Vy Vy is awesome!

Vy Vy is awesome! She did my save the dates, wedding invitations, and day-of stationery (welcome sign, seating chart cards, wedding album cover, guest book sign, and favors sign). She listens to your vision and gives you exactly what you need. I had to make a last minute change in my hotel after my details cards were already printed; she did a reprint for me and got it to me overnight. Thank you for everything, Vy Vy!

Amazing custom date signs

I got custom wedding signs from Invytations sister-in-law, because I love the ones I received so much that I got for my wedding! I did “first day, best day, yes day” option and Vy Vy I was able to customize everything: font, colors, and the overall look at the signs. She’s super responsive and very creative with her ideas. She also worked with me to get these to me in time for the bridal shower! I highly recommend using Invytations for any custom signs you need!

Can't recommend enough!

I couldn't be happier with the business experience I had dealing with Vy Vy. She goes out of her way to make you feel special as a customer. Our personalized wooden wedding sign hangs proudly in our living room and we get compliments all the time. Beautifully Done!

Vy vy did an absolutely beautiful job on our invitations. We received so many compliments from our guests. She was also very helpful in gathering our guests information and addresses and worked with my mom and I to make sure we had the addresses correct, which went above and beyond her job. She was very sweet and professional and made sure to check in if we needed anything as we went through the invitation process. Highly recommend!

We came across Vy Vy through a wedding group on Facebook. At first we were going to do our invitations ourselves but we decided to use her expertise to be able to customize our invitations the way we wanted. It was one of our best decisions! From Thank You Notes to Birth Announcements!

Vy Vy never fails to deliver! She’s our family’s go to for all of our life events. She did our Thank You notes for our wedding a number of years ago, which were fantastic! They embodied the theme of our wedding, and Vy’s layout recommendations were spot on! Invytations for beautiful custom save the dates!

Vy Vy from Invytations is absolutely amazing at capturing the vision you desire for your wedding. For the Save the Dates we knew we wanted to be unique and we didn't want just the cookie cutter Save the Date. Vy Vy showed us several different samples of Save the Dates she made from other clients, and also brought out a swatch of every color under the sun. We were able to take elements from some of her previous work, along with the color palette I used for my wedding to create something beautiful. I also loved that we were able to customize the back of our save the dates with hotel options for our guests so they could book ASAP. Vy Vy even went out of her way to put all their websites and phone numbers on as well. If you are looking for high quality... Invytations is the way to go. She is worth it!

The best of the best!

I’m proud to say that I’ve celebrated every special moment with a grand announcement that my guests can enjoy as a way to mark the event. Working with Vy Vy of Invytations to create stationery has set the tone for all of these special moments. I have worked with Vy Vy on all of my wedding stationery including my engagement announcements, save the dates, bridesmaid/groomsman invitations, bridal shower invitations, bachelorette party invitations, wedding invitations, menus, step-and-repeat backdrop, wedding monogram, and thank you cards. We’ve created vision boards, texted late in the evenings about guests' addresses, and developed an in sync relationship along the way.

We have all had to make changes in our celebrations of late because of the coronavirus, but Vy Vy has helped me create workarounds to not miss a moment. Recently, my cousin and I both had babies, and we were stuck on how we would mark the celebration. Since I was not able to host a baby shower to honor my cousin, Vy Vy helped me design and create the best invitations for a shower-by-mail. I was stuck on the color and theme as I wanted it to be perfect, so when I showed Vy Vy a picture of the nursery, she encouraged me to use that as the color palette. The shower-by-mail invitations turned out amazing with multiple layers of glitter, foil, and shimmer cardstock, satin ribbon, and a pearl bow embellishment to top it all off! To mark the birth of my baby boy, we decided to do four variations of an announcement card with a different photo of the baby on one side and the announcement on the back. This is the second time that we’ve used this concept—we also used it for my wedding thank you cards because it allows guests to have a picture as a gift that they can frame.

Couldn't be happier!

