    After our wedding there were things we wished we could change but our photographer/videographer wasn’t one of them. She was very professional and I plan to use her again for any of my upcoming occasions. Absolutely LOVED our video & pictures!

    Tia with Ink Blotches Photography was everything we wanted and needed for our big day. She was very professional, but also quickly picked up on the relaxed approach I wanted for our wedding. Tia helped capture beautiful pictures indoors and outdoors, posed and candids, formal and creative. She made sure to check in with us that she was capturing everything we wanted. While there are many things that I believe Tia did to go above and beyond, there is one that really sticks out, it is her idea to capture pictures of every table at the reception. These pictures are some of our favorites as we didn't get a chance to see all guests at their table and the character of different guests comes through in the pictures. We had so many compliments of how well our photographer seemed to be present, relaxed, and genuinely happy to be there with us. Tia did a great job of editing pictures on her own and also on additional pictures I asked of her. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication to making our wedding day last a lifetime!!

    Omg Tia was an absolute dream. She took care of every detail, even the ones I forgot about. I could tell she really listened during every consultation we had with her because our photos came back exactly how I wanted them to. Very happy we choose her to be our wedding photographer!

    Tia stole my heart. She's very polite and eager to work with you in and out of photo shooting. All my photos were beautiful. I was and still am a happy bride even more so when I show them off and people tell me how beautiful they are and how good I look in them. Her patience was amazing because I'm a very very particular person and like things to definitely look a certain way. I was out done when my photos came back and it was exactly what I wanted. She even thought of posses I would have never came up with that look awesome in my photos. Honestly, Tia has definitely found her calling. Thx Tia you will be hearing from me again. Unfortunately, I'm at work and don't have access to my personal photos but the moment I do I will definitely share them. Stay tune viewers.... :-)

    Ink Blotches is wonderful, the pictures were so amazing. I cried when I saw the cd Ink Blotches Photography made. She also help me get ready for the wedding. Very touching. Very professional with her work.

    I love her work. She’s very prompt. She’s flexible and very reasonable. This young lady is exceptional when it come to getting the job done and your pictures and videos always come out very professional and clear. I truly love having her on my team when it comes to those special moments.

    Tia Jenkins was our light at the end of a dark tunnel. On what should be the happiest day in a bride and grooms life, the wedding photographer that we hired was making this day spectacularly miserable. Tia Jenkins was the videographer for the day and she was the bright light that we needed and didn’t know we would come to rely on, and ultimately be the savior of our memories of that day.

    Tia is a consummate professional, and delivers the highest quality photos and video. She went above and beyond for us, producing a video with beautiful music, incorporating every important moment for us. She also was the only one to capture the pictures of certain moments we had requested of the photographer we hired. Tia did not have that list, and had no idea the significance of the photos we wanted and she had the eye to know and capture the important moments.

    Another component to her work, besides the beauty, is that she has compassion, and she always does the right thing. I think the human side, kindness, compassion go a long way, when you entrust someone with the one time moments that cannot be recreated.

    I highly recommend Tia Jenkins, Ink Blotches Photography!

    Ink Blotches is the best! My husband and I still get compliments on our pictures! Hands down every photo was amazing. She did a private photoshoot for me as well and it turned out amazing as well! I don’t use any other photographers.

    My original photographer was a no show in my opinion (ended up being extremely late) I messaged Tia when I heard my photographer was not yet there and she showed up as gorgeous as can be, camera in hand and began taking pictures! She was a life saver and captured great photos! I also do solo photoshoots with Tia. She is my go to photographer for events, solo and family shoots. She has prices you cant beat. Love her!

    Ink Blotches was a great choice for my big day! Tia was so kind and did everything I asked of her. Her prices were the most affordable I could find without having to compromise the quality. She made us feel very comfortable. Most of the time I didn't even realize she was there taking pictures. I highly suggest Ink Blotches for your big day!

    We were sadly let down

    We were an out of state couple. Tia was amazing to meet us at the venue when we flew in to do a walk through 4 months before the wedding just to get a feel for good locations to take pictures. She also went back to the venue before the wedding to check back on the newly blooming foliage and face-timed with me so I could see it and make some decisions of where I would like pictures taken. She did a wonderful job on the wedding day and was so flexible with some last minute ideas and locations for photos. She was very comforting and reassuring and that was exactly what we needed with living out of state.

    I am not sure if there was a lack of communication on my part, but I was never given any timelines as far as when I would receive pictures or the photo album that was included in our package. After a month of quietly/patiently waiting, I asked when I would be getting sneak peaks of the pictures. At 9pm on the day they had been promised, I still did not have the sneak peak pictures and texted again, but did receive them within an hour. I had a similar situation with receiving the rest of my pictures and had to contact her to get them even after the date that was I promised I would have them. I had the same issue with receiving my photo album. I wound up so frustrated with the lack of communication and attention to deadlines (set by Tia herself) that she reimbursed me for the album cost so I could just make one myself.

    She did do an amazing job of duplicating a picture with my husband and myself that mimicked a picture that my mom and dad took at their wedding. It turned out absolutely beautiful and she even copied the background from my mom and dad's picture and placed it behind the picture taken at my wedding. This is a priceless and sentimental picture that I will always cherish!!

