My Husband and I had the most wonderful experience with Churon Winery as our Wedding Venue. Not only are the grounds absolutely gorgeous, but their customer service was outstanding! Meilee set the tone as the venue coordinator, and we cannot begin to express the friendliness, professionalism, and over all care she gave us while we planned our wedding and asked her a thousand questions. She was there for us every step of the way and shared in our excitement of our wedding, she's the BEST! We would also like to give an extraordinary rating to Christopher who worked so hard all day and night of our wedding to make sure everyone had everything they needed. He was literally working nonstop and did it all with a smile. Robert at the hotel front desk was helpful and pleasant and made every accommodation he could to get us, and our guests settled into our rooms. Food, can't forget about the absolutely delicious food served at our wedding, and Enrique made sure to impress us with his coordination and talent with all of our tasty treats! If you are looking to choose a venue for your wedding that will make you feel like a priority and treat you with kindness and care, Churon Winery in Temecula is the place! We recently got married at Churon Winery and were blown away by the level of professionalism and support we received from Meilee, the event consultant. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to ensure that our special day was everything we dreamed it would be.

Meilee was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. She was always available to answer our questions and provide us with the support we needed to make informed decisions. She even took the time to rehearse with us before the big day, which helped us feel more confident and prepared.

On the day of the wedding, Meilee was an absolute rockstar. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. She provided us with invaluable advice and guidance, and we couldn't have done it without her.

The Churon team as a whole was incredibly friendly and considerate throughout the entire process. Pauline, one of the servers, even saved us a small wedding cake as breakfast in the morning, which was a lovely surprise.

This venue is the one! Everything was perfect. Not only do my now husband and I love this venue as we are members, but our family members and friends were so in love with the view and the beauty and also how spacious each room was. My cousin who was our photographer is from out of town and said this was the most beautiful wedding she has ever shot. Not only is this place so lovely, but the staff is so wonderful, personable, and went out of their ways to make our time there perfect. Mellie, Angela, Vanessa, Dani, Enrique, and Paola all helped make our wedding perfect. We are so grateful to have had our wedding here at the Churon.

I got married at Inn at Chruron in August 2019.

Now the long review. Churon is a true hidden gem. I found Churon by accident by looking at google maps. It’s an all inclusive venue including: ceremony, reception, food, wine/beer,, officiant, flowers, DJ, cake, and wedding coordinator. We booked about a year in advance. Over the course of a year, the venue/hotel made some major updates. It looks like a completely different venue in a good way! The grounds are amazing with Fantastic views. We got so many compliments as to how pretty it was. Also a major plus, is that because it’s a bed and breakfast, you can make the entire place about your wedding if you get your guests to book there. They will hold all the rooms for you til about a month before the wedding. That was a major selling point for us and we did book all the rooms.

Karrie is the most amazing coordinator on earth. Within hours of meeting her she provided tons of information and was a true professional. She was always prompt answering emails, and worked tirelessly the day of the wedding. She set things up, took things down, coordinated with vendors. She even hunted my bouquet down in the vines when I accidentally left it there during photos. She went above and beyond. She was also always nice and courteous to work with.

The food was delicious. We opted for a buffet and it all tasted fantastic. Everyone raved about our food!

Working with the vendors was a breeze and Karrie did a great job coordinating with them, which left little work for me to do. For reference I worked with: Anthony David Photography, Cathy’s Cakes, Total Quality Music (DJ), and Murrieta VIP Florist. I was very pleased with all the vendors and would recommend them.

As I said the all inclusive was incredible. Keep in mind that to get everything you want, you might have to pay extra. Photography is only 5 hours, so you might want to pay extra for more hours, the venue provided $750 for flowers, so I paid a little more to get what I wanted. I felt all the vendors were reasonably priced. The extras I paid weren’t expensive (this is a wedding after all, and the word makes prices inflate) and again it wasn’t necessary, I just wanted more.

So in conclusion, I have to thank Churon and Karrie for providing me with the most amazing wedding ever. Churon is a beautiful place to get married, and Karrie is amazing!!

Came in not knowing that Karrie was leaving and supposed to pick her kids up from school. We dropped in without an appointment. She was very sweet and still showed us around to see the venue. Never made us feel we were altering her day. We offered to come back another time but she said she didn’t mind.

