I have nothing but positive things to say about Iron Manor and my planner, Andreina, and my day-of coordinator, Madison. My wedding was not only stunning, but Andreina and Madison made it as stress-free as possible. Every question I had was promptly answered, and they were happy to schedule additional meetings if need be. Madison was amazing the day of my wedding, she had everything under control, kept the event on schedule, and, importantly, made sure that I, the bride, had nothing to worry about. Additionally, the vendors that Iron Manor uses were fantastic. My photographer, florist, DJ, desserts, etc. were all fantastic. Because Iron Manor has their own vendors, I didn't have to find any myself, which made planning so much easier. My wedding was perfect in every way, all thanks to the stunning Iron Manor and its wonderful people--Andreina and Madison. -

Everything was amazing!! The first day I saw the venue, I knew I wanted to get married here. This place is stunning and luxurious but does not feel intimidating, instead feeling warm and welcoming! We got married end of November 2025. We did the package of 3 vendors (cake, florist, and DJ) with the wedding planner. I went to 2 of the open houses to try food and cake, and that was helpful for making our food choices and cake choices, and we did adjust the sugar level on the cake as we prefer desserts not as sweet.
Our wedding planner Hunter was awesome! We only had a few meetings, but we had an agenda going into the meeting and he prepped us at the prior meeting about what to prepare for the upcoming one. We still made our choices on style and what we wanted, but he helped keep us on track and make sure we were not missing any details! He was easy to get ahold of, I am a big fan of emails due to my busy job, and he was very prompt in responses and we took care of any issues outside of our meetings via email. I really appreciated him! He was also our day of coordinator along with one other coordinator Marissa - they both did a truly amazing job keeping the day moving and as far as I was aware of NOTHING WENT WRONG. Which blew me away. My mom even mentioned that it was the smoothest run wedding she had been apart of and I am her fourth child to get married! I am so thankful for Hunter and Marissa for all their work to help my special day go so well. I highly recommend both of them and the Iron Manor! -

Iron Manor is so beautiful on its own that we were immediately sold when touring. But the staff is what made our wedding perfect. Our planner Andreina and our coordinator Gianna were both so communicative and the nicest people you’ll meet! Our guests are still telling us (three months later) that our wedding was the most beautiful and perfect wedding they’ve ever been to. We were complicated on how smooth the whole evening ran as well thanks to Gianna and the catering staff. The vendors are absolutely amazing as well! We highly recommend booking Iron Manor for your dream wedding. -

Iron Manor Venue - Montgomery Texas
We loved Iron Manor. It is a timeless and elegant venue! Our guests were so impressed by the grandeur of the place as you walked in. Even the groomsmen were telling me how much they loved how it looked!
The Large doors that open for the bride to walk through were amazing. And everyone LOVED the bank of chandeliers that moved over the dancefloor if right on cue!
We had salmon and a chicken dish with brussel sprouts. We received many compliments on the food.
All communication is done through their portal. My advice is to make sure and use that, and be nice. Your attitude will get you a long way.
One other note - we had praise music and the whole audience sang - I can't tell you how beautiful the acoustics sounded in the chapel! Gave me and many others goosebumps! -

Breathtaking – the venue and the teams
Iron Manor is the absolute best venue for weddings! My spouse and I got married here this past weekend. Words could never truly describe how amazing the team is. A special thank you to Olivia, our wedding planner. She was beyond kind, patient, helpful, and made sure we didn’t stress throughout the entire process from planning up until our wedding day. Also, a special thanks to Cortnie and the other team members of The Design Haus for making us feel like royalty. Our florals and decor were so stunning — I literally cried like a baby. We had our wedding at Big Sky Barn and it will be a night that I’ll never forget! The venue was beautiful and perfect for the vibe that we were going for. I truly couldn’t imagine having our wedding at any other venue! Most people say don’t choose the first venue you look at, but my husband and I knew Big Sky Barn was the one. A HUGE shoutout to our wedding coordinator, Olivia! She was absolutely amazing, helpful, and such a great leader. She felt like my best friend, and I trusted her and could rely on her to get things done and get people where they needed to be on our big night. -

