My husband and I booked Irene’s Bakery for our wedding, which took place a couple weeks ago at Ashton Gardens in Corinth. Irene and Danny are wonderful people and they make cakes that are as delicious as they are beautiful. I love to bake cakes myself, and my husband loves sweets, so we were pretty picky when it came to picking our baker. We had a couple disappointing sample boxes before we discovered Irene’s. We got to try 9 cake flavors during our consultation and they were all outstanding. They were delicious, moist, not overly sweet, and clearly made from scratch. On top of that, their cakes are beautifully assembled and decorated. For our tiered cake, we requested a design from one of their Instagram posts with colors adjusted to match our wedding. For my husband’s groom’s cake, we asked for a giant Cosmic Brownie. They delivered exactly what we asked for, and everyone loved our cakes! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We can’t wait to visit them and try some more of their treats.

Our Cakes Were Amazing!
The entire process was great! Meeting with Danny felt like we were chatting with family. The wedding cake was simple and matched the elegance of our wedding. The groom's cake was better than we could have imagined, and everyone talked about how amazing they tasted. The price was also great for everything we received.

Cake perfection!
Irene and her husband Danny at Irene's Bakery were a joy to work with from start to finish! They were quick to respond to our questions, made the cake tasting and planning process fun, and created the exact cake my daughter wanted for her reception. They had wonderful flavors and fillings to choose from, and we were able to add a separate (also absolutely delicious) gluten-free layer cake to accommodate our gluten free guests. Irene is very skilled and made a stunning cake! I found the pricing to be mid-range compared to other bakeries in the metroplex and worth every single penny for taste, texture, and decorating talent!

The crew at Irene’s bakery did amazing! When we went to talk to them about our ideas, they agreed and made sure we would get what we wanted! On the day of our wedding, the crew did amazing with the set up and even made sure our cake was designed how we wanted it!

The wedding cake Irene and her team created for my wedding day came out beautifully! We are still getting compliments on the wedding and grooms cake from guests weeks after the event! Her strawberry cake is to DIE FOR! And my husband and others really loved her chocolate cake as well! I didn’t have to worry about a thing with the cake because Irene and her team took such good care to put me at ease during the initial meeting and we could sense their experience and professionalism! Highly recommend!

Our Bride & Groom’s cakes came from Irene’s Bakery. Not only do her cakes look top notch, they taste great too. Irene is sweet & great to work with. She is also very creative & talented. We were not disappointed. The Bride’s cake was multi-layered with two flavors- pink champagne & chocolate w/a mousse layer. The chocolate was rich & the mousse added an extra element of delicious chocolate flavor to the cake. The pink champagne had a light and delightful flavor. Our Groom’s cake was made perfect to the picture we provided. It also was very tasty. You won’t be disappointed with her as your cake lady!

Irene and her husband were a pleasure to work with. Our wedding was scheduled at The Olana originally for 5/2/2020. It was rescheduled to 7/26/2020 and we had no issues with the bakery on switching dates. Anytime I spoke to Ms. Irene she was pleasant and once it was time for the wedding she had everything ready to go for us. The cake was DELICIOUS!!. We saved our top tier. A lot of our guests were asking if we took cake home because they wanted more :). If you are looking for a wedding cake vendor or just some delicious treats to munch on Irene's Bakery is the place to go!

Choice Wedding
We were married at The Olana on 7/26/2020 and Irene’s Bakery provided our cake. Her and her husband are very sweet people and will go above and beyond to make your wedding cake special. We ordered a 4 tier cake. I can’t remember our flavors but what I do remember it was hard to choose flavors because they all tasted so good. I would definitely recommend Irene’s Bakery for any occasion.

Irene and Danny designed the most beautiful cake for our wedding. Nice, simple, and clean. My fiance loved their cake and the rich, not sugary, flavors (chocolate, vanilla, and pink champagne). We were so excited to find that many people wanted to take some home at the end of the night! This is a lovely bakery, with lovely food, run by genuinely lovely people.

