Irondequoit Country Club provided the most amazing wedding venue we could possibly have imagined. The elegant ballroom, clubhouse, views, and setting were stunning and surprisingly affordable. All the food was delicious and the Tuscan Appetizer Bar in particular was truly a work of art. The coordinator and all the staff were so friendly and attentive - no detail was left undone in any way. The girls loved getting ready in the Garden Room too. All our guests are still talking about this wedding which absolutely exceeded expectations. Wonderful!!!

Kathy was there for us and our guests all evening. ICC truly worked hard to make our day special.

We were extremely pleased with the food, service, and level of professionalism. Kathie Lewis was wonderful and she was ivery accomodating. The ceremony was terrific, the reception was flawless and the food amazing! Could not have asked for anything better!! It was the perfect wedding! Thank you Kathie and staff!! A night we will never forget!!

Kathie Lewis managed all the details of our daughter and new son-in-law's wedding to perfection. The food was really good, the ballroom beautiful, the attention to detail exceptional. Her staff made sure everything was perfect. We had 150 guests witness their ceremony in the living room then moved to the ballroom during picture taking, then they set up the brunch buffet. What a perfect day!

We got married in April of 2017 and it was the best day of our lives thanks to ICC! The staff is more than kind and made sure we had the most perfect day. I had multiple people tell me it was the absolute best wedding food they have ever had. I would highly recommend ICC to everyone I know!

I can not say enough wonderful things about ICC! We fit 240 comfortably in the space. I have received so many compliments about the food and beverages that we were served, and how beautiful everything was. The outdoor patio was a hit with so many guests. Jenna made the process unbelievably easy, and if its possible before your wedding, stress free. I knew everything would be set up exactly how I wanted it, and she even made things look even better with what ICC provided or extra items that I brought. Not to mention she always answered all my questions, and was very quick to respond. It is worth every penny that we paid! Not to mention our sunset photos on the grounds came out absolutely beautiful.

We got married here last month and oh my goodness, what an amazing time we had! Honestly, I could not recommend them more. We have had more compliments on our food than I ever thought possible for (let's be honest) "wedding food"! We have receive compliments on the staff, the venue, the professionalism, the list goes on. What a wonderful place to celebrate a marriage. Jenna, the Event Coordinator, is so amazing to work with. She listened to our vision of our reception and implemented it flawlessly. From the signs all over the venue, to the picture frames scattered throughout, to the Memorial Table, to the Centerpieces and Head Table, Jenna made sure every single detail of the reception was completed perfectly. I loved every moment of our wedding and it is a HUGE THANKS to ICC!! We will recommend them to anyone, any day! What a wonderful event they hosted for us. LOVE THEM!

ICC and Deidra made my dream wedding come true! Planning a wedding out of state is very difficult, but Deidra made the process so easy! Everything about the venue was perfect! The food was absolutely amazing, and the staff was incredible! I am still receiving compliments from my wedding 3 weeks ago! Thank you Deidra and ICC for making my wedding day perfect!!

I can't recommend ICC, Deidra and her amazing staff enough! Planning a wedding is hard enough but when the couple live out of town and have limited visits back home, it can be stresssful. Deidra was amazing and all of her recommendations were perfect! The food was simply the BEST I have ever had at a wedding. 3 weeks later and i am still receiving compliments! We had a selection of 4 entrees and they were scrumptious! There aren't many places available in Rochester for a reception of 225+ That can give you the kind of elegant/ classic feel we wanted. We had the entire club to ourselves, a HUGE dance floor and ample space between tables. The service was flawless and the venue is so elegant. The room looked breathtaking, especially at night. Thank you again ICC, Deidra and staff. You made the entire process a breeze!

Deidre was fantastic and was always in complete control of the comings and goings of our daughters' wedding. She made sure that we were happy with every decision. On the day of our event , she made sure that everything was running smoothly so that we didn't have too! Kudos to her! We received rave reviews on the food from our guests. The chef was very accommodating to our menu requests . He was just terrific! All in all, a fabulous place for a wedding.

Make sure to book early because it is a beautiful venue, therefore choice dates book quickly. The service is superb.

Aside from how gorgeous this 100 year old private golf club is, the food was way above expectation. We had a sit down dinner with a choice of 4 entrees, it was served very quickly, the portions were very generous and perfectly prepared. The wedding coordinator, Deidra Goodall, was incredibly helpful to both my daughter and I (mother of the bride) and made everything go so smoothly. We had a tremendous number of guests compliment all the food and services. We couldn't have been happier!!

