Pure excellence

Tomas did such an amazing job on our wedding video. Everything from the communications, planning, coordinating, to the punctuality and creativity was high class, top notch. I was truly moved watching the video.. his attention to every detail was mind blowing. Through no fault of Tomas, we had some sound/music challenges due to the music vendor technical issues during the wedding and ceremony but Tomas used his talent and the video he produced was like magic, you would have never guessed there were any hiccups. The way he overlaps the music, vocals to the video was so perfect. Tomas’ talent is rare in the industry. If you have the opportunity to hire him you will be left with no worries, no regrets, just pure amazement. The investment you put into this video is very reasonable, in turn you are getting a such a high quality product that others would think you invested a lot more once they see it. We felt very fortunate that Tomas had a good selection of packages that we could select from to fit our wedding video investment budget.

He was so personable with me, my husband, our family and friends, he also is like a ninja, you don’t really see him but he somehow captures everything. If I ever have any other opportunities come up or if asked for recommendations, I would 100% without any hesitation and with full confidence, recommend Tomas with infinity video.

Alamo wedding

I can’t say enough about how the videos turned out. Tomas was stealthy during the night and yet got some amazing footage. He captured the essence of the event I was hoping for. I saw interactions in the video between family and friends I wasn’t able to see live. I was a little busy being the groom. The music editing was very impressive.
Getting married in the Alamo was so much fun and I have incredible memories, more so now that I have incredible videos created by Tomas. I sincerely recommend him for any event you want filmed. Thank you Tomas!!

Wedding videographer

Tomas was great to work with. He responded quickly to emails and was happy to host us for a meeting to show us samples of his work. He captured every sweet and special moment of our daughter’s wedding. His prices were very reasonable and he worked with us to make sure we had the perfect package to costumer everything from the first looks to the reception exit. We were on the fence about having a video made. I’m so glad we did and I’m so glad we trusted Tomas to do it.

Infinity was amazing!

Where to start... First of all Tomas was incredibly responsive and so easy to work with in the booking and preparation for our wedding. Having a video camera in your face all day can be awkward but Tomas was so nice and made us feel so comfortable on the day of our wedding. He made everything from start to finish so seamless. Videography of our Wedding

My wife researched several videographers and was most impressed by the high quality videos she found with Infinity. I am glad we decided to have them video our wedding and wish we had used them also for our photography. We had an AMAZING experience! I can’t say enough about how talented the videographers are at Infinity!! My husband and I were contemplating about booking a videographer...it was actually the last vendor we booked (3 weeks before the wedding). At the time we had already spent way over our budget and we’re trying to cut back anywhere we could find. Thank goodness we didn’t cut back on videography!! One of the best decisions we made for our wedding!! They were so professional and captured our day as if they knew us. It still blows my mind how great the highlight video came out. After my wedding party viewed the video, even my most skeptical friends thought that was the best thing we could’ve done! I actually love the video more than my pictures (since we hired elsewhere for the photography...big mistake!) I highly recommend Infinity!!

There is no better

You can't go wrong with using Infinity especially for your wedding. They're very professional, flexible, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they are very resonantly priced. I highly recommend Tomas and his team at Infinity. The other benefit is that with his experience, he knows other vendors and can refer other services. We ended up using a DJ that he had worked with in the past, and it could not have been any better. We had a wonderful wedding.

I did a lot of research before choosing a videographer and I'm so glad that I went with Tomas at Infinity Video. I am SO HAPPY with my wedding videos. Many of our friends and family are so impressed by the quality of the production and how professional it looks. What I loved most about watching the videos, is that I feel like I'm a guest at my own wedding. I can see how everything looked, what my guests were doing, and all the special moments that the day offered. The day really does fly by but I love that I can go back and relive the moments and catch things I didn’t get to see.

