My husband and I have nothing but amazing things to say about Ipswich Country Club, especially the wonderful Melissa. We were a couple affected by Covid and had to postpone a year, and though this could have been disastrous, Melissa made it a breeze. The day of our wedding went effortlessly and it was truly the best day of our lives. Our guests raved about the food and venue! Could not have asked for anything better! -

Not only is Ipswich Country club such a beautiful venue between the golf course greenery and the building of the venue in itself but the people that work there are awesome! Specifically Melissa she was so amazing to work with so on top of everything. With my big wedding party she made sure everyone was in line for ceremony and reception. She managed the time so well we did not miss a beat that day. I could not have enjoyed my day more with out her taking all the stress off my shoulders. I can not say enough good things about her and Ipswich country club and I could not have asked for a more amazing wedding! -

My husband and I cannot say enough how amazing this venue was!! We highly recommend getting married here, you will not be disappointed! Our day was absolutely perfect and we had just the most amazing time. The wedding coordinator, Melissa, is the highlight of this venue. She really took control of the reception and kept the day running smoothly, all while making sure everyone was having a blast. Every tiny detail was accounted for and she made sure everything was perfect. My husband and I are still in awe that she fed us our drinks while we were taking pictures haha! We were just so pleased with how everything went and are so thankful for Melissa's help in making this day the day of our dreams! -

My husband and I got married at the Ipswich Country Club in December and knew from our first visit to the property that it was the perfect place for us to celebrate our special day. We have so many positive things to say about our experience with the Club, but we have to start with Melissa Nolet, our wedding coordinator. Working with Melissa made our entire planning process and wedding day virtually stress free and actually enjoyable! Not only is she personable, responsive, professional, helpful, intuitive and flexible, but she also recommended top quality vendors who came together to make our wedding day perfect.
On our wedding day Melissa was right by my side and prepared to do anything needed to ensure that the day went smoothly and that my husband and I were happy and relaxed. She helped with every last detail from making sure my dad had his boutonniere on before he walked me down the aisle to bustling my dress to making sure I had my shawl, glass of water or lip gloss before I even knew I needed them! She is incredibly thoughtful and intuitive and I really cannot say enough about her. She is simply the best!
Our guests are still ranting about the food, many saying it was the best wedding meal they have ever had. The staff was attentive and professional and the venue looked absolutely stunning. The Christmas decor was exactly what we pictured when we settled on a holiday wedding theme, and actually exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a beautiful location for your wedding where you will be taken care of from day one, the Ipswich Country Club is the place to be. We recommend having your wedding there without hesitation and wish you all the best in this exciting time in your lives!

We are SO happy we chose Ipswich Country Club for our wedding!! We got married on August 10th, 2019 and had the most amazing day! The ceremony area is beautiful with all the flowers and the green in the background. Our guests continue to talk about how great cocktail hour was outside on the deck, including all the apps and drinks. The reception room had the perfect set up with the dance floor and bar easily accessible to all guests and everyone loved the food! But one of the best perks of this venue is having Melissa Nolet as the events director. She made sure everything that day was PERFECT. She is extremely organized and thoughtful, and she was such a big help throughout the entire process. We would recommend ICC to any couple!!! -

My husband and I had our wedding at Ipswich Country Club just about a month ago and all we can say is WOW! Not only did ICC exceed all our expectations, they went to lengths to make sure that our special day was incredibly special! We worked specifically with their on site coordinator Melissa Nolet, and make no mistake, she is amazing. From the very first inquiry to the final moments of our special night, Melissa was there every step of the way. Melissa was ALWAYS a true pleasure to work with and she worked diligently to help me and my husband's vision come to life! We used the word EXCEPTIONAL in our title as it really does reflect the service, food, cleanliness, communication and overall class of Ipswich Country Club. There is just too many good things to say, ICC really worked with us on the budget that we had set and made sure that we were able to fit every last idea into our amazing day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! FIVE STARS! -

My wife and I had a fantastic experience planning our wedding with Melissa and the Ipswich Country Club. Melissa, the wedding coordinator, guided us flawlessly through this stressful process by laying out options, making helpful recommendations, and helping us stay organized. The country club itself was beautiful and there were many great places on the grounds for pictures. The food was delicious, the drinks were well-made, and the whole evening went very smoothly. We both highly recommend Ipswich Country Club to others! -

I can not say enough good things about Melissa and all the staff at the Ipswich Country Club. We were worried bc we had to have an egg free wedding due to a severe allergy in our wedding party and they pulled it off flawlessly. Any small bump Melissa was four steps ahead of it. I had no idea what I was doing when it came to wedding planning and Melissa was there to guide me through it. Our day was so special and we can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us!
We definitely would recommend them for your wedding, we had so much fun!