Irondequoit CC did an outstanding job in all aspects in hosting our wedding reception. Deidra, the event coordinator, took ALL my questions (and I had a lot since I never was involved in wedding planning before!). She was so professional and positive, and made me feel comfortable. And the FOOD and SERVICE! Outstanding as well! And I must mention, the layout was perfect! Everyone complimented me on ICC! Thank you Deidra!

ICC and Deidre did a fantastic job with every single step of the wedding. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and their patience and attention to detail was outstanding. I highly recommend this venue for any couple looking to have a beautiful venue with amazing staff!

Irondequoit Country Club is a beautiful setting for weddings and Autumn is especially gorgeous. The grounds are spectacular. Every aspect of our daughters wedding day was wonderful and everyone at ICC went above and beyond to create an exceptional experience. Everyone raved about the food and the service, the ballroom felt spacious and fresh and I would not have changed a thing! I highly recommend Irondequoit Country Club for any event or special occasion.

ICC was the PERFECT venue for our wedding! The ballroom is gorgeous, well-lit with lots of windows and exactly what we were looking for! The staff was attentive, professional and very responsive to all of our needs. Our wedding day was amazing and went so smoothly and we couldn't be happier with having it at ICC. The food was great---we had a wide selection of hor dourves and meal options and the ones we chose were delicious! They also allowed my dad to choose whatever beer he wanted, which really made him happy!! Brittney, the wedding coordinator, did not miss a single detail and it was a pleasure working with her! We really can't say enough nice things about this venue...our night was capped off by a personalized fireworks show...I mean, come on! Best day ever! Thanks ICC!!!

We had our wedding reception at Irondequoit Country Club and were being impressed and happy with this venue! From the very beginning, working with Brittney and the entire staff was a joy. Brittney was detailed, organized, flexible, and very calm throughout the planning process. As a bride, of course I stressed about everything, but Brittney was always quick to respond to any questions and always put me at ease.The day of our wedding, ICC exceeded our expectations with the set-up, professionalism, cleanliness, and food. I didn't have to worry about anything and they were always a step ahead! It was beyond a perfect day and we couldn't have picked a better venue. Definitely worth the price!

I couldn't have asked for a better reception! Brittney and the whole team worked so hard to make sure everything went perfectly. It was great that the country club had such a wonderful relationships with my vendors and was able to coordinate everything with them so well! All of the food was fantastic and presented beautifully!! It's rare to pull off delicious food at a wedding but ICC makes it happen! Brittney is exactly the kind of person you want around on your wedding day. She has great attention to detail and takes careful notes to make sure that everything will be exactly how you want it! On top of all that the country club is literally one of the most beautiful venues in Rochester! The patio and huge windows give guests a beautiful view of the golf course! Can't be beat!!!

We cannot say enough about our fantastic experience at Irondequoit Country Club! Brittney LaVoie, wedding & events coordinator at ICC, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and happy to help & provide guidance whenever I had questions. Brittney went above and beyond to make our wedding reception the beautiful event that it was. I am a bit of a perfectionist and when I walked into the club shortly before our guests arrived, everything look better than I had imagined. We couldn't have been happier and if we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't change a single thing!

We had our daughter's wedding reception at ICC and it is hard to put into words what an amazing reception we had - everything was absolutely perfect. The venue is gorgeous, the staff all polite and helpful, the bartenders and servers did a fantastic job, the food is amazing - received so many compliments from the guests - from the appetizers to the entrees, the chefs and kitchen staff need to be commended for the great job they do!!! We have not been to many weddings where we loved the food, we definitely loved the food at ICC! Of course this whole experience would not have been completely amazing without the help of Brittney LaVoie. She is the BEST event coordinator - she accomodated all our requests, made great suggestions, and the whole process was a great experience. The reception itself went off totally according to plan. When we arrived everything was set up beautifully, and the timing of the night was perfect. We continue to receive compliments. Choosing this venue was a great decision and if you want an elegant, very well planned venue with wonderful food and a great staff, we recommend ICC very highly!

My daughters wedding at the ICC was perfect, the venue is beautiful. The event planner Britney was wonderful, she was so helpful and made sure everything was done exactly as I wanted. The food was better then any 5 star restaurant, all my guest loved it. The bartenders and servers were excellent they worked really hard to take care of my guest. I can't say enough about the ICC and their staff, they made the night perfect.

