    First time shopping for dress

    Ivory row was the first boutique I went to to try and find my dress. Although I didn’t find my dream dress there, I had a great experience! The woman I worked with was very patient and helpful with helping me find what fits my body and style.

    I found my dress

    I originally only booked at Ivory Row but at the urging of my bridesmaid I tried dresses on at another store to compare. Their service and staff was wonderful & I found my dream dress and it was within my budget. The only comparison I have to the other bridal store is that the dresses at Ivory Row had the potential to be more expensive but even then it’s not an apples to apples comparison because Ivory Row had more dress options both within and above my budget. I even had a chance to meet the owner who was wonderful. Thanks Ivory Row for helping me find my dress

    Great experience so far!

    After searching in Denver, Colorado I decided to come back to my hometown to look for a wedding dress. I had made 4 different appointments for the weekend and didn't have the best experience at them. Then I arrived at Ivory Row Bridal, such a clean, welcoming environment. Every step was extremely personable and inviting. They had a wonderful selection of dresses, my consultant Breilynn was so determined to find the perfect dress for me, she was open to anything I wanted to try on and made all of them fit like a glove. She was respectful of my budget, made sure I knew all the details of the dress including their completely customizable options due to their in house seamstress. The room we were placed in was private and perfectly set up for my bridal party to really get a great feel. The owner Ellie was such lovely woman as well, very professional yet personable making my entire party feel very welcome. Her shop is absolutely lovely! They went above and beyond to make this day perfect. Can't wait to continue to work with these lovely ladies and get my dress. I would recommended this shop to any bride! Thank you Ivory Row Bridal, I am so thrilled I got to say YES to the Dress!!!!

    First and Only Bridal Store

    Ivory Row was absolutely gorgeous inside! AnnaLisa was my consultant and was very helpful. She personalized my experience and I can't imagine finding my wedding dress anywhere else! I would highly recommend making an appointment and getting your wedding dress here!! You won't regret it ☺️

    The Dress of My Dreams

    I can't recommend Ivory Row enough! I had originally purchased my dress from Lillian Lottie. Lillian Lottie had me purchase my dress in full, and before it could get delivered, they were evicted from their space and closed down due poor business practices - without paying the designer for my dress. I found this all out 7 weeks before I got married. Ellie at Ivory Row stepped in and helped as many brides from Lillian Lottie that she could. She called me as soon as she could, walked me through the best way to handle getting a my money back, and made sure my dress showed up in plenty of time. Her alterations team did such a wonderful job and my dress was PERFECT! They entire team knows exactly what they are doing and were so kind and professional during the whole process. I'm so happy they were able to help me and that they made sure I looked perfect on my wedding day!

    Fit like a glove

    Thought the awe ha moment might not exist until I walked into Ivory Row and tried on my dress! From there fittings were quick and easy, and the final result was perfect!

    I highly recommend this beautiful boutique, I love how clean and organized the salon was, you have you own section of the salon to try on dresses! I had an appointment with Sydney, she told me to pick 5 dresses off the rack to try on and we'd go from there. I went in looking for a specific dress but I couldn't find it when I originally picked out my 5 dresses! Sydney could tell the 5 dresses I picked were close to what I wanted but not exactly what I wanted. After listening to my reactions to the 5 dresses Sydney actually pulled the dress I came there looking for! She's such a great listener! I highly recommend this boutique!

    IM SO HAPPY I SAID YES TO MY DRESS HERE! I loved everything about my experience at this store. The adorable décor, friendly staff, and obviously amazing dresses. My budget was 2000 and I was so happy that I had open range to try on basically everything in the store. Would recommend to anyone.

    Excellent selection of bridal and bridesmaid's gowns. Nice clean, bright store with super cute décor. All the gals that work there we so sweet and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

    I can't say enough good things about Ivory Row Bridal. This store has a very calming effect. After going to a few other stores and the stress of trying on dresses, I was successful at Ivory Row. The Manager Shea was also amazing in helping get a bridesmaid dress to try on from their sister store Mariee Bridal. She knew that I had requested a certain style of dress and she made sure she had it to try on. Shea definitely knows how to make a bride cry with tears of joy!!!! You will LOVE this bridal store.

