So glad we found Susan!

Susan is incredible! I had been trying to create invitations online and was overwhelmed and stressed by the whole process. We found Susan and she made everything easy and beautiful. She had so many options to choose from but helped us narrow things down quickly, plus provided great suggestions for small things that you wouldn't normally think about but make a big difference. We used Susan for the invitations and programs. If you want beautiful invitations with no stress, use Susan!

Perfection

Susan was a delight to work with to design my daughter's wedding invitations, I wouldn't consider my daughter as a bridezilla but my daughter definitely pays attention to details. Once my daughter connected with Susan after her search for the perfect invitation, she knew at the initial meeting that Susan was the one she wanted to design her wedding invitations, Susan is detailed orientated and not to mention her years of being in the profession was a plus as she had given my daughter suggestions which she never thought of. Both myself and my daughter would recommend Invitations by Susan's to anyone that is looking for perfection.

Love Susan!

I have used Susan for two of my daughters weddings. She has printed everything from the invitations to the envelopes to the menu cards to the place cards… Always perfect and always on time. Love working with her!

Timely, professional, and helpful!

Susan was a pleasure to work with! She met with us several times and was very patient as we looked through dozens of invitations. Susan quickly understood what we were looking for and was able to guide us and give us suggestions. She made the process fun and enjoyable. Absolutely AMAZING! Susan is the BEST!

Highly, highly recommend!

Susan did my wedding invitations, church programs, and place cards. Everything came out so beautiful and Susan is so pleasant to work with! She responds quickly and her prices are very responsible! I can’t say enough good things about my experience! When I needed more envelopes printed or more place cards she had it done that day! I will be sure to tell all my friends and family to go to her for their weddings/ events!

When it came time to pick out invitations, I received numerous recommendations to meet with Susan and I am so glad I did! Susan immediately saw my wedding vision and helped guide me to the perfect wedding invitations, response cards, reception cards, envelopes and thank you cards. I was looking for a simple and classic invite different from those seen on Pinterest. She had samples and books upon books to help guide and design my idea. Her knowledge of the entire invite process was beyond what I had expected. I highly recommend Invitations by Susan and I cannot wait to send my invitations out at the end of the week!

She is extremely proffessional alert, patient, dedicated and very responsive. it was a quick decision for me to hire her. I don't believe how easy she made every single detail that seemed difficult to me. Her invitation card designs are gorgeous, price friendly and absolutely a bunch of options to pick from.. i highly recommend this vendor.

Susan instantaneously picked the most elegant wedding invitations for my daughter and had wonderful suggestions for the reception cocktail napkins, menu card and thank you notes. In addition, she was always available to answer questions....even took time out of her vacation. I would recommend her without hesitation. Susan has a wide array of products and really does beautiful work. We were very pleased with everything.

Susan is a wonderful professional person and will bend over backwards to help even in the last minute when we had to change some tables around and she re did the table cards three days before the wedding. You could ask for no better if you need invitations and related materials.

I was recommended Invitations by Susan by my sister in law and her sister. Both of them had beautiful invitations at their weddings, so I decided to give her a try. I had previously looked at getting invitations through my florist and venue, but after meeting with Susan and seeing that she offered hundreds of different styles, and knew so much about every single one, I knew I wanted to work with her. We ended up choosing a beautiful invitation that many people have commented on saying how elegant and classy it is even though it wasn't over the top with designs. Susan also did the calligraphy which made the invitations that much better. She was very easy to work with and communicate with and I'm very happy we chose her for our invitations!

Invitations by Susan was one of the best choices my husband and I made. We were looking for something affordable yet quality for our invitations and that is exactly what we found. We did not want to go with anything too busy or too complicated we wanted a classy, simple, clean cut look and that is what we got. We let her know what we wanted and she directed me to exactly that. She offers everything from the invitations to the envelopes and even the calligraphy. We loved the work on the invitations so much that we ended up ordering our Thank You notes from there as well, which matched the main invitation. Susan worked with us on our invitations, place cards, programs, customized napkins, matches and table numbers. She was incredible and made things so much easier for us! We truly enjoyed going to meet with her to discuss design and options, she helped us get through these steps very quickly. She was even able to create 8-10 different customized cocktail napkins with music quotes that we requested. I would HIGHLY recommend working with her for all of your needs.

