Kelly captured our design for our cake so perfectly!!! My jaw seriously dropped when we saw it in all its glory for the first time! It was absolutely delicious as well. Couldn’t be more pleased!! -
User952150 Sent on 09/29/2012We came across Kelly while planning our wedding at Sebastiani in Sonoma in September and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She created delicious cupcakes for us, including red velvet, cookies and creme (with real oreos.....that's a must with me), and chocolate salted caramel. They were sooooo good, and looked adorable at our wedding. Working with Kelly was easy, stress-free and not at all time consuming, which any brides know is a total blessing during the planning process! I would definitely recommend her and hope to have the opportunity to taste her cakes again!! -

User2769231 Sent on 09/15/2016Not having a traditional wedding cake for our wedding day, I asked Kelly to replicate a rugby ball groom's cake as a surprise for my soon to be husband, and she did not disappoint. The cake was amazing and he was floored by how accurate it was, even down to the little details like our wedding date on the bar code. It was a hit with all of our wedding guests as well as his rugby team! -

I have a soy allergy and she managed to work with me to make the most incredible chocolate, banana and caramel cake. It was extremely elegant yet modern in design and our tasting with her was so much fun. She has tons of images of all of her designs and they are beautiful! Highly recommend Kelly and Inticing Creations. We hope to make an anniversary cake with her!

Mae Sent on 09/21/2014My venue had an all-inclusive contract, so I had no choice but to use this vendor.
I think our timing was off from the start. When I signed my venue's contract, I wanted to schedule my cake tasting right away (my engagement was only 6 months) and ask a few questions, but I caught Kelly right as she was out on an epic vacation in Italy. She didn't respond until she came back, but she was accommodating in scheduling a tasting on the same day as my engagement shoot.
When we got there, we were asked to wait outside since someone else was finishing their tasting. It was hot that day (which is odd for San Francisco), so it would've been nice if we were offered chairs or if we could've waited inside.
I brought picture samples and explained what we wanted. She said it would be no problem. This was a small 2 tier cake for 35 people, so I didn't doubt her. The tasting went great, even though we were rushed. The cake at the tasting was moist and I was looking forward to the cake more than the actual wedding.
On my actual wedding day, the cake did not look like what we discussed. Nor did it look like it was even made by her. I've seen her other cakes and they are gorgeous. Our cake had some lumps in the fondant and the design on the bottom tier of the cake was majorly disappointing. The fondant was chewy and the cake itself was dry. The flavor was good, but the texture of the fondant and the dryness masked the unique flavors (salted caramel chocolate and white chocolate chai).
If I redid my wedding, I'd bring a cake from an outside vendor.
