Amber was so helpful and friendly, the setup of our beach wedding was absolutely perfect and our flowers were phenomenal! They achieved the vision I wanted perfectly! Amber stayed right up until the start of the ceremony and provided any assistance necessary, going above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend It's a Perfect Day for weddings!

I was very appreciative of how easy Patty was to work with during the planning portion of my daughter's wedding. She made very helpful suggestions that easily fit into our budget and added all the special touches that we were looking for. I heard several guests comment about the beautiful the centerpieces at the reception and my daughter is still talking about how gorgeous her bouquet was!

If you want quality then this is the best company to use! I will use Mrs. Patty for all of my future celebrations . I gave her my budget, and wants....she made it happen.!!!

Amber and Patty did a sensational job on our wedding flowers! Everything was absolutely perfect! Amber went above and beyond to add some personal touches that she knew I would love! They also provided the lighting for the reception which made everything look so magical! The beauty they added to our big day literally brought tears to my eyes!

Real Life Pinterest Board Dream Wedding

I can't say enough about Patty, Amber, and the It's A Perfect Day Wedding team. From the planning experience to the day itself, they made my Pinterest boards to life and the wedding of my dreams. They created the perfect Old Florida elopement wedding with astonishing floral arrangements, graceful chandeliers and lanterns hanging from old Oak trees intertwined with Spanish Moss, and a sweet ceremony led my Stoney Bilbo. When we initially met with Patty and Amber, we discussed favorite flowers, ambiance, overall looks and they made those notes on paper become a reality. As a professional event planner in the local area, I can't over-communicate how easy this team is to work with. They will forever be my preferred vendor as well as my friend. I had the challenge of trying to help plan my son's wedding in Destin, Fl from a good distance away. I was not familiar with the restaurant for the rehearsal dinner, the Chapel, or the Reception Hall. We did our planning over the phone and by email. I can't tell you how pleasantly surprised I was at the beautiful flowers provided by It's A Perfect Day!!! They were truly "Perfect"... They listened to my requests and honored our wishes to the tee!
The flowers at each event were just gorgeous! They were a pleasure to work with and very reliable.

Amazing people

Patty at It's a Perfect Day Weddings made my daughter's vision for her wedding become a reality. She met with us to learn our style and preferences for colors and type of flowers, then worked hard to create maximum impact within our budget. Everything was delivered on time and was absolutely beautiful. We were especially pleased with the bouquets and my daughter's hair flowers. They were perfect! The ceremony space was simple and elegant. The reception area was romantic with bistro lighting and centerpiece groupings of lanterns, flowers, and shells. Patty also prepared a wedding program chalkboard highlighted by a stunning floral arrangement. The decor enhanced the natural beauty of our beachside venue. We found Patty to be flexible, creative, and committed to pleasing her clients. We could not have been happier and would recommend It's a Perfect Day Weddings without reservation.

Wonderful and easy to work with

It’s a perfect day florist was a delight to work with. We had our wedding at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort and Spa and the wedding coordinator was very difficult to work with. Since we were able to talk directly to the florist, Amber, it made it so much easier since she went above and beyond to make our day special. Amber was very easy to work with, communication was perfect, and of course the final product was more than we could have asked for!! We wanted a tropical look since we had our wedding on the beach and the color and flower selection were just amazing. We still get comments about how beautiful the flowers were. They also helped with set up of the tables and some decorations which were also great.
Thank you again for making our day special and for the amazing flowers and decorations.

Patti is an artist! My flowers were perfect! I wanted to do a little something different & incorporate peacock feathers into my arrangements. Patti artfully made each piece to perfection. She met with me & my wedding planner-Janet Marie with Florida Dream Weddings-free of charge to design the flowers for my perfect day. She drove all the way from Destin & delivered the arrangements & sat them up in Pensacola & even came to my bridal suite to deliver my bouquet.

Patty was wonderful to work with. She was always responsive when I tried to contact her and had great ideas when I needed help. Everything she did looked gorgeous from the bouquets to table decorations to lighting and the arbor. She even went above and beyond on the arbor with beautiful flowers and decor and on the cake tables by adding a houndstooth tablecloth and A for Alabama since my daughter and husband both graduated form there. Have not gotten photos yet or I would upload them.