The Icing on the Cake for our Wedding!
Irene and Danny work so well together and really were the "icing on the cake" for our wedding. We opted in for a cupcake tower with a 6 inch round and it was a HIT! All the flavors were delicious and moist. By the end of the night our guests finished all the cupcakes! We felt that Irene's Bakery did not sacrifice taste while making a cupcake tower that was beautiful to look at. Thank you for taking care of our tastebuds!

Really Great Experience!
We bought a wedding cake and several desserts from this place and they were amazing! We bought several different types of cupcakes and cake balls to go with our dessert table at our wedding. All of the desserts were gone before we could try them, but everyone who ate them loved them. We ordered a semi-naked cake with silver attached to it. I do wish there was more silver on the cake considering we paid extra for it, but the cake was overall beautiful and of course delicious. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality care and service.

We came across Irene’s Bakery at a bridal show and after tasting their delicious cupcakes we knew that we had to go with them!!! They were actually the very first vendor we hired (a year and a half away from our wedding, lol). Irene and her husband are the sweetest, most genuine people! The consultation was so easy too! Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the picture we showed them!! They also let us choose multiple flavors which our guests loved!! I came to Irene’s Bakery with a picture and my fingers crossed of my dream cake. This cake was picked out before I had even been engaged because of how colorful but classy it was and sparked my sprinkle theme. My husband and I absolutely LOVED Irene’s bakery! We had Irene make a specialty cake for our wedding of 120 guests and it was perfect! Irene and her husband were extremely efficient in making sure our needs were met, Our guests said the cake was beyond delicious and we even added the cupcakes in each flavor she had to spice things up! Our wedding cake was fantastic. We ordered some kind of italian cream with coconut and walnuts for our tropical water park wedding. It fit in perfectly. It's a heavy, dense cake with delicious butter cream frosting. It held up amazingly in the humid Texas heat mostly outdoors. Upon delivery of the cake they quickly found the flowers from the flower shop and decorated the cake on the spot. By the time I saw it, it was so beautiful: simple and elegant. They even delivered before the shop was open since my wedding was in the morning. I was impressed with all their service.

I loved that I didn't have to worry about anything, she did all the delivery and set up herself. Everyone loved the cake and the whole cake was gone when served. I LOVED how pretty my cupcakes and cake turned out for my wedding reception. I had a flower theme and she made the most gorgeous flower cupcakes! Irene did our wedding cake, and it was everything we asked for and more. It was hard to chose between flavors at the taste testing because they were all so delicious. We ended up going with strawberry and red velvet, and of course, we were not disappointed. She showed up on time to drop the cake off the day of the wedding. All around, I would have to say Irene was one of our best vendors during the whole wedding process.

Our entire experience with Irene was awesome! My mom and I found her shop when we were in downtown Lewisville viewing a reception venue. We notified the beautiful cakes in the window and then stopped in and tried some cake balls. Irene and her staff were very pleasant and helpful and the cake balls were excellent so we decided to hire her! The cake tasting at the beginning to the delivery of our beautiful wedding cake on the day was seamless! Not only was our cake beautiful but it was seriously the best tasting wedding cake I have ever had! The wedding cake was 3 layers, each a different flavor (we chose Italian cream and strawberry)! The cake itself was the perfect density and tasted buttery and sweet! The butter cream frosting was creamy and light rather than oily and thick. Sooooo good :-). The grooms cake was Tres Leche and it was perfect! Many people asked me where I ordered the cakes. We have been married now just over a year and recently got to eat the top layer of our cake on our anniversary and we were reminded of just how delicious the cake was. We were sad when the last piece was gone. My husband is ready to order another wedding cake from Irene when we are back in Texas visiting my family, haha!! We have ordered additional cakes from Irene for other events since our wedding and have been equally as impressed! I definitely recommend Irene's bakery to any bride and groom looking for delicious cake, beautiful designs, attention to detail, and reasonable pricing. Irene and her staff will take good care of you. I wish I had some of her cake right now!!!

Not only was the cake delicious, the design was amazing. I didnt have an exact potrait of what I wanted but she was able to create my vision and more! WE loved the cake and so did our guests. I would order more cakes for other special events in the future.

