Very knowledgeable, proffessional and ovwrall nice

Wow so there I was walking in to buy an engagement ring. I wanted my fiance to be happy but also didnt want to be broke. We were greeted given seats and drinks...huh ok I felt more at ease. Then Jennifer came over and was amazing! She made us both feel good and was so attentive to my fiance's needs, even price. Jennifer made the whole experience flawless (see what I did there). Before we were done Jennifer discovwred I was a 1st responder and explained how IDC offers discounts to active military and 1st responders. WOW! Uh no one else offered that to me. The overall experience was great my fiancee loves the ring, we got a great deal, and the extras IDC includea are fantastic! I 100% recommend IDC Sand Lake and Jennifer Tunstall!

Always leave happy

I have bought many pieces of very beautiful jewelry from this location and Juesette is always very helpful. The entire staff there is very nice, courteous, they don't pressure you and they make going there a great decision. Juesette does a great job, thank you for always helping me pick the right piece.

IDC is the place to go for your jelwery needs!

Bobbi is such a wonderful employee at the Carrollwood location. She helped my (now) husband find the perfect diamond and band for my engagement ring and was so patient in explaining everything to him throughout the process in picking out the perfect ring for me. We also purchased his wedding band, my wedding band, and my wedding day necklace from here and couldn't be happier with our purchases and how at ease we felt throughout the entire process at every visit. The also did an amazing job in professionally cleaning my ring for our wedding day to look like it had from day 1! Thank you for making our experience an unforgettable one!

Great Quality Meets Exceptional Service

We had an amazing experience at International Diamond Center - Waterford Lakes, primarily due to the personal attention and care we received each time we were there. Carleen and Juesette were so friendly and helpful as we chose my husband's wedding band. They worked with us to ensure the customization was exactly what we wanted and that the ring would arrive on time despite our short engagement. We had such a positive experience that we decided to get my engagement ring and wedding band resized there, even though we purchased them through another jeweler. When we returned to the store, it felt like visiting friends. I was nervous to part with my rings and concerned how a resize might affect the intricate engraved design, but the team impressed us yet again with high quality service - my rings fit perfectly and looked just as beautiful as the day my husband proposed. Thank you so much to all our friends at IDC!

Larry at the Waterford lakes IDC was the most helpful person i have ever met. spent about a hour with me going over pictures of rings my soon to be fiance hinted to me about. we finally found the exact one. not once did i feel rushed or miss guided. Once we found it he found the best options for purchase for my needs and prepared everything i needed to have the ring look great and my paperwork ready to go. Everyone Larry is the guy to talk. My husband had a hard time to chose a diamond gift for me for our 5 years anniversary . He came to the IDC in PSL twice and spent there a lot of time choosing right gift for me . He told me that he was assisted by Debbie and she was very nice , professional and patient with him . I appreciate my husband’s choice, but few days later I came to the IDC to see what else does they have , I liked the gift but was not in love with that ( just a woman :) ) . When I came to the IDC I saw by my eyes how professional, client oriented and well organized employees working there . I also came with my 2 kids (2 and 4 yo ) , they were behaving good , but not the best of course , but everyone at that store was very nice and kind that even my kids felt so good and very welcomed at that place .
Debbie was great with me too , she listen to me and tried to show me different options. I did know much about diamonds that time, and Debbie was very patient with me too (even we spent about 2-3 hours choosing the right diamond and the ring ) , she went with me through tall the process of choosing diamond and explained a lot.
I don’t want to go so much in to details because my review would be be so very long this way . I just want to say it was such a pleasure to meet very professional and customer oriented people, it definitely was my best experience at jewelry store . I appreciate Debbi and the Store Manager for being so very professional and flexible to me . Highly recommend this place if you want to buy hight quality diamonds or jewelry.

The staff at IDC are very friendly, quick to greet each and every customer, and very helpful with wedding ring options. I am very traditional when it comes to marriage and wedding rings and the ladies at IDC fully respected that. This is an A++ jeweler; not because the prices are great but because the customer service is second to none!

Photos just don't do justice!

