    Can't Recommend Them Enough!!

    There aren't enough words that can express how great Party Time Catering is! They did a fabulous job catering our wedding. Not only is Viki incredibly kind, but she was easy to work with and clearly has a passion for creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for her customers. She worked diligently to tailor the menu to our liking and was quick in responding anytime we had questions (I bugged her more than I probably should have haha)! She made both my husband and I feel amazing at our wedding and went out of her way to ensure our grandparents received extra attention as well! She continued to check in on us during dinner and truly put her heart into her work. We continue to receive compliments, to this day, about the food and the catering! We'll be going to them here on out any time we have a catering need. Thank you for helping make our big day so incredible!

    Viki and her staff did an awesome job. We had a BBQ Buffet for our Wedding and everything turned out just how we wanted it to! I would strongly reccomend It's Party Time Catering for your Wedding, Rehearsal Dinner or any event you want catered! I have used Viki and her staff for 2 other events besides our Wedding and they all turned our WONDERFUL! THANK YOU VIKI!

    My future Bride goes to school and works full time so didn't have the time that she needed to work on the Wedding plans without getting overly stressed. Being the "modern" man I volunteered to do with the reception part of the wedding. Anyway what is the big deal about getting food after the Wedding? Anyway I set up a couple of meetings with Caterers and just got very confused and stressed. One of my Friends had told me that It's Party Time had catered his Wedding and they loved them so I gave them a call. I meet with Viki and she went over all kinds of thins for the Wedding and then helped me line up the cake, flowers, photography, decorations and minister!
    Everyone Viki recommended was great and our Wedding was very stress free. We also loved the togo meal that she prepared for us when we got to the Hotel. She though of everything. Viki and her crew were very professional and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend It's Party Time Catering. Thank you Viki !

    Viki is amazing! We couldn't wait to work with her from the moment that we met her. It was as if we were family. She explained everything about the food options and even more about our venue. She was extremely easy to work with and her staff was so nice and beyond helpful. People loved the food! We unfortunately did not eat but the left overs were delicious!
    She was also our day of coordinator. They set up everthing exactly as we had envisioned it.

    We hired Viki and her wonderful crew for our reception in May. We interviewed Viki and several other caterers. She actually came out to our work during our lunch hour for us to sample her dishes and to talk about what she and her company has to offer. Her BBQ was the best we tried; very simple but delicious and had very much a home-style feel to it. We discussed the details for the day and she offered her recommendations and pricing which was very competitive. We certainly didn't know what to expect on the day of, but we were so pleased that we chose Viki and her crew. They were polite staff members who were always on attention to help out. Ryan their bartender was great and helpful at the end when we were trying to clean up. The food was delicious and all of our guests to this day, talk about the BBQ. One last final point about It's Party Time Catering; you'll have peace of mind knowing that Viki and her team will be handling all the details. The reception went so fast, you really don't have a chance to talk to all of your guests, so why not hire a catering company that really can do it all so you can spend the most of your day with family and friends?

    We didn't get married, but we sure had a great time!

    Viki and her team are amazing! My Partner and I decided it was finally time to enjoy a party at our home and for the past two years It's Party Time Catering have made our Christmas party a smashing success. We have heard nothing but praise from our guests and they know how to be the perfect combination of charming and yet in the background so that everyone feels comfortable. I think best review is always very simple: They will be back again next year!

    It's Party Time Catering, for three years has provided the food for our Breakfast with Santa Fund Raiser. We couldn't do it without her! Great food and our guests always comment on how good the food is. Viki has also catered weddings and memorial services for our family with such professionalism, great presentation, great staff and always wonderful food. I would never have a party without her.

    Viki and her crew are the only company my family uses, not only for weddings, memorial services, get togethers but for the past 3 years Viki has helped me in my professional career. Viki always comes through and I never have to worry about anything - which is a huge when running around taking care of other details. You alays provide great food and ALWAYS take the time to give me suggestions and help in making sure I am getting just what I need. I will continue to use It's Party Time Catering for all my events and if you want someone who knows what they are doing and someone who will take care of you from start to finish - VIKI IS THE ONE!

