Amazing Venue and People
I had my ceremony and reception at IronOaks, and I couldn’t be more pleased. They went out of their way to make everything perfect. For such a quality venue, the prices were so reasonable. Food was outstanding, with plenty of options for both the dinner and cocktail hour. I loved that Ashley, the coordinator, was present on the day of the wedding, making sure all the little details came together. She was fantastic and so helpful. The selections for table settings were great, and they personalized the arrangement of the reception ball room to my liking... They were incredibly thoughtful, responded quickly to questions, and thought of things that I didn’t even consider. I am so pleased with how everything turned out. After visiting a number of other venues and feeling like we would get nickel and dimed, we really felt like this place was the rare gem that would offer value without blowing the budget... and that turned out to be absolutely true. Thank you!-

Kobe and Mackenzie May 2025 wedding
Kimberley was so amazing to work with. She has helped me plan this wedding for over a year. When my special day came she was so helpful with anything and everything I needed. To making sure everyone was hydrated, making sure things were in order and on time, to just making sure I was ok even with my happy tears! Thank you to the team for helping with setting up and cleaning up!! I highly recommend this venue. It is beautiful and the staff are so great to work with! -

Phenomenal!!
Best decision I made in planning my reception! The venue was gorgeous, but what really set it apart was the coordinator and her staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my special day was perfect! I was truly blown away at how thoughtful and hard working they all were. I felt they truly cared about making my event memorable. I will recommend them to anyone in a heart beat! -

After Months of searching for a Venue I found Iron oaks Country club, I was A little Hesitant Based on The Reviews I read But After calling and setting up an appointment I am so Glad that I did! The venue is Beautiful, We had our Ceremony overlooking A Beautiful waterfall and Our Reception in the Ballroom. I worked with Ashely and Joleen and they were always Quick to Respond to my Calls or Emails, Anything that I needed they were always Happy to help me.
The food was Amazing, Chef Lily is Wonderful to work with. All my Guest could talk about was How Great the Food was. I am so pleased with Ironoaks, I am already planning to use them again for future events. -

It was wonderful to have our wedding at Iron Oaks! They had went through some changes during our time wedding planning, but it was for the better! The catering staff was fabulous and very experienced, and Heather, the coordinator, was amazing. We spent a lot of time there, getting to know everyone while planning for our special day. For an all inclusive venue, you get a lot of bang for your buck here. I highly recommend Iron Oaks for any special event that you might be planning. -

We had our wedding reception at Iron Oaks Country Club in August, 2014. The Staff was amazing, the location is gorgeous, and the food was delicious. Whether your guest list is large or small, if you're looking for a beautiful and affordable place to have your wedding reception (or ceremony!), with picturesque grounds, a spacious dance floor, and elegant appeal, I suggest Iron Oaks.
Sarah, their wedding coordinator was always available via text, email or cell to take care of our needs.
Closer to the big day we met with Heather and Danielle who were in charge of making the banquet come together. They were also very attentive and listened to exactly how the tables should look. They took care of setup and tear down of the room for us, and when I walked in the room after the ceremony, it was better than I ever could have imagined!! They seemed to be as excited for our wedding as we were!
The ballroom has a stylish hallway just outside, in which your guests can wait while the wedding party's pictures are taken, and inside the ballroom it's very classy and spacious. We checked out a number of locations and few could accommodate the number of people that Iron Oaks could. There are beautiful chandeliers that hang from the high ceiling. The ballroom has a set-up for a video, and there was a self-playing piano Our package included tables, chairs, floor-length table linen, napkins, house chair covers, and all of the tableware! I can't tell you how much time and money that saved, because having to rent it all was going to add up to a pretty penny, as well as take up valuable time spent pricing out the best retailers. Iron Oaks pretty much had it all in one place, which made our job easier and reduced the stress considerably.
Suffice it to say, our wedding reception was everything we could've hoped for, without breaking the bank! Sarah, Heather, Danielle, Mark and all the Service Staff have our everlasting gratitude for making our day so incredibly special. You won't g -

We honestly stumbled upon this venue while browsing, and we are so glad that we did! Sarah is amazing! She listened to what we were looking for and kept in mind that our budget was extremely important. She customized a package to fit exactly what we were looking for... She is very professional and attentive. I can't wait to plan our dream wedding with her over the next year! I know we will not be disappointed in our decision and our trust in Sarah. It will literally be a dream come true! -