I am getting married next year & my fiance & I chose Churon! We are so excited. Lyndsay in the events department is AMAZING! She is very responsive & she genuinely cares about giving couples the wedding they've always dreamed of. The venue is absolutely beautiful no matter what time of the year & the all inclusive package is more than worth it. I cannot wait to say I DO at Churon next year. If you haven't picked a venue yet & want a winery wedding I highly recommend Churon.

Recommend Churon without hesitation. Beautiful setting without formalities and pretentiousness. Staff is not fake friendly — they actually do their jobs plus go the extra mile. If possible, stay the nights before & after your event. Absorb the atmosphere—it’s a rare find.

Since day one, Churon made our entire wedding planning experience amazing. The entire staff was always attentive, and they made sure our vision came to life. Not only Churon, but the vendors that Churon suggested, we’re very easy to work with. If you and your partner have a vision for a winery themed wedding, look no further!!

The staff at the Inn made everything from day 1 amazing! The event staff, especially Meilee were incredible, flexible and made our wedding weekend vision complete! The planning, the tasting, arrival and wedding day were all put together very well and the place just feels like a big welcoming family. This venue is only an hour away from us but it feels like you are whisked away to a luxurious destination. We filled every room and the staff was very respectful and welcoming to every guest. The views are also worth every penny. There were only compliments from guests for the Inn at Churon venue all together.

The Inn at Churon was the best choice for our wedding. This venue is GORGEOUS, and the staff are phenomenal! Meilee went above and beyond with her communication. She assisted me with every step in the process and I can’t thank her enough. We had a small wedding and chose their micro wedding package. We added a lot of options and I was beyond pleased with the vendor options to choose from. The day of our wedding was perfection. Everything came out phenomenal and I was truly blown away with the whole experience! Thank you so much Meilee and staff at Churon for making all of our wedding dreams come true!! This is a venue that we are excited to return to year after year!

Churon Winery is pure magic. We cannot possibly thank the team at Churon enough for the magic that they created on our wedding day. We would highly encourage all considering Churon to cease their search. Churon has everything you could imagine and more.

We chose Churon Winery as our venue for so many reasons, and Meilee, the venue coordinator, was one of the main reasons. Meilee cares so much about her couples as her clients. She is attentive to every detail, exceptionally responsive, accommodating to ideas, and so very kind. She is knowledgeable and does not leave any detail untouched. She gave us a great deal of confidence that we were in good hands. And, she gets the job done above and beyond what we could have expected.

Churon’s staff is so kind. From Danni in the wine tasting room to Julie’s welcome at the front desk to Chef Enrique and his entire staff to Paola and her housekeeping team.

Our stay was a delight. All guests receive a free glass of wine upon check in where they are welcomed by the best tasting staff. The rooms are a dream and easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Paola keeps the rooms immaculate. You walk in and think you are walking into a room in Tuscany, Italy. The hot air balloons rise every morning and this is visible from right outside the rooms. Our guests got to enjoy this sight with coffee on their balcony or on the inn terrace each morning. Breakfast is complimentary each morning of your stay and this breakfast outdoes any breakfast: eggs benedict, croissant sandwiches, omelets, orange juice and mimosas, and so much more. Our guests could not believe the service. Staying onsite was a lovely touch as we all had the morning to enjoy ourselves before the ceremony.

Chef Enrique outdid himself with the food for the reception. Guests raved about the food. He clearly takes pride in his recipes. He even makes his own Chardonnay dressing for the salads! We also had a delightful time at our tasting.

The venue itself is a vision. From the gazebo where you say “I do” to the many vineyards that sit in the distance to the market lights lighting the reception area. Each part of the evening has its own section, so the flow of the day is flawless. Set up and take down was also flawless. Meilee and Paola think of every detail; we had nothing to worry about. And, one of the best parts is that your room is just steps away.

The Churon team has become like family to us. We never could have imagined that signing a contract with Churon would enter us into a phenomenal community of people that we look forward to visiting for many years to come. We became wine members because we are so excited to stay connected and plan to celebrate on our anniversary there every year.

We highly recommend Churon for all size weddings and especially for those seeking an intimate ceremony that offers you the opportunity to celebrate and spend time with guests all weekend.