It is clear that Infinity Video has been doing this for a long time and it shows that they are experienced videographers. They use top notch equipment and were virtually invisible at our wedding. We went with an option to do voice overs for the video and WOW!!! It was so moving to hear my husband and I talk about each other. I highly recommend that. I know Videography often gets overlooked in a wedding budget but its WORTH IT. Infinity Video is reasonable and you get an amazing value for what you pay. Tomas did an amazing job capturing our wedding! We had a small wedding (25 people) so I wasn't sure if it would feel too invasive to have a videographer in addition to our photographer there but I'm so grateful we did. The day goes by so quickly and Tomas captured moments that I would've forgotten and that photographs just can't fully capture. He also blended in with ease and helped guide us as we were not used to being in front of a camera. There was an immediate comfort in being around him. Tomas was also very professional and quick to reply to emails in setting up the logistics. I watch the highlight video at least once a week and it fills me with such happiness!

Infinity Photo & Video was the best choice I could have made when it came to picking a vendor to capture my wedding day with pictures and video!! My husband, family and I are absolutely in love the pictures and video we received from our wedding. Tomas and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. We worked with him from our engagements to my bridals to our wedding day and did not have any complaints at all! Tomas was extremely accommodating and responding quickly to any questions via email and phone. During our sessions, he coached us through as my husband and I are not natural models so we need to a little bit of guidance, but he always made sure we were comfortable! We used Tomas from Infinity for photo and video, and we loved them! They caught so many of the "action" shots that really helped us to remember how fun the wedding was. Infinity Video captured the most perfect and most beautiful moments from our wedding in San Antonio. While watching our wedding video, we laughed, cried, smiled, and it truly felt as if my husband and I re-lived the best night of our lives. The Infinity staff were extremely friendly and made the booking process so easy for us over the phone, as we were living in a different state. Not to mention, they are very affordable and I felt like we received more than what we paid for! On the day of the wedding, they showed up on time, they never rushed us or made us do anything that felt unnatural. I can't believe all the special moments they captured during our ceremony and reception, as I don't remember seeing much of them. They were never in our faces and asked very little of us the day of the wedding. I highly recommend this company! This was the last thing that I ended up doing in the month leading up to our wedding because I didn't know if I would need a videographer when I already had a photographer! We live in Del Rio, Texas so we didn't really have anyone I was impressed with in our area! That's when I decided to look up videographers in San Antonio, and I found infinity video! I am so glad that I ended up purchasing the videographer package and had them at the wedding! They were there from the time my husband and I were getting ready in the morning, to the church, our portraits that we had taken the day of the wedding, and the whole night at the reception! You couldn't even tell they were there, were never in the way at the reception and are so professional! When I got the video back it brought tears to my eyes! My husband and I love it so much, the fact that we can relive our wedding in the 15 minute video whenever we want is absolutely amazing and heartwarming! We also received 3 blueray dvd's of the entire wedding ceremony and reception! Love that we will have this special video for the rest of our lives! I'm SO glad I hired Infinity Videography to capture my wedding day memories! I was a little bit hesitant about hiring a videographer for my wedding, after having gone to a couple of other weddings where the videographer was kind of awkwardly in-your-face and I felt it was a distraction. But I read some reviews, saw the beautiful portfolio on the website, and knew that I truly wanted to have a once-in-a-lifetime movie of my wedding, and I wanted Tomas to film it!

Tomas was a pleasure to work with, and put me at ease from our first conversations! He worked hard to understand what I was looking for, and also customized a package for me to meet my preferences and my budget. And as for my fears of a videographer being invasive and scaring off any camera-shy guests, those fears totally disappeared when I realized that Tomas was essentially invisible unless I needed to ask a question or if I had a comment or concern. He was so encouraging throughout the entire process, and it definitely was a huge relief to know that I had a videographer who was discreet and incredibly skillful. He worked very well with my photographer from another company, and put everyone at ease with his kind demeanor.

I never usually write a review unless I've seen the finished product- and since my wedding was only 2 1/2 weeks ago I haven't seen the video yet- but I have total confidence that it will be a beautiful film! I'm not worried at all- I can't WAIT to see the video, and I'm so excited to have an heirloom to pass down in my family from generation to generation.

If you're a soon-to-be-bride, scouring the internet constantly like I was, searching for the perfect videographer- you just found him!
The value can't be beat, and Tomas will make the whole experience very smooth and complication-free.