    Viki and her staff were excellent!

    The presentation and the food were outstanding.

    The service: They went above and beyond what was expected taking care of details I hadn't even thought of.

    They were professional and very organized

    Viki and her staff were friendly and had smiles on their faces making our guest feel so special.

    There was plenty of delicious food that our guest raved about.

    When we had about 20 unexpected quest show up the staff very discreetly found tables, chairs and place settings. They did this so smoothly that no one even knew.

    I would highly recommend It's Party Time to do your catering.

    Viki and her staff were very accommodating and helpful. As an example just prior to the wedding we noticed that one of the champagne toasting flutes was broken in shipment. One of the catering staff left and returned with two matching flutes in time for the toast, now that is above and beyond.

    Thank you all for a job well done. The wedding went very smoothly relieving a lot of stress on my wife and me.

    It's Party Time Catering provided a professional service with fantastic food. We got to consult with them about their selections. In their consultation they fit their menu into our budget without compromising on quality. On the day of the wedding they executing perfectly. If a friend where to ask me who to go to for their catering needs I would send them along to It's Party Time Catering.

    We had several compliments during and after the event about the great food quality.

    Viki, the owner was amazing! She was beyond helpful from the very first meeting. Full of great ideas and always looking to help out financially to do whats possible to fit into your budget. The food, the service at the wedding was amazing! She even did the coordinating for my wedding and was so, so helpful! I loved her and the service was awesome.

    I recently had Viki and her team do the catering at my wedding, I had concerns because I had let my future hubby pick out the menu. Come the big day and they deliver my food right to me. One bite and I instantly knew that they would be the ones i would call on any occasion. The food was great i still have people talking about it. =) They even packed my husband and I a picnic basket full of leftover to bring on our honey moon, the food was even better the second time. I give Viki and her staff a FIVE STAR review any time.

    Viki and her team were awesome, very detail oriented so we did not have to worry about a thing. We needed a turn key wedding and reception and they were all over it. The food was perfect and did not run out, the snacks and beverages decor with it were so professionallly
    presented, on top of all of that she smiled the whole time and said '"We can do that" with every suggestion and then did it and more,
    and they kept us in touch with what was needed and set up times to meet that were convient. Can't say enough! Thanks Ann

    I was very pleased with the service from It's Party Time Catering. From our first meeting through our wedding reception I could not have been more satisfied. I appreciated the flexibility and suggestions provided to meet all our needs. I had starting ideas, pricing considerations and more. All my concerns were heard and they pulled together just the right options for us.

    Viki, owner of Its Party Time Catering, and her team do an amazing job . They certainly go the extra distance. One thing that was extra special was that the team thought of little things that you might not think of, and that is so helpful and plus they do more than what they were actually asked to do to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend them to anyone. One important factor for me was that the venue be left the way it was found, and they made sure that was done. The food is delicious and the presentation just beautiful!! There was plenty for everyone.......The team give it their all and made sure everything is as perfect and delicious as possible!!! It was like havig a watchful, caring eye over the guests to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves and their food.

    We have used It's Party Time Catering, Inc. for several Christmas parties over the years. When my Partner and I were finally able to get married after 17 years together, Viki Dyrdahl at It's Party Time Catering was the first person I called. We decided on having an outdoor wedding on our own backyard terrace. Viki met with me at my home and she shared her years of catering experience with me. We developed custom menu for our meal. She also help establish a timeline of events for the day with me. This was very valuable to me as I planned the timeline with my other wedding providers.

    The wedding went on with out a hitch. The staff was wonderful. Our guests come from all walks of life, and did not phase them in the least. The guest's raved about the food, and how polite the staff was. I have already contracted It's Party Time Catering for this year's Christmas party.

From the consultation to the help planning non related catering things, to the gorgeous set up great food and attentive staff- I highly recommend them. They gave me my dream wedding for an affordable price and Viki helped me get the vision I always had in my head become reality.

