I truly cannot say enough good things about Ivy Hall. Their catering options were all incredible and we still get raving reviews about how amazing the food was following the day. The venue is already beautiful but the team worked hard to ensure that our finishing touches matched our overall theme. Special shout out to Margaret who coordinated with us through out the year of planning and pulled everything together so that on wedding day we did not have to worry about anything at all. Also wanted to note that the bar service far surpassed our expectations!!! (we had a big group of drinkers lol) -

Full Service & Five Stars All Around - Excellent Venue
We hosted our 2025 Corporate Christmas Party at Ivy Hall, and the feedback from our employees has been overwhelmingly positive—everyone had a fantastic evening. We worked with Ivy Hall’s recommended vendors for a DJ and Casino Night, which was the perfect fit for our diverse group of younger and more seasoned employees. The combination of dining, dancing, and gaming truly had something for everyone and was a huge hit.
From a planning perspective, April and Kate made the entire process seamless by managing every detail, which gave me complete confidence presenting the event plan to our CEO and President. Their team was exceptionally professional and went above and beyond our expectations during setup and teardown. On top of that, Ivy Hall is a stunning venue. While our event was held indoors, the option to utilize outdoor spaces overlooking Vickery Creek adds even more appeal. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Ivy Hall for any type of event. -

This venue is absolutely stunning! The staff are so professional, and their communication and responsiveness was wonderful! They worked so well with me and all my last-minute changes in the last 2 weeks before the wedding! I did not have a wedding coordinator, and they handled everything on the day of so seamlessly. We ended up having to move the entire ceremony inside due to weather 30 minutes before the ceremony started... the staff was absolutely incredible with that! Many of the guests had no idea there was a change of plans because they handled it so quickly and re-set up everything inside so wonderfully! I definitely recommend this venue! -

We could not have asked for a better venue or service. The venue is stunning - the backdrop of the tree canopy from the ceremony on the deck was perfect for photos. The arch was also beautiful and our florals on it looked amazing.
We had a lovely cocktail hour and a lion dance on the deck. They were very accommodating to all our needs to get this arranged with the lion dance troupe.
We used most of the venue’s table decor and did just our own colored napkins in our wedding color to add to the ambiance. The inside is already so lovely!
The food was delicious- guests raved about the food and the great attention from the bartenders.
Colleen treated us so well in the rehearsal to get everyone ready, and on the day of the wedding was extremely attentive to us (getting us water, keeping us cool, giving us time to sit down).
Margaret was fantastic to work with and she partnered well with our external wedding planner on all the details and getting everything set up just perfectly on the day of.
We knew the moment we saw the venue that it was our ideal location. After having experienced the service from the staff, I would repeat our wedding a hundred times over at Ivy Hall. -

We had a great experience working with Ivy Hall! They are wedding pros and think of everything you need to make your wedding day and reception special. Both Jacob and Linda were very responsive and answered all of my many questions. Linda took care of everything day of and the space looked even better than I had imagined. We had almost 200 people and there was plenty of room for our guests and the dance floor with a band. Our guests raved about the food too! Would definitely recommend this venue if you're looking for a reception spot in Roswell! -

From the moment I spoke with Jacob on the phone to look at the venue I knew it would be a special environment - and upon seeing it all it was more than we'd hoped for! The natural beauty of the setting and the manner in which everything was presented -- from the decor to the servers - I could not rate them high enough. Every step of the way Jacob was in touch, on task and invaluable! He 'got' the Bride & Groom (and me!) and their vision, and made it happen effortlessly and beyond expectations. All our little extras and changes were met with 'ABSOLUTELY' and carried out to perfection. His advice and guidance -- we honestly felt like we were his favorite wedding of all time - and isn't that we all want. -

Perfect Day
Ivy Hall was the perfect venue for my daughter's wedding. The ceremony was outdoors on the deck overlooking the water, and there were two indoor areas. First was the bottom floor for cocktail hour, and then we moved upstairs for the full reception with the wedding party entrance there. Our coordinator ensured that all of our vendors were informed of all the details and kept in touch with us and the vendors. The venue was stunning inside and out on the wedding day. The team was top notch to help with each step along the way. I could not have asked for anything more. Perfect Day!! -

Best day ever
Our experience with ivy hall was incredible! Margaret was the best throughout every step of the planning process, from our first conversation until well after the wedding was over. Margaret and the ivy hall team made sure every detail was exactly how we envisioned it, and it was better than we could have imagined! The entire day ran so smoothly thanks to her and the entire staff. We also received so many compliments from guests on the beautiful venue and how great everyone at ivy hall was. We had such a stellar experience working with Margaret, Jacob, and the whole team at Ivy Hall! Our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be, and the team was there with us every step of the way. They were so accommodating with our questions and special needs, and were always professional in how they handled everything. We were sold on the venue because it gave us multiple settings to create a seamless experience for our guests from the outdoor ceremony space to the open indoor reception area. The food was to die for, and we have heard so many wonderful things from our guests. We definitely recommend the tater-tot bar as we are still getting rave reviews from our friends. We are so happy we chose to host the most important day of our lives at Ivy Hall, and can’t thank the team enough for making it so magical! -