Everyone wants their wedding to be perfect. We did too, and that’s why we are so happy that we picked Iron Manor.
The team there was extremely attentive to our needs, our vision for the big day, and did everything possible to make it special. From setup to ceremony to afterwards, the team was there to support us and help in any way that they could. The process of working with them is straightforward - they guided us through the planning process, asked about and noted all important details, and on the wedding day were there to execute our vision.
The venue itself is beyond gorgeous. I have not stopped receiving compliments from my guests on what an incredible venue it is. While the structure and grounds themselves are a beautiful concept alone, the team there obviously does a great job of keeping everything clean, maintained, and up to date. The attention to detail in running a top tier wedding venue definitely shows. Everything has been kept and maintained to fantastic condition.
The setup of the venue is perfect for hosting an amazing wedding. The bridal suite is both massive and ethereal. The grooms suite is fun and cozy. The reception hall is an impressive space with a unique bar and ceiling for incredible photos. Outside the grounds have fountains and a magical courtyard for cocktail hours.
We are so glad that we had our wedding at Iron Manor, and we think that you would be too! -

A complete dream
I had some initial anxiety from the management change and from reading past reviews. Yet I still signed up because… well this venue is a dream come true in Texas. Beautiful architecture, with every room and component being very intentional and well thought out. I visited a total of 9 venues, Iron Manor was my first and my last stop. Only place that made me teared up. My Venue planning Rep Anne was very sweet, answered our emails promptly, and met with us 3 times (2 virtual and 1 in-person walkthrough). My then fiancé and I decided to have a month of coordinator to be fully prepared.
On the day of the wedding, I walked in with my bridal party, we were greeted with the sweetest Venue rep/coordinator named Beverly. She had a very friendly smile and promptly asked if there were any decorations that she and their team can put up for us and promptly took the items to have them set up. Within 15 min, she was back to check on us and asked if we need anything: more champagne, juices, fruits, if the temperature was good, gave us the Wi-Fi password and showed us how to connect to the speakers… I can go on! Then I peeked at the reception hall and saw a few tables off, inform Beverly and she had the staff corrected it immediately. About an hour later, I saw Anne and the GM of the venue doing a walk through to make sure everything was set up correctly. Y’all, my doubts melted away! The team at the venue gave impeccable service and there was not a single rude staff member. The food, I was also worried about, but it came out perfectly timed, warm, and delicious! Steak still with a bit of pink, not tough, shrimp meaty but not rubbery. The flavors were delicious! Only complaint is the late-night snack, the tacos, was ehh lol. Also had great feedback on the bartenders, I saw the tip jar being filled up so that’s a good sign. Our parents also heard feedback from the venue staffs that our wedding party and guests were some of the nicest guests that Iron Manor had served recently, which was very sweet to hear. All in all, Iron Manor and their team provided phenomenal service and I would recommend the venue to others. -

Iron Manor is truly a unique wonder here in Texas. Words can’t describe the overall size and countless accommodations that this venue offers inside and out. The venue itself is a beautiful piece of history that has been adorned with everything a wedding deserves. The industrial black steel outlines a beautiful brick, inside and out with vaulted ceilings and tall windows allowing for plenty of natural lighting. The bridal suite is out of a fairytale, including a large glass conservatory with automatic curtains. Chandeliers outside, chandeliers inside, chandeliers everywhere. Every space of this venue is a sight you must see and our wedding guests cannot speak highly enough about the whole experience. Working with the Iron Manor hosts was smooth sailing the entire way through, from touring the venue and beyond the main event. Very professional and accommodating, with timely responses to any questions or concerns. One visit to this venue and you’ll see as we did, that there’s nothing like it around! -

My Wedding Day
What can I say about this place. It's been 1 month since I got married here and it was a dream come true. This was our last venue we looked at almost a year ago. I immediately fell in love with this place it reminded me of a princess castle which I loved. Every little details from the glass chandeliers, the big doors, to the bride's suite which was my favorite. Everyone at the Iron Manor staff were so amazing even our vendors we choose they were so great. I don't regret not one thing of that day. I definitely felt like a princess. This is the most stunning venue. After searching through so many barns, this was like a beacon in the middle of southern Texas. As soon as we stepped in, my dad said "we are screwed" because he saw how instantly I fell in love with it. On the day of, it was perfect. 20 Months Later, Totally Worth The Wait
Iron Manor was the first and only venue we visited, the chandeliers were just being placed in preparations for their first wedding. Iron Manor brought with it a very special connection, in December 2017 we met at Big Sky Barn, the neighbor and sister venue for IM. The beauty, grandeur, history and sentimental connection made IM the easiest vendor selection we made. In spring of 2021, IM was acquired by Walters Wedding Estates, the professionalism maintained throughout the transition and the efforts made by Whitney and the team at IM to make our day perfect did not go unnoticed. We had the wedding of our dreams at the venue of our dreams and will be forever grateful too Iron Manor and Walters Wedding Estates. -