Infinity Video & Photography was our first choice upon moving to San Antonio from Wisconsin, and beginning to plan our wedding. We had viewed several photography sites and material, but nothing that we came across even compared to their work. What truly sold us were the sample videos provided online via Infinity's channel on YouTube. It's only by happenstance we found them by searching under, "Most beautiful wedding videos in San Antonio." There they were. I have to admit I watched them all, many times. There was a breathtaking emotion, and subtlety to the design. It was exactly what we were looking for. I called right away and spoke with a gentleman named Tomas (owner). I'm very persuaded by first impressions, and Tomas blew me away. His phone presence captured me. We set up an appointment to gather our thoughts and get a plan set in motion. He worked beautifully within our budget, never once making us feel we would be missing out. He tailored a package just for us, which gave us all the points we desired. I felt so secure knowing, one of the most important aspects of our wedding was taken care of. Wedding day arrives and that is a crazy time, but Tomas showed up with his photographer, Aiysa (Isa), on time and ready to go. We were slightly delayed, but they worked with us and never made anyone feel rushed, especially, this bride. I had been nervous about cameras and how it would feel to be filmed, would it be obtrusive? It absolutely wasn't. Thomas (my husband) remarked that it didn't even feel a "camera crew" was there. It felt as if Tomas and Isa were extensions of our family, who just happen to be experts! It all felt so lovely and inclusive, and we couldn't have asked for a better or more enriching experience. We have given five stars on all counts because we were really taken care of the entire process, and because excellent customer service, is hard to come by these days. Such a caring, respectful, thoughtful group, thank you!!!

There are a million decisions to make when planning a wedding, but deciding to book Infinity Video for photography and videography was one of the best decisions we made. We planned the wedding from Canada and after watching our wedding video in full and seeing our photos, I think Infinity is the best in the business. Tomas and his team know exactly what they are doing - they were all so great at making people feel comfortable and getting the perfect shot. Our wedding album and highlight reel captured so many candid moments of pure joy, which is exactly what I wanted. I'm absolutely thrilled with the photos and the video. I couldn't recommend Infinity Video enough! They are worth EVERY PENNY!

Tomas was amazing!! He made sure to get every important detail and gave us a stunning video. I could not be more happy! I am SOOO glad I invested in a videographer because not every moment was captured in the photos, but the video is full of emotion and makes me so happy every time I watch it! I think that getting a videographer for your wedding day is the one thing that you should NOT sacrifice! Tomas and his team were fabulous! They blended in seamlessly, and worked well with our photographers. When I saw the highlight video they put together, I was blown away! It was AMAZING and our friends and family loved it as well. All of the footage they captured was priceless! They always responded to my emails and addressed any concerns that we had. I would recommend them to everyone!

Where do I even begin about Infinity video & photo ? Tomas and his team are just simply amazing.
- Very artistic and talented, their work is AMAZING and breathing taking
- Despite the group not doing many Indian events and weddings, they were eager to learn and accommodate us and our traditions to the smallest detail even.

Tomas and Myrna are outstanding wedding videographers. We had an unconventional wedding, and they stepped up to the challenge to create something memorable that matched the "funkadelic fairytale" theme to our wedding. The final video far surpassed our expectations; in fact, it blew us out of the water. They really captured the 'essence' of the day with expertise and creative approaches. Not to mention, they were easy to work with throughout the entire process. This experience reinforces how invaluable it is to have great video documentation of that special moment. My husband, family & friends and myself , LOVED every picture!! They did an amazing job capturing every special moment of our wedding. And we are both so thankful we listened to their suggestion about doing our "first look" at the waterfall. They were right, it's a beautiful spot, and we loved how it looked in our pictures! Tomas and his crew were extremely professional and soo nice. We know that hiring then was easily one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. We can't begin to thank them enough for all they did for us on our wedding day. It really showed how much they cared when our transportation for our send off was running over 30 minutes late and they didn't leave. At this point, they should've been packed up, getting ready to leave. I don't think most people would have stayed, and for that, we are forever grateful. Our send off picture was very important to us, and it turned out beautifully. BEST photography & videography company!! You will not be disappointed :)

