Highly recommend

Where do I even start? Jay was so easy to work with! From the start he helped us guide through the process of what we wanted. We did not want anything fancy. All we wanted was a DJ to help hype up, play music, and had experience at our venue. Jay was the perfect match!

Everyone tells us how good the DJ was at our wedding. He played the best songs and listened to all our requests. We could not recommend him more!

Easy, fun, special, and memorable!

Jay was so easy to work and so helpful when we were going over songs to play at our wedding. Everything he played was perfect and made our night extra special! I would recommend Jay one million times over!

Gets Everyone on the Dance Floor

DJ Dominic did an amazing job for our wedding who kept people of all ages on the dance floor the entire time even during a brunch wedding with large age group ranges. The whole process everyone was very responsive, on time, and did a great job. Only wished we could have known we wouldn’t have Jay a little sooner, but he did a great job of substituting Dominic for our day. Overall, very happy with this service and would recommend!

Good Experience!

DJ Jay and his assistant did a good job. We got music for the ceremony & reception as well as a photo booth! They also have other add on options that you can include if you would like!

*If you’re debating on whether not you should hire a DJ…. definitely do it!

Awesome DJ and photobooth for our wedding!!!

J Harrison was awesome for my wedding! Music was great and the dance floor was full of people all night! He was easy to get in touch with, flexible with payments and rearranging plans due to COVID. He also provides a photo booth that was a huge hit and such a blast! Highly recommend J Harrison for your next party!

Jay is literally the best DJ ever.

Jay was AMAZING to work with. He listened to what my husband and I wanted for our wedding and made our music dreams come true and then more! He had everyone up dancing the whole night, and I got a ton of compliments on how amazing the playlist was! 10000/10 would recommend. Thank you to jay for making our wedding a night us and our guests will never forget!

A DJ that listens!

Jason listened to all our requests including our oddly specific introduction. He played a great variety of throwbacks and current hits. The dance floor was filled all night!

Dj & photobooth

Jason was amazing from beginning to end. He provided an amazing wireless beach ceremony setup and kept the party going all night long. Everyone had great things to say about the music. We also had a photobooth that everyone loved! We’d recommend Jason to anyone for their wedding or special event.

Jay was absolutely wonderful to work with!!! I don’t think I stopped dancing at our 10/16/20 wedding! He played everything on our request list & then some. He definitely felt the vibe of the room & played all the right music to keep everyone dancing! Jay even took a picture of our first dance for hs! Definitely recommend!

A full dance floor all night long!

From the moment Jay responded to my information request, we knew he would be the DJ for us! Meeting him in person just confirmed what we already knew. He is extremely professional, at the top of his game, and super skilled at turning our requests into a night full of music that had our guests dancing the ENTIRE time. I can not recommend him enough to anyone that is looking for a DJ for their next special event.

Amazing! Dance all night long

The best DJ for our wedding! He was flexible and kept everyone (of all ages) dancing all night long. Our friends/family feedback said it was the best dance party they've been to in a long time! Def. hire them!

Wedding 9/29/19

Jay and his assistant Nick were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! They played every song we requested and everything from songs to introductions flowed smoothly. The dance floor was full all night and that’s all we asked for. I am soooo happy with my choice of having Jay as my DJ for my wedding. If I could do it over again, I would choose him again!! THANK YOU for everything!!

Best night ever

I never stopped dancing. I was so happy with everything. Everyone had an amazing time and I was told several times that was the best wedding I have ever been too. Jason listened to what I wanted and I explained even the lighting and he nailed it. I will definitely be calling him again for any future party's. You will not be disappointed.

Great dj - recommend for any occasion

Jay was a dream to work with! From the start he was responsive and really cared about what we wanted. He allowed us to make payments on our own schedule which was amazing for budgeting! He also took the time to talk with us multiple times about songs, flow, and our vision to the day. Day of the wedding Jay was equally amazing! He setup, played our song requests, and didn't miss a beat! I would recommend him to any bride!!!! He was fabulous!!!!

Our Perfect Night

We had the pleasure of DJ Hunter Scott as our host for our wedding on 5/31/19 at Running Deer Golf Club. A couple weeks prior to the wedding there was a bit of a switch up about our service, but I think everything happens for a reason and were totally thrilled with everything. Jay answered every question I had about the photobooth and even went out of his way to accommodate us with a backdrop and font printing that matched our vision and wedding theme. Hunter was super helpful in making sure we had all of our song selections picked out for each moment of the night and every detail worked out to make the night run smoothly. During the reception, the dance floor was completely filled and we hadn't even been served the main course yet! He switched in and out of songs effortlessly, read our crowd, and knew exactly what to play! We were so happy to have had DJ Hunter on our wedding day and night!!

Hunter was awesome

Hunter deejayed our wedding and he was great! He was friendly and had a great mix of music. It was such a great balance of everything that we wanted. We received so many compliments about Hunter. He was great at reading what the crowd wanted and he was so accommodating and open to playing whatever we wanted and wanted to make sure we enjoyed the night. We would hire them again anytime!

