Elaine is amazing!
Elaine was wonderful to work with. She did such a great job with my bridal hair and makeup, and I was so happy with how everything turned out. It was a very windy day in Key Largo, and somehow my hair stayed looking great all night. Very happy with my experience with Elaine and recommend her to any brides looking for hair and makeup in the Keys! Thank you, Elaine! -

Elaine and her team did such a great job with our hair and makeup! Makeup turned out Perfect! And lasted all day and night! Given how humid it was that day and how strongly my hair held my heavy veil.. it held through the night! And my bridesmaids hair and makeup was so pretty too! They worked so efficiently too! Highly recommend her! -

Elaine made me feel so beautiful on my day!!
Elaine is so incredibly talented at what she does. I have never felt so beautiful in my life. She had such a fun and outgoing personality and was great to have as all the girls were getting ready! My makeup was incredible! She made my eyes pop and did the perfect glowy and bronzey look! I was so worried about my naturally curly hair getting frizzy and falling out and it did not move! My hair was stunning and exactly how I wanted it! I couldn’t have picked a better hair and makeup stylist! Highly highly recommend her to anyone!! -

Elaine did my makeup & hair for my wedding at Key Largo Lighthouse on May 29th. She did an amazing job! She also did my bridesmaids hair & makeup and everyone loved it. The makeup she did was perfect for this south Florida heat it did not feel heavy at all but looked amazing! Thank you so much! -

Our wedding was in the Florida Keys and we are from Minnesota so it was a destination wedding for everyone. The first time I met Elaine was on my wedding day. We never had a pre-hair and makeup trial, but it didn’t matter. She knocked it out of the park! By her responsiveness to all my questions before the wedding and following her Instagram, seeing all of the other beautiful looks she has created on other brides just made me so confident in my choice. She did not disappoint. I feel like I just gave her a vague description of what I wanted and she read my mind completely and executed exactly how I wanted. I got so many compliments on my hair and makeup, my bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup it was wonderful! Highly recommend!!!!!!! -

Elaine was absolutely amazing! Arrived on time and was very professional. She worked very hard to make each of us happy! She literally will do anything you want done and execute what you envision perfectly and quickly! If you are looking for a make up/hair artist the day of your wedding she is worth it! Also her Husband is a photographer for weddings and partners with Elaine! Unfortunately I didn’t know this, but have seen his work! Definitely worth asking her more information about this when you are looking for your vendors! Again, thank you Elaine for making my special day even more special! You are extremely talented! -

After seeing Elaine’s work on Instagram I knew I had to have her for my wedding makeup and hair! Not only is she the best at beauty, she was so kind, and fun to work with! She brought my vision to life and my hair and makeup was even better than what I imagined! She even offered to take some bridal getting ready photos for me and they are stunning! Fantastic experience working with Island Brides!
Elaine is a fabulous makeup artist and hair stylist! She is so talented and so easy to work with! She did all the hair for the bridal party and hair and makeup for me and I couldn't have been happier! The makeup was beautiful and natural looking, but held up all night during my outdoor Key Largo wedding! She is also extremely lovely to have in the room on such a stressful day. She is so sweet and put everyone at ease the minute they sat in the chair. I HIGHLY recommend Elaine for any special event! -

If your eloping or trying to find a makeup and hair artist down in the Florida keys- look no further- stop your search- BOOK HER! I planned my wedding in 3 months and am a huge makeup guru. I was quite hesitant to book someone and not do my own makeup. Elaine blew it out of the park. I’ve never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day and my bridesmaids raved about her all night long! Another plus was that my makeup lasted ALL NIGHT- in 90 degree heat and humidity. Elaine was simply amazing and more than I could of asked for! -

Elaine did my hair and makeup along with all of my bridesmaids makeup. She transformed all of us into absolutely gorgeous women individually highlighting all of our beauty. I was so shocked at how beautiful I was that day and I'm so happy that we chose Elaine to do our hair and makeup. She is kind, professional, and extremely talented. Everything was perfect. I was so pleased with the result that I didn't even want to take my hair down her makeup off for the whole week lol. The hair and makeup will easily last all night into the next day. If I had to do it all over again I would pick Elaine over and over again. She does incredible work and transformations making you feel like the most important is special person in the world on your day.
Elaine also took quite a few professional photos of the bridal party.
I give her 10 out of 10. As for bridal numbers, we had 5 hairs and 7 total makeup services performed. -

If you're so lucky to have found Elaine, stop your hair and makeup search, and hire her now. It will be the best decision you ever make for your wedding. I had a horrific experience with another girl before finding Elaine last minute, and I am sooooo grateful I did—the differences were night and day! Not only is Elaine talented and an expert in hair and makeup, but she also has honest pricing: a truly unique find. At the trial, Elaine asked me what I wanted at every step to ensure we stayed on the same page and the end result was magical. At the wedding I felt so calm and comfortable having Elaine there by my side and everyone, including the moms, were all smiles. We finished on time too, which is so important! Their makeup was exactly what they wanted and their hair was perfect...our makeup lasted the whole night, there was not a bobby pin in sight, our hair stayed perfectly in placed and my hair even stayed curly and in place the ENTIRE night!!!!! I've heard stories about the curls falling, or hair styles coming out but not with Elaine. Not one of the 8 women in my bridal party had any issues throughout the night and they felt beautiful—exactly as they should. Elaine was by far the best decision I made for my wedding and she'll be your best decision too. Hire her. You won't regret it. -

Elaine was perfection during the hair trial and even more so on the wedding day. We made minor adjustments from the hair trial and she knocked it out of the park. The bridal party and other family members were set in rapid time and then all finished ready to go with no rush for the first look and other photos. Her creativity on each girl's hair can be seen including my own! -

I knew the moment I saw Elaine’s work I wanted her to do my hair & makeup for my wedding! She did NOT disappoint. She made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day, and took less than TWO hours on me! All of my girls looked amazing too, and also were ready fast, making plenty of time for fun photos. I normally look so strange with my makeup done by someone else, but Elaine made me feel FLAWLESS! She truly knows what she’s doing, is soo sweet & goes above and beyond to make you feel beautiful. I highly recommend her!!! -

Being an esthetician & makeup lover myself, when it came to my overall wedding look I had pretty high expectations. Elaine lived up to them all 🙌🏼 I felt like the most stunning version of myself that day and have honestly never had someone else do my makeup and not want to leave every detail as is. Best Girl EVER!
Elain made my wedding day perfect!!!! She is so extremely kind and dedicated to me on my day! She made all of us girls and my grandma feel and look beautiful!!! We jumped in a pool at the reception and our makeup was still perfect
Seriously, we jumped into the pool at the venue and the makeup still looked wonderful after. The quality of Elaine’s work is top notch. Everyone’s preferences for their look were considered and perfectly executed, while still being efficient with us having a schedule to follow and ensure we were ready on time for all of the wedding festivities. She was such a joy to spend the morning with- personable, professional, and incredible at what she does. I highly recommend, I don’t think any of us have ever felt more beautiful! -
