Best Selection!

I came to Ivory Atelier 3 months prior to my wedding day due to a bad experience at another wedding dress shop. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was going to find the perfect wedding dress there! Shelby made me feel really comfortable and answered all my concerning questions just the right way! I said yes to the dress that day and 3 months later I received my beautiful dress! I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone shopping for a wedding dress!

This place is magic! If you want to feel like a total celeb/queen then come here!
The aesthetics are stunning and the dress options are like no place else in the state!
I had gone to numerous wedding dress shops and my experience at Ivory surpassed all others. JASMINE was my consultant and made me and my girlfriends feel so special the moment we arrived!
She was quick to greet us with brownies and champs (what more does a girl want!?!!) - she took me to the back and really dig into what I was looking for in my dream dress.
She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make my dream dress happen!
Unlike other places, the service here was not salesy at all- Jasmine is truly invested in what her bride is looking for.. it doesn’t feel like you’re just another customer & you definitely do not feel rushed which is amazing. She was totally a part of our girl group by the end of the appt!
Happy tears were def shed that day and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Thank you Jasmine & Ivory Bridal! Y’all are what every bride needs.

A Luxe Experience

I have had wonderful experiences at Ivory! When I first got engaged, I went to ivory on my own to look and see what was out there. I had a really fun afternoon drinking champagne and trying on beautiful gowns and getting a sense of what I liked. They have so many gorgeous gowns, and you know that if a gown is at Ivory, it is excellent quality. I found a lot of gowns I loved in my price range including Lazaro, Anne Barge, and Rivini. There was one particular Anne Barge dress I really loved and was in the back of my mind after that.

When my mom came to Houston to help me find THE dress, I knew we had to go back to Ivory. It was by far the most luxurious bridal experience we had. We had the cutest private room with Champagne and little brownies. I ended up saying yes to the Anne Barge dress I couldn't forget about from the time before! Pilar helped me this day and she was so personable and sweet! Shelby helped me the time before, and she is also really insightful and asks really great questions for you to figure out what you like and don't like about gowns so you can get closer to finding the one! I was also impressed at how well they did at keeping my budget in mind and only suggested gowns in budget when they pulled ones I hadn't picked out myself.

Overall, I had an amazing experience shopping at Ivory and would definitely recommend it to any brides to be searching for the dress in Houston!

I loved using Ivory Bridal - Shelby was so wonderful to work with. She totally put all of my worries at ease and assured me that my dress would turn out exactly how I wanted. Ivory Bridal made dress shopping everything I had ever hoped for!

I bought my wedding gown here during a sample sale! It happened to be my FIRST time trying on gowns and I ended up picking the 1st out of 7 dresses I tried on that day. I didn't think I would make a decision that fast because deep down inside, I wanted to try on ALL the gowns to my hearts content before picking THE ONE. However, I'm so glad I went with my instinct... the dress was exactly what I envisioned. In the end, it saved me time from having to drag my BM's from one bridal shop to the next. I took the dress home that day, got it altered by Kristin Johnston (who is amazing, btw!)... and got to finally wear it for my wedding 17 months later and it was absolute perfection!

The ladies at Ivory Bridal are so nice and very professional. Even though I had to make a quick decision because it was a sample sale and other women were lined up wanting to also try on the same gown.. I'm so glad I snatched it! Shelby was the sales associate who helped me make my decision and it's an experience I will always remember!

Everyone at Ivory was absolutely amazing to work with and ALL their dresses were beautiful!! After I bought my dress I moved out of town and they were so helpful keeping me updated on the status of my dress & veil so I could pick it up. I decided last minute that I wanted a sash for my dress and they were able to rush it an get it here in time for my bridal portraits! If you are looking for a beautiful gown and an excellent customer service experience Ivory is the place to go!

My perfect dress was at Ivory! Ivory carried all of my preferred designers (Ines de Santo, Gahlia, etc), incredible selection. The dress-shopping process was a special experience, complete with a champagne toast!

Jessica at Ivory Bridal Atelier, Houston was fantastic. She was patient and kind and made what can be an uncomfortable situation into a fun experience. For me, trying on wedding dresses was both exciting and overwhelming and having someone like Jessica there to calm my nerves meant so much. The store itself is beautiful and the selection and quality of designer gowns was wonderful. They were flexible with their time as I made my final decision, and in the end, I was able to walk away with the most breathtaking Reem Acra gown. Could not be happier. Wish I could do it all over again. Thank you, Ivory Bridal Atelier, for making me feel so special.