Amber and team were AMAZING! We had a last minute request and she made it happen with no hesitation and a smile. Being anxious about a destination wedding was put to rest from the first meeting with Patty! She made wonderful, creative suggestions that allowed me and my family to "show up" and enjoy a beautiful evening for our son's rehearsal dinner. I asked for touches of drift wood and she set out with her husband to pick up beautiful accents for the table decorations! Her work and the work of her staff exceeded my expectations. Patty is awesome! She listened to everything my fiancé, Kim, wanted and made it happen! Everything that Patty provided was of the highest quality (flowers, chairs, tables, linens, signs, etc.) Patty brought Kim and I out to her warehouse so we were able to see exactly what a table would look like and make any changes right there, so the final product could be seen and touched, rather than a picture. Patty was available for changes up until the day before the event and handled them with ease and professionalism.

More than any service that Patty provided for my Kim and I on our big day, Patty provided compassion and a shoulder to lean on for my bride, right as she was preparing to walk down the aisle. While waiting for our crazy bridal party to gather themselves to go down the aisle, Patty comforted Kim in a small room and allowed Kim to wear her jacket over her shoulders to help keep her warm while waiting. Patty did not say anything or ask any questions, she just sat there with her arms around Kim, allowing Kim the time to collect her thoughts and take in the moment. You can not put a price tag or a star-rating on something like that. Patty is a pretty awesome, outgoing person and I would recommend her services to anyone and everyone. Thank you for helping make Kim and I's day the most perfect day ever!

Patti did my flowers, headpiece, arbor and set up for my June beach wedding. She did a great job and everything was exactly as I had imagined. Not the easiest thing to do considering we only met once and all other communication was via emails. I would definately recommend using her for everything! She was fantastic.

We just recently got married on April 7, 2018 in Destin, Florida. This was a destination wedding so you can imagine how stressful it was to plan a long distance wedding. Patty Bilbo with Perfect Day Weddings did an amazing job planning our wedding. She planned our wedding as if it was her own; she took care of every single detail. She was very helpful in giving suggestions for arbor color, bridesmaids bouquets, flower girl flowers, ceremony and reception decorations, etc. It didn’t matter what I asked perfect days wedding, they made my dream wedding come true. My flowers and table center pieces for my wedding were STUNNING! They were so incredibly beautiful I hated to leave them behind! Working with A Perfect Day was so easy and painless! They knew exactly what I was I was going for and surpassed my expectations! I LOVED working with Amber and Patti! They are very knowledgable and have beautiful creative minds! I cannot wait to see their work in my wedding photographs! Also, they have a great Facebook page that helps give the bride ideas for bouquets and center pieces. Way better than Pinterest! Even when the venue changed from the beach to indoors due to heavy rains, Patty made sure that the magic and beauty was still there. Perfect is the perfect adjective.

We booked Patty and our other vendors nearly a year and a half in advance, and she didn't think we were crazy!
On rehearsal day, Patty met us at our ceremony location and worked with us on the flow of things and help us figure out where things would go. On wedding day, our ceremony site was perfect. Our flowers were stunning and popped against the blue sky and water. I could not be happier with how things worked out.

From the very beginning talking to Mrs. Patty was very professional. The prices was so much lower than everyone else by thousands. They provided flowers, chairs, arbor, and so much more. By the way Mrs. Patty told me where to get the best wedding cake from because we where from out of state. She is the best Ever. May God Bless Her Family.

SO WONDERFUL- My experience could not have been better. They did such a beautiful job with the flowers! So friendly and easy to work with, especially since I do not live in the area, it was all handled so well and I never once worried about it. They were so professional and Patty is very talented, I just sent her a few pictures and told her the colors and she ran with it! We got a lot of compliments on the flowers and it made our pictures just that much better!! I'm so grateful for them!

Amber & Patty are wonderful! The flowers they put together were exactly what I was hoping for, and all the details were perfect.

We had a destination wedding in Destin, FL and were planning from Cleveland, Ohio. From the first time we met with Amber and Patty I knew they'd do a great job. They listened to what styles I was interested in and looked at my Pinterest board to get more ideas. They put together a beautiful ceremony on the beach and decorated the house where we had our dinner and reception. They worked with us to get the right amount of flowers and strategically used flowers from the ceremony back at the house for decoration during the reception.

They were also great in coordinating with our planner and were quick to answer any questions.

I would highly recommend them!

