We booked Island Pictures Jamaica through our hotel to video our 30th anniversary vow renewal ceremony. Had no idea that it would include a full video shoot on the grounds of the hotel that would result in a mini movie of our special day! The video and sound quality was outstanding, as was their professionalism and ease to work with!
Highly recommended!!! -

I love the trailer video that was amazingly put together, we've shared it with everyone and those who were unable to make it, all got a taste of what they've missed. Everald and our photographer worked very well together to ensure that the video and photos were amazing and uniquely captured. Thank you -

I was referred to Everald to be our wedding videographer from our photographer. From our first email conversation he was easy to talk to and I liked that he responded to my emails within 24 hours, sometimes even within the hour. Everald was very professional and comfortable to be around as he captured every special moment of our wedding day. I also liked how well he worked with our photographer.
The only cons of working with Everald came after our wedding day. Long story short, we received our video highlight and full video package weeks and months (3.5 months) after our Wedding when we were supposed to receive them 10 days after our wedding per our contract. During this time my husband and I both tried to communicate with Everald via email, messaging and phone calls. Everald would ignore us for the most parts or when he did respond it would be weeks later. We tried our best to be as patient as possible, but It got to the point where my husband and I requested a refund because we were tired of reaching out to him without any response. Only until after requesting a refund, we finally received a response back with our full wedding video via a Vimeo link. Our wedding video has some audio issues but at this point we are tired of going back & for with Everald. Unfortunately, in this situation the cons outweigh the pros so for this reason we would not recommend Everald/Island Pictures Jamaica for very important events such as weddings.

So I paid Everald for a package that included a 10 minute clip and all raw footage of the events. A year later, I still don't have it and he's stopped responding to my emails. What he DID give me was a 45 minute documentary that I did NOT ask for but he won't even refund me the pricing difference between what I paid for and what I got.
Be VERY careful- if you look at old reviews you'll see that other people have said the same thing. I took a chance because he told me that he had a year where he fell behind, but literally it's been a YEAR and I haven't gotten the video I paid for, haven't gotten the raw footage of my wedding, and have literally been ghosted.
I'm still trying to reach him- will update when I find out what's going on. -

Do not book! Please pay attention to the reviews. My husband and I booked with him before reading through the reviews and we deeply regret it. We got married September 2022 and we have yet to receive the footage from our wedding nor have we received any communication about when it’ll be ready-it’s March almost April 2023.
Everald does not abide to the terms of his own contract and is a terrible businessman. I’m a very patient person and I held off writing this to hopefully resolve the issue in house first, but since we’ve been ghosted by him and have paid a deposit PLUS tipped him wedding day, I can no longer have patience. This is wrong. There are so many other talented PROFESSIONALS out there willing to delivery quality work and service. No one should have to go through this for a service they’ve paid for! Weddings should be memorable, I’m disappointed with Everald/Island Pictures Jamaica. Run future couples!