I purchased my dress at Ivory Bridal Atelier and our experience was amazing. The boutique is gorgeous! Every girls dream when looking for a gown. The girls were as sweet as can be and really cared about the look you wanted! I purchased a Lazaro gown from them that I believe absolutely made my wedding a fairytale and I couldn't of done it without them! All of the vendors they recommended for alterations were beyond amazing as well!! I recommend them 100x!!!!!!!

I had wonderful service! This was the third and final bridal shop I went to looking for my wedding dress. I had found an Alvina Valenta dress that I LOVED from the Winter 2015 line but all the shops I called didn't have that specific dress is there shop. So I gave up my hopes on that dress and went to a few other shops that carried Alvina's to try them one since I knew I liked that designer's style; but nothing could take my mind off of that ONE dress. I finally found this store and luckily for me they did have the dress and quite a few other Alvina's I could try one (the other stores I had been to only carried two or three Alvina's so the selection had been thin for me). They were able to squeeze me in for a late appointment the same day I called and stayed open late for me as I tried on dresses. I got to try on the coveted Alvina I had dreamed about but there was just too much beading on it for my little frame and it looked like the dress was wearing me instead of the other way around. The store clerk pulled out another Alvina that was similar to the one I liked but minus the beading and that was IT! It was the dress, they offered me a 10% off discount if I got the dress in my first visit but my mom was hesitant she wanted me to sleep on my decision. Which I did; but I still wanted the dress when I woke up in the morning. I called the shop back and told them I still wanted the dress but wanted to come in one more time to try it on just to be sure. They let me come back in that same day just to try on the one dress which I ended up buying and they honored the 10% off discount too. It took about 3 months for my dress to come in but once it did come in it looked just as I remembered. This store has one of the better selection of couture dresses in Houston and they are constantly updating their selection and they have flash sales in the winter where they will sell off their old floor samples at a highly discounted price.

I couldn't have been happier with my experience with Ivory. I had an appointment at a different store and had an awful experience. We ended up leaving early due to how horrible the customer service was. We took our chances and called Ivory hoping that they had a no show or cancellation. They called my maid of honor back within 5 minutes and said to head that way. Jessica my consultant called me so apologetic for whatever had happened and reassured me that I would be taken care of. Since we were a last minute appointment, Jessica asked me thorough questions in regards to my budget and what style dresses I like so that way she could have some pulled right when I got there. When we arrived at Ivory, I was taken back on how beautiful the store was. We were immediately greeted and offered water, champagne and cookies. I could definitely tell my family felt a lot better compared to the previous appointment. Needless to say, I found my dream dress and I couldn't have done it without Jessica. She listened to what I wanted and really made the experience wonderful. The entire staff was so polite and really made me feel like a special bride. If you are going wedding dress shopping, Ivory is the perfect place to go.

Wonderful service!! This was the first shop I went to and tried on a handful of beautiful dresses. They were so helpful and I was able to take pictures of myself in the dresses. I was indecisive and took the next 5 months to try on what felt like every other dress available in Houston. Nothing compared to the 3rd dress I tried on at Ivory Bridal. I went back again to double check that I loved the dress. Luckily the sample size fit me perfectly and I purchased it at the sample sale a few weeks later. I was so happy with the beautiful dress and the store owners and all of the staff were so incredibly friendly and sweet and made my wedding dress experience amazing! Ivory Bridal was my first wedding dress experience, and after that none of the other Houston area shops could compare (and yes--I did make my way to every shop in the greater Houston area, and even some Austin area shops).

I visited many bridal shops in Houston, TX looking for the perfect gown. What I found at Ivory Bridal was perfect for me. The couture gown was perfectly priced. The women at the store were very helpful and patient while dealing with me and my entourage. I especially loved the complimentary champagne and mini cupcakes!