We found Vy Vy (aka Invytations) while looking for someone to help bring our vision for our wedding invitations to life. At our first meeting with Vy Vy was so great that we decided to book her on site. She has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. Especially as we navigated postponing our original wedding from last year to this year. We created custom invitations through Vy Vy and they could not be more beautiful. We gave Vy Vy all the addresses and she double checked them for us, addresses all the invites, and ordered the stamps and placed them on the invitations and the RSVPs. Best wedding elopement announcement card experience!

We hired Invytations for both of our daughters' respective wedding elopement surprise announcement cards in 2017 and 2019. Knowing that Vy Vy provides a curated and professional experience from start to finish for all of her clients, we knew she was the right choice for the job. When you work with Vy Vy, you can feel reassured that your wedding stationery order will be done well and on time as she is creative, responsive, and detail oriented. Not only did she take the time to review the accuracy of names and addresses on our mailing list, but she also helped stuff and seal all envelopes, purchase and place necessary postage, and drop off the entire mailing at the post office. Invytations = Creativity

Working with Vy Vy was great! She took the time to make sure I was truly satisfied with the invitations for my wedding. She made it fun and easy to choose styles and colors with her large selections of samples. Having everything right in front of you really helped feel confident with my decisions. Classy and beautiful stationary!

Vy Vy is a perfectionist and it shows in her work. She did a fantastic job on our wedding day stationary. We really could not ask for better. There was a certain color scheme and style we were looking for which can sometimes get lost in translation but not with Vy Vy. She made sure she understood our vision and she proved it in the stationary she provided to us. We appreciate all the work she put into the details. Nautical theme with gray/blue wedding invitations and Save the Dates

Vy Vy was such a pleasure to work with! I gave her my idea of what theme I wanted with a color scheme and she had plenty of recommendations and samples for me to look at. Responses were very prompt and she made sure to check everything prior to production! Incredible Stationery Experience

I had the highest honor of working with my childhood best friend and now industry colleague Vy Vo and her company Invytations. I have built a career in the Special Event Industry over the past eleven years and I have watched Vy Vy’s portfolio grow into an incredibly creative, highly curated and bespoke collection. Vy Vy took the time to sit with me and listen to my vision. She showed up to our consultation appointment with color swatches, previous portfolio examples with different options, some inspiration boards based on my already created Pinterest boards and ideas I shared with her in advance. She listened to my feedback, likes and dislikes and worked with me to bring to life the artful vision I had for my stationery. She worked with me through different edits and proof revisions by listening to my changes or was always helpful in providing her suggested feedback to my questions or changes and why it might not work well.
Not only did she walk you through the process of creating the suites, she continues adding value to her services by sending you helpful tips and instructions on mailing your invitations, what stamps to use, reminding you to weigh the invitation, double checking your guest list addressing, etc.… Steps you probably wouldn't know to take if you have never done this before !
Vy Vy constantly worked with me on any additional signage I needed as we approached the big day and helped me to create a theme and the stationery suite throughout the entire event, so it all tied together.
I am so grateful I had the chance to work with her to help bring my vision to life. Best personalized invitations you can get.

Vy Vy did such an amazing job on the invitations and other stationary and printable items for my sister's bridal shower. She worked with me on every detail and even asked questions and offered ideas that I had not even considered. Planning can be really stressful and you don't want to forget any detail and Vy Vy was so great at making sure we didn't. Every detail was perfect and so many of the guests complemented us on her designs. I would 100% recommend Vy Vy and Invytations to anyone looking for a custom personalized experience.

One-of-a-kind designs!

I hired Invytations in September to design my custom wedding invitations. I sent Vy Vy a few photos of my vision, the color palette my fiancé and I liked, and the theme that we were going with. She sent us a list of fonts to review so we could narrow down which ones we liked. After that, she brought our vision to life! We asked for a couple of small revisions (font, color, placement, etc.) and her final design was even better than we could have imagined. She is so pleasant to work with, takes your budget into account, and is very detail-oriented and efficient. All of my friends, family, and vendors absolutely loved the invitations - they are so classy, well-designed, and elegant - and we were so ecstatic about the response. I hired her again for a custom sign request for our wedding. She used the same fonts from our invitation, and designed a piece that is one of a kind. Beautiful and Classy Wedding Stationary!