I have nothing but positive things to say about Thomas and his team. I looked for a wedding videographer in my own city (Laredo, TX) first, but nothing "wowed" me so I started searching in San Antonio. I was kind of hesitant about booking since it is a 3 hour drive from home, but I fell in love with Thomas' work because it was nothing like anything I had seen here in Laredo. He promptly replied to all the questions I had and it never felt like he was 3 hours away. The day of my wedding, they arrived on time and stayed with me until my wedding was over. I can honestly say it felt more like Thomas and his team were my friends than someone I was "working with". As you can imagine, I was a nervous wreck the day of my wedding, but they were always there joking around with me and making me feel comfortable. I couldn't be more pleased with his customer service, professionalism, and especially the beautiful video I received. I have received countless compliments on our highlight video that I shared with my friends and family and have referred him to everyone I know. I would definitely hire Thomas and his team again in a heartbeat. I get to re-live the best day of my life over and over thanks to Thomas and his talented team and you can't put a price on that!

These guys were great! We just received our wedding video and have already watched it so many times I lost count. They were extremely professional throughout our wedding day, and helped guide us through different phases of the night to get one amazing video. Even though we showed up a bit later than expected at the church, they were there ready to go and were still able to get some great pre-ceremony footage. They captured so many wonderful aspects from our wedding day that we never knew about until watching the video. We just recently got married at Marquardt Ranch and Infinity was our photographer. They also did our engagement pictures out at McNay museum and my bridals at Botanical Garden here in San Antonio,TX. They are absolutely AMAZING!!! They took the most beautiful pictures. We had a different photographer for each event but each one of them was so nice and really took their time with taking the best pictures. Thomas (owner) is awesome and takes his time to go through everything with you. He responds promptly to any questions or concerns you had. They take very pretty candid pictures. We were SO happy with Infinity Photography. I highly recommend them!!!

Tomas was among the first of photographers to get an email inquiry after our engagement. He replied so quickly and then offered up any recommendations for us even if we chose not to use his services. This may not be much to some, but I planned my whole wedding from out of state and that statement made all the difference. After doing my homework, I realized that his prices and packages were much more reasonable than many photographers in San Antonio. Ultimately, we were extremely pleased with Tomas and the photographer that shot our wedding. She was awesome!! We just received our pictures a couple weeks ago and could not be more pleased. Wow......truly the most amazing wedding video.....beyond our expections! Thomas was extremely accomodating. His work is creative and original. Your photos and your video is original and not just a documentary. His editing skills made my video a story not just a recording of the event. He is a little expensive but you get what you pay for and he is worth every penny. This is memoreis you will have the rest of your life. Have patience on getting your video afterwards, he does take time but perfection doesn't happen overnight and you will be so pleased with the end result that the wait is well worth it!

Working with InfinityWeddings was a wonderful experience. The quality of our wedding pictures was beyond anything I could have expected and I could not be happier. Originally we were not going to get a videographer, but that was something my husband really wanted, so we hired Infinity Video.

I can honestly say hiring Infinity Video was the best decision we made in the entire wedding planning processes.

After the wedding all the flowers, decorations, food and cake were gone but we will forever have our wedding video to remember every moment.

When I first went to meet Tomas, I was really drawn to the way he took the time to explain everything from the basics of photography down to his thought process while he is at work. It really made me feel at ease. Tomas and his staff were very professional and easy to work with especially with my wedding schedule. We used Infinity for videography at our March 2011 wedding. Tomas answered emails promptly, and was the only videographer who provided an affordable package for us which was adaptable to what we wanted, and which turned out to be very high quality and included the entire wedding from start to finish. The Infinity staff who captured our wedding on video were polite, friendly, and almost disappeared into the background. We could not believe the beautiful moments that were captured on film as we never noticed the camera. Highly recommend, we are thrilled with the results.

I would like to take the time to thank Infinity for making my special day be lived now and forever. Infinity Video (Tomas & Humberto) did an amazing job of capturing all the memories of our most important day. Aside from capturing our memories, they produced a compilation of these memories that is the most beautiful and professional piece of work we have ever seen. Robert and I could not be any happier. Our families are equally thrilled with this beautiful production of their childrens wedding day.