This store was launching a new line of dress with a famous Israeli designer. I went to their trunk show and had a wonderful time.
That weekend when I went to try on the dresses though, it was like I was the only person in the store that mattered. There was no pressure to buy a dress, there was no feeling of them forcing me into anything I didn't want to try on, and Paula was wonderful helping me get dressed and adding all the touches so I could see what I would look like. I was assigned one person to help me - but in actuallity I had about 3-4 lovely women all helping and giving me compliments. Not a single one was trying to rush me because of other clients. There was no pressure what so ever. I put MY dress on first and then put it back on after 3 others. And when I put it back on they let me kind of just wear it for a minute and take it all in (which led to some emotional pictures).
They also treated my group wonderfully, which is super important to me since my family is super close. They gave them snacks, champagne, and waters. And they were also willing to take pictures of my group before we tried on dresses, when I found the dress, and after with the designer who was helping me personally tht weekend.
We had a blast trying on dresses. And it was the absolute best experience I could have ever had.

I really enjoyed my dressing shopping experience at this store. The owner were amazing and very helpful! When I found the dress the room literally got chilly and everyone in the room knew that it was my dress! I would recommend to any new bride!

Ivory is a beautiful bridal salon that is decorated as beautifully as the dresses they carry, which adds to the overall experience for the bride. The team at Ivory listened to what I was envisioning for a dress and helped me select items that fit my requirements. We were also treated with mini cupcakes and a glass of champagne for all of our guests upon selecting "the dress"! I had a great experience at Ivory bridal and would recommend to anyone!

I absolutely loved shopping here! Its a nice quaint shop with not too much fuss and chaos happening. Nicely decorated and all white everything. I personally love to have undivided attention and if you do too this is the place for you. Trust me, this is no Walmart of bridal shops. I purchased a Lazaro gown a little over a year before my wedding and I still to this day feel that I made the perfect choice. The staff was helpful, friendly, and gave me great options for my body type. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a couture gown :)

Beautiful dresses! When I walked in, I knew I was going to find my dress here. I had been to a couple of other dress shops, and did not feel like a bride. As soon as you walk into Ivory Bridal, you feel like a bride. It is a beautiful shop and the ladies definitely know their stuff! There were actually a few dresses that I fell in love with, but one Anne Barge specifically stood out and brought my mom to tears, so I knew it was the one! Loved their selection and the shop!

Ivory owners, Sharon and Ronit were amazing to work with. They, along with their staff, were very hands on and made the whole experience not only seamless and easy, but memorable and special. Every detail was treated with the utmost care and professionalism. It's everything you would imagine for your wedding dress experience, and more.

Ivory was the second of three bridal salons that I visited in Houston, and the experience was just amazing. Sharon and her sister are both wonderful to work with; very helpful and accommodating. They stayed open late for me to come in after work on a Friday afternoon for a second appointment. Everything about my dress was perfect, and it came in a month early. While the dresses are all designer and the prices are a little higher, nothing about the salon was snobby or "our dresses are too good for you". Highly, highly recommend.

This is the most incredible wedding dress store in Houston. It is a smaller store filled with one of a kind dresses from the best designers. The girls who own the store (I worked with Sharon) were so helpful and patient while I tried on countless dresses and helped me to find the most amazing dress (and coordinating veil). This is no bargain basement store, as I said the selection may not be endless but each dress is a masterpiece. They also carry the most beautiful shoes!

I had a wonderful experience at Ivory. They let me purchase a sample dress the day before the sample sale, and worked with my budget to make my dreams come true. I love my dress and was so appreciative of the help they gave. The experience and one on one service they provide is just what we were looking for. I highly recommend all brides visit Ivory to try on dresses.

We are going to return to this shop on 5/23/14 with a major flaw in a sample dress recently purchased here. We hope that the management/owner did not purposely sell a dress ,to this unsuspecting young bride, that was several years old & flawed beyond simple alterations. We will not know until they look at dress and talk to us. Will give more info tomorrow

If I could give this place a negative number for a review, I would. This was the first store that I went to try on gowns. My sales associate was EXTREMELY rude and not personable at all. I showed my associate a dress that I viewed online before I got to the store and was hoping that they would have it. Of course, they did not; it was part of the designer's latest collection that was traveling around trunk shows at the current time. They said they would check to see if it was available somewhere else and would try to ship it to the store. I heard several stories that made me question if they were being completely honest with me or not. My sales associate had to force herself to talk to me while she helped me into each dress. Unfortunately, every dress my sales associate put me in, I did not like. She would tell me that she was going to put me in another dress that she liked and the owner got involved and did the same thing.