    Great Experience and Found My Dream Dress

    I went to many wedding dress shops in the area before finding my dress and Ivory Row was by far the best. I had such a great expereince. Their store is so organized that it makes it easy to browse and they have such a beautiful and varied selction of dresses. I was helped by Sydney who was awesome and helped me to find me dream dress. It was a great experience. I also got my veil and bridesmaid dresses here!

    Beautiful dress!

    I found my wedding dress with ease. Alterations were an easy process and I absolutely loved my dress! The only down side was the bustle. The loops and hook method seemed like a great idea and was easy to match up, but they all broke within an hour of reception beginning. So ask for a different style!!

    Found my dream dress at Ivory Row

    I got my dress at Ivory Row after going to David's Bridal and one other bridal boutique. My experience at David's Bridal was not the greatest - too many brides not enough employees (despite having an appointment). I had a great experience at the other place and even thought I found "The One" even though it wasn't what I had envisioned - different silhouette and not the type of sleeves I wanted. I had the appointment with Ivory Row scheduled for later in the day, and wanted to keep it, just to be 100% sure that the dress at the other place was "The One." I'm so happy I kept my appointment with Ivory Row, because I ended up finding EXACTLY what I was looking for there!

    The person who helped me, Renee, was fantastic. She gave us a a tour of the store, highlighting the different designers and explaining how to mark the dresses I wanted to try on, and left us to look through the dresses without hovering and pressuring us to try dresses outside our budget. I marked a handful to try on, and she helped me get in and out of the dresses. After trying on a couple that weren't right for me, we were talking in the fitting room and I described what I was ultimately looking for. I told her I thought I saw something out on the floor that matched, but had run out of the pins to mark the clothes. She knew what I dress I was talking about and went to grab it.

    It turns out that the dress I described was from the line of the owner of Ivory Row. The owner, Ellie, was so sweet! When she heard I was trying on one of her dresses, she came over to see it and talk with us, but again there was no pressure at all. This was "The One!" Ellie was so excited, she asked if she could take my picture of me wearing the dress as I was the first one (other than the models) to try on the dress. She said she would wait to post it on social media since I told them that it was important to my fiance that he doesn't see the dress until the day of. I was measured and we put down 50% of the dress.

    The paperwork we received said that we would get a call in 1-2 weeks with an estimated delivery date. That didn't happen. I ordered my dress in May and due to life getting busy, I forgot to follow up with them until end of September. Luckily, I still have plenty of time, so I wasn't too worried. When I spoke to them, they were apologetic that I never received the estimated delivery date. They gave it to me, which was end of October. A couple days later, I got a call saying my dress was in and I had 2 weeks to pick it up. I picked it up that Sunday and it fit almost perfectly! The store is unable to hold dresses between pick-up and alterations, so we scheduled my alteration appointment for November and brought the dress home.

    The belt that I also ordered didn't come in with the dress, but since the dress arrived a few weeks early, I'm not worried about it yet since the estimated delivery date hasn't arrived.

    I would recommend Ivory Row to anyone who knows they want a specific designer as they carry a variety of designers, or if they want a more one-of-a-kind dress due to Ellie's own line being there. The staff was very attentive and did not give any pressure to try on or purchase anything.

    When I walked into Ivory Row Bridal I loved the decor and overall vibe. It was a rustic, simple and little glam which was just my style. The team there was fabulous and made the entire experience fun! It was fate the girls at Ivory Row Bridal referred me to their seamstress extraordinaire, Alisa Tyler. From the first time we spoke she was sweet, helpful, accommodating and extremely calm. Alisa is an experienced designer who knows the ins and outs of bridal, she truly loves what she does and it shows in her work. My dress was everything I dreamed of because of her.

    Change in management

    I originally had a great experience here when I bought my dress. Shortly after that there was a change in management and every experience after wasn’t something to brag about. When I went to pick up my dress I was hurried in and out of it because they had another bridal coming and only one person on staff. Then when I went to get my dress hemmed I mentions taking the hip out an inch or two to relieve the crepe material from runching, the seemstress responded with “well most brides lose weight”. I tried to just get my appointment over with and hear the total. I told them I’d think about it but leave my dress there for a night and pick to compare prices with someone else the next day. Then going to pick up my dress was a hassle, the sales associate tried to tell me I couldn’t pick up my dress while another bride was in the fitting room area trying on dresses.