Our daughter was married August 13, 2023 at Churon Winery. We started off renting a venue and were going to do "a do it yourself wedding". We quickly realized we are not professional wedding planners and it was going to be stressful for all of us. Weddings are suppose to be fun and enjoyably memorable. We live in Temecula and know the wineries, services, and grounds. We've always been impressed with Churon Winery especially the wine servers Valerie and Dani who always gave us a good wine tasting experience. We reached out to the wedding planner Meilee and were not disappointed with her or the entire staff at Churon. They were all excellent including Enrique the Chef, Christopher the server and bartender, Rosa from housekeeping and Rob, Lisa and Julie at the front hotel check in counter. They went over and above to accommodate our wishes, constant questions and changes throughout the whole months of planning. The food and service was excellent. Meilee based on her experience made excellent suggestions that we would have never thought of. She gave us her personal phone number and told us to call anytime we had a question or concern throughout the months of planning. We did and she always answered or got back with us ASAP. She even insisted that she would come in and meet with us or her days off. We never took her up on that offer but knew she would have come in on her days off. The wedding went of flawlessly and the bride, groom and parents had a wonderful wedding day due mainly to Churon's organization and staff's work ethic. Many of our guests mentioned what a great venue and beautiful wedding. Another positive is Churon has a hotel on the grounds and the rooms are large and beautiful. Many of our guests stayed there before and after the wedding and loved the experience. Thank you to Churon for creating a perfect day.

My Husband and I were engaged at Churon and decided to have our wedding there as well. We love the beauty of this venue, the setting, as well as the European feel and decor.
We wanted a private ceremony (just my Husband and I) and asked Churon to help coordinate our essentials. Churon's event planner arranged a pastor, photographer and florist, all of which could not have been any better. They also referred us to a great hair and makeup artist, AlyRose Beauty who I was also so happy and grateful for. We were also thrilled with our wedding suite which was over the top! Our day was intimate, special and perfect in every way for us. I am so thankful for Churon's understanding of our vision and their efforts and experience in the coordination. I highly recommend this venue for either a large size or private wedding. Thank you Churon!

We are so grateful we chose the Inn at Churon Winery for our wedding. We looked at many, many venue options and struggled with which to choose but settled on the Churon because their package was so inclusive and they were one of the few venues that offered an indoor option in case of inclement weather. We planned the entire wedding from out of state and Churon made it easy. Meilee was amazing to work with - communicative, responsive, flexible, helpful, kind, accommodating, and on and on. I could not have asked for a better venue coordinator to work with. Our wedding day ended up being cold and rainy (rare in Temecula) and everyone worked hard to make sure our day was beautiful despite the weather. Enrique (the chef) and his staff went above and beyond. The food and service were beyond expectations in every way. The wines were of course fabulous. And we met the most amazing vendors through Churon, especially our photographer, bakery, and florist. The venue itself is gorgeous, but working with everyone there is what really made our day - every need and want was met and we felt like our event was as important to Churon as it was to us.

Churon Winery is the perfect place to get married. The gazebo and patio provide the most gorgeous background for pictures. The winery also is a great back drop. The staff is very welcoming and does everything they can to make the day special. From beginning to end, the coordination was prompt and clear. We were able to have our package adjusted to our needs since our wedding was ~20 people. Very accommodating to our guest as well. Not a single complaint from anyone. Highly recommend visiting and selecting this wedding venue.

** LOCATION **

Churon is located in Temecula wine country, but also very conveniently located to be close enough to everything you need (my now-husband and I were able to easily make a few runs to the store for last-minute items the night before). While at Churon, you will quickly be transported to a destination with rolling hills of grape vines, hot air balloons in the distance (mornings), and old European charm. Our wedding was in November. During our late afternoon/evening wedding, our backdrop was a beautiful cotton-candy orange/pink sunset, with greenery still on the vines. Here is where I believe Churon’s location stands out: the direction in which Churon faces and its position relative to the hills are absolutely key.

** ON-SITE FEATURES **

While the venue has the capacity to accommodate more guests, we felt it was perfectly sized (with great open space around the grassy area and fountain) for our ~115 person event. Ample parking directly surrounding the back of the venue; overflow parking also available. Churon has ~20 rooms at their inn, each individually and uniquely decorated. Room block is very reasonable— upon booking your date, they will immediately block all then-available rooms for the night of your event, open for booking to only your guests until 30 days out from your event. Good variety for preparation and cocktail hour photo shoots: at the bridal suite’s french doors (more on this later), under their gazebo, a small staircase, around the fountain, and among the vines. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed taking their own photos under the stairway arches as well. On a separate note, I took comfort in knowing that there are backup options at Churon in case of inclement weather— I saw examples of other Churon weddings having either used tents while staying outdoors, or moving into their breakfast room, or moving into the spacious high-ceiling lobby.