We loved how everything turned out with our ceremony and reception at Ivy Hall. It is a convenient location, our guests were comfortable,
It was absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing, there was plenty of dancing space with 150 guests, and the setup was excellent. The staff kept everything running smoothly, and they spoiled the bride and groom with table service during the reception, plus sent the couple home with servings of all of the wedding food and cake to go! Plus there are plenty of great photo backdrops on the property and close by at the mill! Pricing was very transparent and reasonable. The staff was responsive to questions throughout the planning process and made things as easy as they could be. Definitely recommend!
It’s also important to work with a florist who knows this venue well so they can maximize your flower placement and decor- Posh Petals is one of their preferred florists and I also highly recommend them! -

Absolutely amazing venue! Very beautiful space. Not only that, the team is amazing, They do in-house catering, and they have a strong events management team there.
This was the best venue I've found, and I love how this is within metro Atlanta. My guests would not stop talking about how gorgeous this place is. What I love about this place is that the place was so beautiful that I did not have to spend too much money, time, and energy decorating the space. The venue has made the planning process smoothly, and we are so thankful that we found this hidden gem.
The space is huge. The food is great. The bar is awesome. We are very happy with this place. My husband and I toured around 7 places, and this was our 2nd place. We went back as this venue stood out to us a lot.

We got married here in May 2022 and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we first met Margaret and toured the venue, we knew we wanted to move forward. Margaret is organized, patient, thoughtful and so passionate about what she does. We were so grateful to have her as our wedding coordinator and she played such a huge role in making our wedding day as perfect as it was.
It's rare in this area to find a beautiful venue that offers everything Ivy Hall does - incredible staff, beautiful rustic charm, indoor & outdoor ceremony options, separate areas for cocktail hour and reception, amazing food options, gorgeous areas for photos, and wonderful recommendations for other wedding vendors. When touring other venues, I felt overwhelmed by all the things we would have had to plan for - tables, seating, linens, lighting, A/V, catering, bartenders, etc. All of these things were included with our package at Ivy Hall and it was such a relief to have an experienced team helping us with all of the details!
If you are looking at wedding venues, you should absolutely meet with Margaret and tour Ivy Hall. It was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process! Margaret, Ivy Hall and the whole team at Events Catering have our highest recommendation! -

We got married at Ivy Hall in April of 2022 -- and goodness, it could not have been a more beautiful & perfect day. We originally toured Ivy Hall and their other venue on-site (Roswell Mill Club, also beautiful!) back in March of 2021 I believe, and from the very beginning, everybody on the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we would.
Margaret was our day-of coordinator and who we first met there, and she was extremely organized, well-communicative, and made the entire process so easy and stress-free, I could not have imagined it being any better, truly.
We were able to attend a tasting prior to our wedding day to pick out our menu, which on the day-of, everybody raved about. We also had a final planning meeting, as well as a ceremony meeting leading up to our big day. Everything felt very organized and there was never a moment where I felt unprepared when working with the venue.
I also appreciated that they had us fill our vendor agreement forms with all of our vendors, it made everything feel more secure throughout the process.
Our wedding day itself went by so quickly, but truly from taking photos beforehand, to the ceremony itself (which could not have been more stunning outside on that patio area and running water of the river in the background) to the reception and the send-off, I am so grateful that we chose to work with Events Catering. Whether you're considering moving forward with your event at Ivy Hall or Roswell Mill, I could not recommend them enough. -

Initially looked into this location because it was so close to the church we plan on getting married in. I sent RMC a message and Jacob responded quickly and professionally. I explained to him my situation regarding the uncertainty of military weddings and he was very open and flexible. He accommodated every need and worked hard to hold my date until I had a chance to view the venue. The interior is beautiful and the staff are amazing. Having the set price per person allows you to expect your starting point, no small little fees. I highly highly recommend this location! I decided not to get married here just because I was looking for more of an outdoor location, but that doesn't change the high bar that Jacob and RMC set! -

Working with Ivy Hall and the Events Catering team was a dream! The venue, food, and amenities are all spectacular. It was so helpful that they have items you can use such as a ceremony arch and cake stand. Margaret is so incredible to work with and will ensure everything runs so smoothly on the day-of. We had the honor of working with Margaret at our latest wedding there. We've been to many weddings at Ivy Hall & have always been impressed with the events thrown there. It's also super close to Old Mill Park - if you're looking for a gorgeous photo opp for your wedding, the location is super convenient as well! -

First of all... STUNNING VENUE. Great space. Wonderful flow to the event.
However, and equally important when you hold an event - the staff. WOW. Talk about knowing their space. Knowing events. Helping your choose and then making it happen.
Exceptional service. Phenomenal ability to troubleshoot those situations (ahem - people) that inevitably "challenge" your affair in both the planning stage and during the celebration. Well done Margaret, event captain and staff... well done!
I've held two events (80 people and then 150ish) with this venue and could not be more pleased. I'm not one to take time to leave a review unless it's an exceptional experience - either bad or good. This one deserves every word. Highly Recommend. -