Susan is the best at what she does! She was extremely responsive and very helpful. The invitations we selected were in my budget and just exactly what I envisioned. Susan was a pleasure to work with and always willing to meet or talk on the phone, as needed. She had so many great ideas and options that I was able to consider and is a perfectionist! We ended up using Susan for both my bridal shower and wedding invitations, and I wouldn't consider using anyone else in the future. She made sure everything ran smoothly and was on time. Susan was amazing to work with. It took about 20 minutes to find the perfect invitations for my fall wedding. Prices are so reasonable and definately affordable. Choosing them was not overwhelming at all. She listened to what I wanted and helped me narrow it down. I definitely recommend going to Susan rather than picking online! Invitations haven't been sent yet but those who have seen them say they are gorgeous!! Thank you Susan!

Susan provided us with our invitations, place cards, as well as custom table numbers. She was so great to work with. I couldn't find invitations that I loved so she helped me piece together different invitations to give us the most amazing invitations, and exactly what I dreamed of! We changed up the typical table numbers and used our favorite Bruins players instead, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered! She also matched the fonts of the table cards to that of the place cards. Those little touches tied everything together!

I met Susan through a bridal show and even at the show she was informative and helpful with all my questions. I had many meetings with her about my invitations and she was always accommodating with my busy schedule. I kept changing my mind with what I wanted and she always had new ideas to show me and never got annoyed with me at all, I do believe I was a hard customer :)
She also did my "Save the Dates" and they came out wonderful. I highly recommend Susan if you are a busy bride on a tight schedule. Susan will take the time to make sure your invitations are what you want.

Susan was great to work with- I wasn't sure about what style I wanted- Susan has a whole room filled with binders of different invitations- she was able to narrow down what I liked and didn't like and helped design our invitations. They came out amazing and was able to get them in a short time frame.

Susan was a pleasure to work with! She was flexible when scheduling appointments, responsive when there were questions, and helpful when we needed design advice. Susan walked us through the process of designing an invitation by going over the different invitations, envelopes, RSVP cards, fonts, spacing and more. I was extremely happy with the prompt service, quality of merchandise, value, and wide array of options available at Invitations by Susan. Susan presented a broad range of wedding invitations, gave professional advice without being pushy and took as much time as necessary until we found what we wanted. Susan was easily accessible, responded in a very timely manner, and I was able to make changes as needed. We received many compliments on all the invitations (save-the-date, wedding and shower, as well as ceremony programs). My mother also ordered personalized note cards for each wedding shower guest through Susan. They looked adorable and were greatly appreciated by the guests. Invitations by Susan provided great services. She helped me when choosing my invitations, and gave me great insight. The invitations were a quick turnaround, including the beautiful caligraphy provided for addressing my guests. Invitations by Susan will also be providing my place cards for my guests at the reception.

I loved working with Susan! I did my wedding invitations with her, as well as my ceremony programs and reception menus. She was so helpful and always responded very quickly. Susan also was great with making suggestions, which I definitely needed. She was also very knowledgeable about paper color, format, and font choices. I would highly recommened Susan to a friend!

Susan is amazing!! She is very personable and was a pleasure to work with. I ordered my Save the Dates and Invitations from her and will also be ordering my escort cards when it's time for that. She has an unbelievable selection, whether you are on a budget or not, you will find something you absolutely love!! If there is something you specifically want but don't see, she will get it custom for you!! She has a huge board in her office of invitations that she has printed, along with endless books of different styles, so you can take a look at different ways of doing things. She isn't the type of vendor who tries to get you to spend more than you want. I looked at a few different styles and with each one she said "Well, if you do this, you can save yourself some money" She took the time to go over every detail with me and I couldn't be more pleased! I have not mailed them out yet but I showed them to my parents and my brother and they were in love with them! They are simple but with the details she recommended they look elegant. After I left my appointment, there were a few questions I had so I would email her and she was very quick to get back to me! She emailed me the proof two times just so I could double check everything before they were printed. I would absolutely recommend her to a friend! I recommended her to my brother and future sister in law and they are just as pleased as I am! I will definitely being using Susan in the future!!!