** FOOD/CATERING **

Churon also has an on-site kitchen with expert staff who take pride in their work and food— they are trusted as a go-to service, even for adjacent locations, as well. Churon catering received our dietary restrictions list well and addressed each need. It is worth noting that Churon served an excellent pre-ceremony and toasting champagne; we received several inquiries, in the days following our wedding, from our guests wanting to know more and how they could get their hands on more. :)

** EVENTS CONSULTATION & SERVICE **

Aside from the stunning location, the events consultation and service was my favorite part of this venue. The team is a mighty and experienced one. Meilee was a wonderfully thoughtful contact, with consistent fast turnaround on our questions/requests and clear correspondence with our vendors. When we mentioned our wedding would have a significant amount of elderly guests, she gave very considerate suggestions, with the elderly guests in mind, throughout the whole process. Churon offers (2) packages— the standard (venue + food) and the platinum (all-inclusive); open bar of wine and beer is included in both packages. We opted for the standard package and customized with our own touches from there. Churon also offers a few small things for borrowing as needed— a few easels, small wooden slab (maybe about 8in diameter?) for desserts/cake, table number signs, card box, etc. We used the largest easel, secured fake greenery we bought from Michael’s to it with filament, and placed our welcome sign (canvas) on to it. Finally, I’d like to highlight the spaces for getting ready at Churon. Our bridespeople got ready in the bridal suite, a spacious room that even included a bar area (if you so chose to use it!) and huge bathroom with hot tub. The groomsmen got ready in Churon’s large conference room, which also has its own bar area, as well as couches and games (ping pong/pool table, chess, etc); Churon even thoughtfully moved a full-length mirror into the conference room in preparation for us. The availability of this space was another feature that distinguished Churon from other venues in the vicinity. You’ll be glad you got a dedicated space for both the bride and groom!

** TIPS **

— Ask if Churon is able to open their lobby for small after-hours time with limited guests. Temecula quiet hours begin at 10pm, so your event will need to wrap by then. Thankfully, Churon kept their lobby open for us for an intimate smaller after-gathering until 11pm. We sat on the couches by the fireplace and caught up with some guests we didn’t get a chance to speak with as much during the wedding. We’ll treasure this memory!
— Ask about your needs. The Churon team is experienced and creative. They were able to see us through on things like a hot water station for our elderly guests and bringing the ping pong table (rental) out on to the cocktail hour space.
— Book and stay at the bridal suite on the first floor for the night prior to your event. The bridal suite during the night of your event is included (!) in your wedding package, but booking the night prior will ease your logistics and minimize morning setup time for you. Being on the first floor also means easy access to walk down the aisle after you finish getting ready.

** FINAL THOUGHTS **

As I’m sure many others have mentioned before, planning a wedding is not easy. We are so grateful for the peace of mind that came with Churon and working with Meilee; they gracefully pivoted and accommodated many of our last-second needs (e.g. no-shows, additional adds). If you could not already tell from the length of this review, we would recommend Churon to anyone who is looking for a charming and quaint venue with a wonderful workhorse team to match.

We had our wedding at Churon Winery in September with Lyndsay from Abby Lee Events as our coordinator. To start, Churon is such an amazing venue for a wedding! We had all of the 24 rooms of the inn booked with our wedding guests so it was so much more of a private event than any of the other wineries in the area could offer. Our guests loved having the ceremony and reception outdoors with the awesome views of wine country. The area where the reception looks great during the day and was even more romantic and fun when it was lit up at night. And not only did our guests appreciate being able to stay at the same place that the wedding was but we all woke up in the morning to hot air balloons floating by outside all our balconies. Having that followed up with a really great brunch at the inn made for a perfect morning after to bookend the events of the weekend. The staff at the inn are so friendly and helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. Finally, we can’t leave out how awesome Lyndsay, the coordinator, and her team were! They really went above and beyond to make sure that every detail for our wedding was taken care of that day and we were able to just kick back and enjoy the day. The only thing that went wrong was our photo booth company had some technical issues and the coordinators were amazing at suggesting ways to get around the issues to keep the photo booth running and even went so far to offer to have one of them stand there the whole night and take the pictures individually! We’re so completely happy that we chose to have our wedding at Churon Winery and so grateful to Lyndsay and her team for helping ensure we had the most amazing wedding possible!