MY fiancé and I had our rings custom made at IDC in Orlando. I had a few photos of rings I really liked and wanted to combine them into something perfect for my petite hands. My fiancé found a ring he loved and had it custom sized to be thinner, 2-toned, and brush finished rather than high shine. We couldn't be happier with the results!!

Took my wife’s ring in to get 2 stones replaced. Was quoted $676 by Jared and IDC did it for $90. Just picked the ring up today and the ring looks better than the day I bought it. Great value and amazing customer service. Ask for Isaida, she will make your day 😉

To day I had a chance to sneak away from my girl to go and buy engagement ring .

Went to IDC Sandlake Orlando, FL to look for an engagement ring, but we ended up also buying our wedding bands. Debbie and Christian were very patient, nice, and helpful, especially Lillian Santalla because she was there when we needed her and she also took her time with us. They made sure that we left IDC with the smiles on our faces. These people are awesome and on top of that, their products are with the best quality. Thank you so much IDC! We will come back again!

George made all the difference- very knowledgeable and no pressure!

I would say the biggest difference between IDC and other stores is that the company takes care of its employees and because of that you get a much better, more comfortable, more trustworthy experience as a buyer. George Pachon was my salesperson and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and had the right balance to make the experience fun! Felt no pressure- no getting swarmed when you walk in. We'd love to buy from George again and go see him! He will help you find just what you ate looking for and more!

George at IDC Sandlake Rd was a great consultant. I went in with little knowledge and idea of what I wanted and he took the time to teach me of diamonds and show me their collections. I never felt rushed, pressured, or like a bother. I truly appreciated his professionalism and knowledge!

Wonderful experience and quality diamonds!

First of all - WE LOVE CAITLYN! She is the BEST. My now-husband I went looking at rings and worked with Caitlyn. She listened to what we wanted, showed us different pieces, and explained so much about diamonds and the designers and every other thing we asked about. We kind of wrote off a particular designer and then based on more things we said as the visit went on, she helped us revisit the designer and ultimately fell in love with the designer based on her helping bring our vision together!

My fiancé worked with Caitlyn to buy my engagement ring and we also went back to Caitlyn to get our wedding bands. The experience is always wonderful, we get undivided attention and we feel a real connection with Caitlyn. She knows us, our likes, and we will be long-time customers of hers in the years to come!

What a pleasant experience it was coming to the IDC Sand Lake location for my fiancées engagement ring. Lily was very welcoming the moment we walked in the door, she helped with any questions we had, no pressure, and made us feel right at home. Daniel, our gemologist, was extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions we had (A TON). Amazing! My fiancé bought my engagement ring from there, and received so much better service and flexibility from IDC than from other jewelry stores, so we knew we would have to go back there for the wedding rings. Unlike other jewelers that we visited, IDC was there for US, not the sales commission. Even though they were very busy because there was a sale going on, they took time to listen to what we needed and find something our style in our price range. No trying to upsell. No pressure. And they let us take as long as we needed and try on whatever we wanted. They have the best service and product in the industry. We are life-long clients from this point on. After a engagement ring nightmare with another jeweler, my fiance and I went to IDC in Savannah to look for a replacement ring. From the first moment we stepped in the door we wished we would've came here first. We were greeted promptly by Sandy who listened to our story of how we got here, and didn't hesitate to reassure me throughout the entire process. We thought we knew what we were looking for until we saw a unique mounting that would be perfect after a few custom changes were made. We also picked out a handful of diamonds to be brought in for us to see, and made a plan to return the following weekend. Sandy's enthusiasm is utterly contagious, and we couldn't wait to see what was in store when we returned.
The custom CAD drawings blew us away along with the quality of diamonds that were brought in. Sandy and Gary made us feel like the most important customers and went out of their way to make sure we left with a ring, even though the mounting would have to be custom made to order. It came in a week early and is the most stunning ring I have ever seen!
I can't say enough about Sandy and the staff at IDC. They took a challenging situation and truly turned it into the joyous occasion that an engagement should be!
If you are on the fence about where to start shopping, go see Sandy at IDC.
Tell her "The Hurricane" sent you. I promise you won't regret it.