Deciding to work with Vy Vy at Invytations on our wedding stationary was one of the best decisions we made. Wedding planning can be stressful but working with Vy Vy was so easy. And what a joy to work with she was! She is very timely and extremely professional. I met with Vy Vy a few times and she worked with me to develop the style of our stationary. She really understood what I was looking for and I felt that my vision was realized in our stationary. This was important to me as it is one of the first things our guests will see and will set the tone of our wedding. Our custom save the dates and invitations were stunning! They were beautiful and classy. Even better than I had imagined. All our guests loved them, and we received TONS of compliments. They all cannot wait for the wedding! We couldn’t be happier. Efficient and beautiful

Invitations, gave us the best possible experience. They took the time to listen to us and understood what we really wanted. My wife and I are not big on wedding related projects. So we hired Invytations to do our thank you card. They took care of the cards and even helped us choose the right picture to use. Beautiful Invitations but so much more

I had the pleasure of working with Vy Vy for my wedding and let me tell you, without her help, my wedding would not have been what it was. Not only did she create my entire stationary suite, she actually kick-started the theme of my wedding, assisted in making color choices, guided me through additional needs from other vendors with regards to my stationary and made helpful recommendations regarding assembly and placement of the items day-of. She was quick to respond to every communication, extremely skilled in her execution of everything from save-the-dates to table charts, concierge cards and thank you cards. She made my wedding a beautiful day from start to finish. Working with Vy literally helped my wedding dreams come true! The moment I got engaged, I was so excited that I’d be able to work with Invytations on my stationary suite! We began this incredible journey with my engagement party invitations & day of stationary for the party— these were absolutely beautiful, it was like the official announcement of our engagement to our friends & family & Vy made it so special. My fiancé and I have taken the past year to truly celebrate our engagement and Vy has helped each event come to life! When the holidays came around, we wanted to begin our tradition of family holiday cards & she was able to design such fabulous cards to begin this tradition! She worked with my mom & bridesmaids for my bridal shower and even bachelorette party invites—these turned heads, even one of my guests told me they had to rearrange things on her schedule after she saw the invites to make sure she made it! :) One of the most special parts of our time engaged is when we wanted to send “official” invitations to our wedding party. Vy helped us design & create custom invitations and “proposal boxes” that literally blew us away & our wedding party still talks about them! We’re sticklers for details and can shamefully admit we’re extremely picky about a lot of things. However, we can humbly say Vy Vy met our every need and more. We were planning our wedding and needed someone who could execute a particular vibe we wanted to capture with our invitations and a good friend of ours referred Vy Vy. Immediately from the start of our first consultation meet-up with Vy Vy she was extremely prepared for all of our particular needs. She shared her archive of so many amazing concepts and ideas it’s at that point we knew we were in good hands. Although we initially planned to just work with her on our Save The Date, but because she exceeded our expectations so much, we kept her to work on all wedding prints including menus, programs, seating cards, etc. We really enjoyed working with her especially because she did the subtle things that were so important in the long haul. Vy Vy has immense passion in her work and she showed it with each project we worked on. On many occasions she even served as our second pair of eyes catching typos, punctuation errors and missing information. In addition to Vy Vy being as sweet as her signature mark a “pink heart", she’s very professional and a promise-keeper. One quick example, we had a few unexpected last-minute changes to several of our printouts 3 days prior to the big day and Vy Vy was able to take our order and deliver with no delay! My grandfather was turning 100 years old and my family decided to throw a party for him. I seen the work that Vy Vy has done in the past on social media and decided to see if she was available for the design. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Invytations. We had a few e-mails back and forth with some examples of what I was interested in and she was able to grasp the concept immediately and the invitation came out beautifully!! I hired Invytations to design my invitation suite for my upcoming wedding in July. My experience with Invytations was a great experience from start to finish. My requests were thoroughly received and communicated about in a prompt manner. I had very specific requests about the color, font and style I wanted and Vy Vy went above and beyond to meet all of my demands. She was very accommodating and had a clear picture of my invitation suite design in her mind and was able to execute it better than I could have ever imagined it. The level of customization/detail, personalization, etc. superceded what I imagined could be possible. I’m sure that the larger invitation suppliers out there would not send a customer various font options, color swatches and paper thickness options to choose from. Vy Vy was happy to present various options for me to choose from and helped me create an invitation design that will not be found anywhere else. Even when I was unsure about a decision or option, Vy Vy worked closely with me until we got exactly what I wanted. I appreciated her professional, yet, honest opinions and feedback. She always listened to what I wanted and also gave her professional recommendations, when necessary. I was so happy with my invitation suite that I also ordered additional day-of-stationary! If you are thinking about ordering invitations for any event, look no further. I promise you will not be disappointed and you won’t get this level of customization anywhere else. Vy Vy is incredibly talented, attentive, detailed, and timely. My wife and I asked for a LOT in a short time (multi-piece destination wedding invites, hotel welcome cards, and a schedule of events). With only a couple weeks of turn around time for the welcome cards and schedule, Vy Vy produced the nicest custom work. Beside being a pleasure to work with, and her remarkable speed, she created designs that matched exactly what we had in mind.

