    We haven't seen the video yet, but they were awesome. He had a partner so we had two cameras taping the whole wedding and reception. We cant wait to see the final DVD.

    Ken Boggs did a phenomenal job capturing all the previous moments from our wedding day. The video is a favorite keepsake from that special day and we enjoy watching if each year on our anniversary. The day goes by so quickly and there are many moments that would be missed by a bride and groom that are bursting with emotion and being pulled in a million directions from family photos to cake cutting to that first dance... But Ken caught them all on film! And he did it all without being intrusive. We would highly recommend him for your videography needs!

    Ken was great! He was unobtrusive on the wedding day and got nearly everything that I wanted. I barely knew he was there until he was done for the night and asked me if I was ok with him heading out. The video turned out wonderfully and will be something my husband and I cherish forever. I would have done a more expensive package had it been in the budget since the film is a lot of fun to watch! Two pieces of feedback: 1) This wasn't a problem with Inspired Images specifically, but I would tell brides to try to be as specific with videographers and photographers as possible if you want certain shots. Both mine missed one or two things I wanted, but it wasn't their fault as I just wasn't specific enough. e.g. I wanted the entire communion ceremony since my sister was singing, but it wasn't customary for him to film all of that since it's usually pretty boring. 2) Inspired Images is a bit slow to respond sometimes, but generally always returned calls.     End product of video was great. However, time frame to get the video back was long, kept promising different dates and times and it was never ready on those dates and times promised, also took awhile some times to return a call or email.

    I do apologize for the delay on getting your video finished. There was a problem with multiple post production equipment (editing computer and hard drives) that needed to be fixed and took much longer than anticipated. This is what caused the estimated dates to change.

    Very long wait for video, worth it in the end

    Ken was extremely personable and professional before and during our wedding. He was present for every moment, without ever being "in the way". We were very pleased with his performance pre-ceremony, ceremony, reception, and afterparty. However, the difficulty began after the wedding. Ken had assured me that we could expect to have our completed videos in approximately 6-8 weeks, possibly sooner due to the time of year, but in the end, it took 9 1/2 months and involvement of an attorney to receive our completed products. The videos themselves, however, were absolutely perfect and amazing. In hindsight, we would hire Inspired Image video again, but I believe we would withhold a portion of the fees until delivery of product and/or insist on the inclusion of a deadline in our contract before signing. I would recommend, but with that caveat.

    No communication

    Inspired image was the videographer for both of my best friends’ weddings. I thought he did a great job being everywhere during the ceremonies and receptions. Best of all, their final videos were so wonderful. The trailers were perfect and gave you all the feels. The videos he provided were so enjoyable to watch & were extensive (like 3 hours... a brides dream). It was no surprise I also wanted my special day captured by Inspired Image. Ken was easily reachable, professional and patient with us as we were communicating prior to our winter wedding. Since our day was in the “off season” Ken promised it wouldn’t be long before we’d have our final product back to us - he said by February (~8 weeks afterwards). That sounded great, maybe even a Valentines Day Date to relive our occasion. Unfortunately, February came and went and we had no communication from Ken. Being the understanding person I am, I politely emailed asking how it was going. Still no word. Not even pressed for the final product, I waited a couple weeks to contact via phone just to hear progress on the video. Again... nothing. I am completely considerate of our current pandemic and quarantine. I am not urging a final video or product at this time despite the time frame since our wedding (5 months). All I am requesting is professional communication in return. I have contacted Inspired Image 6 times since our December 14th wedding and still to this day (May 8) have not heard back from Ken about our video. This is deeply saddening to me as we have paid in full and I feel that I am being nothing short of understanding and sensitive considering our current situation. At this point it feels as contacting our lawyer and filing a complaint on the BBB is our next steps.

    We met Ken at a bridal show and booked him for my daughters July 2016 wedding. Ken was friendly and professional at the ceremony and reception. 4 months after the wedding I started calling to see when we could expect to receive the video. I kept getting the run around for the next 6 months. First I was told it would be ready in a few weeks. Then the next month he would tell me it is almost done. The next month he said it was mailed and when I called the following week he told me that the disk were not done. We finally received the video after waiting almost 10 months. Although the quality of the video is good, getting the run around for months and not receiving the video for 10 months was not what I expected.

    Not responsive at all after the wedding!

    Critical: Responsiveness
    I used Ken for my wedding and the experience was good! When we hired him for my sister's wedding it was not a good experience. She got married on July 7th 2019 and we just received the footage in the mail today (May 29th 2020)... Almost a year later! Every time I would text to ask about the status he wouldn't respond and when he finally did he would say it was being mailed out that week or the next week or the next week and that went on for months. This better be one darn good video!

    Our wedding was in September 16 2017 and we were told that we would receive the video around 12 weeks. We received the reception disc the week of our one year anniversary and the ceremony disc September 24th 2018. Not only did it take a whole year to receive the product but he didn't even mail the product together and we are missing the wedding trailer portion. I truly believe that the only reason we received it at this point is because we contacted a lawyer. My husband and I spent a lot of time deciding which videographer we were going to use and we spent a good amount of money for his services. We followed all of the guidelines set forth by the videographer by signing the contract, sending our deposit, completing the data sheet, and paying in full 14 days prior to the wedding. He was present the day of the wedding and I thought did a good job making his way around the venue. The problems started from January 2018 when many emails were sent in an attempt to see when we would receive our video. Emails were either ignored for weeks to months or responded with " my editing has been delayed to unforeseen circumstances" or " I am still in the process of editing your wedding video with others and will have an update to you soon. " Which he NEVER updated and his responses were always vague. I understand that things happen in life personal and business and because of that there are delays but his horrible lack of communication and professionalism have really tested my patience. I had to spend extra money contacting a lawyer because I truly thought I was not going to receive the video of one of the most cherished days of my life. If I would have known about the other multiple complaints about this same issue I would have taken my business elsewhere.

    I Strongly advise against using this vendor!!

    I got married June 24, 2017. I booked Inspired Image Video in September of 2016, and did everything that I was asked to do--paid a deposit, paid the rest 14 days prior to the wedding date, and filled out the information sheet. The videographer was present at the wedding, and everything seemed fine. However, in December, when I hadn't heard anything from Inspired Image, I started to e-mail the videographer to see if I could get an idea of when I might receive my product, but all I got was the run around for the next 6 months. There was always a different excuse. At one point, he told me my video was almost done and that I would receive it sometime in June (a YEAR after my wedding). When I didn't receive it by that date, I contacted him again and his response was that he got my video confused with another one! Other times the reasons for the delays were that he didn't have the proper equipment, or just vague responses of "unforseen circumstances." He loves to say that not receiving the video in a timely manner is "uncommon," and then tell you that he's been in business for over 14 years, but if you read other people's reviews, and go to his profile on the BBB, you will see that it is not an uncommon occurrence, and that the only thing that has happened to his business in the last 14 years is that he stopped giving people the products they paid for. It has now been a year and 4 months since my wedding, and I STILL do not have everything I paid for-- I did finally receive the video of the ceremony and reception sometime in July, but I also paid for a trailer and a highlights video that I have not received. When I ask the videographer about this, he simply says "you will get your video".... No date. No timeline-- because then he doesn't have to deliver. Please do not give this man your money. You will be disappointed. The video was fun to watch, and was decently made, but the videographer's horrible communication and lack of professionalism is more hassle than the video is worth.
