  Great Experience

  I did not end up working with this boutique but I should have.
  
  My experience trying on dresses with this shop was amazing. I was able to look at the selection and also assisted by the owner. The shop is family owned and operated and has an in house tailor. I found a beautiful dress in my price range and should have purchased it, I would probably be having a great experience getting my dress tailored etc.
  
  Unfortunately I decided to buy a used couture dress off of StillWhite. I have had so many issues with his dress.
  
  If I could go back in time I would work with Ivory.

  Enjoyable Experience

  Working with Ivory Bridal for all my wedding gown needs was an absolute pleasure. The shopping experience was truly special. Francesca provided a personal, intimate experience and helped me find the perfect dress within budget. Ivory also offers expert alterations services in-house, which helped simplify the whole process. The seamstress, Lucia, was wonderful to work with and she ensured my dress fit like a glove on our wedding day. I would highly recommend Ivory Bridal to any brides searching for their dream gowns!

  Francis (Erina's Boutique in East Greenwich) was fabulous!!! I wanted a specific gown and she found it for me. She worked on my gown tirelessly. I received so many compliments.   I had the most wonderful experience at Erina Boutique getting my wedding dress! Not only is Fran the sweetest person I think to exist, but she made me feel so special from the moment I walked in.   What a fantastic shop and Erina is simply amazing person, super nice and so skilled at alterations. My dress came out so perfect even though substantial changes needed to be made because I'm so short. She made the alterations without having to change any of the beadwork which I wouldn't have thought possible

  Frances was so accommodating and supportive to my family during the time before my wedding. After a horrible experience at another bridal shop (my dress was ordered wrong and I was treated poorly), she helped me to see the light. She made a pocket for a cremation necklace of my Dad out of a piece of my mom's wedding dress, added a bow and made it in the shape of a heart. She also ordered me a veil and blusher- when the blusher came in Frances let me know it wouldn't be right and ordered a different one. She made sure it was the exact right length, color, texture and fabric. I also bought a gorgeous belt from her. My mom purchased her dress, and she made sure my mom looked and felt beautiful in her dress. As a cancer survivor my mom needed some alterations made to suit her body. It was perfect!! Thank you so so so much!

  I was recently married in South Kingstown, RI and visited Erina Boutique in East Greenwich for my wedding dress. Erina carries Maggie Soterro, which is a beautiful brand. I didn't think I was going to be able to order my dress from a boutique since I had a short engagement, however Erina was able to accommodate my timeline. The owner was a pleasure to work with. She does all of the tailoring herself in-house so my fittings were a little later than other brides who I know worked with the larger shops like David's Bridal. I had my final fitting the week before the wedding so it was tailored perfectly (I had lost some weight in the final few weeks).

  Erina Boutique was wonderful! My first time trying on wedding dresses and Frances the owner had me try on a few silhouettes just to see what they looked like on me. She was so patient and sweet about everything. My mom also bought her mother of the bride dress from Erina's.

  I know I'm going to sound partial here... My dress was perfect and beautiful in every way. Frances at Erina Boutique is an older English women who can be extremely honest about how you look in a dress. She has been in the business for close to 30 years and is an expert tailor. My mother and maids all purchased their dresses through Erina's and all were very happy with the dresses and fit. No wardrobe malfunctions!

  I brought my mom's headpiece and veil from her wedding to Erina's to see if I could have it transformed into a clip for my wedding. She worked magic and made it happen! I was so thankful to be able to wear a piece of my mom's wedding on our special day.

  Erina is a sweet and wonderful seamstress. She is the best at what she does and delivers a beautiful product. She made several alterations to a gown that I bought from another store. Her work is impecable and she is kind and makes you feel special and beautiful!

  Erina was so great to work with. She was consistently professional and really showed personal attention every time I called or came in to the store. Alteration were good quality and good price. She carried a good variety of dresses and really has strong knowledge dress making. highly reccommend for purchasing or altering wedding gown.

  Erina's is by far one of the best Bridal shops in RI. Frances has been doing this for a long time and knows what she is doing. Reasonably priced dresses- mine came out stunning ! Very pleased .

  I bought my wedding dress at Erina's. Erina was very helpful in helping me to refinish my mothers veil, and she also made me pieces for my hair. She loves what she does and is a talented seamstress. Calling her shop directly is the best way to contact her.

  After 7 dress shops I almost gave up. I wanted something simple and something that wasn't expensive. The first dress I fell in love. It was exactly what I wanted and they fixed it perfectly. I recommend it to all brides because of her broad selection and great pricing!

  Erina was lovely to work with. She was honest with her opinions and did a beautiful job altering the beautiful dress I found in her shop. She even made a headpiece out of my mother's headpiece for me to wear to my ceremony, just because, as she said, "I love to play with these things"! Highly recommend her work.

  Erina was a very sweet woman and a pleasure to work with. My dress was a bit pricey and she was willing to negotiate on the price since I was getting all the bridesmaids dresses there as well.   If you want a good bridal experience, please go somewhere else

  I wish zero stars was an option. If you plan on having a good stress free wedding, save yourself the hassle and spend your money elsewhere. Not only did we pay almost 4k to be lied too, multiple times, but 2 days before my sisters wedding her dress was not even finished. Their seamstress Lucia is exceptionally one of the rudest people I have ever encountered too, and next on the list is the owner. If you are a bride reading this review, please do me a favor and go to another dress shop. Being around just vulgar individuals during, what is suppose to be the happiest day of your life, is not worth it. And i’m sure there will be a write back review blaming anyone else, but themselves. Just a really upsetting experience.
