We absolutely loved having IvoryGrove capture our wedding day. They were so great to work with from the beginning to the end. Sarah was an amazing photographer, she did a great job and was so sweet. Ivory Grove did a fantastic job on my wedding photos and video! My videographer and photographer were so easy to work with! I would love to work with my photographer, Hailey, again in the future!
While I absolutely love my photos, I do wish I had less candid photos and more of my husband and I smiling at the camera. I am not sure if the photographer didn’t take many or if Ivory Groves editing team left some of those out.
There are a few things I wish I knew before booking.
- They did not provide any photos in advance. Waiting to get my pictures was so hard! The pictures are beautiful so it was worth the wait, just hard to do as most of my friends were provided a few pictures after their wedding day from other photographers in the area.
- I had separate contracts for the rehearsal dinner and wedding day but everything was grouped together in one wedding video. With doing both nights, I wish the videos were separate.
- Working with Ivory Grove, I had a few different contacts that I had to be sure I relayed all information to. I booked both the rehearsal dinner and wedding day photography and videography but neither my photographer or videographer knew they were booked for both dates before we connected. Luckily, I got married on a Friday so they were able to rearrange their schedules for my Thursday rehearsal dinner. Communication was important on my end to ensure everyone knew what days I booked/what I wanted.

Photography Review
We used Ivory Grove for our wedding photography in October. We had Casey as our photographer and she did an amazing job keeping us on schedule and working around the rainy conditions to find us great spots to take photos and using the umbrellas to our advantage to create unique photo opportunities. In addition Lindsey was very responsive and proactive before and after the wedding about getting details for the event right and keeping us updated about the progress of editing our photos. Our photographer’s name was Ali and I 110% recommend her and this company to capture your wedding photos for your wedding! Through the whole process, they paid extreme detail to us, to what we wanted, our timeline and much more! They were such an enjoyable team to work with, for our engagement photos and wedding photos and I will recommend them to others! Wisconsin Wedding 2025
My husband and I used Ivory Grove for our wedding this past June! From when we booked them and then on, Lindsey did an amazing job making sure we had everything we needed and kept in touch. Lindsey set us up with a team in which we did phone calls with both the videographer and photographer to plan out the perfect day. The team was very professional with great communication.
On the wedding, both the photographer (Ashley) and videographer (Vladimir) did an amazing job! They captured our beautiful day with numerous pictures and videos. The day just went seamless. We couldn’t wait for the pictures to come out!
As soon as the photos and videos were released, we reviewed all the content and were so pleased with the media we received. The pictures and videos came out absolutely beautiful! Truly, a day that was made unforgettable!Ivory Grove's reply:

We loved working with Ivory Grove. Ivory grove was very communicative! Leading up to the wedding Lindsey was amazing with pointers and reaching out to make sure I was good and if I had any questions. Our photographer was an absolute gem of a human we loved Lyndsey so much! Her bubbly personality helped us so much through the photos.. we are not much of photo people. :) Our second photographer was Madison which was also so wonderful! We loved our videographer Jackie! They are the best!
I had Kate as my photographer and Parker as my videographer and they both blew me away with their work! The whole process from the beginning with ivory grove was amazing. I switched my venue last minute and they were so flexible with it all. They even got my photos and videos back to me so much faster than the estimated time frame I was originally given. Planning for a wedding is ALOT and I had, had 2 bad photographer experiences in just our Engagement so I was nervous choosing someone to capture one of your most important and invested in days of your life! But Ivory Grove was Fantastic; they worked with me on a payment plan, I knew i could ask them questions any time and what I really love honestly is they gave me their opinion on the day of timeline. We had like a month to go and I still didn't have a solid timeline because I'd never planned such an event. When the photographer (Curran) came he was quiet but sweet, he asked me my must haves, and he was at work snapping away around the venue while I was getting my hair and makeup done still. He worked so well with our videographer also! We would have hired Ivory Grove for that also but we hired the videographer very early on in planning. I also wish we would've used Ivory Grove for our Engagement pics! These pictures will literally last our lifetime and go down to our kids and I'm so happy with them. We were so thrilled to have Ali capture our day. She was so structured and organized and her assistant, Matt was an absolute gem and ran around getting us safety pins and cleaned my dress after a bird pooped on me. It was a hilarious and laughter filled day and they sent us hundreds of amazing photos captured throughout the day. We got a little overwhelmed with the amount of photos we aimed to do and ended up quitting and asking to be done with pictures for the rest of the day to just focus on enjoying things. Ali was so patient, despite our stubbornness and the quality of everything we got back was spectacular. The communication from the entire Ivory Grove team was wonderful. We got the edits back in less than 30 days and we are so glad we chose Ivory Grove!Ivory Grove's reply:

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Ivory Grove. We booked them for 6 hours of video footage and boy did they deliver! Lindsey who communicated with us throughout the whole process was amazing at always being prompt with responses and would reach out occasionally with tips and advice. Jeremie our videographer was outstanding! He worked right alongside our photographer and made everything so smooth. He was go with the flow and captured small moments and details beautifully. His work was brought to life and put together by Ivory Grove’s awesome editing team. We received are highlight video, teaser video, and clips so quickly! Lindsey was even able to add in a voice recording we played at our wedding of our 4 year old son speaking. Everything about this company is special and they delivered us a video we can look back on for a lifetime. We would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience

Wedding planning was chaotic for me, but Carly set everything up with me and we had a timeline super quick! What an AMAZING experience working with Ivory Grove for our wedding photography! Lindsey was my event manager and had great communication. She reached out to introduce herself and then told me that Rochelle would be our photographer. They both stayed in contact with me and asked for all the information they’d need for our wedding! The prices of their packages are affordable and didn’t break the bank. Plus they had payment plans which helped so much. I was able to communicate with Rochelle about what photos my husband and I wanted to remember our special day. She even gave us some tips for the day of and was full of great ideas for photos! They have a lot of photographers and videographers working with them so when our photographer was unable to shoot our wedding we immediately had a back up ready! Great peace of mind! We loved working with Mary Kim, Megan and Jackie to create beautiful photos and a video! Only downside is no sneak peaks, but otherwise and amazing company! Alexis and I loved working with Ivory Grove. From the beginning of the process we both noticed the professionalism their company provides. We were able to get exactly what we were looking for, at a price that we both agreed upon. We chose to have 2 photographers for the day, 1 for the whole day and 1 for half the day. The amount of quality photos they were able to produce was amazing!
They link you up with a coordinator along with your photographers. We enjoyed the ease of doing business. There is so much going on your wedding day it was nice to not have to think about the photographers because they were all on point and so generous. Worth it !
Our wedding day was Crazy and we had to adjust a lot of things but no matter how crazy it got and how much adjustments had to be made, our photographer was professional and so laid back! Captured all the shots we requested and more!!! Quality of the pictures are amazing! Definitely worth the money!!! So glad we went with this company! From the coordinator to the photographer it was a super seamless process and experience and communication was on point! Absolutely Perfect
We just got married 9/29/23 and our photographer Casey absolutely knocked it out of the park. I had a very LONG detailed list of photos I wanted done, and due to the tight schedule we had to do some shuffling on the list and she absolutely handled it like a champ. I got just about every photo I was looking for on that list and they turned out GORGEOUS. I'm a plus size bride so I was worried the whole time about the photos and turns out I was worried over nothing. Not every photo is gonna be your favorite, but the ones that are I just wanna stick all over my house. Also, Casey worked super well with our DJ on coordinating shots during the reception and OMG they were a dream team. We had a very unique and unusual theme and some nontraditional elements to the wedding (ie. we had our Ringbearers and Flowergirl walk down the isle in Dinosaur costumes), and she was very enthusiastic about all the goofy things we had planned. Plus all the shots later on in the night of them dancing around in the costumes are absolutely priceless. Throughout the process Lindsey (our go-to person with Ivory Grove), was great at explaining the process and had a very detailed phone call with me to help with my schedule which absolutely saved my bacon. Booking extra hours, clarifying any details, that kind of thing was all super simple and easy to manage with all their help and I could not recommend them any more!Ivory Grove's reply:

We feel so incredibly thankful to have stumbled across Ivory Grove for our photography and videography. We have had SO many compliments on the way our photographs turned out. They look like they belong in an art gallery! Seriously - they are incredible. Erika was our photographer and I would recommend her a million times. She was so friendly and truly made us feel like she loved every minute of taking our pictures. Lindsey (owner) has been so kind, responsive, and informative throughout the process as well and even reached out to us shortly before the wedding to ask if they could send a second photographer (free of charge) to help him get some experience which allowed for even more photos of our special day. Lance did our videography and I’m not lying when I say my husband and I cried when we watched our highlight video. More than once! Of all our vendors, Ivory Grove was by far our favorite. Our photographer was Rebecca and she was so wonderful though the whole process! She scheduled a meeting with me before hand and got all the details that were most important. She really had a great understand of the things we wanted to capture. On our big day, she was so attentive and patient as she got us all the photos we wanted and some with her own creative ideas. We all feel that the pictures were so beautiful and really captured the feelings of the day! Tolman media was great to go through. We did not get a videographer, but based on our experience, I'm quite sure they would have been amazing as well. Highly recommend! -

From the start our photographer Abby was extremely attentive and made sure she knew exactly what we were wanting. It was nice having a meeting with her before our engagement session so she could get to know us and our style. The whole session she made us feel so comfortable and we had a lot of fun. A week before the wedding we have a meeting with the manager Lindsey and she was so helpful with making our day of timeline. Come wedding day Abby and Travis went above and beyond to bring our vision and big day to life. They were amazing to work with and made our day so easy. I truly cannot say enough good things about Tolman Media Missouri!! Lindsey, Stephen, Lauren, Lance, Curran, and Sofia were such an amazing team to work with. They were all extremely personable and helpful during the planning process, and our pictures and videos turned out extremely beautiful—we are so happy with them!!
Lauren took our engagement pictures, and she was absolutely wonderful. From knowing the perfect places to take us, to posing us and making us feel comfortable in front of the camera, we couldn’t have asked for better pictures!! She helped us bring to life the exact vibe I was going for, and I cannot thank her enough!!
Unfortunately, Lauren got sick the week of our wedding (which we do not blame her for at all—these things happen!), but Lindsey promptly stepped in and figured everything out for us the exact night we found out. It was a little stressful, but Lindsey was able to find and bring in such an amazing photographer for our wedding day. Curran did such an amazing job on such a short notice. It definitely was nerve racking having a whole new photographer, but he did such an amazing job, and we are so happy with his photos! Sofia was our second shooter that day and she was so sweet and did such a great job, as well! We are so thankful they worked together and brought us the most beautiful wedding pictures that we will cherish forever!
We had Lance for our videographer, and he did such a fantastic job. He was super personable and funny, and I seriously don’t think we could’ve made it through the day without him! He was always ready to step in and help with anything he could. And our finished video is so stunning, we can’t stop watching it and sharing it with our family and friends! The day went by so fast, so getting to remember the moments in a highlights video is so precious for us!
And, I cannot thank Lindsey and Stephen enough as well. From helping us select the package we wanted, to answering all of the many questions I had, they were so great! They set us up with such amazing people, and I am so thankful for all of their hard work throughout the planning process.

I was nervous about the decision but everything worked out great and they were easy to work with. We were assigned Lily Sky Photography and Daniel Carr for videography. They were both excellent. Lily worked really hard to keep us on schedule. We were in taking photos during the sunniest part of the day. She took charge and helped make sure we got to a shady spot so the pictures would look as best as they could. Tolman was so flexible and the manager Lindsey was always very responsive to my messages. The photographer and videographer did a good job although some of the footage in the video is a little shaky but overall I’m still very satisfied!! Definitely worth the price! Got everything back super fast. Sent the video back for a couple fixes and they did everything I asked and had it sent back very quickly!!
