If you don’t book with Hannah you’re insane.
Besides saying “I do” having Hannah there was my favorite part of the day. She made me feel heard, I was very relaxed then blown out of the water! Her eye for elegance is impeccable. My makeup felt light but well covered. She not only met my standards Hannah went above and beyond!
If you’re a curly hair girl then you need to book ASAP!! Hannah was able to use my natural curls and then make them look beautiful with her updo skills! My hair looked like it was straight out of a Pinterest board. Even taking my hair down was simple and it still looked flawless!
She’s so easy to communicate with and she is very professional with other vendors. I love how she’s a girl’s girl, and easy to talk with!
Thank you Hannah for making my day feel so special. -

Where to begin! Hannah made my dreams come true. I have curly hair and wanted to make sure I kept it curly, and since I don’t typically wear makeup, I was hoping for a very natural yet flawless look for my wedding day. She listened and executed everything perfectly!!!
Not only is her talent amazing, but she is SO fun to get ready with! She matches the vibe and ensures the morning goes smoothly. I would recommend her 10000%😍 -

When I was searching for a makeup artist, I was very selective and particular because I am a strong believer in a natural look rather than a full glam look. I was referred to Hannah by a friend and had an amazing experience the whole way. From the trial (which was a great chance to see what I liked/didn’t like) to the wedding, Hannah was there to answer questions and provide advice whenever I needed it. And she was even flexible enough to allow me to add a person for makeup (my mother in law) on the day of my wedding. On top of all of that, her prices were very affordable and she is such a sweet and pleasant person that she’s just a joy to have around. I recommend Hannah to anyone and everyone for any special occasion, but especially for your wedding day! -

Flexible, professional, beautiful work!
Hannah was such a treasure to have part of my wedding from booking until the day. She responded to every question quickly and thoughtfully. We had a trial and she openly tried a couple of different looks that I loved but I ended up wanting a different look from what we decided at the trial and she executed it perfectly. I wanted a natural look and my husband complimented it so much with how much I still looked like me, classy, and dolled up at the same time. I can't recommend her enough! -

I was looking for someone to do my hair for my wedding and my best friend had gotten married earlier this year and used Hannah from Its the Rose and she raved about her to me and suggested i reach out to her. i reached out to her and she responded so quick, and we got everything planned out, we did a trial run and she is the sweetest person and my hair was BEAUTIFUL. It was better than i could have even imagined. The trial went so great but the day of the wedding, i also had my makeup done and everything just came together flawlessly. Her personality is so friendly and she went above and beyond to make sure i was happy, and we all were grooving together while getting ready. I 10000% recommend this company and I will be using her for anything i might need to get my hair done for in the future. -

Hannah was WONDERFUL! She showed up on the day of my wedding, ready to go! She juggled me, my stepdaughter, and my stepmother perfectly - we were all ready exactly when we needed to be for photos. All of our hair and makeup were BEAUTIFUL! Even better - when we did the trial, I was indecisive about how I wanted my hair - and the finished product wasn't exactly what I wanted. Hannah worked with me between the trial and the wedding to nail down exactly what I wanted and on the wedding day - let me tell you - my hair was so beautiful it nearly brought tears to my eyes. I felt confident and beautiful on my wedding day, and Hannah played a large part in that! Thank you so much Hannah!! -

Delightful and well worth the money
Hannah was a dream to work with for my wedding hair and makeup. She was always kind, professional, and open with communication. She and her team finished 6 bridesmaids updos and makeup and 1 bride hair and makeup EARLY! She was kind and forward thinking the entire process and went out of her way to ensure I was taken care of. I had no issues and only positive experiences. -

Perfection!!
Hannah did an amazing job! I felt confident and beautiful on my wedding day. She listened to my vision, and it was better than I could have ever imagined! She has a lot of experience doing hair and makeup for not only weddings, but various other occasions..and it shows! She was able to accommodate my large bridal party, and my bridesmaids looked stunning thanks to Hannah.
I got married in 90 degree weather outdoors, and my hair and makeup both lasted for 12+ hours through humidity, sweat, and even tears!
I would recommend Hannah to anyone!

Hannah was the best and I’m so glad I was able to trust her with my makeup and hair for my big day. From the beginning, she was incredibly responsive and communicative when I inquired about her services, and did not hesitate to answer my questions. During the trial a month before my wedding, she was relaxed, calm, and did not hesitate to make sure that each step was how I wanted it to look. I provided her with inspiration photos and I definitely think that she was able to accommodate to my face shape and features - on the day of my wedding, she was able to make all the final adjustments to be completely perfect. I felt like a real life princess!! The cherry on top of everything was that Hannah is extremely friendly and fun to talk to. -

Hannah was a joy to work with from start to finish. She was collaborative and receptive of my wants during the hair and makeup trial and executed the changes to a “T”. Hannah was also a seamless addition to my getting-ready crew - socializing with my bridesmaids, making them feel comfortable, and catering to extremely different complexions perfectly. All of the ladies, including myself, looked beautiful and had a wonderful time in Hannah’s chair. -

In the first 10 minutes of meeting Hannah and talking with her, I knew we would get along perfect. Not only was she so easy to get along with, she made me feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup in person and even from other looking at pictures. I told her my vision for how I wanted to look and she completed outdid herself. Hannah is a wonderful hair dresser and make up artist. Because she is bilingual, she helped to make our wedding preparations run even more smoothly with my mixed-culture family. Hannah did hair and make up for my whole wedding party and it was not stressful or rushed. She did a practice run for my hair and makeup a few weeks prior to the wedding and even that experience made me feel special. Her prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend her to others and have already! -

Hannah was an absolute joy to work with! She truly went above and beyond from driving down to Hocking Hills before 8am, to doing five of my party members' hair AND my sib's makeup AND my mother-in-law's hair AND my hair and makeup, to giving my sister-in-law a quick spritz with anti-frizz right before the ceremony. She did an amazing job with everyone-- I felt stunning! Hannah was always quick to respond to any communication throughout the entire process, and she was very flexible. Her prices are more than reasonable for the incredible work that she does! Finally, and perhaps most importantly, Hannah is a genuinely friendly and kind person. We talked nonstop throughout the entire trial session (which is a big deal because I am HUGELY socially awkward =p), and she got on so well with everyone as we were getting ready. Hannah is wonderful! So outgoing and passionate. We did a make up trial and she was flexible with my ideas and worked hard to make them possible. The only issue we had was the false eyelashes did not stay on through the reception, so I just picked them off and out on my mascara. Over, she is wonderful and would recommend!!