Flowers were better than I could have imagined. Beyond beautiful. Everything was better than I could have pictured it honestly. Patty is also great to work with and knows what she is doing. I was also able to get flower petals for the flower girl at a great price and I rented some cute coral napkins that just fit perfectly! I loved working with Amber and Perfect Day. From the time we started working together until the wedding day, they were there for me to turn my vision not a reality. On the day of the wedding, Amber brought my bouquet in and her first words were "What do you think? Anything you don't like? We can change whatever you need!" The bouquet was drop dead beautiful! I had her make a few tweaks and trims and she did it right away, making sure I was happy each step of the way. It was so sweet that she was right there making changes on the spot. I was so happy with how personalized every moment felt. The flowers were PERFECT and exactly what I wanted. They also helped with additional decor that brought the whole event together. I can't thank them enough!

I absolutely LOVED Patty Bilbo!! She is the most reasonably priced in town, so creative, and works really hard. She answers emails immediately and is so helpful in helping you picture your wedding day style. She was prompt and on time on the weddign day and i LOVED my flowers. It’s a Perfect Day

It was Truly a Perfect Day, thanks to Patty and her staff. I contacted Patty 3 weeks prior to the wedding and she was wonderful, we communicated by email, sending pictures back and forth to make sure that my new daughter in law had the wedding of her dreams . Both my son and daughter-in-law were very happy with the decor and the flowers for their wedding. Thank you Patty for being so kind and helpful.

Patty at Perfect Day did an AMAZING job on our wedding at the Hilton Sandestin. She went above and beyond to help me make all my final decisions and provide exactly what we were looking for for our wedding and reception. The flowers were beatuful and exactly what I pictured, she also had great centerpiece and table decorations that really made our wedding feel more like us. Her and her daughter showed up early on wedding day to set everything up for me and even surprised me with setting up a full arbor that was much more beautiful than the origanl one ;) I would highly recommend Perfect Day to anyone having a wedding or event!!

Excellent Experience

We had a small elopement ceremony and I was having a hard time finding someone to do my flowers, deliver and set them up. Patti was amazing! Our flowers were exactly what I wanted and she delivered and set everything up for us and our ceremony looked beautiful thanks to her! She did everything I wanted for such an agreeable price. Patty is AMAZING! I don't know much about flowers, but I told her my style preferences. And she created the most beautiful arrangements I ever could have imagined!! My bouquet was stunning, and she managed to find flowers that were seemingly out of season! Also, my guests all commented on how beautiful her work was.

It's a Perfect Day Wedding ( says it all)

We were thrilled with the service that Patty and her team did for our daughter's wedding on June 10th at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. We had a few last minutes things come up and they were awesome. The flowers and table displays were so beautiful and we could not have been more pleased. Our daughter's wedding was outside and the floral / decorations leading up to where the ceremony took place were breathtaking. The arbor was spectacular. We would highly recommend them. You'll be so happy you did.

Patty was everything we could ask for. With only a couple of week off we had to make changes due to an accident the groom had. She changed things around to make the ceremony and reception beautiful . All of the arrangements were just as we wanted - better. The bouquets were beautiful - The brides bouquet was awesome. The flowers were so beautiful with a blush of color that make it all come together. Words can not express how happy we were with everything.

Amber and Patty did amazing job for my daughters wedding. Being we're from Texas, Amber and my daughter exchanged emails with pictures for what she was looking for. They did an excellent job. The beach ceremony decorations were beautiful and the reception just as much. We even added stuff a couple of days before and they were very accommodating. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my flowers and about Patty. My flowers were my favorite party of my wedding day and she delivered exactly what I was looking for. She was right on point with the photos and visuals I gave her and they were BEAUTIFUL. I wore a flower crown that I was nervous about because you never know if the flowers will end up too big but she nailed it! It was my favorite accessory. She was also a life saver with the last minute tent I ended up needing - she ended up doing the lighting so it was romantic and pretty instead of the tent company that was originally going to do it and I didn't like it. The lighting turned out excellent and she matched the price for me. Patty and her team really did make my wedding day a perfect day for me! The price below includes the lighting. The flowers alone were very affordable at about $1200.

