The wedding package was great - included bottled water and champagne. And we had several little ones in the wedding party and when it was realized last minute that car seats might be necessary, they upgraded is to the larger bus at no charge to us.

We used J&J to take our bridal party (18 plus parents!)- they did a fantastic job recommending the right vehicle for our large group and gave us a great price. Our driver was GREAT! He was so nice and professional- we really liked him. My only complaint was that they were a little late and when I called the woman was not nice to me on the phone and told me I was over-reacting.. for my WEDDING! Oh I was mad! Luckily they were only 5 minutes late and the driver made up for it. Overall, they were excellent- vehicle was clean and we had a blast. They also took us to the airport for our honeymoon and were 15 minutes early and that driver was very professional and nice as well.

We had a H2 hummer limo and it was beautiful and comfortable. Our driver was very professional and helpful for getting in and out of the high vehicle. The main issue was the AC in the limo. For the amount of people in the limo there were not enough fans to cool us off and the AC did not work properly. It was a hot/humid day and took about 35 minutes to get the reception after the ceremony. We opened the two windows, but it wasn't cool enough.

We booked a coach bus from J&J 2 weeks ago (9 hour package). Although my husband and I didn't experience the bus ourselves, we didn't hear of any problems from our guests and I think the bus stayed around later for the final pickup (to pick up some stragglers), which I really appreciated. The only thing I would ask is that the staff would consult with files/notes that previous members had taken - I had hashed out all the details over 2 phone calls (even emailing a detailed itinerary), only to get a call the day before the wedding from a person who was "confirming details" but was also absolutely clueless. I told them they should have all the notes on file, and the staff member then proceeded to read, verbatim, the itinerary I had sent them. This did not increase my confidence in them at the time, but it all worked out in the end. No complaints afterwards with the service!

I had booked a Navigator with J&J and a few days later they had called to let me know that vehicle wasn't available anymore. I ended up downgrading to a smaller size. J&J arrived on time, but our vehicle was very poorly lit, and we couldn't figure out how to turn the music on. I also requested a white limo and got black. Otherwise, we arrived on time and the champagne was good :)

For the most part they were pretty good, however we did have a few problems with them. We booked a stretch excursion for our wedding party. The price for the limo was very reasonable for how large of a bridal party we had. The AC in the limo was not working properly initially, although it kicked in about halfway through the trip to the church. Once the AC got going it was good the rest of the day. Also, despite giving the address for the church to the company and confirming the address the week of the wedding, the driver either did not have the address or was confused and mistakenly started to take the bride and bridesmaids to the reception hall and not the church. The limo was very clean and comfortable and they provided cold water and champagne. The driver was very friendly, professional and prompt. After the ceremony, we instructed the driver to leave to the church, drive around for 5 minutes then come back to the church for pictures. Instead, the driver initially took that instruction to mean drive around the parking lot. However, he eventually understood what we meant and we had no real problems the rest of the day. The only other issue we had was after the wedding. We had gone over the time we booked and thus had to pay for the extra time we used their services. While I have no problem with the company contacting us about the overtime, in fact I would expect them to, I did not expect a call first thing Sunday morning, the day after my wedding.

All in all, minus the few hiccups along the way, the company did a serviceable job and did not take anything away from our wedding.

They were there on time. But its funny, as soon as they heard it was a wedding they upped the price by about $200 becuase it was their "wedding" rental that included extras. The only extra I saw was that the driver had on a tuxedo instead of a suit of which I could really care less.

Look around ..

we Rented the large limo coach for our wedding— it was beautiful! My personal experience as the bride was fine with the driver, however, my only complaint was the driver was not much help figuring out the Bluetooth for us, for what we spent I wasn’t thrilled with listening to the radio on the way to my wedding. After our wedding I had a few guests complain about the driver being short with them when picking them up from the hotel to shuttle to reception as well as at the night. He complained to them that we were already 2 hours over which 1. It true and 2. Would not be of concern to my guess. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
Again vehicles very nice, we have used them in the past but to be in this industry I just felt the service from the driver was less than expected.
Customer service is pretty responsive but the gentleman that quoted us and took our credit card info gave us one price then called back an hour later said he messed up and made us pay the larger amount. We never complained but after the experience we had — that just adds to the overall poor experience.