    Incorrect measurements/sizing, poor customer service and communication

    I am pretty discouraged from my experience with Ivory Row. To start from the beginning, I booked an appointment April 6 of 7 of my bridesmaids; I was so excited as the bride to go through the experience of my girls picking out their dresses. We showed up and were told they only booked an hour for all 10 of us even with knowing my numbers before hand. We felt super rushed and the fun experience soon turned into a stressful one with girls debating on using their storage area to change to speed things up after we were told a bride was book and we couldn't keep the room. In the end they allowed us to move over to the other space until the next bride showed up, but still very rushed and stressful. I let it go and was happy when all the girls ordered dresses they loved.

    4 months later the dresses arrived and almost all my bridesmaids dresses were not the correct size. Two were 2-3 inches too small and wouldn't zip, one was ordered in the incorrect size due to paperwork error, and one will zip but she can't breath. Only 3 of the 7 dresses ordered seemed reasonable sized, but will still need alterations, which we understood some alterations would be required.

    I immediately was on the phone with the store when I found out the one dress was a 12 when she requested an 8 due to being 6 months pregnant at the time of her fitting. I was assured they would correct the error and asked for her to come in for a fitting with Ellie. Then more calls came in from my girls stating their dresses were not fitting. I went with two of the three girls to meet with Ellie the owner to see what could be done.

    I was told the girl who took the measurements/sizes no longer worked there and it was unfortunate she was not trained properly in ordering up rather than down when measurements were in between. Ellie was pleasant enough during our visit and I was hopeful she would correct this error for at least 3-4 of the dresses ordered. She said she'd take out two of the them for the appointments I attended. With this said, we had to hear how much money she was losing and how she was not carrying that line of bridesmaids dresses due to the many errors she has to fix. As the bride I did not care, I wanted my problem fixed that was at hand. I thought all would be ok until I got a distraught call from the third girl a few days later who got the dress they actually ordered incorrectly as a 12. She just had a baby and is still swollen from an emergency c-section, Ellie told her if she had ordered an 8 it would be too small she would only take in the waist. The top is huge on her and now she is going to have to get not only alterations on the waist once swelling goes down in a few weeks (probably to the size 8 measurements) but also take in the bust drastically. Ellie got on the phone with me and told me the same story about how she's loosing money. She refused to speak to my mom (who I called crying for help) and then refused to come out of her office to speak to my Bridesmaid and her husband who drove all the way from flagstaff. Ellie still has not called any of us back. The 4th girl had an appointment that was cancelled by Ivory Row and she felt uncomfortable going in knowing the experience of the others after that.

    I was hopeful this would have been made right, but it was not the dress still don't fit, even the two she "fixed" are too small. As a bride this isn't something I should be worrying about. I never imagined we would get the wrong size dresses nor be treated the way we were by an owner. If we were treated right and the problem corrected I probably wouldn't have shared this review and let the fitting experience slide, but I wanted to warn others to be weary before ordering their dresses from Ivory Row, this is a very unfortunate situation, and avoidable. I feel we have been respectful and reasonable in trying to find a solution with Ellie.

    Devastating

    If I could give a 0 star review, I would. Let's start this off with, Ellie is GREAT at refuting reviews, so I'm sure by the time any bride reading this will read mine, may also see a convincing refute from Ellie. Which I feel you learn to get that good from experience.

    I was a bridesmaid that worked with Ivory Row (Thank the good Lord I was just a bridesmaid, because if it was my wedding I would be devastated). More than half of my cousins bridal party was measured incorrectly which resulted in the wrong sized dresses being ordered. When we got our dresses, mine included, it was the wrong size. Ellie will say that it's because sizing is off by small margins or it is the dress makers fault. Way to own your shops mistake. Although, I believe the woman who measured us is no longer at the shop. Why they let some one in training and who they weren't confident in measure a bridal party, I'll never know. I manage 2 companies and I wouldn't put anyone in training on something I didn't have a Hawkeye on. We were told on more than one occasion that the woman who sized us, measured wrong and that the wrong size, was in fact, ordered. That she was in training, and made mistakes.

    Ellie met with me to try on the dress and let it out (for free). They tried to correct an error they made but the whole time they blamed the dress maker saying it wasn't their fault. That they would no longer be carrying Sorella Vita because they don't make any money off of their dresses and are left "fixing their mistakes".

    When I went in today my dress still did not fit. It took a couple ladies to help me. Annalisa and Jessica have been the most helpful in this nightmare.