    Highly disappointed, we do NOT recommend using Inkblotches Photography

    We are highly disappointed with the outcome of our wedding video as well as the lack of follow through on our big day. When we hired Tia, we had already had our engagement shoot accomplished. The package we got included an engagement shoot. She said after all was said and done we could arrange something to make up for that cost. The promises she made to us were very comforting. She assured us she would work hand in hand with the other vendors and that she would assist in managing the time and activities of the day to ensure she got all the shots that we had told her we wanted. She never communicated with any of the other vendors. She also said she would visit the venue to ensure she was ready for the layout. And she did not. There are a great number of shots she did not get. She disappeared from where I was getting ready and I had no idea of where she went. She did not communicate with me. At no point was she managing the events to ensure we got the shots we wanted. In review of the pictures, she did not get the bride (me) coming into the chapel. She did not get me walking down the aisle with my 4 children escorting me until the very end. She did not get any pictures of the bride and groom leaving the building. There are no shots of the bride with much of the family. She got very little video and pictures of our family and friends at the reception. She and the second shooter are in most of our ceremony video, as well as the brass chandelier, but our full bridal party is not and that is a result of poor planning as she did not visit the venue prior to the wedding. It took 3 full months to get the video and it is obviously a rushed job. And that was after several attempts to get it with no response. Now she will not communicate with us when I asked for her what her thoughts were on what we could get to replace the engagement shoot. This is incredibly disappointing as our conversations leading up to the wedding were very reassuring and we were confident we had the best photographer. We would NOT recommend her at all.

    Unprofessional and does not provide promised services

    We hired her as our wedding photographer, and paid the 50% deposit through PayPal. She rescheduled our engagement photos several times, and was incredibly difficult to get ahold of. After months of rescheduling and having trouble reaching her, we had our photo shoot. She was late, but was polite and took good photos, and let me look through her camera. She said she would send me the link to the photos by the end of the week. After a month of contacting her, she finally sent a “sneak peak” photo. This would be the ONLY PHOTO we would receive from her. After this, she completely ghosted us, we never heard from her again. I read more reviews at this point and now believe this is her pattern. We filed a claim through PayPal and they were not able to get a response from her, so they thankfully refunded us our deposit. Her website is now expired and I hope she is no longer “doing business” with brides. Do not hire her unless you’re comfortable taking legal action later.

    Fraud! Do not use!

    Showed up to the wedding and took many photos, she sent us 60 unedited images via text message immediately before leaving the ceremony/reception. Said all images would be ready within in 3 weeks, but that date has come and passed and now she has gone quite. She has not given us the images or package that we paid for, she has completely ceased ALL communication with us. We will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and taking her to Small Claims Court. Do yourself a favor and don't be enticed by her cost, she WILL NOT DELIVER on her end leaving you and your spouse without images of the precious moment from your wedding. Very disappointed in this photographer. So if you want pictures from your wedding-go anywhere else but to Tia.

    Took the pictures but never delivered

    She took our engagement photos and everything was fine...She was great on the wedding day but afterwards she never delivered our pictures or video. It’s been every brides nightmare. 4 months later and she has ghosted me for months. 😓

    Ghosted us without any intent to ever give us our wedding photos

    My wife and I booked Tia Jenkins for our wedding in September 2019. After the wedding, she ghosted us for months (which unfortunately seems to be happening to many other people as well), and we only received the photos from her after we began pursuing legal action.

    She wasn't a great communicator at first, and often we'd have to reach out multiple times to confirm specific arrangements for the wedding photography, as she wouldn't respond.

    On the day of the wedding, she was on time, courteous, and professional. We also paid for a second photographer but she did not bring one, but at the time we decided to let it pass. She confirmed that we'd receive the photos in 4-6 weeks, and she sent us several sneak peek pictures. That's where things went south.

    After six weeks, we reached out to her very courteously. She promised them soon, and dates came and went. I told her we were flexible, and just needed a timeline, but then she ghosted us entirely. After 2.5 months of having absolutely zero response from her, my wife and I hired a lawyer and began pursuing legal action against her. Upon learning of the legal action, Tia finally responded to my text message and uploaded the photos, which we received.

    The photos were technically very good, though she did no editing.

    I'm not a lawyer and can't give legal advice. However, if you are the victim of a breach of contract, you could consider hiring a lawyer, filing a claim in small claims court, filing an injunction, or contacting the Missouri Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as this falls under the MMPA.

    I'm not one to be negative, and all of our other vendors and professionals we hired were absolutely amazing. However, after going through this experience, which caused my wife significant emotional distress and cost us additional legal fees, I cannot recommend that anyone hire Tia Jenkins for photography.

    Pictures, and videos were not finalized. Did not receive everything paid for. Horrible experience.

    Scam/fraud alert

    Tia is a Fraud! Please guarantee that your memories will be preserved. She absolutely ruined our memories. We were married on March of 2018 and it is now June of 2019 and we are yet to receive the items that we've paid for. She’s been lying about the footage captured, she did not even capture our entire ceremony as agreed upon. We paid for two photographers to follow us for the day. There was no pictures or footage from a second photographer. My wife even paid extra after the event to have a special decorative photo book. The book was never ordered though she told us it was and had the nerve to say she lost it but would not provide a refund. This woman should never be trusted to do honest business. We’ve been trying to handle this discretely for well over a year and we’ve gotten nothing but lies and failed promises. ABSOLUTE FRAUD! Consider yourself warned.

    Horrible!!!

    Please do yourself a favor and avoid this business. I was married 3/2018, I finally got a disc drive with photos 6/2019.. I still have not received my photo book. I have been asking since 1/2019... My complete wedding ceremony was not recorded, only my vows (I didn't get to see any other footage because I was in a room until it was time to walk down the aisle). The additional photographer/videographer didn't record any video footage.... The list goes on......do yourself a favor and RUN!!!!!!!!!

    No Integrity

    We never received the album or video that we had contracted to receive when we hired Tia. We have emailed and she stopped responding. Have contacted the Better Business Bureau. If that doesn't resolve the problem, we will be filing a claim through the courts system.
