  Wonderful venue

  Such a beautiful place to have a wedding! The owner Mike, his wife, his staff and his daughter Megan were very nice to work with and made sure everything went smoothly! They really care and make you feel comfortable. They went above and beyond and did way more than expected! They really want you to have a great experience. I would do it all over again. I would definitely recommend them for your outdoor wedding and reception!

  Rumfelt/Randall Wedding 5/11/19

  I was very apprehensive when my daughter said she wanted a wedding in an outdoors venue, but I could not have asked for a more beautiful wedding than we experienced at Ivy Oaks. Mike and his staff went above and beyond to make sure the needs were met for the bridal party and guests. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a rustic setting for any occasion to contact Ivy Oaks. Thanks again, Mike, for a wedding day our daughter will forever cherish!

  Excellent experience at a one-of-a-kind venue!

  As the father of the groom, I would HIGHLY recommend Ivy Oaks Farm as a venue for any event. On December 1, 2018, possibly the rainiest day of the entire year, my son got married and held the reception at Ivy Oaks. The weather was awful, however the beauty and service from the venue owners made up for it by far. We couldn’t have asked for a better turnout, and the venue amenities were perfect for the bride, groom and over 150 guests. Despite the rain, we managed to get everyone safely to the venue, enjoy delicious food, dance all evening with a wonderful band, and we did all of this in the comfortable temperatures of a December night thanks to the staff at Ivy Oaks so graciously putting up beautiful plastic on the sides of the barn. We paid the cleaning fee and showed up to a breathtaking setting and left after the bride and groom were sent off without a worry. I would highly recommend Ivy Oaks for any social event/gathering because of the beautiful venue and the excellent service!

  Perfect Venue for a DIY Bride and a Rustic Wedding

  We had a great experience working with the staff at Ivy Oaks Farm. The venue was beautiful and we were allowed to make it our own!
  
  Pros: Rustic, outdoor, country setting. Plenty of room due to the open-air barn. The bridal suite was beautiful and spacious enough for 10-12 people. Prep room was great, had two brand new refrigerators for our use. Had decorative tables for us to use as well as a few benches, that added just the right touch. We had complete freedom to do whatever we wanted to the venue to make it ours.
  
  Cons: It is a working farm, so the parking situation (if it has been raining,) is a little hairy, but you can get around that with golf carts. The service entrance could benefit from some gravel being put down as well as a small dumpster being put on-site.
  
  Overall, we had a great time and would recommend Ivy Oaks Farm to anyone who would like a country/rustic/outdoor wedding. The venue was perfect for our large guest list and a DIY bride.

  Do not Recommend

  My wife and I had our wedding ceremony and reception here. It is a beautiful place with ample room for a large party - however, you will not be allowed to do anything. The owner/person who runs the venue is extremely controlling. You pay for 3 days of renting the venue, but you receive nothing but hardship. He is extremely over domineering, not flexible, and constantly micromanaging. Trash removal is not included, paper products are included, not even toilet paper in the bathrooms… He requires you provide a police officer on premises which I strongly recommend since he will be prowling taking pictures of your guests, their vehicles, and indulging himself to whatever he pleases including your food and alcoholic beverages. If you don’t want a headache, avoid this place at all costs.

  Do Not Book A Wedding Here!

  Beautiful place to have a wedding but management sucks! Don’t count on getting your $500 security deposit back because the owner will just make up stuff that was wrong that did not even exist in the first place! Stay away!