We fell in love with ICC on our very first visit. The venue is gorgeous - the room, the grounds, everything! Throughout our entire planning process the staff was amazing - super friendly and always made us feel welcome. Brittney is always available by e-mail, and always met with us anytime we had questions. I am a detail person and on our wedding day every little detail was in the perfect spot. : ) All of our guests are still raving about the food, from the appetizers, to the filet - letting us know it was perfectly cooked, to the late night food <3 The staff at ICC makes sure the night flows perfectly. We could not be happier!!! Thank you Brittney and the staff at ICC!

Brittney & the ICC Staff provided a perfect wedding reception. Every specific detail was executed perfectly by ICC. She ensured the reception timeline was kept with all of the vendors, her staff, and most importantly the bride and groom (as we were busy talking with everyone). She even ensured we always had a drink in our hands! Months later we are still receiving compliments on the ceremony location, dinner, and especially the appetizers. Additionally, the golf course itself provided beautiful pictures. After initially meeting with Brittney, we realized that we did not need to hire a wedding coordinator. She returns all emails very promptly and answers all questions, no matter how easy. She also has contacts with many vendors and got us a quote an hour after we requested one on a Friday night. If you want a flawless event, choose ICC and Brittney!

I can't begin to explain how wonderful our wedding was, thanks to Brittney, ICC staff and administration, and the gorgeous venue itself. There was sooo much wedding planning and since I didn't hire a planner, there were a LOT of details. However, Brittney was always available to speak with me and coordinate whatever was needed. Not only was she fabulous in "getting things done," but she totally calmed me and alleviated many of my concerns, worries, fears, etc. She is very easy to work with, completely professional, and makes you feel really good and safe about all your wedding decisions. The BEST part is she really gets you as a person and is able to very clearly understand your vision for your wedding day. She is able to really set the "tone" that you'd like your wedding to have. I cannot say enough good things about her! Thank you so so much Brittney!

We recently had our wedding reception at ICC and our wedding day was perfect! Brittney did a fantastic job with everything throughout the entire process. She worked hard to make sure every detail was addressed and exactly the way we wanted it. She was very responsive and definitely exceeded our expectations. It was so nice having so much stress taken off our shoulders on our big day. The venue was beautiful and exactly what we dreamed it would be. The food and service was amazing. Our guests have not stopped raving about how great the food and service was and how beautiful everything was. We could not have asked for better. I highly recommend ICC and Brittney!

We recently got married at ICC and everything was absolutely perfect! I still have friends and family tell me it's one of the prettiest venues they have ever been to! Not only did everything look great, but the appetizers and food were absolutely delicious! Brittney was excellent to work with as well. She made everything come together perfectly and was always available for all of those last minute questions and concerns. This was a beautiful venue with an excellent staff! We cannot recommend this place enough!!

The event was a huge success from start to finish. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure our event went off perfectly. I would like to recognize Brittney LaVoie who was a tremendous help throughout the entire process. Anything we proposed she accepted the challenge and didn’t flinch once…well at least not in front of us! Her prompt attention to my numerous emails was greatly appreciated and I always felt like she had this under control. She is wonderful at what she does and I look forward to working with her again!

My husband and I were just married at the Irondequoit Country Club in October. It was like something out of a dream. The venue is absoutely stunning, although it was inside, the large windows in the ballroom make you feel like you are outside. The staff was exceptional. They catered to our every need/want and always responded very promptly to any questions that I had. The food was amazing. I'm still having people call me to tell me how amazing the dinner was. I am very satisfied with my experiance at ICC and recommend it to any bride!

The venue and food was absolute perfection! Irondequoit CC was our dream venue and it was everything we could have imagined and more. The staff was so helpful and assisted anything we asked for and made it happen. I was able to relax and trust them the day of the wedding to make it perfect, and it was! THANK YOU!!

Brittney, the Irondequoit Country Club wedding coordinator, could not have been more helpful or easy to work with. Brittney is truly amazing at what she does. She always had a high energy level; filled with excitement for you and for your day, she was honest, she strived to see your vision and worked so hard to see it through. Brittney took care of every little detail, leaving me with nothing to worry about on the day of.