We were married at the Ipswich country club in May. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the moment we walked in we knew this was the venue we wanted to book. Melissa is the absolute best wedding coordinator you could ask for. Melissa helped us find our justice of the peace and after we booked our vendors she took care of the rest! The grounds are perfect for a wedding and they are maintained immaculately. We wanted to be married outside but knew that may not happen with New England weather and loved the indoor option for the ceremony as well (luckily we had nice weather and were able to have our ceremony outside). The deck for cocktail hour is perfect and we even had firepits at night so our guests were able to sit outside comfortably as well! We would recommend the Ipswich Country Club and Melissa to anyone looking for an all inclusive wedding -

Ipswich Country Club was a beautiful venue for our July '17 wedding. Moreover, Melissa Nolet deserves huge props for providing us with a seamless experience leading up to the wedding and surpassing our expectations on our wedding day! We can't say enough positive things about Melissa - she went above and beyond for us! She's an absolute rockstar and made sure our night was perfect. She even ran out after her shift to stock up on some essentials for our after party... wait what!? Does that even happen!? Yes, somehow, she found a way. Not sure if that's a detail I should share... but wanted to include in this post, so you understand that this woman stops at nothing to ensure her clients receive the best experience possible. This woman is a lifesaver and incredibly passionate about providing her clients with TOP NOTCH service. -

Ipswich Country Club was a beautiful place to get married. The balcony was a huge plus. I can't say enough about the butternut squash raviolis!! Everyone complimented the food and the staff who were all so amazing and attentive. Melissa was amazing and open to whatever we wanted to do. She made sure we were taken care of before and throughout the whole wedding! The grounds were beautiful and the ballroom is great with floor to ceiling windows. I HIGHLY recommend getting married here, you won't regret it! I don't have one negative thing to say about it! -

We toured many venues for our wedding ceremony and reception and ultimately chose ICC for the quality and value, as well as the attentiveness and professionalism of our coordinator, Melissa. Throughout the entire process I was happy with my decision. As a self proclaimed control freak, Melissa attended to every detail far better than I could have and was always accommodating and responsive. She remembers everyone's names and the details of your event, so you have the most personalized experience possible. If its important to you, she makes it important to her. And best of all, she does most of the work, so you can relax and enjoy your ceremony and guests. I'd highly recommend Melissa and ICC for any event. Our wedding was everything I hoped it would be.

Laurie Sent on 10/11/2017Melissa helped my husband and I to put our wedding together quickly! We were under pressure (due to health of a family member) and she stepped up to get all the vendors up-to-speed. We literally had about 10 weeks to pull it off!
She was always responsive to emails, flexible with appointments, and worked with us to customize a package that was way more than reasonable (and UNDER budget.)
My guests all raved about the food, the fire pit, and the location overall! Plus, the fact she scored a golf cart for my husband to drive us into our reception was a big hit!
Thanks to Melissa and the team for helping us coordinate a wedding in a very short time that met all of our expectations. Cheers!

Kristen Sent on 05/08/2016Julia was amazing! She was responsive to all e-mails and questions. Not only did she help with decision making but she gave me ideas I wouldn't have thought of. On our wedding day all my family and guests told me how impressed they were with her attention to detail and acknowledgement of not only making sure everything went smoothly for me, but also making sure they were having a great time too. The food was AMAZING! and even though it was a little chilly the deck overlooking the golf course with the fire pit was a wonderful place to cool off from the dance floor. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of venue! -

After visiting the Ipswich Country Club earlier this year, choosing to get married there was one of the easiest wedding decisions my husband and I made, and now that our wedding has come and gone we’re very happy we did. First of all, the venue and grounds are beautiful. Inside the club you’ll find modern rooms with large windows, a well-decorated and open lobby area with a picturesque piano, and a long deck with a fire pit overlooking a grassy area with lots of trees (the foliage was beautiful in the fall). I’ve heard from a lot of married couples that they didn’t have time to eat at their wedding--thankfully we were able to because the food was delicious. Our guests could pick from eggplant napoleon, stuffed chicken, and maple-glazed salmon, and we heard positive reviews on all the dishes. All of the staff at the club were courteous and experienced, especially the Events Director, Melissa, who clearly loves what she does and is fantastic at it. From the day we first visited the club to the end of our reception, Melissa was attentive, friendly, and had a great eye for detail. She was prompt at answering all our questions and would offer ideas and share photos from past weddings that she thought had the look we were also seeking (and she was always spot on). During the reception she kept things on schedule with gentle reminders to us and always made sure we had drinks in hand. :) We can’t imagine how the wedding would have gone without her expert guidance. To sum up, we are so happy we chose Ipswich Country Club for our wedding and would recommend it to anyone looking for a woodsy, modern, and clean venue with top-notch food and staff!