Absolutely loved It’s a Perfect Day! I used them for our reception. They set up our flowers and other decorations for reception and it came out so beautiful!! Also, Emmeline was our coordinator for the reception and I could not have been more pleased with her service. Very professional, polite, and easy to work with. The team at It's a Perfect Day were great to work with. They were flexible on where and when to meet. They also were flexible with ideas. I wasn't overly concerned with flowers and decorations as our venue was already so beautiful, but Patty put together a look that accentuated the sites look. She can do big and small arrangements and responded quickly when I had a last minute addition to my bridal party. My flowers were exactly what I pictured in my head, which is worth noting since I couldn't fully explain what I was looking for.

Two other friends of mine had used this company and recommended her. I'm very glad I listened.

I did a lot of vendor researching for my wedding. Her reviews were spot on. Patty is EXCELLENT! If you are looking for a florist-she's the one! Amber and Patty were absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire wedding process! They were very quick to respond to any questions I had and put any anxiety I had about planning a destination wedding at ease. They were also very understanding of my hectic schedule while I was working and finishing my Bachelor's degree during most of the planning process.. They gave me their professional opinion on ideas that I had and helped steer me in the right direction if I had any questions. On the day of the wedding, Amber arrived that afternoon and stayed until the ceremony was over in case there was anything we needed. When I saw the ceremony location on the beach and the reception on our wedding day, I was blown away and in tears at how absolutely beautiful and perfect everything was. We live in California and my daughter planned a destination wedding in Destin, FL. It was very challenging to plan it in less than three months but Patty was amazing. Everything was more beautiful than we had hoped for. Patty made a gorgeous arbor on the beach complete with lush flowers, draping, and a chandelier. It was my daughter's fairy tale wedding. My wedding was on the beach in Destin, Florida and we live in Georgia. Working with Patty at Perfect Day was a great experience. I was nervous becuase we were doing all the planning via email but there never were any issues or problems. We arranged for an arbor and benches as well as my bouquet, the groom's and mother of the bride flowers and a large arrangement for the reception. Her prices are very competitive with other similar vendors. The team arrived on time and had everything set up early. The flowers were beautiful as was the arbor. My day really was perfect thanks in large part to her!

Wow! Thats all I can say about Patty with Perfect Day - she completely exceeded my expectations!

I live in Denver, CO and my husband and I chose Destin, FL as our wedding destination after I have spent many weekends there with my family. We chose the Emerald Grande as our gorgeous location and needed a decorator and florist to match the amazing venue.

I was given Patty with Perfect Day's contact info from my planner at the hotel. I instantly hit it off with Patty and truly felt that she was a friend throughout the entire process! I had very clear ideas of what I wanted from the get go as I spent most of my career in the corporate event planning world. I wanted a very rock-inspired but elegant, glamourous and bling wedding - and Patty did NOT disappoint! She took my color scheme and theme and created the most gorgeous and glamourous room and ceremony sight! She even wrapped my bridesmaids bouquets in zebra fabric and I LOVED it!

Every detail was well thought out, planned and executed perfectly. I had people complimenting the decor and florals all evening. I wish I could plan a wedding all the time and work with Patty - she is amazing!

They were able to capture exactly what I was wanting! They also did a wonderful job setting up and cleaning up! We were impressed with how fast, flexible, and sweet they are! They made our wedding day beautiful and stress-free! I would highly recommend!

Patty did the flowers and decorations for my wedding. She was wonderful to work with and both the flowers and decorations were beautiful! I was absolutely in love with my bouquet and the decorations for both the ceremony and reception were perfect. She made the wedding even more beautiful than I dreamed it would be. Amber is fantastic! Our wedding flowers were even more beautiful than I had hoped! Amber was easy to work with, even though I live in Ohio and the majority of our communication was via email. She worked with my mother and put together gorgeous arrangements to use as centerpieces at the reception. I would recommend It's A Perfect Day to anyone!

Patti absolutely nailed my flowers. I sent her a sample photo for my bouquet from Pinterest. I wasn't sure what as was getting, as she was provided to me from the Hilton. When I saw my flowers, I almost started to cry. They were so PERFECT and looked exactly like the picture. I told the woman who delivered them "Oh my gosh, she is spot on with the pinterest picture I sent her!" Had I known she was going to do such an amazing job, I would have ordered more to use for decorating. She is very talented and any bride should trust her to make amazing flower pieces.