Robyn was extremely helpful to work with throughout the entire planning process. Her staff on the day of the event was professional and attentive, as well, which allowed us to sit back and enjoy the celebration. Robyn Hazeltine was a big help in planning my holiday family event. She made good suggestions for the food items and décor and was easy to work with and timely in her appointments. It was a pleasure working with her and I highly recommend the IronOaks venue for any event. I have also worked with Robyn on a daughter's wedding (3 years ago) ....she was right there to see that everything went well, which it did. -

Just a short note to let you know that all of our guest were very impressed by our venue for the party. Everyone loved the dinner that was served and the professionalism of the staff. Working with Robyn Hazeltine ad her staff made this party a hugh success. The staff was very professional and cooperative.
Many comments from the guest were made to the service and the excellent food. I'm still getting calls about how great the party was.
I tell them it was thanks to the Ironoaks' catering staff. They know how to throw a Party! -

Robyn Hazeltine was been a great help, making many valuable suggestions to make the event memorable for all. We just had our 50th Wedding Anniversary party at Ironoaks Country Club. The banquet director Robyn Haaeltine was a true professional. She helped me plan the event from the very beginning 8 months ago. She had some great ideas for table set up and the menue. The room look glorious. She and her staff put teh room together so that it looked glamorous but not over done. The food was perfect. The salmon dish was flaky and severed with a sauce that everyone raved about. The steak came out done to a medium and served hot. The wait staff were attentive and accommodating. Even teh bar tender got rave reviews from our guests.
I would recommend Ironoaks to anyon who is planning some kind of event large or small. -

Our experience with Robyn and the IronOaks Banquet staff (Kitchen, Servers, Bartenders, etc;) were very professional and rewarding. Everything was handled timely and exceeded our expectations. Robyn offered suggestions for table centerpieces, local hotels, limo/taxi service, musicians, and menu options. This included a meeting with Chef Richard who with Robyn made several suggestions beyond the regular banquet menu.. Our choices of 3 special entrees, NY strip steak, Halibut, and special pasta received many compliments from family and friends in attendance Everything from the first planning meeting to the on site follow up by staff members went perfect. Now, several months after we hosted our anniversary party at the Oakwood Ballroom, we are still receiving positive comments. We know we made the right decision using the services of Robyn and the IronOaks Banquet facility.

Everything was done beautifully, and the event coordinator was wonderful. We received many positive comments on the food also. The cake was the best I have ever tasted, too. I did most of the planning by phone and email since I live in another state, but everything came together perfectly once I was in Arizona. We were also pleased with recommendations for a D.J. and hotel accommodations for our out of state guests. We couldn't have been happier. -

Our wedding at Oakwood was everything we hoped it would be. The facility is beautiful and the ballroom looked very elegant. The staff was professional at all times. Robin Hazeltine is the event planner at Oakwood and was a pleasure to work with. She helped me in many ways to plan my wedding and also recommended several vendors of which I did hire. We both would highly recommend Oakwood and Robin for any event. -

My daughter's wedding was held at Iron Oaks several days ago. We could not be more pleased. The facility is beautiful all by itself, but everything looked even more so on wedding day. Robyn was so helpful and kept everything running smoothly. The food and service was fantastic and the prices for everything are very reasonable. This venue is by far the best value in the Valley! -

My husband and I were married here in April of 2012... Our ceremony was out side by the lake just before sunset, was absolutely breath taking.. There was an hour long cocktail hour with butler passed Hors d'oeuvres: Mini Beef wellington, Imported cheese accompanied by season fruits & crackers and Italian stuffed mushroom caps and a player piano to complete the elegant atmosphere. We then moved into the grand Ballroom where the Buffet dinner was served and enjoyed.. Our full menu included: Asian, Caesar and Tomato and Mozzarella salads, Chicken Marsala, Jumbo prawns stuffed with Crab & labster, and a Prime Rib Carving station, Grilled vegetables as well as vegetable Ratatouille, Wild mushroom rice pilaf and garlic mashed potatoes.... which is still raved about to this day...The staff was so helpful and attentive, checking on the comfort and needs of all that attended.... At the end of the evening the catering staff was very helpful in making sure everything was collected and boxed up for a later pick up so that we could continue our celebration... Robyn Hazeltine was the key to the success of my wedding dreams and made sure that everything was as I wish.... She was phenomenal at decorating the candy table as well as organizing the entire event... -