Stunning venue
We booked Iron Manor for my our daughter’s wedding early in the construction phase. Due to the pandemic, the wedding had to be postponed twice. Iron Manor allowed us to change dates not once, but twice, without any penalty. The venue itself is nothing short of remarkable. Our guests were blown away at the beauty and uniqueness! i can’t say enough great things about Dana, who was our original contact and always quick to respond to our multitude of questions, and the owners, Kelli & Ryan Aiken. My husband and I found this beauty on FB initially as the Sky Barn. loved the venue but Mohna introduced us to a new development the Iron Manor, which we ultimately feel in love with. We were willing to wait until this venue was complete. Thats how drop dead gorgeous it was. Fortunately for us, it was worth the wait. Everything about the venue was perfect and I felt like a true princess in a fairy tale. I loved having the reception and ceremony in the same place. I also loved the versatility of it with having a wedding in the gardens or having it inside with cocktails outside. Every single one of my guests were in an "aww" at how amazing the venue looked. The staff were also very accommodating and sweet. If I could back and do it all over again, I would. Without giving up too many details, because this is a beauty that needs to be seen with your own eyes, the bridal and groom suite were nothing less than over the top. I recommend this place because of the extras, the vendor recommendations, and the customer service. if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks Iron Manor for allowing the Harris's to become one in your presence. -

My fiancée and I just recently booked our 2025 wedding with Iron Manor! We visited and toured the venue on their open house celebration and began our conversation with Brittney S. Prior to our visit to Iron Manor, my fiancée had another venue in mind and was comparing all venues and packages to that one. However, once we visited the Iron Manor she quickly switched and started comparing everything to Iron Manor partly because of the beautiful venue itself but also due to Brittney’s support. Coming from a customer facing environment myself, I place a high value on the quality of customer service provided, and Brittney is surely up there with the best in wedding industry! I can’t speak highly enough of how impressed we both were with her willingness to answer questions via phone, text, email, or have video calls to customize our package and have a more personalized experience. She even answered texts at 9:30 pm when we didn’t expect that! If that is anything to go by, we’re excited by what our wedding future holds at Iron Manor! -

Breathtakingly beautiful
BEAUTIFUL VENUE and dog friendly!! We loved the amount of natural light the ceremony and bridal suite had to offer. It is spacious and was able to comfortably host a large guest count. The details through out the venue are what makes it so beautiful. The temperature inside was PERFECT(my husband is always hot) and the signature smell inside completed the whole ambiance. We had our wedding on a holiday weekend which did increase the price of the venue. We also included an open bar package for our guest which was included in the total. Our guests were awed by this venues beauty and you will be too! -

There's nothing else like this venue available in Houston and the surrounding area. I basically didn't buy any other decor besides flowers because the architecture is beautiful by itself. Halfway through our engagement, after booking, the venue was bought by a new management company and they starting making a ton of changes and saying things we were previously told no longer held up, etc. Besides those growing pains, everything at Iron Manor was perfect and beautiful! -

We had our wedding at Iron Manor on 9/4/22. Honestly, the whole day was perfect. My coordinator for the last month leading up to it, Anne Cross, was excellent to work with and was a great communicator. Before I was assigned Anne, the communication was terrible. Every person I reached out to was no longer at the venue and it was very hard getting in touch by phone so I was starting to freak out a little. I will say it did suck to have to pay for a few extra hours so we could get there early for hair and makeup since you only get 11 hours included but that’s just Walters Wedding Estates’ policy. You also don’t get a complimentary food and bar tasting unless you pay or go to the open houses (which is only like 2-3 times a year) and not all selections are available. The food was sooo good though so we were very happy with the caterer. All of our guests couldn’t get over just how beautiful the venue was. Even their signature smell is amazing…so much so that I want to buy it for our house because it reminds me of the best day of our lives 😭. Overall, I’d definitely have my wedding there again as it was a beautiful ceremony and everything the month of/day of went off without a hitch. I did have my own month of coordinator and I highly recommend hiring one as well so they can work with the venue day-of coordinator! Anne, thank you so much for your assistance!! You made that last month way less stressful. -