IT'S A PERFECT DAY WEDDING IS Absolutely wonderful. Any and all questions that I had were answered right away Mrs. Patty and her family were amazing . My Husband and I are from out-of-state so we needed lots of help and Mrs. Patty never hesitated to help. I called with so many questions just about each week I also change things and never did she say once it would be an extra fee. My flowers were beautiful my anchor was amazing also. I asked them where can I get a cake made and she even told me where to get the best cake made and it was truly the best cake and it was an affordable price. We had a rehearsal with no extra charge. Everything was picture perfect like from a magazine.

Very wonderful

Patty, went above and beyond to have sure everything was perfect for my special day. I got married the day after Hurricane Michael hit Florida and she kept in contact with me and my special day went so well thanks to her. My Flowers were amazing and everything I dreamed of. The arbor was what I imagined and everything was perfect.

From day one I liked everything about this company and the owners. They were so down to earth and welcoming! I pretty much gave them all the say when it came to our flowers. I told them what colors and that I liked variety and what they delivered exceeded my expectations. All the bouquets were gorgeous and looked so good with all of our colors! They did an amazing job doing what they do best!!

Wow. Patty really blew us away with our wedding flowers and decor. I'm a very creative and meticulous person, so I was pretty specific about the look I wanted. I never thought it would look as good as what I had in my head - but when I walked into my venue on wedding day, it was SO MUCH BETTER. Absolutely beautiful. We were on a pretty tight budget and I never thought I could have such beautiful flowers and decor for such a reasonable price. Patty was also great about collaborating with me on the wedding day; she would come show me the bouquets and ask if I wanted more or less of certain flowers, colors, etc. The end result was so much more beautiful than any Pinterest idea or photo I ever showed her. I got so many compliments from my guests - especially on my incredible bouquet! Patty is truly talented, and also just a wonderful person in general. I would highly recommend It's a Perfect Day Weddings!

Amber was wonderful from the moment we booked our wedding. I spoke with her on the phone and sent her a few pictures but ultimately left all the decor and my bouquet up to her. I am so glad I did! Everything came out better than I could have imagined. My bouquet was gorgeous and our centerpieces were perfect. I even had people at the wedding complimenting me on everything and I gladly told them that my florist did everything. She even gave me a heads up on the fact that my venue would be dark without lights, and I'm so glad we got them because she was completely right! I am so happy we had Amber there to help make our day perfect.

Floral Perfection

Mrs. Patty and her team were truly a saving grace for our wedding! My husband and I had a destination wedding in Sandestin, FL, on June, 15th this year. Searching and navigating to find the right vendors was a little more difficult having not been from the area, but by the recommendation of the wedding coordinator at our venue, I was fortunate enough to end up finding Perfect Day Weddings! I can whole heartedly say that I am one of the luckiest brides having worked with this team. Down to the tiniest of details that I requested they absolutely nailed it. Not only were the flowers and decor perfectly tailored to my vision, but they were an absolute joy to work with. I can’t thank them enough for helping make our special day a floral dream! I'm a very visual person, if I don't see it then I can't decide if I like it. I had a whole pinterest page and they actually have the capability of connecting to it so that they can see exactly what you're talking about! Luckily for me I wasn't an out of state bride but i'm sure this would be tremendously helpful for others. Also they have a whole garage/shop full of stuff they've used before so you can look around and point out things that you like (if you need inspiration). Unfortunately I am one of those brides that changed her mind a lot and this company was not only flexible enough to make it happen but never made me feel bad about it. On the day of the wedding, the flowers were beautiful and even though my reception people were a hot mess (cocktail hour was supposed to start on the patio at 5:30 and there were random golfers on the back patio at 5:30) these ladies were on point and everything looked beautiful! Oh and also they were EXTREMELY fairly priced, unlike a bunch of other flowers places that seem to take advantage. Also a lot of other flower places won't break down after the party is over, these girls did set up AND break down so we didn't have to worry about cleaning up or taking anything home if we didn't want to (which due to all the commotion we didn't).

My wedding was on March 25, 2016. It was raining and I thought my wedding was going to be a disaster. I was wrong. Patty, from It's a Perfect Day Weddings, and Amanda, from Ocean Breeze Weddings, made sure that the flowers and decorations they provided made up for such a wet day. Everything was BEAUTIFUL! The flowers were so vibrant and colorful that they made my Mexican-American theme wedding unforgettable. My guests and myself fell in love with everything!