If I could rate Irondequoit Country Club higher than 5 stars, I would. Stacey and Tara are extremely knowledgeable at what they do and are a pleaure to work with. They made sure all the I's were dotted andT's were crossed and no detail was overlooked. The venue is absolutely wonderful and the staff made the night flow by like a well-oiled machine. Our guests RAVED about the ambiance AND the food, which is hard to come by with such a large event.

If we could get married all over again, I would choose ICC - hands down!

We just had our wedding at ICC on 8/4/18. The planning process with Kathie was so easy! She walked us through every potential detail and accommodated how we wanted our reception to flow. We had our ceremony at ICC as well and worked with us till we found the perfect spot to be married. The service was fantastic, everyone had a drink and food available to them at all times. The flow of the space is great, plenty of room to move around and socialize. The food is also amazing! All our guest said it was the best food they had at a wedding. It was the perfect spot for us and made for some great photos!

Jenna did a great job of bringing or ideas to life and she was always there to squash any anxieties we had. The rest of the staff was great too, so friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

We chose ICC for it's beauty, elegance and wonderful reputation for our ceremony and reception; but Brittney transformed what is an already beautiful venue into something magical for our wedding day. The food, attentiveness of staff and every last detail was unforgettable. From day one of planning Brittney made what should be a stressful process into a smooth and easy one. Our friends and family could not believe we planned such a beautiful day in only four months; and we were able to do so because of Brittney and her staff. Our wedding day was perfect. Brittney was new to Irondiquoit country club when we began the wedding planning process, but she came in and did a fantastic job. She was very responsive to my emails and phone calls. I was out of town for most of the planning process and she was very accommodating to our schedules while we were in town. Our guests had nothing bad to say about the venue. It looked classy and elegant which is exactly what we wanted. People loved the food, the set up, etc. I gave Brittney our decorations and told her what we were going for, and they set it up beautifully. I was in awe of the venue when we walked in. The bartenders and servers were very kind as well. I don't have a bad word to say. It was the most important day of our lives, and it turned our to be perfect. I highly recommend the country club for any event, especially weddings. Compared to other venues we looked at nothing compared in terms of elegance, flexibility in food/beverage options, privacy, & size. The pictures on the golf greens turned out to be stunning as well! A huge thanks to everyone at Irondiquoit Country Club!

Irondequoit Country Club is a premier venue in Rochester and is on the higher range of costs (i.e., expensive); however, I firmly believe that you get what you pay for in wedding venues, and it was worth every penny. Brittany LaVoie is the event contact there and she was very responsive and professional in her communications with us. She helped a bridal party member arrange for a singing toast and a slideshow. The venue itself is beautifully maintained and the waitstaff were attentive to our needs during the event. We loved that we were the only party there that night, and many of our guests commented that ours was the best wedding of their summer. ICC is a gorgeous venue with delicious food, attentive and professional staff, and a premier location for your event.

The venue was beautiful, the food delicous, service was very good. Brittney did a great job stepping in at the last minute for Stacey. Stacey obviously has a wealth of experience, but I found Brittney much more flexible and accommodating.

We initially booked ICC because of the superb reviews we heard about the Event coordinator & high level of quality service, food, & attention to detail she & her staff provided, (in addition to the spectacular scenery & recently remodeled club). Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, she was not available for our wedding at the last minute & we were handed off to her new assistant, who did not follow through on many of the details we discussed prior to the event-I think that attention to detail & high level of service suffered as a result. It wasn't a disaster by any means, & still went smoothly overall--our guests had a pleasant experience & were impressed with the venue--I just don't think it was worth what we spent. Food & venue aside, we could've received the same service & delivery elsewhere.The food was very good--above average for the most part. I wouldn’t recommend the balsamic glazed chicken though--I've had the same dish at other restaurants & much better/more flavorful than here. It also wasn’t "glazed" but rather, had a chunky tomato/bacon broth poured over it. The filet mignon & seafood risotto were both excellent though from what we heard. Some of the basic details that were missed that we discussed beforehand (& were told were things they customarily did anyways) were as follows:We asked that our personalized cocktail napkins be used during the cocktail & dessert hours. They made it to the dessert table, but were never used during the CH/at the bar. (I basically wasted $400 on napkins).We were told that "shrimp cocktail shooters"-served in shot glasses with cocktail sauce-would be passed. Instead, the servers came around with standard trays of shrimp & CS.Our baker asked that they elegantly display the desserts at multiple levels on the tables to really showcase them. Instead, they were rather sloppily spread across the tables as in a cafeteria.