It is definitely a beautiful venue and we loved the space. However, there were a couple of things that were super frustrating.
#1 - they changed management a day before our wedding and didn’t let us know. That would’ve been fine on its own, but as part of the change, they fired our alcohol vendor (Iron Manor originally required us to use Southern Rum Runners) and never communicated about alcohol with us. They messed up several things in our alcohol contract when they took over it. They easily could have worked with our planner to make sure they had it right but they assumed and got a lot of it wrong. They also double charged us for the $2k deposit that we had paid to SRR. They still haven’t returned our calls or emails about this so we had to dispute it through our credit card company.
#2 - they assured us during our tour that we could use the reception space chairs in the cocktail area for our Hindu ceremony. Less than a month before the wedding they told us that wasn’t allowed so we had to go find a rental company last minute and pay several thousand dollars for chairs to be brought in.
Hopefully the new management figures themselves out. It really is an amazing venue and all of our friends and family loved it. -

This was a joyous and meaningful occasion, and I typically seek the silver lining in every experience. However, the way the evening ended left me feeling deeply disappointed, frustrated, and saddened. When families invest as much as we did in a venue of this caliber, they expect the customer service to match the beauty of the space.The venue itself is absolutely beautiful; however, the overall experience did not match the price or expectations.
Throughout planning we were assigned three different planners, which caused confusion and stress, especially leading up to the wedding day. On the day of the despite requesting that all logistical questions be directed to the wedding planner (MOB), the on-site coordinator (Giana) repeatedly approached the bride at a time when she should have been fully present and at ease. We had to frequently ask what was happening because communication was not being relayed appropriately.
We were looking forward to the dinner. The salmon was great but the steak was undercooked for many guests. We asked for medium rare but instead of pink received blood red, poor in quality, and no steak knives were provided and we were reduced to using a butter knife to cut the steak. Cake service was also mishandled, as guests who were not seated at the moment cake was passed were not served at all and many never had the opportunity to taste the cake we paid for.
Our contracted breakdown window was from 11:00 PM to midnight. We had over 20 people assisting and were moving efficiently. Despite this, venue staff, who were not previously introduced began breaking down tables and throwing away personal items. We had glass votive candle holders that were intended to be wrapped with florals and placed into labeled bins, but instead were thrown together on other tables as they began breaking down tables. When we asked them to stop, the situation was met with eye-rolling, dismissive behavior and unprofessionalism.
We do want to acknowledge that the bartender, DJ, photographer, and videographer were excellent and professional.
Iron Manor is a gorgeous space, but unfortunately the staff experience did not match the beauty of the venue. It's unfortunate. We were blessed with a beautiful space, a wonderful ceremony and overall loved our day. We just wish the rest of the experience brought as much joy. We hope this feedback helps other couples make an informed decision when looking at venues. While Iron Manor is visually stunning, we expected customer service and professionalism to match the elegance of the space, and unfortunately it fell short. -

Horrible Service
Very disappointed with the services provided from this company. There are many hidden fees that are not initially discussed. Prices are very high and the quality of the services provided do not align with the high costs that are being charged. For the prices that were charged the services provided were mediocre and our experience did not feel personalized at all. All of the vendors associated with the venue did the bare minimum. Our florals with Design Haus did not match what was originally discussed and the designer was not even present for the wedding day. Peach hydrangeas were added in last minute which were completely different from the original color pallet. It was sad to see this on the day of the wedding especially for a price of $8500. Her assistant did not seem to know what was going on and their solution was to spray paint the flowers. Walter’s also forgot several details listed in our itinerary such as the bouquet and garter toss and they also did not put any cake flowers leaving a plain cake. The DJ also did not stick to the playlist given and played songs not in the original playlist. The communication from all of the vendors associated with Walter’s was not great. The wedding planner changed three different times which added to the stress. If anyone is looking to book a venue with this company I would highly recommend going with a different option. All of the vendors that we hired that were NOT affiliated with the venue did an amazing job. If you do make the mistake of signing a contract with this company I would highly recommend hiring your own private planner and your own vendors. All of the budgets that are intended to cover florals and other details are not enough anyways. Just pay the buyout fee and hire someone that will actually do a good job and who will personalize your experience. It’s also worth noting that getting in contact with anyone in charge is nearly impossible. Overall this was a very disappointing experience. Avoid spending your money here if possible -