My daughter had the most beautiful and elegant wedding at Ironoaks Country Club. It was a pleasure working with Robyn who was very patient and helped keep us on track with all of the decisions that needed to be made before the wedding. Everything flowed perfectly! With the beautiful surroundings, the very professional wait staff, and the awesome food we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The comments from many of our guests were that this was the best wedding that they had been to with the best food. All the food was cooked to perfection, looked amazing and was served warm. The best part is that the cost was very reasonable for what we received. We are very happy we chose Ironoaks for our daughter's wedding. We will definitely recommend this venue to everyone we know. -

Iron Oaks was by far the most amazing place to have my wedding. When I walked into the country club on my wedding day I was in awe. Everything looked so beautiful. It was everything I could have asked for and everyone kept commenting on how pretty everything looked. The staff did everything. All the stress was taken off of me and I got to enjoy my wedding day. All I had to do was make sure all of my vendors arrived on time and all of my items were delivered the day before. I could not have asked for anything better. The wedding coordinator, Robyn, was the best. She was extremely helpful not only in helping me plan my wedding from across the country but also in making the day run smooth. I highly recommend Iron Oaks to any bride that wants the perfect wedding. Thank You Robyn! -

This holiday luncheon event was handled very professinally and was flexible with last minute changes that always seem to occur with these types of events. I cannot say enough great things about this place! My now husband and I booked in Feb under one event manager who ended up leaving. Another took over, (Danielle) and she was absolutely AWESOME! I was worried, because response times were not great with regards to catering menus, etc at first. But I think that's because they were overhauling everything. However, the last months before the wedding, Danielle and I met several times and emailed pretty regularly to ensure that things would go off without a hitch. It was so great to have someone there that I could trust the day of to ensure that things would go smoothly. And did they ever! It was a great time, and she was incredibly flexible - enabling my husband and I to create the day we wanted and not a pre-packaged event. They were incredibly flexible and the catering was really good as well! (Italian buffet) Guests even commented at how much they liked the food! It's a great value and a beautiful view! I would not recommend another venue to another couple, ever! -

We had our wedding and reception at the Oakwood Country club this past March. It was supposed to be an outdoor ceremony, however it rained so we moved it inside. The crew was extremely nice and flexible; very professional as well. For all of the planning, we worked with Robyn who was great! We had no clue what we were doing but she stayed calm and walked us through each detail. We met numerous times, sometimes for just 5 minutes to calm my nerves! She was great! The only complaint I had over the ENTIRE event is so minor- we had asked for floor length table clothes, but the short ones were on the set tables when we walked into the hall. Other than that MINOR detail, everything went perfectly well. Everyone had the best time and we definitely would recommend this vendor to our family and friends. It was beautiful. -

Robyn was flexible and accommodating, she provided all the options to make our wedding day special. We had a blast!!! We utilized various rooms throughout the facility, the library for the Ketubah signing and for the boys to get dressed, the foyer for welcome signage and information, the small party room for the bridal suite, hallway and player piano for cocktail hour, large ballroom for the party and the patio for the ceremony. The boys didn't end up using the billiard room but could have if they were up for it. If you're looking for a venue with lots of space to spread out, you've come to the right place.
Of course as all weddings have a few hiccups, a few things slipped through the cracks. Robyn left the wedding early without notifying the bride and the bride's parents. New person in charge forgot to do the coffee and tea service, bride's father had to go into the kitchen to request the service. The bar tender left his station at some point, leaving the guests to pour their own wine and pump their own beer. Nobody from the staff wad ready to cut the cake at the scheduled time, or even bring us a knife so we could get started cutting the cake.
The venue is beautiful, modern and doesn't require a whole lot of decorations or flowers. The magnificent views from the patio keep your eyes fixed on the breathtaking scenery. There is a mister system which worked great for a May wedding. We turned off the water feature in the lake so as not to prevent anyone with a hearing loss from hearing the ceremony or creating feedback during the taping of the ceremony. It also gets windy on the patio, ensure your canopy, runner, flowers, etc are tied down so they don't go anywhere. The cocktail hour and party room were exquisite! The room sparkled, everything looked lavish and classy. We used the big projector for our wedding video and had more than enough dance floor for 160 people to dance to Hava Negila.
All in all it was an amazing experience!!!! -