Poor Experience, Chaotic Communication

We used this vendor in June to transport our guests to and from the hotels and our wedding venue. Planning with J&J leading to our wedding date was a hit or miss experience depending who you spoke to on the phone and we often had to go back to them as we saw that what we expressed on a call wasn't always accurately depicted in the notes that were then sent back.
The biggest upset for us though was at the end of the night, we had agreed on the bus making three trips from the venue to the hotels, getting guests straight from the reception back to the hotel and then two trips from the after party (let's say 11:30 and 12). We had guests get on the bus expecting to leave at 11:30 and instead waited on the bus for a half hour because the bus driver didn't want to make another trip.
I was upset because this was the last bit of our wedding that our guests had to experience and were left with a less than professional experience. When I reached out about it they said they couldn't do anything because it wasn't part of the itinerary, yet it was clearly written in the instructions part. I asked for clarification and I was ignored.
I recommend avoiding this vendor.

Rented a limo & a 22 person party bus. Party bus was supposed to have 3 bottles of champagne for the wedding party, it had 1. The radio didn't work & the driver had no intention of helping. Received a phone call from the office about an hour before my wedding ceremony to tell me the driver was waiting outside & I needed to "hurry up".

When we contacted them after the wedding to explain these problems, the manager was "in a meeting". Tried calling back 3 different times to no answer & no one has called back yet.

Shocked that they won't call us back & explain where the ball was dropped. The actual transportation went fine, but customer service was a 1 out of 10 by their office personnel.

An Absolute Nightmare

We rented a limo bus for my wedding, due to having a handful of elderly family members who preferred not to drive that day. A nightmare. First, they sent a party bus that seemed like it should have been retired years ago. Every bump we went over, it sounded like it was about to fall apart. The lights would flicker and changed colors.

Then, when we were on our way to the venue, the bus broke down on the side of the highway. In the rain. They dispatched another bus, saying it would be there in 10 to 15 minutes. The driver got it started again and continued on the highway, going very fast, I assume to make up for lost time. The lights and music were still off, and it was dark and awkward. Then we broke down again, with barely any shoulder to pull off safely. Cars honked at us as they drove by. It was at this point I realized the window next to me had been leaking in the rain, and the left side of my dress and veil were wet. The driver told us 10 to 15 minutes until the other bus arrived. Again. By this time, we had missed our time for pictures and cocktail hour was already underway.

Since we had been drinking champagne, not expecting to break down, some members of the party (including me) desperately had to use the bathroom. So two of the bridesmaids and a groomsman were forced to go on the side of the road. Thankfully by this time it was dark. I just held it, wishing the other bus would arrive.

Then he got it started again, and kept going. We did not feel safe. We took an exit onto another highway, and immediately broke down again. Thank God we didn't have to stop on the exit, which is a blind curve that people fly around and has no shoulder. At this point I heard the driver say if he tried to start get it going again, he was afraid he would lose his breaks and power steering. WHAT?! Why would you even have tried the last two times!?! I want to get to my reception on time, but I'd also like to be alive!! Soon after, we were told the other bus was about 10 minutes out. AGAIN. Obviously, we were being fed arbitrary times to keep us quiet.

The other bus finally arrived, and we all walked 10 yards or so in the dark, in the rain, in the mud to the other bus. I had to wipe my shoes and feet off with napkins when we got on. And the cherry on top... this other bus was really classy, and in good condition. No loud bumps, no flickers, no stripper pole. So WHY, if this bus was available that day, were we given the half-dead party bus???

We got to the venue in time to do introductions a little late. We missed time for posed pictures, all of cocktail hour, and time to freshen up. We were damp and disgruntled. Luckily, we are not the type of people to let such a situation ruin a beautiful time in our lives, and we have friends and family who are very good to us and helpful. It's the people who love us who saved the day.