Initially, we met with Vy Vy to talk over what we were looking for more-or-less; she helped us figure it out, and then sent us a draft. She was very accommodating with meeting place, color and detail options, and worked hard to get the info and layouts we were looking for. I’m telling you: she’s so good that I promised her I’d write a review of how great she was to work with, even though my wife already had on our behalf. All I can is “WOW” Vy Vy of Invytations far exceeded my expectations for my custom wedding save the dates magnets and let me say, I am not an easy person to please when it comes to things like this. I had an idea in my mind after spending countless hours perusing through social media for examples of save the dates. When I met with Vy Vy, we pooled elements that I liked from each. Vy Vy was amazing! I had seen some of her work online and knew immediately that I wanted to use her services at some point and that opportunity came with our wedding. I contacted Vy Vy and explained to her my vision as well as provided examples of different wedding invitation styles I liked. She quoted me several times as I kept changing my mind about what I wanted which was very nice of her. She was flexible when we had to cancel our destination wedding and patient as we looked to secure a local wedding venue. Even with the location change as well as adding extra invitations since our wedding list grew, she delivered on time! I never imagined that my college friend that I met in photoshop class would 10 years later function as our wedding stationary extraordinaire through her company Invytations. Yes, this happened and I could not have been more happier with the results!!!

VyVy designed our wedding invitations and handled all our wedding day stationary including, our ceremony program, custom seating chart, meal cards, and signature drink menu. The work product produced for each of these items was special interweaving our themes for our overall wedding. VyVy's design skills speak for itself and her attention to detail rivals the best designers out there. Even though each of the designed pieces had unique components, what stood out most was her level of service during the process. She was integral from design to production, even helping us trouble shoot with our locally based Atlanta printer vendor on the day of (this almost never happens).

She communicated effectively and responded quickly throughout the process, which for anyone planning a wedding knows is incredibly important in reducing the wedding planning stress. There are many crucial decisions to be made when planning a wedding. Choosing a design vendor like Invytations who will go above and beyond makes the process better. In all, working with Invytations was one of our best wedding decisions and thus, I would highly recommend Invytations to all future event planners in need of design services, especially weddings.