It was a very bumpy 7 months I signed with Sarah and she was very nice but flaky. Than she quit than heather took over and was very calming than Jackie and she was rude and not willing to work with you or listen than a couple of weeks before wedding Daniel got the position and was sweet and amazing and saved the day. I just wish leading up to Daniel I had more peace and reassurance and time for fun and important things. Glad its over. -

The venue is beautiful. The food was fantastic. The coordinator (Jackie) had me pulling my hair out. My contract prices were constantly wrong, I had to keep following up with them, they didn't know my wedding date, the coordinator went missing at our rehearsal, I asked to have part of the reception hall closed off and it wasn't, we didn't want an arch because the background was beautiful without it but when I walked down the aisle there stood the arch. If you are a planner and keep up on things then you can get by but please follow up on a regular basis. -

Do not be fooled! Robyn is no longer with Iron Oaks! Robyn was fantastic. I would go to IronOaks about once a month to view the venue to take measurements, look at the property and floor plan or even just to ask questions and robyn was always to calm me down and put my fears and worries to rest. The day before my wedding i found out that robyn was no longer in cargo of my wedding and that someone who had not been involved had been put in charge. My guest book never got put out to be signed after being given to the staff to display on a table. They put my white flowers in the freezer and they turned brown, iron oaks did replace the flowers. My mother in law paid for the whole rehearsal dinner to be held at the pool house, the beans weren't even hot enough to melt the shredded cheese placed on top. If robyn had been in charge of my wedding then i know that none of this would have happened, it was highly disappointing. I hope that for future brides they hire someone as wonderful as robyn was. For the reception the food was really good but the staff misspelled the menu. Couldn't even get CAKE right, that was embarrassing! Would not recommend at this time :( -

Not a Good Value for the Money
I was a guest at a wedding this past weekend. The nacho bar was horrible. The cheese was like pulling taffy - not warm enough. They served the wrong menu. I am a close friend of the bride's family. The garlic bread was like a rock, the croutons in the salad were soft. There was supposed to be rice, no rice. The chicken was to be grilled citrus chicken - some other kind of chicken was served. Macadamia nut cookies were ordered instead there were not very good brownies. Do not book here. -

Do not book your wedding at this venue. If you have booked cancel immediately. Sarah their amazing planner is no longer there and the new person is horrendous to work with. She is a liar and will tell you she is too busy to deal with you. Her emails are rude and condescending. We have been in contact with Sarah and are so disgusted in this venues lies and slander against her. We are consulting an attorney to deal with this venue. Do not book your wedding or any event here. almost everyone who was employed has quit or been fired. There is no one to complain to or report their poor business decisions. They have ruined our wedding. Thanks to sarah we have been able to find a new venue, caterer and piece it back together. Jackie the new planner lied to us about lost paperwork and no information left behind. She is a waste of time and energy and very unprofessional. Do not book here. -

First, I want to start off with the good. Heather, her banquet staff, and the chef are amazing. Her staff sought out my husband and I to give us hors d’oeuvres during the cocktail hour while we were taking pictures. The set up looked incredible and they did everything exactly as we wanted. The food was also incredible!
However, there were so many bad things that it ruined the wedding experience for me. When I first booked there, the wedding coordinator, Robyn, was really on top of her game. Since I was planning my wedding from Minnesota, she was perfect. However, Robyn left in March of 2014. Her replacement, Sarah, was terrible. When we had our tasting, she ate some of our food. She was condescending, trash talked other employees, forgot about appointments and kept rescinding promises she made. She had me in tears multiple times because she was so disrespectful and I knew nothing would be done right. I complained to the manager in July and Sarah was not allowed to touch my wedding. I didn’t hear from the venue again until the end of November! They called to tell me that the manager and wedding coordinator had been fired and they did not have any notes from the months of planning I did with the venue. I spent hours getting everything together and resending it to them. I decided to hire a day of coordinator myself. Luckily, I found Skyla, who took charge of everything. The new venue wedding coordinator, Jacque, was also terrible. Things that had been promised me for months were suddenly now at an extra charge or they decided not to offer it anymore. My coordinator, Skyla, had to fight with Jacque tooth and nail to make sure I wouldn’t receive a large bill at the end of my wedding. I still had to pay an extra $200 for things that had been originally promised to me. I tried to get a discount after all these terrible experiences, but they wouldn’t help at all. I can’t believe how terribly run the management is. My advice to you is DON’T BOOK HERE! -