The driver was a very nice guy. But poor decisions were made. When a wedding party is about to be late for their reception, you look them in the eye and be honest about the situation. You don't lie. And you don't make decisions that may endanger them. The saving grace was that the driver offered to make an extra stop or two at the end of the night to help accommodate us, but considering we paid the rate for a full day's service, that really should have been done anyway.

Upon reaching out, we were offered a minuscule refund of one seventh the price we paid, plus $100 off our next rental (as if we would ever use them again). Talking to a brick wall would have been easier. Do not use these people.

Awful do not hire

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY
Less than one month before our wedding they removed two bigger vehicles from fleet and assigned us two smaller ones. We were only refunded $200. On wedding day 2/3 buses were able to drive the driveway, drop off guests, turn around, and come back (UPS truck and Fedex trucks regularly visit the property and can three-point turn without difficulty as did these drivers). The third driver drove down the driveway, dropped off guests, and drove into a ditch on the side of the road (see picture). That was not the fault of the property, as it was proved by the two other buses to be challenging, but drivable. Where she drove into a ditch was the road, not the driveway - 152 guests and our whole schedule of events suffered because she is an incompetent driver (she was also INCREDIBLY rude). Because of the bus being stuck in the ditch, it blocked the driveway, guests could not come down, elderly guests had to WALK and the ceremony was late. We missed most of our cocktail hour because of this. After the wedding all 3 drivers refused to come down the driveway at the end of the event. They sent a van to shuttle people from the bottom of the driveway to the waiting buses at the top of the driveway. Somewhere in those plans, bus assignments shifted and drivers refused to be flexible. One driver refused to switch to driving to the hotel, as the van was taking people to the parking lot directly (at MIDNIGHT to the deserted parking lot). Elderly people had to stand for up to 30 minutes as I called J and J repeatedly trying to find out what was going on. Eventually, the van driver (who was so nice - he really tried to save his colleagues in this) would up taking us and the 20 or so remaining people to the hotel, after the driver parked in the street refused to. Guests walked to his bus parked in the middle of the dark and busy road and he refused to take them. In fact, the wedding planner’s assistant wound up driving several people. The drivers, with the exception of the van driver, were rude, inflexible, and inefficient. After sending this information to the company via email they continue to refuse accountability and responsibility for the events.

Horrible experience. Air did not work properly and was to 82.8 degrees inside limo coach. .

Took a limo bus into NYC on 7/8 for my parents 60th anniversary and my mothers 80th Birthday. The temperature inside the limo bus reached 82.8 degrees (we have a photo of the thermostat). When we called to discuss our displeasure as we were dripping with sweat after paying for luxury transportation. We were told that we were in a black limo with a lot of windows with a lot
Of people. It was sold as 24 passenger, we had 22…8 were 15 and under. Also we’re
Told that just because 82 degree temperature wasn’t comfortable To us may be for others. Seriously!?!? They did switch out the limo bus while we were in NYC and we’re told they did it at no charge??? I would hope so we paid once again for what it is billed as Luxury transportation. The temperature inside was warm we than outside. But the manager told us it was 100 degrees outside that day. Unreal it was 82 degrees in NYC no sun as it rained the whole time In. We have rented 4x in the last 8 months so as you can understand this isn’t a frivolous complaint. But that again was met with you only rented once since 2012 whiz has a complete lie. Just a different name combination that was rented under that day. I any event buyer be ware. I couldn’t imagine being a wedding party in suits and gowns/dresses having to endure the heat that “is acceptable to others”. Will never again use this company.

Brides beware!