Cake was for one of our client - 1st birthday event.
The cake turned out to be perfect! Oh way more than perfect!
It was just as we had imagined. Moreover, my client and the guests were thrilled to see it. And it tasted as good as it looked. (They are still talking about it)
In addition, the cake smash favor was beautiful too! The hue, the frosting and texture was simple outstanding.
I am so happy to have bakery found - along with the right price, flavor and eye pleasing cakes! And that too, in my neighborhood. I am a strong supporter of local business and the fact this is one, pleases me even more.
Can't stop talking about the cake and bakery, and of course, I am so thankful to the entire bake team for putting heart in making something so gorgeous!

Irene was so great when we met her to taste her cakes. She was so sweet and helped us to come up with great ideas for our cakes for our wedding. The cake I wanted was a wedding cake for me and a grooms LSU stadium cake, but I didn't have a huge budget. Irene was great in sizing down the design to make it work within my budget. She was also really flexible in my design for my wedding cake. I couldn't find an exact design I liked but showed her a few different ones and she made it happen! The day before the wedding I brought her the goal posts for the stadium cake (which are special) because I couldn't make them work. She said "no problem" and I was able to fix them with some icing and they turned out perfect! I was more than impressed with the cakes on my wedding day, they tasted amazing and there was hardly any left as guests took pieces home with them!

We love Irene's Bakery. The cakes are always consistent. Irene is so polite and professional. I've been ordering my cakes from Irene's for the past 4 years and I couldn't pick no one else to do our Wedding cake. Yummy, yummy cake! The cakes for my daughter's wedding were both lovely to look at and delicious. Most wedding cake is so-so in my experience....Irene's cakes were to die for. So moist and very special. Not a speck left after the wedding. We had Italian creme cake and vanilla with raspberry filling and butter creme frosting. The groom's cake disappeared in an instant...Tres Leches. I would highly recommend this vendor

I go to Irene for all of my children's birthday cakes. The bakery does an absolutely amazing job and the cakes have always been delicious!!! My sons first birthday was a Mickey Mouse cake (in her gallery), I cry every time I pick up our special cakes because they are always so perfect!!

My husband and I could not be happier with the way our wedding cake came out! From the sweet Italian Cream frosting to the detail in the piping, it was completely amazing. All of our guests enjoyed it just as much as we did, they kept saying how deliciously moist it was. Thank you Irene for making our dream cake!

I was speechless when I saw my cake! It was beyond my expectations! I was really really happy with Irene's bakery. I spoke to Irene about a week and a half before the wedding, my husband is in the military so I had to plan everything really fast and Irene was able to work with the date. I recommend this place! Not only does she make beautiful cakes, but they taste delicious too!! Irene thank you so much for being part of my wedding.

From the start Ms Irene made our Wedding apart of her own from rearranging schedules for our cake tasting to fit around our daughters vacation here, to making us feel a if we were not a customer but a family member .
They carry one of the best sections i have ever tasted all homemade in which you can taste the love. From the tasting to the delivery of our Wedding cake everything was as promised .

Irene's Bakery was amazing! When my husband I did the cake tasting, we liked every flavor and icing. We didn't want to stick to vanilla or chocolate, even though you can add other icing flavors in the cake, but we loved our strawberry and key lime pie flavors. It was delicious!!

Irene's bakery was very accommodating. My wedding cake was beautiful and the cake was great. The only reason I did not give 5 stars across the board is that I paid for fresh strawberries in the chocolate layer of my cake and they were absent. Overalls I would recommend the bakery, just double check that your getting everything that you pay for.

The flavors are amazing, best cake I have had EVER. My only issue was that I had a customized cake to fit our life story and it did not followed our instructions. The events on the cake were all out of order and we did not have a chance to pre prove the cake design. However, everyone loved the cake and the delivery was perfect as well. Would recommend this to everyone!

Rude and not professional
The out side of our cake was perfect, it was so beautiful. But the inside of the cake was the wrong flavor and when I told Irene she was rude and told me that I was wrong and ordered the flavor that was delivered. I also did not know I had to return the cake stand and received a voicemail from her a week later telling me if i didn't return it she would charge me for it.