Jason was amazing. I never actually met Jason in person and did all my communication through email & phone because that was easier with my schedule. But he provided sound for our beach ceremony (and went out of his way to buy new equipment so a generator wasn't needed), cocktail hour and for our reception. He was incredible- at one point of my wedding there was not a single person sitting down and EVERYONE was on the dance floor. He did an amazing job with getting people out of their seats. I let him dictate the music the night of the wedding and just let him know I wanted people dancing and he did just that. If I ever needed a DJ for any event in the future, I would not hesitate to hire Jason again. If you need a DJ for your wedding in the South Jersey area- CALL JASON, you WILL NOT regret it. Thank you so much for helping make my wedding that much better.

Jay and Hunter were so responsive and accommodating leading up to the wedding. DJ Hunter did a fabulous job the night of the wedding, keeping the night on schedule and the dance floor absolutely packed. We were incredibly impressed with Hunter. Not only did many guests tell us it was the most fun they've had dancing at a wedding, but other vendors told us they've never seen a dance floor so busy all night. We highly recommend J.Entertainment!

We had DJ Dan as our MC. Throughout the whole experience both Dan and Jason helped us and there payment plan helped too. I opted for a photo booth which the guests loved, music was awesome throughout the whole thing everyone was dancing the whole night, even those that normally don’t dance!

We had DJ Dan as our DJ and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! He did a great job with playing our song requests for our ceremony and reading the crowd on the dance floor. He did an awesome job with announcements and kept everyone dancing throughout the night. I didn’t have a wedding coordinator so this helped me out so much! We would highly recommended!

You always gave us response quickly and helped us find the best solutions to the problems during the preparation of the wedding. Jason was our wedding DJ and he did such a great job with all of the small details we asked him to do, such as getting a microphone for the officiant, a microphone for the speeches, creating four different set-ups for our unique venue, etc. We love music so much and wanted everyone dancing at our wedding. We originally created a crazy playlist with all of our favorite nutso electronic songs before we realized that the bride and groom would be the only ones dancing. We scratched that and told him in general the kind of music we like but asked him to work his magic. We were so happy he incorporated lots of amazing music, all of our requests, and at the end the house was totally brought down by electronic dance trance of our dreams! I just remember screaming, "I love you DJ Jay!" In my drunken happy dance stupor. So let it be known on the internet that we love DJ Jay and highly recommend him for your wedding.

Welp, its been a year since our wedding (I'm slow at doing reviews!!) and I am still so glad that we chose Jay to be our DJ. From the start he was a great communicator and was very flexible with our needs. We used him for the pre-ceremony, ceremony, cocktail hour & reception & lighting as well. Everything was fantastic!! He was great at keeping the dance party going all night--something that was important to us!

I would definitely recommend using Jay for your upcoming event, great value for a great night!!

Jason and his team were terrific for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah!!! So great to work with Jason. He is professional and accommodated my daughters every request to the t!! We hired Jay to be the DJ for our wedding that took place on 6/5/16. From the very first phone call Jay was extremely responsive and helpful. He helped us by making suggestions and gave us some guidance where we needed it. On the day of Jay was fantastic. He did a great Job announcing everyone name correctly as the bridal party entered the reception. Jay was knew had to keep the party upbeat. People were dancing through out the night, and it was all because of him. I highly recommend Jay. You, will not be sorry if you hire him. Thanks Jay for making our wedding day so great !

Having Jay DJ our wedding was an incredibly awesome time. One thing that Jay brings to the table, that other DJs don't, is that Jay is also very adept at providing smooth/seamless logical transitions and "feeling out the room". This is because Jay DJs events like weddings as well as more difficult venues like clubs. Jay played many songs from our suggested list, played nothing off of do-not-play list, and picked a great mix of songs to flow with our guests energy! Also, Jay has all the equipment you could ever want. In addition to the LED up lights that we used, he has multiple sets of speakers and a dry ice fog machine, and loads and loads of lights. Yet we never felt pressured to get any more than we wanted. He was a total professional, he made sure he had every name pronunciation down, and stuck to our schedule, yet was flexible in accepting requested changes. We even made the odd request of having our friend introduce the toasts, and Jay was happy to oblige. He even let our videographer plug in to get an audio feed from his mics for use in our wedding video.

We danced the hora at our wedding, and many guests had never done this before, but Jay was a total pro and guided everyone through the dance easily. Everyone had an amazing time, the dance went off without a hitch, and many friends told us they had so much fun and loved it. In general, Jay was able to keep the dance floor completely packed ALL NIGHT LONG.

He was so easy to work with, we would definitely do it again.