I would not give this company even one star. My Grandmother booked a car service for my wedding day to take her on a 2 hour drive so she could be there to celebrate with me on the most important day of my life. My grandmother is one of the most important people in the entire world to me and due to J&J’s error they had cancelled her trip and never let her know. Due to the large monetary sum the bank flagged it as fraudulent, and denied it. However, it came to light that the reason J&J never let my grandmother know was because when she booked the service over the phone they got her telephone number WRONG! The woman who booked the service had a different number and as my grandmother is older and the “telephone” was her only means of communication she never got their calls. Please believe the woman who booked her service needs over the phone got her credit card number correct, just couldn’t take a phone number down correctly. While human error occurs the company should dignify my concerns with a response and attempt to make the error right. Needless to say my poor grandmother frantically called J&J when no car showed up to transport her to my wedding and eventually they got someone to her but not in time for my wedding. An elderly woman’s last wish to see her only grandchild get married was taken away from her due to this company’s poor communication! Moreover, I have called the company numerous times and emailed the entire team including Denise Cali the owner and I have failed to even get a response. I have requested to be called and demanded they try to make reparations for their error. Not only was my elderly grandmother hysterical, I the bride was left sobbing at my own wedding because of J&J transportation. Although they cannot change what happened they won’t even try to make up for something that resulted as their employees error! I am disgusted by this company and I caution any soon to be bride in using this service. You might just find yourself without important guests and loved ones at your wedding. My fiancé also is employed for a company that commonly uses J&J’s services and he will be speaking with his CEO to change transportation services. Clients beware of this company! Thank you J&J for ruining my wedding day.

My parents contracted J&J to take them and 20 of my relatives from Horsham, PA to New York City for my sister's senior recital, the culmination of her entire academic career. J&J assured my parents that by leaving at noon, they would arrive in time for the 3pm start time. My parents also spoke with the driver who said the same thing. The bus arrived promptly at noon at the starting place and immediately broke down. After waiting for 45 minutes for some sort of contingency plan to kick in, my parents had no choice but to pile their 20 guests into 4 cars and race up to New York City. Due to the late start time, as well as having to caravan 4 cars, some of which had no idea where they were going, nor did they have EZ-Pass, my family missed the entire first half of the performance.

My parents and my sister are devastated. This was a once-in-a-lifetime, solo performance, and my parents have been planning this trip for months. This is a loss to them that cannot be measured in dollars and cents. When my mother contacted J&J to discuss the matter, they offered to refund the deposit (which is a given). My mother suggested that they should at least be responsible for the gas, tolls, and parking for 4 cars going round trip. Not to mention the severe emotional stress that they had to go through, and the effect that it had on my sister as she was about to perform her senior thesis as a requirement for graduation. J&J's only offer (after persistent calling by my mother) was a gift certificate to use their services in the future, something my parents will most certainly not be using ever again after this fiasco.

I would describe the reliability and customer service of J&J as horrible at best, and I urge anyone who needs transportation services to go elsewhere.

Driver did not complete the full route at our wedding and dropped guests off at a different location. The company blamed a guest for "being in his ear" the entire ride which is what caused him to fluster and end the ride early. Received reports from several of our passengers stating that he might have hit a parked car. This was denied by the driver and company. Company would not issue a full or partial refund despite not completing job. Generally disappointed in services provided and customer service.

I booked J&J as the transportation for my wedding, and I was really unimpressed with their customer service. The driver got the shuttle stuck in the only entrance / exit to the church, effectively trapping all the guests and their cars in the parking lot. It took over 1.5 hours to get the shuttle un-stuck, which ate into my reception time and really messed up our night. After a screwup that big, I expected J&J to contact me to try to make things right. Instead, I ended up calling and emailing them numerous times before eventually receiving a partial refund. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant, but they were definitely giving me the runaround when they claimed they were "still investigating." Do yourself a favor, and pick someone else for your wedding day transportation.

This company literally ruined my wedding. The bus showed up an hour late that was transporting my guests to the venue. The company promised champagne to all of my guests but never provided it. The bus driver also used bridges that it was not supposed to use due to the buses weight. We have tried to contact the owner but some how he is always too busy to return our calls (now I'm suck using small claims court to get my money back), which another reviewer has mentioned. If you want reliable transportation do not use this company.

This company is very rude and their bus driver was a nightmare. They will ruin your wedding like they did mine. The driver was extremly rude and made my ceremony over 40 mins late. He could not speak english to the guests and dissapeared for over 2 hours. They ruined my wedding and every guests experience that was on that bus. After this happened I called to complain and they could care less and stated that they didnt do anythign wrong and will not reimburse any money to my family or apologize for the troubles that this caused. We will never get this precious time of our weding back. PLEASE do not use them. Trust me they are absolutley horrible.
