Best Vendor Ever

Invitation Bee was the best vendor to work with! She responded in a timely manner and the turn around is amazing. She was able to design and make an invitation that I never thought I would be able to afford! Best experience with a vendor!

The Easiest Part of the Planning Process

Invitation Bee was recommended to us by our venue. I had originally planning on either making my own or ordering them through Shutterfly or something similar. After talking to Invitation Bee, my fiance and I decided to go with her. She made absolutely gorgeous invitations suites for us that were exactly what we wanted - we wouldn't have been able to do that with Shutterfly! She was very reasonably priced, and the turnaround was insanely quick! I had everything in my hand in less than two weeks. We got so many compliments on them, too. I usually have at least one thing not-so-great to say about vendors, but I seriously can't think of a single less-than-positive thing about working with Invitation Bee!

Bea is a joy to work with-- she responds promptly and is extremely easy to work with. She went above and beyond to help us with our custom invitations for our wedding and the price was very budget friendly. If you're a last minute bride, like myself then Bea is what you need! Bea had my save the dates ready in two days and my invitations were done in little than a week! Awesome service! Thanks Bea, my invitations are beautiful!!!

Amazing! I will use her for any invitation need I have from now on. She made the whole process so easy. She already had an example of our invitation the first night we met. I believe she had the invitations ready for us in a week. I keep getting so many compliments on how beautiful our wedding invitations are. Highly recommend her!

Bea was awesome! She listened to my fiancé and I and created the perfect invitation for us. We wanted something custom and got a lot of quotes from other printers. Beautiful was absolutely the most reasonable! She takes great care to make sure every detail is perfect. We're so happy with them and have gotten so many compliments.

Ms Bea was an absolute joy to work with! I like many other women, procrastinated until the last minute to get invites. Bea was very courteous, patient, knowledgeable, provided me with many options. Above all, she ASSURED me that she could and would deliver. Not only did Ms Bea take my order with short notice, but she got my invitations completed sooner than promised! I feel so lucky to have found Bea. She was very attentive and patient with me and my many, many requests. She took my google search images and created totally unique invitations which I received many compliments on. She also created our wedding programs and place cards which are beautiful and unique. Oh my goodness!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bea and her quality of work! She was able to design and make an invitation for our wedding that I never thought I would be able to afford! She was so wonderful and so patient through all the design changes that my fiance wanted to make! Bea was absolutely amazing! we picked out the theme and colors we wanted; she gave us different examples of designs and different things she could do. We called and met up with her that very same day, Bea was very thorough and direct, excellent prices and very good work. Very flexible! I called her because I forgot a few people and within a few hours she made the invitations and met up with us. I love her! very good at what she does and was still courteous, friendly and did exactly what we wanted. Definitely recommend her!

My fiancé and I are are so blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Bea from Invitation Bee. Her service was beyond what we could have ever expected. She was very kind, approachable, professional, and also listened to our vision for our wedding invitations. Our wedding invitations were immaculate yet affordable, which is what we wanted for our invitations. Bea was wonderful to work with on my Save the Dates! She completely customized it to look exactly as I wanted and offered great suggestions. After she created a first draft, we made some changes, and she produced a second. She is really dedicated to creating what is perfect for you. One of my most valuable finds while planning my daughter's wedding, was discovering "Invitation Bee". After doing extensive research, I was thrilled to find Bea. We had looked through numerous sample invitation books without success. Anything close(?) to what my daughter was looking for, was so expensive. So, it was exciting to realize that we could have a customized invitation for such a reasonable price. Because of her abilities and quality of work, we had Bea do our wedding invitations, shower invitations, bridesmaids luncheon invitations (so cute), printed and assembled our ceremony programs, our reception table reserve signs, printed and assembled banners used at the reception. Every job performed was completed beautifully and promptly. Bea is creative..I always valued her input. She listened and considered everything we expressed and presented us with a product that was exceptional. She would always keep us informed on the progress of each project. We were always treated as though we were her #1 priority. When she presented me with our last order, I almost wished I had another wedding to plan:) The months working with Bea were enjoyable and I have no doubt that Bea will continue to bless other brides with her beautiful work!! No matter what your budget, do not hesitate to contact Bea. I'm confident she will exceed your expectations.

Bea is an amazing person to work with! With all the stress that comes with a wedding, rest assured, working with Bee Invitations will be a stress-free highlight. She is extremely accommodating and awesomely affordable. My fiance and I changed our invitation MANY times, and we never felt shamed or as if we were wasting Bea's time. She made designing our invitation fun. When we got our final bill, we were amazed at her prices! When we got our invitations and thank you cards, we were extremely pleased with the quality. Our invitations were luxurious and so fun! Only caveat, Bee Invitations does not accept credit cards, so be prepared with other forms of payment. Otherwise, exceptional! I highly recommend Bee Invitations!

I was not looking forward to the invitation process in regards to my wedding planning. Bea, however,
made the process so easy. She asked me to email her pics of invitations we liked. Upon our first meeting,
she had made "mock"invitations exactly like the ones we emailed her only with our information on them
so we could get an idea of how they would look in person. Her prices were more than half 1/2 the price of another vendor in the same area. She was very professional and completed our invitations quickly. We also used her for our cermony programs as well.

My daughter and I planned a wedding 1600 miles apart and agreed on very little. Bea recently made my wedding invitations, rsvp and general map cards for me. Bea did an amazing job, in working with her she design the invitations just as I had asked for. My invitations were reasonably priced and delivered within days of meeting with her. I especially liked her special touch of packaging the final product at time of delivery. I will definetly use Invitation Bee's services for any upcoming event and I will refer her services to family and friends

The Board of Directors of the Sebastopol (CA) Area Senior Center wanted to enhance our fund raising efforts at our annual event "Aged to Perfection" by highlighting our "Special Needs".
Invitation Bee filled our requirements with special attention to the detail of the card given out to each person. The look was elegant and the wording on the card was enhanced with a ribbon and a jewel enbellishment. People responded whole heartedly and our event was the most successful to date. The right "look and feel" of each card definitely helped us fulfill our goal.

I recently had baby shower invitations made by Invitation Bee. They were adorable! Bea did a great job customizing the invitation and adding details the mother-to-be wanted. Will definitely use her in the future.

Invitation Bee designed, printed, and assembled my wedding invitations for my October 2009 wedding. Bea did an incredible job. She was really nice and easy to work with and my invitations turned out BEAUTIFUL!!! She always promptly responded to any emails and was incredibly flexible to my last minute changes. I also ordered matching thank you notes and table reservation signs. I was very impressed with the quality of both items. My husband and I recently used Invitation Bee again to create our puppy adoption announcements...which are SOOOO CUTE!!! I highly recommend Invitation Bee to all brides and anyone else who needs invitations or announcements.

One in a million. My husband and I were truck drivers when I came to Bea and she made the process of invitations simple and easy. She helped me to create invitations and save the dates more beautiful than I had conceived in my concept stage. Everyone loved them so much so, I had to hide one to make sure I had a keepsake! I used Invitation Bee for my wedding invitations, escort cards and thank you cards, and was very satisfied! Bea was so easy to work with and was very helpful by showing samples and providing good advice. It didn't take long at all to receive my order and the product came in perfect condition and was exactly what I had ordered.