Susan was referred to me by quite a few people. And she did not disappoint! Susan was great to work with, she had so much to choose from! She helped me determine when to send them out, when to have them come back...she is very knowledgable and very personable...makes you feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I have heard from so many invited guests that the invitations we sent out were the most beautiful invitation they have ever received, that was a great feeling, and it is all thanks to Susan.

I highly recommend going to Invitations by Susan! She was so creative and excellent to work with. I got all of my paper products through her: Wedding Invitations, Programs, Place Cards, Brunch Invites etc and everything came out beautiful!!! It can certainly be overwhelming and time consuming looking at so many different invites and Susan was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. My fiance and I were a bit behind schedule on choosing and ordering invites, but Susan was able to get us a proof right away and order the invites that week. If you are looking for someone who is going to take the stress out of creating your save the dates and wedding invitations, I would highly recommend Invitations by Susan! I did both my save the dates and wedding invitations with her, and I’m happy that I did.

Susan was extremely reliable, and very good at responding to emails immediately with regard to any questions I had, and if she didn’t have the answer to my questions, she would call the invitation company and get the answer for me immediately. As a bride, you are dealing with a million other things, so having someone else to do some of the leg work is really helpful.

Also, when my invitations came in, all of the envelops had a little silver dot on them from when the return addresses had been printed. Although it was hardly noticeable, and no one would have known because each guest only gets one envelope, Susan, on her own initiative, called the invitation company, and made them reprint and expedite an entire new box of envelopes for me. Being the perfectionist that I am, that really meant a lot.

So trust me, if you are trying to make everything perfect for your big day, Susan is the type of person you want doing your save the dates and invitations, as these simple cards are the first impression that everyone will get of what is to come!

I highly recommend her, and would definitely use her again!

I know sometimes people give 5 out of 5 just because - but Susan definitely earned a 5 in every category! Her quality of service was spot on. There were no botches in the invitations at all. Every time I emailed her she responded by the next day at the latest (and that was because she had a show going on). Her level of professionalism was amazing. She made my fiancee and I feel so comfortable and we didn't have to worry about anything - she took care of it all. We told her what we were looking for in Save the Dates and Invitation packages and she took care of narrowing it down. She really captured our style with her level of expertise. Honestly, she really does care about her brides and other customers. Its a good feeling to have when you're planning a wedding!

Susan was great! I'm not a DIY person by any means and didn't want to order to my invitations off of a random internet site, which is why I met with Susan! Susan listened to what I wanted and patiently helped me find the perfect invitations. My invitations were exactly what I wanted and they came in a very timely manner. Susan was great to work with. She offered valuable suggestions, dealt with the printers and calligrapher for us and was not thrown off track by everyone's hectic schedules. Susan was AMAZING!!! She always got right back to each and every one of my emails. I got so many compliments on my invitations. She has every style you could want. From budget friendly to over the top Susan has it. If she does not have it, she will get it for you!! I found shower invitations I loved that she did not carry, and 1 day later she had them for me!! There was a small mishap with my response cards, but Susan handled it right away!!! I plan to use Susan for all of my invitations from now on!!!! She is a doll!!!!!

Susan was wonderful to work with! I found her selection to be the best in the area (and that was after shopping at least 10 stores prior to her!). She was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. She even printed our envelopes for us, and they turned out beautifully! Susan was great to work with. I was not the average bride and was looking for invitations that would really make a statement and set the tone for my wedding, Susan listened to my ideas and helped guide me in the right direction. The invitations were amazing quality and really blew people away. She was extremely responsive to all my emails and completed all my requests in a timely manner. I purchased my gorgeous Invitations from Susan. She was wonderful to work with and I felt at ease throughout the whole process. Susan did give us a 25% discount, but our invitations were still pretty costly, as it would be anywhere. She does have some more inexpensive ones. Susan also has other services such as escort cards, table numbers, etc. I was a DIY Bride so I did alot myself. I would recommend having the invitations professionally done though.
