    Incredible Coordinator!

    Words can’t do justice to how much help Irene was throughout the wedding process! Irene not only has superb coordination skills but also goes beyond the extra mile in so many ways. For us she set up meetings throughout the process, was always open and quick to respond to any questions we had, and overall was an absolute delight/ great resource for the wedding. At one point we were thinking about skipping the mother -son dance as my mother-in-law is wheelchair-bound and she suggested an alternative that was incredibly touching and allowed them their special moment.

    I 1000% recommend hiring Irene Tyndale for any couples seeking quality, expertise, and kindness in a coordinator. She is both a fantastic coordinator and human being

    Amazing! I highly recommend irene!

    I got married in December 2020 after having to reschedule and replan my wedding three times due to COVID and I have to say Irene was an absolute Godsend! The streaming platform I used for our virtual ceremony Love Stream (which I highly recommend) put me in contact with her after learning I did not have a day-of coordinator and I’m SO glad they did. From my first call with Irene, I knew I was in good hands. I could literally feel my stress levels lowering. The level of relief was incredible because I knew this day was finally going to happen. We had a little less than three weeks to plan and Irene and Rachele swooped in and took care of EVERYTHING. Vendor management, timeline, floor plan, our desserts, tech support for the live stream, etc. It makes me so emotional just thinking about it because Irene and her team are the reason why we were able to have this special moment during all of this chaos. Outside of all of that, she took the time to check in on me while I was in the middle of an anxiety attack and prayed for me. My family was not able to attend in-person since they were out of state and she immediately recognized the sadness I had about that and in that moment her words meant the world to me. I will never forget the kindness, compassion, thoughtfulness, and care Irene and her team showed me and my husband on our wedding day and the days leading up to it. Wedding big or small, virtual or not, Irene Tyndale Wedding & Events will make it happen and it will be beautifully done with love!

    Amazing Planner

    My husband and I selected Irene Tyndale Events for Wedding Management services for our August wedding and it was the best decision we made. Irene is professional, personable, detail oriented and passionate about making sure the wedding day was special. She has amazing relationships with vendors who we are skilled at their craft and were a part of our wedding dream team.

    It was tough planning a wedding during a pandemic and we had many iterations, however Irene was patient and supportive every step of the way. What I most appreciate about her team is that she has a Groom Concierge who worked with my husband throughout the planning process. The wedding day is just as important for the groom as it is for the bride and I am glad we had additional assistance from Irene’s team.

    What my husband and I most wanted was to enjoy our wedding day as a couple and family and Irene and her team took care of us with the utmost pleasure. We will forever be grateful for all the support that Irene, Tevin, and Rachele provided for our wedding. It was a pleasure to work with Irene Tyndale Events and I would recommend without hesitation.

    A Planner for a Project Manager

    Right away I was impressed by Irene's (and Team) attention to detail and proactive style. She had great advice, and her organization and timeline were impeccable. She reached out to all vendors and followed up to make sure they understood our plans. They were singing her praises and want to work with her again!

    Irene was FABULOUS!! Everything went soo smoothly. She had everything in order! Everyone said they loved how organized it was. She was so helpful and nice and definitely kept all the groomsmen in line. Lol. It made my day very seamless.

    Irene did full planning for my now husband and I, what can I say besides she was the biggest blessing possible. Irene took both his and my feelings, nerves and worries and washed them away with her execution of detail and high level of service. Irene is a seasoned professional, able to find exactly what vendor you need and what fits best with the overall environment of your wedding. She referred wonderful vendors, and was a hit among every friend and family member she came into contact with. I do not know if I would have made it down the aisle without her, she took a few moments when I got out of the car, huffing and puffing from being late in traffic, to tell me to calm down and soak it in. Her intention is for YOU to enjoy the day, because the bride and groom are who matter most. We love Irene and just could not thank her enough.