From our initial conversation Vy and I hit it off. After texting back and forth discussing all my options my ideas and designs and cost we finally came up with a final sketch that she made reality and I couldn't be happier the final results everyone loves my invitations just like I do. Vy was very professional from the being her communication was impeccable and she made me feel comfortable about trusting her to create my invitations. Everything went according to plan her time line of when my invites would be ready was right on schedule and she even met me so I could pick up my invitations versus having them shipped. Vy Vy is truly a saint! We wanted pocket invitations and the quote we received from the preferred vendor with our venue literally shattered any hope of getting them. It was way out of our budget and we would have to put them together ourselves! I sent Vy Vy an email through the referral of a co-worker and within minutes she was getting to back to us and pricing stuff out before we ask. She had so many sample to choose from and created our invitations without any type of direction from us except that we wanted swirls. It was such a painless experience and actually quite enjoyable. She was constantly updating us and sent us a hard proof so we could see exactly what we were getting. Not to mention that Vy Vy is literally the nicest and most accommodating person we have dealt with throughout this whole wedding process. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to have the invitations of dream on a strict budget!

Working with Invytations has been such a relief! Vy Vy truly takes a lot of the party planning weight off your shoulders. Not only is she extremely dedicated to making your events memorable, but she is also very timely and pleasant. She designed invitations and cupcake toppers for my baby sister’s 1st birthday party, and ALL of our guests were fascinated by her designs! She also went above and beyond to meet our needs. I am the maid of honor for my sister's upcoming wedding and finding Vyvy to do the invitations was such a relief!

She was such a pleasure to work with! It's refreshing to work with someone who truly loves what they do. She's very easy to talk to and the whole experience is very interactive. Not only does she pay attention to all your suggestions, details of the wedding and the brides personality, but she gives her own feedback which actually helps the process a lot.

Choosing anything for a wedding is a bit overwhelming but with Vyvy it was pretty easy. She figures out what you're trying to convey and designs something beautiful.

Another part my mom, sister and I found important was she keeps you very updated and in the loop. My sister lives out of state and Vyvy made sure to have all 3 of us in an email so we could all give our feedback on every step of the way!

After my Vyvy sent us the first proof, my sister and her fiance had one suggestion. They wanted to change the font and very quickly, Vyvy responded back with the new font and it turned out BEAUTIFULLY!

There really are no complaints. She was on top of everything, hit every deadline on time, very kind and easy to work with, passionate and of course.. very talented!

Vy Vy went above and beyond. She provided several options for invites that all worked with the black and gold theme for my best friend's surprise birthday party. After I selected the theme and the glitter-lined envelopes, she was able to get the invites done quickly. Even after they were printed, she suggested rhinestones, which made the invitations even better. Since I was located not too far away, she personally met me and dropped the invitations off. I would definitely work with Invytations again!

The work Invytations did on my wedding invitations was amazing!!! I loved them, but when I started getting compliments and praises on how gorgeous they were, I loved them even more! I have had the pleasure of working with Vy Vy of Invytations on two separate occasions. First for my wedding in July of 2013 for invitations, menu, table cards, programs, and thank you cards, and most recently for my twin baby shower in July of 2014. First and foremost, Vy Vy is incredibly professional, constantly updating with her progress, and incredibly prompt with both her replies and process. Most notable, however, is Vy Vy’s care for each project she takes on and her use of her perfectionistic tendencies to ensure that all details (some of which I would never have thought of) were exactly as desired. Both designs were very unique and were above and beyond anything I had ever imagined possible. For the wedding invitations, Vy Vy took what I had imagined and made it infinitely more beautiful. Everything down to the minute color shades and fonts were carefully considered and tested before making a final decision. I knew I was getting exactly what I wanted, which put my mind at ease during the already stressful wedding planning process. Knowing I had someone looking out for this aspect of my wedding made the wedding planning process easier and more enjoyable. With the baby shower designs, Vy Vy came up with the “Peas in a Pod” theme and created invitations that were incredibly cute and detailed! Who would have thought to create an invitation where the babies are peas that come out of their pods to reveal all the logistical information? Both cute and functional, but also incredibly unique. I couldn’t be happier with the one-of-a-kind design. I also received compliments about the cuteness of the design by my shower attendees! Overall, it was such a pleasure working with Invytations. I plan to use their services for EVERY design need both now and in the future! I would highly recommend their services to anyone who wants a high quality custom design for their special events! You will not be disappointed!