Jay is an amazing DJ. He was able to read the vibe from our guests and perfectly transitioned between songs, genres, decades. He kept our friends and family out on the dance floor the whole night! Jay was excellent! We searched, filtered, and interviewed at least 10 DJS. He was the last DJ we met and scored the highest on our criteria for price, professionalism, level of trust, level of confidence, and level of comfort. I appreciate the time he took to reach out to us a few times throughout the year before our wedding to make sure things are fine, and he provided us helpful advice and suggestions. On the day of our wedding, he did a great job mixing the songs we gave him and got everyone on the dance floor, including my extended family who do not dance. We are so glad we found him to be our DJ! We love the white boards he used as well, which made our venue look even nicer than it already was. No regets with Jay.

Jason was incredibly helpful and accommodating in planning a last minute wedding reception. His rate was very reasonable and far better than other DJ's who were placing a surcharge for the short notice. Jason is very engaging with the crowd; He made the event fun and all the guests commented on how great the DJ was.

Jay was very personable and very responsive. He did a great job at my event. I sent him a play list and he had my play list as well as took special requests from my guests. He was not in a rush to get out as many DJ's are, he was great to work with.

Jay played awesome music that totally lined up with the few song suggestions we provided him with. Everyone danced all night and RAVED about how great Jay was! Couldn't have asked for a better DJ.

Jay was wonderful to work with. He is professional, fun and can really read a crowd! Planning a wedding, I feel like choosing the right DJ is key. Jay was very quick to reply all emails and phone calls. He set up phone meetings prior to booking his service and the wedding (since we live in NC) and we always felt confident with our choice in entertainments leading up to the big day.

The ceremony and cocktail hour went smoothly and at the reception Jay had everyone dancing from the first song to the last! Even between courses everyone was up dancing! The transition from dance music to sit-down music was seamless. And when things slowed down on the dance floor after the main course, he played a few line dances to rally everyone up again (then transitioned back to dance music) and sure enough, got everyone back out there- truly an awesome experience. We are so so so pleased with this company and recommend it to anyone who is nervous about their guests having fun. Everyone kept coming up to us at the after party/thank you breakfast telling us how much fun they had and how amazing our DJ was. Jay certainly made our wedding reception the party we wanted it to be and we could t have been more pleased :)

Jay was amazing from the time we booked him until the very end. He did everything we asked and more. He is an awesome dj and has the ability to read the entire crowd. He had everyone dancing all night. We are so happy we used his services, he really is the best!

We used J.Entertainment for a sweet 16 and the kids at the party did not stop dancing and that's a credit to J. with his song choices and knowledge of music. He was flexible with kids being allowed to make suggestions, since that was something we asked for. He is friendly and was on time. Would definitely call again for next occasion.

Jason was such a wonderful person to work with. He listened to every detail we had and provided many resources for us to use to help us make our day special. DJ J was absolutely the best. I loved Jay!!! He was the perfect DJ! He is around my age so he knew all the classic fun songs myself and the guest would love to hear to bring us back to our childhood! I had so many of my guests mention how they loved the music selections and how well it flowed together! Even my venue planner commented how great he was and how well he kept the music to flow with what was going on. I couldn't have asked for a better DJ!!! He's great! Jay was absolutely phenomenal and he really helped make our wedding special. One of the reasons we went with Jay as our DJ is because his pricing was very reasonable for the value you get with his services. The entire time we coordinated our wedding with Jay he was very professional and organized, which made our planning process a whole lot easier. The music was fantastic on our wedding day, Jay definitely showed us that he has great experience as a DJ and played a wide variety of music. Dj Jay Harrison was the best! He spoke to me many times before the party and listened to me patiently about what inward looking to create for my sons high school graduation party. He showed up early set up and played the perfect music all night. The adults and the teenagers had a blast and no one wanted to stop dancing at the end of the night!! He was polite personable and professional and a great value for our tented home graduation party with over 150 people.

We could not have been happier with J.Entertainment LLC for our wedding. Jay was personable and professional, and never rushed us through any decision. He exercised patience while suggesting different packages and options but never pushing them. I always think what makes a wedding a special day are the guests, the food, and the DJ. Jay kept the guests on the dance floor and engaged them throughout the whole wedding. Several people, who are engaged now, inquired about Jay with the hopes of him DJing at their events. The DJ made my day! He was perfect, read my wants and my guests wants perfectly! Everyone had such a great time. The second the music started we were all on our feet dancing and we didn't stop until they kicked us out of the venue. I am most likely to recommend Jason for his DJ-ing to all.

Great to work with- communication was no problem- very helpful, willing, interested and responsive to me. My event ran smoothly as there were no technical errors. Songs were blended perfectly as we had planned and rehearsed for only a few hours prior to the show although I did have to remind him a few times of when the songs would change, yet I am very particular. Needless to say, the DJ was very understanding and cooperative- definitely stayed calm, cool and collected. He brought some of his own ideas to the table as well which was dynamic and useful. I did recommend him to a friend and my friend reported to me it was indeed successful as well. Great experience for my first time researching and finding my own DJ. Over all, I really appreciate the DJ working hand in hand with me.