    I selected Irene as my day of coordinator for our October wedding and I can not say enough wonderful things about how incredibly amazing she was. She went above and beyond her "day of" duties to make sure myself, my husband, and our guests were taken care of. Irene was professional, informative, calm, and worked magic to make our wedding day perfect. I reached out to Irene throughout the planning process and she was so helpful in terms of finding vendors, answering questions, and just reassuring me I had everything I needed. The weeks leading up to the wedding Irene reached out to all of our vendors to make sure everyone was aware of the timeline and had everything that they needed. Irene came to our rehearsal and was to the point doing a wonderful job keeping our large wedding party in check, On the wedding day things became a little hectic due to rain but Irene and her assistant were so experienced and diligent you wouldn't have known there was switch up in plans. It was so nice to be able to sit back and enjoy my wedding without any worries due to Irene's professionalism, calm and collected personality, and communication with each vendor. Thank you Irene for helping make our wedding day an absolute dream! Brides... look no further, Irene is the perfect wedding coordinator.

    My husband and I chose Irene Tyndale Events for day of coordination services for our wedding. Irene and her two assistants who worked with us on our wedding day were WONDERFUL. We were planning our wedding on a budget, so I decided to do pretty much all of our own decor including flowers. I knew that it would be impossible to pull that off without assistance on the big day and weeks leading up to it. I tend to be VERY particular when it comes to planning, especially with something as big as my wedding day. Irene and her staff really stepped up to the plate and helped me implement my vision. She was very prompt and thorough in responding to my emails in the month prior to my wedding. She and her assistant went to my final venue walk through with me, and really made me feel at ease with her knowledge and expertise. They asked important questions that I hadn't even thought of. They also came to our rehearsal and made sure everything ran smoothly. Irene created our timeline for us and her assistants kept everything moving on our wedding day to make sure we stayed on time. They really went above and beyond when it came to everything, especially the decor. They offered to come to my home and pick up all of the decor and floral items for our wedding and transport them to the venue on our wedding day. They also set everything up. I was truly blown away with that. For the amount of money we spent we got such an amazing value by choosing Irene Tyndale Events. I can't say enough good things about Irene and all of her wonderful staff.

    Irene was wonderful! The day of, I remembered little things that I had forgotten and she had taken care of it. She made sure that I didn't have to worry about anything and the whole day went great. I seriously never thought my wedding would be so beautiful and so enjoyable as Irene made it. I wholeheartedly recommend her! She is great!

    Irene was the perfect planner. It is easy to tell that she knows her stuff. She pulled together an awesome team of vendors. All of the vendors she recommended were professional and courteous. Irene is very responsive and that was GREATLY appreciated. If I called or emailed I could count on a response the same day. She kept me in the loop during the entire process.     My Daughter's wedding was October of last year. Irene Tyndale was a miracle worker. She had so much attention to detail and thought of everything that would make our day the wonderful day that it was. She showed such creativity and responsibility. we had very little to do and she is an expert in her business. My rating for Irene Tyndale is 100% quality.

    Irene is truly an amazing planner. She made our day extra special & memorable. It was more than I ever imagined my wedding day would be. She made everything so easy & stress free by introducing us to other vendors we needed. It was a 1 stop shop! I would hire her again in a heartbeat. Can't wait to hire her to do our vow renewal.     My husband and I got married last year. And we truly could not have done it without the professionalism, knowledge, attention-to-detail, and personal service Irene provided. From beginning to end, she helped us make decisions that wouldn't break the bank but would still be gorgeous. For instance, we would've never considered a brunch reception without Irene's input. But, we did and received so many compliments. On the day of the wedding, she assisted everyone from my grandmother to the groomsmen to our little flower girl. But, she made sure that I was taken care of and that my nerves were not getting the best of me. She was amazing! And I wouldn't trust another event, especially a wedding, to just anyone. If you are looking for the best, you have found HER!