    Viki was great to work with! We had a wedding on July 2nd and so we did BBQ type set up and it was awesome!! Her staff was great to work with too. They had everything ready to go on time.

    Absolutely recommend Viki and her team. From the first meeting, through a sequence of emails as our event drew closer, to the day-of, Viki put me at ease that everything was handled, and that anything that might pose a challenge could be handled. The food we ordered for our wedding was delicious, and all leftovers were packaged for us to take home. We went with a two-berry shortcake for dessert that had some of our guests saying was the best shortcake they'd ever had. Service was efficient and polite. We had bartending service through It's Party Time, too, and the bar was set up very attractively (though they ran out of straws halfway through the night). The only issue that came up, ironically, was coffee service. We've been to too many weddings where coffee was not available prior to dessert being served, and we made sure to mention how important this was. We were told coffee would be self-serve the entire night. However, we came to find out coffee was not available at dessert. Unfortunately, our venue had a lot of outlets that weren't operating correctly. This is no fault of IPT, for sure, and I was told that no less than four outlets were tried. To be sure, this is primarily a venue issue, but in the end, an outlet *was* found once we brought it up, so I just wish this had somehow been solved earlier, before it came to our attention. All in all though, it was great working with Viki - I'm pretty certain she can make just about *anything* work for your event, and It's Party Time comes with my full recommendation.

    Vicki and her staff were wonderful to work with and very attentive. From the first phone call with Vicki I felt at ease. She asked and answered questions that I hadn't even thought of, that would have come up later and I wouldn't have known how to take care of it without her guidance. The food was wonderful and display was gorgeous. Her "Signature" punch is the best! My Mother was very at ease and would definitely recommend them again. She referred people from her Team (Flowers by Mary Beth Bartel and Joey from In Bloom Photography), some we needed some we didn't but they were also wonderful to work with also.     We heard about It's Party Time Catering because our venue had them on their preferred vendors list along with a few others. We met with a few other companies on the list and decided that It's Party Time Catering was the best overall that fit our needs. Viki was very helpful throughout the entire planning process. On my actual wedding day there was one dissappointment. They did make sure that my husband and I got food and they sent us home with extras which was nice. They did leave at their scheduled time, however they didn't check in with me or my husband to make sure that we didn't need anything else from them, like a slice of wedding cake. Neither of us got any because we were busy and when we finally wanted some they had left and there were no plates for us to have cake on. I didn't enjoy eating my wedding cake off of a paper napkin. However their food tastes amazing and they land in an average price range.

    I am sorry when there are any types of things that disappoint our couples. We did have your cake at your table but you were very busy with the wonderful music and dancing. We did check out with the Wedding coordinator and your Mother in Law. Your Mother in Law wanted us to call for the limo to come earlier than scheduled to pick you up so I did set this up prior to my staff leaving your Wedding reception. We did have a to go meal with cake for you to take to the Hotel and enjoy later. We had a wonderful time helping you with your Wedding. Hope you enjoyed your cake at the Hotel sorry that you didn't get any at the reception.

    We made a deposit in good faith. My husband was then deployed by the coast guard. We gave a 5 month notice but still forfeited the 50 percent deposit. Please make sure you understand that you will loose that deposit if you make a change no matter the reason.

    I am always sorry when we have any Client that is disappointed in our service. But is does clearly state on our contact and on our web site that the deposit is non refundable. I spoke with your Father on the phone and emails and also cc them to you regarding this and did let him know that I would be very happy to cater your Wedding that you had scheduled ahead of time so you and your husband could leave together or I was more than happy to apply the deposit amount to ANY one event that you or your family might have within a year. I book events 1 year in advance and have to turn away Brides who would like to use our services when I receive the deposit and the contract. We do our very best to make everyone happy but it is a standard in the industry to have a non refundable deposit, I am gracious enough to let it be used towards any one event within the next year which your family opted not to do.