Infinity was one of our most important vendors. We had some key requirements and expectations we were hoping to fulfill when we began our search for the perfect videographer. Infinity went above and beyond our expectations. The day I met with them, we were already considering another videographer for the wedding. Within minutes, however, I had quickly changed my mind. It did not take me long to realize that I did not need to look any further, because I HAD to have Infinity. They met with me, Robert, and my mom, immediately to show us their work, discuss our preferences, and offer their creative insight. Tomas & Humberto were both incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, open to our ideas, and addressed all of our questions.

Infinity was thorough in preparing a timeline of our day, which resulted in their capturing every important moment throughout the day. They arrived early and were the last to leave! Even when I was running an hour late, they quickly filled the time by capturing video of all that was going on at the hotel with the groom, our families, and our wedding party. They were so efficient that, at times, I forgot they were even there. Despite this, they captured every moment as if they never left my side I still do not know how they managed to capture every important moment between Robert and I, while still managing to capture our family, our wedding party, and our friends. Any videographer can capture the sequence of events at a wedding, but they captured our emotions and the overwhelming happiness our family and friends expressed for us. Any videographer can create a documentary of a wedding, but they created an artistic masterpiece!

We have received so many compliments on our video. Everyone who sees it cannot believe how beautiful it is Like us, our families also fell in love with it. I have had friends tell me that they were impressed with their own wedding videos until they saw ours Everyone also loves the honeymoon montage and childhood montage created by Infinity.

Tomas & Humberto's communication with us before, during, and after the wedding was terrific! They truly made us feel as though our wedding and our video was special and personal to them, due to the attention they afforded us. I felt as though my wedding was important to them even after it was over. We could not have asked for more. We are so impressed with their artistic genius! The special effects they incorporated into our wedding video are breathtaking. We really appreciate all of the special footage they took of the many pain-staking details we put into our wedding. We are so appreciative of the special moments they captured of Robert and I with our families, our wedding party, and our friends. There was a creative touch added to every scene.

I cannot say enough about their professionalism, expertise, and talent! We will cherish their work for a lifetime and look forward to the day we can share this piece of art (and history) with our children! I HIGHLY recommend Infinity Video for you wedding!

It was great working with Infinity Weddings. They are very flexible and willing when it came to unexpected changes that happened on our wedding day (like people not being on time or different wedding customs). They pictures they took were actually very creative and the wedding video had really nice artistic effects that make it something we will treasure forever!

My husband and I didn't originally book, Tomas and his company, Infinity Weddings. At the last minute, the videographer we had contracted with had a family emergency so the photographer contracted Tomas. This was the best thing that could have been done. If it wasn't for Tomas we wouldn't have any documentation of our wedding day. When I contacted him to request our DVD, he was able to edit it within a one month time frame and have it shipped to us before the holidays to share with family and friends. Tomas was easy to work with and very fun. I loved the editorial aspect of our wedding DVD, being able to share with family and friends, exactly what was going through my head at that particular moment of the day. I don't at all remember the events of my wedding, because I was totally drained but being able to relive it at a moments notice by watching my DVD is great. I would recommend Tomas and Infinity Weddings to any couple looking for a unique, creative and editorial approach to your wedding DVD.

WOW, is really all I can say! I highly reccommend Infinity Video & Photo for not just your wedding but for any event. I'm from the Austin, TX area and was feeling very discouraged when I couldn't find a videgrapher that was not only in my budget but had any videos that made me say "Wow". I did search in San Antonio and came across this vendor and began searching his site. His sample videos gave me butterflies and was exactly what I was looking for. It was a good match from the get go, Tomas was very imformative and flexable with what we had going on during our big day!! Our video is absolutely spectacular!!!! He gave me exactly what I was hoping for and more! Ladies & gentleman search no more.... this is the company to use!! Happy wedding planning!

All I can say is WOW! Infinity did the photography and the videography for my daughters June wedding. If you use this company you will not be disappointed. The quality of their work is amazing to say the least! I can't stop watching the video. Tomas captured things that day that I didn't even remember. What a keepsake for the bride and groom to watch each year on their anniversary. The photography was just as amazing!!! From the bridal portrait to the wedding and reception they didn't miss a thing. I would definately recommend this company to other brides! As a matter of fact, I will be using them again someday for my other daughters wedding. Can't thank you enough Infinity!!!