From our initial meeting with April to the final meeting with Colleen and Linda, you can see why these guys have been in the business for years! They have it figured out! Ivy Hall was the PERFECT venue. Their team was helpful from the beginning to the very end. Margaret told us all we needed to know at the intro meeting and even gave us a lot of vendor recommendations. Colleen and Linda were so responsive and super easy to work with when planning the ceremony we had onsite and the reception. We used all their preferred vendors and definitely did not regret any of them. They made us so comfortable during the whole process and kept making sure we were satisfied. Not to mention the venue is stunning! Everything came together perfectly and we were so pleased with our wedding day! -

Amazing Wedding Venue
Ivy Hall was the perfect place for our wedding. First and foremost, the staff was incredibly attentive and on top of our planning timeline. They always took time to answer any questions I had, whether through email or on the phone. Secondly, the food offered was delicious. There was not one thing that I tried at the tasting that was bad. Third, the venue is absolutely gorgeous!! Whether you're getting married in the height of summer or dead of winter, you're going to have a beautiful back drop for some amazing photos. If I had to do it over again, I would still pick Ivy Hall as our venue. -

There are not enough good things that I can say about our experience working with Ivy Hall and the entire Events Catering staff for our wedding day! This coming from someone who was stressed out just thinking about all of the details that go into wedding planning, the staff at Ivy Hall/Events Catering took care of EVERYTHING for us! The entire planning process from start to finish was seamless, and our wedding day went off without a hitch. The staff is SO responsive and helpful and really goes above and beyond to ensure no minor detail is overlooked. I would recommend this venue and team to EVERYONE! My friends and family who have gotten married elsewhere were envious of the stress free planning experience we had all thanks to this wonderful venue. And to top it all off, it is absolutely beautiful and the food was DELICIOUS! Look no further than Ivy Hall for your wedding venue. Margaret and Collen in particular were amazing in helping us plan and execute our big day :) -

Best Venue Ever
Our experience with Ivy Hall was so wonderful! Margaret, our event coordinator, was amazing to work with. She shared advice about flowers, photography, DJs, cakes, but she was also perfectly fine if I didn't chose her recommendations. They are extremely flexible, as I had to have my first dance in the courtyard due to guest numbers. With having my wedding ceremony at a church, and my reception here, chaos definitely could have ensued from driving between places. However, the Ivy Hall staff had everything under control, and we never had to worry about anything. Our day was absolutely spectacular, and I highly recommend Ivy to Hall to anyone getting married. -

We absolutely loved working with Events Catering, and our reception at Ivy Hall was absolutely gorgeous. It makes for the perfect, rustic set-up and provides plenty of space, especially for larger parties. We loved that we were able to use the downstairs deck area for a fun cocktail hour with outdoor games like cornhole. Linda was our coordinator, and she was SO easy and pleasant to work with from day one. She has all the answers and was incredibly helpful in giving us pointers about the floor plan, vendors, certain decorations, etc. The only improvement that could be made to the venue (which is easier stated than done) is potentially adding a bathroom upstairs. The only bathroom is downstairs, which makes it difficult for handicap guests to access - not impossible, as they can walk/use a wheelchair down the hill outside the side of the building. But if possible, a single-person upstairs bathroom would make it much easier. All in all, Ivy Hall is a great wedding venue and I would (and already have) recommended it to friends. -

She stayed cool, calm and collected the entire time and was able to help me with anything & everything! I still have people telling me how amazing my wedding was and that the venue was BEAUTIFUL! I couldn't imagine getting married and having my reception anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and have your ceremony and/or reception here!!! Plus it's in an awesome location for you to get great pictures! -

Ivy Hall was a wonderful venue with stunning views by the water and hiking trail. When the rain came, the team quickly moved everything to a covered area within 30 minutes and wiped the water from the chairs, ensuring the ceremony continued smoothly. The in-house catering was also very accommodating with our requests for adjusting the flavor of the food to better suit our palate.
However prior to the wedding day there was some miscommunication between the venue coordinators when doing some handoff (we had to reiterate some of our requests and demands to two different people), but this was resolved easily.
We want to give a special thanks to Leonard, the floor captain, who did an outstanding job during our reception. He coordinated with our wedding planner to ensure that our evening progressed smoothly and ran according to schedule. We really appreciate how he would check up on us frequently to make sure we were hydrated and fed. Overall the venue was great especially on the day of the wedding. -

In our initial meeting with Margaret, my daughter mentioned she was investigating hiring a wedding planner. Much to my relief, Margaret explained how our account manager would supply any advice, organizational, or other services a wedding planner might. She was right!
Linda gave us useful advice on how to manage invitations and track headcount and was patient when we made last minute changes.
We selected two of our vendors from a list Ivy Hall provided and we couldn't have been happier with their professionalism. Beautiful flowers! And, again, Dea, the florist Ivy Hall recommended, was patient with our dithering.
Further, Ivy Hall supplied table decor and sign easels, saving us expense.
And--we received compliments on the food.
All in all, it was a stress-free experience which is exactly what we were looking for.
