Islamorada Beach House Reviews

We rented Ocean Oasis for a wedding venue and could not be happier with our decision. The property was perfect to have some of the wedding party stay with us and was very comfortable for all. The separate levels made it so we could separate the couples with and without children to maximize comfort for all!

Every second of the week was out of a dream. The pool and lights lit up at night made us feel like we were truly in paradise, the many seating/hangout areas throughout the property made it conducive to entertaining, and the breeze from the ocean made it feel like we weren’t in Florida in July!

The wedding set up included a ceremony area with seats for 75, a 30x30 tent for the dinner area, a band, dancing area, high tops for cocktail hour and the property bar was perfect for the wedding. Even with all of this set up, it never felt overcrowded and truly did look and feel like the beach wedding of my dreams.

The owners and property manager were incredibly responsive leading up to and during our stay. They were accommodating, friendly and communicative. We also rented the RV which made it easy to have friends staying for different times have a close and effortless place to stay.

We are one of the last of our friends to get married and everyone we talked to said this was by far their favorite wedding. (And we’ve attended some extravagant events!) Being able to have guests stop by the house throughout their stay made the wedding last longer than the typical blink-of-an-eye wedding.

We have already said we would love to go back to the house for an anniversary and some friends have already talked about renting it for future vacations.

If you are looking for a place for an event or even a tropical vacation, this is the place to go!

We had the perfect beach wedding here! Beautiful ceremony facing the ocean, gorgeous sunset and dancing under the stars, it was magical! Especially loved that there were enough rooms to have some close family and friends stay. All in all, would highly recommend for a romantic, intimate beach wedding! Oh, and the camper was a great add-on for more guest rooms!

Amazing venue and host. We feel so fortunate to have had our wedding there. It’s such a beautiful and peaceful setting.

I wanted something different for our wedding. This place was it. It was literally a hidden paradise that we got to enjoy for a week. Our family was so impressed by the location and the wedding that we held there couldn’t of been more perfect. We will always remember the Islamorada beach house.

Our wedding week at the Islamorada Ocean Oasis was magical. It allowed us to share with our family and friends a beautiful tropical paradise. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We can't imagine having our wedding any where else.