Infinity Video & Photography was hired as our wedding photographer and videographer. The team that was at our wedding was very engaging and we could not be more pleased with how they worked the event. They pretty much took over as coordinator when the coordinator we hired went missing in action. We just got the wedding video last night and cannot express how pleased we are with it. The highlight video touched on all of the emotions of the day and was prepared in such a beautiful way. We received the wedding photos recently and were very pleased with the quality of the photos and loved the images that were select to be edited. We just received the proofs on our wedding album and are so excited to see the final product. Based on the proofs, it is going to be a beautiful album. The staff at Infinity is quick to get back to you when you email them with questions. My only recommendation is to be sure that you write down all of the details regarding the package(s) that you purchase, as the packages available (as seen online) may change.

As the mother of a bride who lives in Virginia, I had to deal with all the everyday details. Diana, Scott and I were so impressed with Tomás' initial presentation and professionalism; we knew we didn't have to look any father. The photographers were true professionals using the venue to its best advantage, and you could tell they loved their jobs. They took all the shots we asked for. The bridal portrait were amazingly beautiful and creative. I highly recommend Infinity Video & Photo.

Infinity Video did a great job on my wedding video, I absolutely loved it! Not only did he capture all of the necessities (outside of church and reception, cake cutting, etc.) but he offered insight on how to close our video without an extravagant limo whisping us away. Our video also has unique transitions and camera angles that give it an element of sophistication.. something that was very important to me. I would definitely recommend this videographer to any bride.

Infinity video did an amazing job on my wedding AND rehearsal dinner! Tomas worked with me to make my picture slideshow, film footage and dedications at my rehearsal on Friday. Then we had 2 videographers the day of our gorgeous ceremony at The Lodge at Bridal Veil Falls. He captured all the best pieces of the spectacular day, I will never forget. Every time i watch the video it brings me back to that day and i get chills. I would definitely recommend this vendor 100%!

These guys are great!!! They always got back to me in a timely manner and went above and beyond on my wedding day. This was something I debated on for a long time, but after reading reviews decided to pay for. I am so glad I did!!! Having a video of our special day is so meaningful.

Please note that you will be charged postage on your discs if you are unable to pick them up... something I thought would be included in my package.

This photographer/videographer was picked after hours & hours of researching online for the best value. The fact that I got the copyrights to everything pretty much sealed the deal. My then fiancee' & I met with Tomas & he was very friendly. He added a few things on to the package we chose for free (such as some highlights for my DVD & a bridal portrait slideshow).

The photographer who did my bridal portraits was easy to work with & I was happy with nearly every shot.

During the wedding, they did a great job capturing everything. We had 2 photographers (one digital & one film) plus a videographer. Everyone had a great eye & we were very pleased with the DVDs & the pictures.

A couple negatives: It took much longer than it should have for me to get the wedding DVDs. However, Tomas made up for it by adding in lots of highlights & making the DVD beyond my expectations.

I had specifically asked that certain pictures not be taken that are "traditional". I was very clear about this, but apparently my message didn't get relayed to one of the photographers & they made us take the picture I didn't want.

Lastly, I had to send my matron of honour to find the videographer during a time in the reception b/c I wanted something captured.

All in all, I would've still chosen them to use & would recommend them to anyone.

Liar, low quality video, bad attitude, poor treatment of client (yelling at me for calling him out on his lies)

I had hired Infinity video to film my wedding, $5000 package. Met with Tomas, I film weddings as well and was very selective with who to choose. I picked him because I felt like he was the best one I could find. After our initial conversation I was excited to have him work on our wedding

When I had received my video, my wife and I were both turned off from the get go. Just a bland boring edit with no creativity. Was not what I was expecting especially with paying 5k. He used some over exposed shots (example eating a salad in the cabin) Shaky shots, out of focus shots, not the best shot composition. ( this wasn't on the whole video) And overall it looked basically like the event as it happened. Nothing wrong with that look specifically, but I just wasn't a fan of it. Not comfortable showing it to my friends and family as they would probably get bored as well. Just a difference in styles. I was hoping for something more creative.