    Irene is great at traditional weddings and ethic weddings. We had both and we could not have managed without her. She is very professional and affordable. Everyone in my family loved her personality and professionalism. Once I hired Irene my mind was at ease. Can't ask for much more during "wedding" stressful times

    Irene responded quickly to my request for information & met with my fiance and I that same week! Krystal was our day of coordinator, she quickly responded to emails & helped with finding other vendors. She was very helpful with coordinating my vendors & making sure my opinion was heard at the venue walk-through. At the rehearsal she came on very strong, which I appreciated, however it did not go over well with many of the wedding party members. During our initial meeting we made it known that we wanted a coordinator who setup decor & cleaned up decor so that the wedding party did not have to. At the rehearsal Krystal informed me that she no longer had an assistant & promptly told the wedding party that they had a job and were here to work aka help setup & take down the wedding decor; which is NOT what we wanted or expected. She arrived on-time on wedding day and set-up beautifully; however I was under the impression that she would insure the groomsmen had their boutonnieres & pocket squares on correctly. I also wish she had reminded the wedding party to have jacket buttons buttoned, hands in correct position, & to smile before walking down the aisle; it would have looked better in pictures. During our reception she did a good job communicating with the vendors for the most part; I wish she would have reviewed the itinerary with the vendors during cocktail hour as the caterer didn't have the bride & groom's dinner plated on time as they were under the impression the first dance would take place before dinner & the DJ was not ready with microphone in hand for speeches that were supposed to take place during dinner. Krystal did her best to remedy this & it wasn't too big of a deal. She kept my fiance's & my drinks full which was very nice. When it came time to clean-up it was chaotic, despite making an inventory list, decor was mixed up, some even lost and damaged. My parents were very frustrated by this which put a damper on my night. All in all it went well.

    Wedding Management

    After doing my initial consultation with the owner, Irene I felt good about the choice I made for my wedding day management coordinator. Irene’s company was hired about 5 months before my wedding day, with the expectation of the assigned lead planner stepping in 60-90 days before to handle vendors and “take over”. I’ll start with the good, the two assistants Drehanna and Brittany assigned on my wedding day were AMAZING. They were like an extension of my wedding party, they were with me all day to keep everyone on schedule, put out small fires, etc. I truly felt like they were also my bridesmaids. On the other hand my lead planner, Leslie was a huge disappointment. We had a few hiccups in the planning process that I hoped could be straightened out before wedding day. I reached out to the owner twice to talk about issues with the assigned planner, but Irene ensured she was qualified to execute on wedding day. Up until the day of the wedding wrong information was given to my vendors by my assigned lead planner. My makeup schedule was changed without my consent, my planner would talk to my vendors without referencing contracts I sent over and would call and give me wrong information. For example, two weeks before my wedding date my planner told me she spoke to my makeup artist and I was only assigned 1 MUA and that she could only start at a certain time and that makeup had to be done in a hotel room vs the hotel conference room we were planning for, all was false. My contract clearly stated 2 MUAs, which the planner would have known if contract was referenced. A similar situation occurred with my photographer. It seems like a lot of information given in meetings was forgotten. The day of the wedding my lead planner was late, which led to my hairstylist calling me to give direction on where she should go and set up, she had to wait in the lobby until my planner arrived which set hair schedule back about 30-45 minutes. Due to people dropping last minute we had to switch seats around the day of the wedding, we created name cards for our parents/grandparents. One of the seats moved was my mother, Leslie told my mom to wait for her and that she had her seat and she was coming back. She never returned to give my mother her new seat so my mom just sat somewhere before we were announced, extremely disappointing. We also asked that our grandmothers and my mother could be served their dinner due to health/mobility issues, this didn’t happen. No tables were called for dinner people just got up and went to stations which led to our family members having to wait in the back of lines for food. Several of my guests and adding wedding party mentioned the planner was disorganized, rude, pushy and gave inaccurate information throughout the day on where people should be, which was reflected in a lot of pictures not taken before the ceremony because ppl didn’t know where they needed to be. My advice if choosing this company is to vet your assigned planner, and if there is something you don’t like SPEAK UP and request a new one, my only wedding regret is that I didn’t.

    Irene Tyndale

    Irene Tyndale Events and her staff were very professional. However, she forgot to give the microphone and test it to the Rabbi, everyone missed his whole speech.