It was the most beautiful venue I have ever seen for a wedding! My guests still cant stop talking about how breathtaking the location was. And the staff was wonderful!! I could not have asked for anything more...it was truly my dream wedding!

Me and my husband had first visited the Inn at Churon when we first started dating, and from that moment I knew that this is where I wanted to get married. And 4 years later, we tied the knot! Everything was picture perfect! The food was amazing and the staff was so helpful and made my wedding day awesome! The wedding planner at the time wasn't as responsive and I would have hoped, but everything still came together and was wonderful. I know that the current wedding planner is great and is so helpful! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The staff at Churon are extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our New Year’s Eve wedding vision complete. The tasting, room booking accommodations, wedding day event, and New Year’s Eve celebration were flawless in their execution. Not only was the Churon staff extremely helpful, but the vendors that Churon suggested were top notch. I am incredibly grateful for all the effort that went into making our day perfect.

We had a lovely "all inclusive" wedding in June of 2021. Karrie Russell, the venue coordinator, was attentive, responsive, and proactive when it came to both planning and executing the wedding weekend. Churon provides a "preferred vendor" list; we were very happy with our selection of talented and professional vendors. The catering (prepared on site) was excellent; one guest noted that it was the best food they had ever consumed at any wedding. Catering was also respectful of dietary restrictions.
My husband and I planned our wedding to be a weekend affair, rather than one day. We had multiple guests attempt to book Thursday-Saturday night. Unfortunately, Churon only provides a "Wedding Block" for one day, and there were some snags when it came to booking rooms. Natalie was extremely helpful when it came to hotel and wedding venue coordination, however, there was at least one instance of double-booking that a guest discovered when checking in.
Overall, we had a fantastic wedding experience and would recommend it to any couple looking for a wedding venue/onsite hotel.

Overall it was a pretty good location. It is beautiful. But we went through 3 different "planners" they lost our reservation once and we had to fax our contract in to prove we had our date on hold with money down. But once the final planner took over it seemed to run pretty smooth.

I enjoyed my wedding very much. Lynsey is an amazing wedding coordinator.

Only mishap was that we did not get to get ready in the bridal suite until right before the wedding because another couple got married the night before us and the rooms was not ready for us yet even though we booked first :(
Also, the DJ did not seem to know what he was doing so the flow of the reception was a little off. The Inn could also use some updating, the interior of where we stayed was a little run down.
Other than that, we had an amazing wedding and everything else was perfect :)
(we provided our own centerpieces, Pastor, & photographer, Churon provided basically everything else!) Great food! Beautiful location!

The catering was DELICIOUS, and the staff was helpful in setting up the site. However, it rained the afternoon of our wedding, and instead of accepting our attempt to find tenting (we REALLY loved the outside ambiance and view), the day of manager Michele was rude, unforgiving, and stubborn on having it inside, raising her voice to my bridesmaid who was trying to coordinate a way to make it work outside. We hoped we would at least get some of the heater rental payment back (they own them), but she was insistent on charging us for a service we didn't use.
The weather sucked, yes, but what bothered us more was her attitude.
We chose this site for the view (ruined), and the wine (also ruined). Two weeks before the wedding we are meeting to discuss final details and Michele informs us that they had sold out of three of our chosen six wines. What REALLY bothered us, was two of the wines were for the table . We meticulously chose Malbec to go with our dinner, and the white for our family's preferences. These were table exclusive, meaning we needed 11 bottles. Despite having paid in full at this point, the winery did not set aside these wines, and we had to choose new ones. My heart set on the Malbec and having told everyone about how great it was, to say I was disappointed is an extreme understatement. The replacement wines were ok, nothing to brag about or to ever drink again. Severely disappointed at this blatant negligence in planning.
Finally, the coordinator and staff showed a vast amount of unprofessionalism when 10 pm rolled around, signaling the end of the reception. They shut off the lights, pulled chairs from our elderly guests, and were blantaly rude to anyone still seated. What bothers me most about this, is that we were guests in the hotel, mingling in the lobby. Not loiterers. We had booked nearly the whole hotel, but we aren't allowed to stay in the lobby to mingle with other hotel guests? The venue was nice but I would never work with Michele again.