Received the raw footage, and re editing it myself

If this was the end of the review, I would have given him 4 stars

However, with 3 shooters with 10 hours of coverage, I only received 95 gigs. On top of that it was all labeled. Which all looks suspicious that the footage wasn't in its raw names. Every wedding I have filmed solo has had at least 300 gigs of space at the same 1920x1080 resolution. (I film weddings as well) And he only gave me 95 gigs with 3 shooters

I asked him to send me a picture of the file size of the footage to see if it matches what I have, but he did not want to comply. Told me he felt offended that I would ask him that and not take him by his word, told me he would charge me for him to check the file size on all of it. Something that takes less than 10 seconds to do. (Every proficient video editor would know that, or just someone who actually knows how to use a computer)

When I was trying to explain to him how to do it, because the only reason I can think of for him thinking it is a whole complicated process that is stupid simple, is him not knowing how to do it, he told me “Are you telling me how to run my business?”

He then told me “what if I say no?” I told him, “then I’ll give you a very bad review” He then responded “you have to be honest about it” I am being very honest about what happened as i am writing this.

I paid $5000 for this. He then said “where does it say that I have to do this in our contract?” The Raw footage was included in the $5000. And he was going to make me pay him for verifying that I have everything.

Him being defensive about something so small and simple to do was only confirming my thoughts that he was hiding something

Then he raised his voice at me. I then just told him, all you have to do is send me a picture of the file size, then we’ll be done. That's it. But he didn't want to do it. So he hung up saying he was going to do it.

Then a few minutes later calls back and says his wife changed the name of all of the footage to hide the fact I was not given everything which confirmed my suspicions. They were trying to hide the fact that I was not given everything. He told me she deleted things to make it fit on the flash drive.

And that the picture he sends me won’t match what I have. Then I asked what she deleted. He told me duplicates. I asked for those then he was talking to me like I’m stupid. Mocking me. He sounded like a villain in a bad movie. Saying “Come on Zak… Come on.” Saying those shots were not usable. Completely unprofessional way to address a client and very prideful as a so-called professional.

Also this is after he got defensive saying he felt offended I would ask him for a photo of the file sizes, because I suspected him of doing exactly what he did. But I never accused him of it until he got defensive with me. Just simply asked for a screenshot that he did not want to show me

But later, after the call. I remembered what was on the flash drive, only 95gb out of 120gb. There was 25 GB of free space… this was after I had told him to go ahead and delete the footage, so what is missing is missing now. That part was my fault for not verifying that. He pulled that 1 last trick on me that I fell for after seeing and calling him out on the BS prior.

A few months later after I told him he was good to delete if if I really did have everything like I said, I confirmed I did not have everything, this was after he yelled at me telling me I do have everything.

Photo added below of a camera that has Tomas filming a shot, and I was not given that shot... only one angle that is over exposed. This confirms/proves Tomas DID NOT give me everything.

Do not believe his lies. Do not hire him. To those reading this, you will thank me.

Out of all of his clients, this experience makes me wonder if he has pulled more fast ones like he tried with me on everyone else.

I film wedding as well, the difference between him and me, I'm honest and will give you a full terrabyte hard drive with ALL of the footage instead of a small 90 gig flash drive.

A lying rude terrible person who ruined my wedding video.

If it wasn't for his attitude I would have kept quiet about the quality of the video and would have never mentioned this experience and just accepted the footage to do my own edit.

I don't even know how he's in business if he talks to his customers like that. He is HORRIBLE.

Tomas Chavana, you brought this review on with the way you were talking to me. This is you being held accountable for your inappropriate behavior to a client.

Overall, I would not recommend Infinity, completely unprofessional and horrible customer service.

As for the quality of the video, he’s good if your expectations are average.. Unfortunately for me. My expectations are not average. Especially for $5000.

I manage over 30 Terabytes of footage/assets as a full time video editor. I use folder size, and I asked him if he knew what that was, and he said no… then proceeded with the attitude…”Are you telling me how to run my business?” were his exact words.

4 out 5 stars for the video after I first watched it, now revising it to a 2 out of 5 after I started to do my edit which already looks a million times better than what he did.

But 1 star overall for his attitude and poor customer service and trying to hide that I was not given all of the footage