Vy Vy designed and printed my Save the Dates and Invitations. I had a quick turnaround time on both orders. She had great communication from quoting the product all the way to delivery. She was also flexible with my requests and was able to meet my budget needs. I am happy we were able to use Invytations for both orders as the colors and patterns were consistent and I did not have to worry about the quality and timeliness of the product delivery. I used Invytations to design invites for my daughter’s first birthday party, and I was absolutely in love with the results. I hired Invytations to do our wedding invitations and like every bride to be I was a bit nervous. I’ve never had anyone create invitations for me. I’ve always just settled for store brands, which we all know are rather dull. Vy Vy immediately created mood boards with different types of fall invitations and ideas for our wedding in October. Once my fiance and I chose a design that fit our theme, Vy Vy then sent us options for paper, envelopes, and different ideas that would help make our invitations pop. With no hesitation, we moved onto the wording. She sent us over a dozen options for wording, which really eased the selection process. In addition to invitations, we also ordered matching RSVP cards, placecards, and bathroom basket signs for the reception. I can not say enough about VyVy she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We used her for our save the dates and everything else for our wedding. I have known Vy Vy for years, and she has always been one of the hardest-working, most creative people I know. When my fiance and I got engaged, I knew that Invytations would be a fantastic choice for our save-the-dates and wedding invitations! Even though I wasn’t great at describing exactly I wanted, Vy Vy was patient from start to finish, working late into the night to make sure my fiance and I were happy with the final product. In fact, at one point, I realized I had made a mistake in some of the information I had given to her for our invitations, and even though it was 100 percent my fault, Vy Vy went out of her way to fix the mistake and get the materials to me in time. In the end, our rustic fall-themed invitations were perfectly “us,” and we have received so many compliments from family and friends. We will definitely use Invytations again in the future. Invytations has a unique, creative, and fresh spin that the generic store-bought brands simply do not have. When it came time for my daughter’s baby shower, Vy Vy was more than willing to accommodate my needs. You can be involved as much as you want in the creation and design or you can leave everything in her hands. Either way, you won’t be left disappointed! In the process of creating my invitations, I wanted to stray away from the everyday cliche norms of pastel colors and Disney princess prints so I wanted a hot pink and light purple leopard print diaper. Vy Vy was right on board with me and did not dismiss my ideas. After the completion of the project, I was thrilled with what I saw and couldn’t wait to get them out the door for delivery. When the time came for the baby shower, she even went the extra mile and brought some matching shower games and parenting advice diaper cards as well as balloons. Only Vy Vy can come up with the ideas she has when planning an event. I know this firsthand because she was the one who planned my entire baby shower last year. The theme was teddy bears, which Vy Vy was able to incorporate tastefully in the custom invitations, shower games, and favor cards. Everything just seemed to come together immaculately, starting with the onesie invitations to the candy dessert bar to the onesie-shaped cake all the way to the parenting advice cards. To this day, I still receive comments from my guests about how beautiful it was. Professionally, Vy Vy will go above and beyond to make sure your event is everything you wanted and more. Her passion in her designs definitely reflects in the products she produces, whether it’s a simple invitation to a more elaborate and detailed cutout invitation. I first encountered the work of Invytations when a friend hired the company to make invitations for my surprise birthday party. Unfortunately, I did not have the pleasure of viewing the invitations prior to the event obviously; however, the finished product was so impactful and well made that I was actually upset that I did not get an actual invitation! Shortly thereafter, I enlisted Invytations’ help with designs for a fundraiser benefiting the Boston Marathon. Not only did Vy Vy provide flawless designs highlighting my raffle items, she brought several props to help tie concepts together. Without the help of Invytations, my event would not have been as successful as it was. I have also had additional encounters with the work of Invytations outside of my own events, including planning for my 10-year high school reunion. This was another flawless design project and event for Vy Vy. We received numerous compliments from the reunion attendees. Overall, Vy Vy demonstrates a high level of precision and accuracy regarding client requests as well as an advanced level of professionalism in all of her interactions with clients. When it comes to important events, would you want anything less?
