  It's A Matter of Taste could have not been any better a place for the reception! The weather was gorgeous and the pictures on the dock came out AMAZING! The food was incredible and the wait staff so very attentive and helpful. I had everyone telling me how perfect the location was and how delicious the food was! We originally booked with Robyn who later left the company and we then worked with Nanette who was fabulous. She nailed everything. Nanette would call back instantly and helped with everything we would have ever needed.   This place is right on the lake with amazing views. The food is delish and superb. The coordinator Robin is great to work with and very helpful. We had the entire upstairs to our party and it was decorated perfectly.

  What a wonderful place to have a wedding reception! Can't say enough good things about Robyn the event coordinator and her staff. The ball room upstairs is breath taking over looking union lake. The food and drinks were out of this world unbelievably good! Plus her staff went above an beyond from the bar tender knowing our drinks and making them for us before we reached the bar to her wait staff helping our guest with gluten free options. Our special night was special because everyone of our guest commented on how good the dinner and cake where from it's a matter of taste.   What a wonderful place to have a wedding reception! Can't say enough good things about Robyn the event coordinator and her staff. The ball room upstairs is breath taking over looking union lake. The food and drinks were out of this world unbelievably good! Plus her staff went above an beyond from the bar tender knowing our drinks and making them for us before we reached the bar to her wait staff helping our guest with gluten free options. Our special night was special because everyone of our guest commented on how good the dinner and cake where from it's a matter of taste.   We did 3 cakes instead of 1 traditional cake and people were so impressed with the taste many had one slice of each kind and even asked for take home containers! We had enough cake to serve 50 more people than attended but had none left at the end of the night. One each of Lemon Chiffon, Raspberry Blanc and Black & White 5 layer tortes. I am still getting emails and phone calls from the guests asking where the cakes came from... What better compliment is there than that?