    Due to timing of the wedding approaching and our time limit decreasing because of the time it took to receive the dresses and then added time for it to be let out... the wedding is approaching. I decided to sign the dress out because I could breathe in it and it zipped up... better than nothing. Ideally it should have fit when It came in ($260 isn't chump change) So I told my cuz it would all be ok. I'm going to have a seamstress work on it now, so I can guarantee I have it in time. Even with our awful experience we were willing to try to work with the shop and we (not just me) were turned away for hemming and alterations through them because they "don't make any money off of alterations for bridesmaids" "Ellie isn't accepting alterations" and other excuses that essentially ended up with us feeling like they are wiping their hands of us and the entire party when THEY made the mistakes.

    This has been a terrible experience. I had just had my son when I was sized for my dress, so being made to feel that was the reason my dress didn't fit, was horrifying. I was sized a month AFTER having him, not while pregnant. And have lost weight and inches, not gained.

    Bridesmaid Dresses

    Our Bride fell in love with a very specific bridesmaid dress that Ivory and Row carried. The day of our appointment we were only given one dressing room for all of us and we were being rushed the entire time because they had another appointment coming in. This was our first impression of the shop.

    My Husband picked up my dress, we have 4 small children and that was more convenient for us. When I put my dress on it was extremely tight and I felt like that was very odd considering I had lost weight since first picking out the dress. Then, my Sister went to put her dress on, she is also in the Wedding, and we couldn’t even come close to zipping her dress up. Come to find out 2 other girls had issues with their dresses as well.

    I had an appointment to have mine looked at, the first appointment was cancelled. After going back and forth I had another appointment. I was told how horribly the other girls had be treated and to be honest really didn’t want to have to deal with being treated badly. I canceled my appointment and told them I would make my dress work.

    I have several friends in the Wedding industry. I understand things happen, but the way the company treated us was very unprofessional.

    Had a rough start here due to some misunderstandings with the young girl that worked there, who was rude, unprofessional and pushy. The owner contacted me a month later due to my negative review and listened to what happened. The girl that had helped me is no longer there. Thank goodness, for the sake of other shoppers. Unfortunately, the owner was not able to take the dress back. So, I am out $1600. As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to find good help and she tried to help in her own way. Kindness goes a long way and I am glad she reached out to me. I was able to find a dress that was stunning, much better quality and very easy to take in at a fraction of the price. I would highly suggest you stay away from Justin Alexander as his dresses are not only overpriced but, very cheaply put together using patchwork. The new dress I was blessed to find, due to the owner's of Ivory row's suggestion, was amazing quality and designed properly allowing adjustments to be made by the seamstress. Thank God I had a seasoned bridal dress designer and Brillant Bridal gave me a huge discount for horrible experience I had had at Ivory Row. Brilliant Bridal saved my wedding and I was able to get a $3,000 dress for $700.

    We a family business so we take reviews seriously as the store supports us and our kids. I have worked in bridal for many years and this is the first time I’ve had a bride with these concerns. I will address them here again as you have not replied to my email.
    The label on your gown has dry cleaning instructions, (a letter P inside a circle) There will be no issue with any beads melting. We suggest brides buying samples have them dry cleaned as they get shop worn. There is a list of recommended dry cleaners on your paperwork.
    A good Bridal seamstress will detach the lace trim at the hem of the gown, alter length to match your shoes and then reattach it. This is common for altering lace hems. The trim is hidden with an invisible seam 2" from the bottom.
    Bridal runs small so a 10 is like a regular 6. If you are a regular 2 we can certainly alter it down for you. Our seamstress’s names are also on the paperwork.
    Gowns take 4-5 months. This is on our website, and explained in the appointment. 4 months is tight on the time scale without rush fees, so we suggested a sample. Our staff are not on commission and would never try and push a gown on a bride.
    You are not limited to the number of dresses you can try in the two hours, we just ask you to pick 5 to start with. I will remind my staff to make this clear.
    Accessories are custom made in the US and vary greatly from something that looks similar on Amazon. Each piece ordered has been made specifically for you.
    We sell sample gowns with a discount as they are display model gowns. Your designer does not sell gowns online and says so on his website. I saw the same style gown for less online but it was used. Our gowns have never left the store and are not secondhand. So that is likely the price difference saw.
