Bobbi is such a wonderful employee at the Carrollwood location. She helped my (now) husband find the perfect diamond and band for my engagement ring and was so patient in explaining everything to him throughout the process in picking out the perfect ring for me. We also purchased his wedding band, my wedding band, and my wedding day necklace from here and couldn't be happier with our purchases and how at ease we felt throughout the entire process at every visit. The also did an amazing job in professionally cleaning my ring for our wedding day to look like it had from day 1! Thank you for making our experience an unforgettable one! -

MY fiancé and I had our rings custom made at IDC in Orlando. I had a few photos of rings I really liked and wanted to combine them into something perfect for my petite hands. My fiancé found a ring he loved and had it custom sized to be thinner, 2-toned, and brush finished rather than high shine. We couldn't be happier with the results!! -

To day I had a chance to sneak away from my girl to go and buy engagement ring .
So I went into your store International diamonds to buy my girlfriend engagement ring. Juesette came up to help me I told
her that Dellia usually helps me but she
wasn’t in today so Juesette help me. She
was so awesome. I told her what I was looking for and she found me the perfect engagement ring. I have been in entenational Diamonds three time and had excellent service from Delia and Juesette and every one else I have come run into.

First of all - WE LOVE CAITLYN! She is the BEST. My now-husband I went looking at rings and worked with Caitlyn. She listened to what we wanted, showed us different pieces, and explained so much about diamonds and the designers and every other thing we asked about. We kind of wrote off a particular designer and then based on more things we said as the visit went on, she helped us revisit the designer and ultimately fell in love with the designer based on her helping bring our vision together!
My fiancé worked with Caitlyn to buy my engagement ring and we also went back to Caitlyn to get our wedding bands. The experience is always wonderful, we get undivided attention and we feel a real connection with Caitlyn. She knows us, our likes, and we will be long-time customers of hers in the years to come! -

They helped him pick out the perfect ring and made it a really nice experience. Lauren and Linda went above and beyond to help make the process smooth and easy for a guy who wasn't very diamond savvy. What makes them great though is that we went back to get our wedding bands and worked with Linda again. In fact we saw her many times over the past 10 months and she was fabulous. She was always happy to answer questions, they held our bands until we were ready for the wedding and she helped us set up engraving. By the time we finally picked up our bands Linda was giving us hugs and we felt like friends. Great experience all around. I would definitely go back herfe for future jewelry purchases! -

User2497143 Sent on 01/07/2016My boyfriend and I went in on New Year's Eve and really did not know what to expect. We were greeted by Taylor and told him we were looking for engagement rings. He escorted us to that side of the store and proceeded to provide us with some education on diamonds (the 4 Cs) and explained a little about IDC's history. I had done my homework beforehand, but it was reassuring that what he told me lined up with what I had already read.
He asked what I was looking for and we kind of just started from scratch. He showed me different size stones, shapes, settings, and diamonds at various points on the scale of the Cs. Soon enough we were the only people in the store, so we had undivided attention, which felt great. We were there for quite a while, but Taylor and the other sales people hung in there with us to the end. They didn't make us feel bad because we weren't spending 5, 10, 15 thousand dollars and they helped us to find something that fit our needs.
Our budget was not anything spectacular, so I was shocked at the quality of the diamond we were able to purchase (Pear brilliant, D, VS1, GIA certified). We were even offered a coupon! We chose to utilize their 12 month interest free financing, and we came back after the holiday to pick up my sized ring. It sparkles like no tomorrow, and I have gotten TONS of compliments.
I was referred to IDC on Alafaya Trail in Orlando by a satisfied customer and friend, and I will definitely recommend them to others. I had a great experience, and I look forward to going back to get our bands once the wedding draws closer (we will have a long engagement because I'm a doctoral student). -

We're about to be moving before the wedding there isn't an IDC there so I asked about having my ring dipped again and after having them sottered together and they will allow me to ship it to them and even recommended some place locally I can go. You can't beat their prices either! -

Together they picked out my beautiful ring! Every time I go into IDC, the staff is warm and inviting, and I LOVE getting my ring cleaned for free! Such a great perk of purchasing from there too. Shannon Sent on 07/04/2014I chose International Diamond Center on Ulmerton Rd. for two reasons: 1) They have Tacori!! and 2) It was recommended to us by a friend to go there and work with Lee Fagelson. Lee was very professional and no nonsense; he is very good at what he does. My Tacori bridal set is just amazing and even more beautiful on! The hand-crafted design was customized for me and is exquisite. I am so glad I chose to go with this ring. My wedding had a whole vintage theme and my engagement ring completely fits the vintage profile! I absolutely love it. My husband's wedding band is simple, but elegant and compliments my set perfectly. I would love to work with Lee again in the future as he was so helpful. Thank you for everything!
