Giana was amazing! Obviously I wanted to look like a rock star on my wedding day and I really don't think anyone else could have delivered the way she did. I looked at tons of pictures of stylists curls trying to find someone who could create the perfect loose, romantic, hollywood curl and could not find anyone who could pull it off. Giana was the only one and she did it perfectly. She was such a sweet and calming person to have the morning of while she worked. Going forward I'll continue going to her as I don't trust anyone else to take care of my hair now.Giana was amazing! Choosing Giana and Industry Salon was the easiest decision I made during my wedding planning process. As soon as I saw her work online I went in for my first trial. Giana is the most talented hair stylist (truly a hair artist) I have ever met. She was patient with me, worked through and enhanced my vision. We created my dream wedding hair style together and by the end of our first meeting I felt like I had a friend who was genuinely invested in making me look and feel my best. I had a day time wedding and had to start my hair at 4:30AM in New York. She showed up ready to go at 4:20AM. My hair was mostly down with waves and the style held for FOURTEEN hours without one curl falling out. How she did this, I have no idea! I can not recommend Giana and the girls from Industry Salon enough. My entire bridal party looked and felt their best and I credit this amazing salon to that. Giana Martino and her team, specifically McClain, Britt AND Sam Rozany are truly amazing and my new best friends haha. I have never felt so beautiful in my whole life. I was so nervous about the hair and makeup because I NEVER get my hair and makeup done professionally and I never liked wearing a lot of makeup. They knew exactly what to do and the thing I loved the most was they were fun about it and didn't make me feel pressured or uncomfortable to want to try something new or different. They were so easy. Gianna came at 6 a.m. to do just my hair on my wedding day. I am so thankful for her flexibility on the time as well as only coming just for me. I have nothing bad to say. She came on time, had the clip in extensions that I asked for and just overall great experience! she's really passionate about making brides feel amazing on their special day!Gianna came at 6 a.m. to do just my hair on my wedding day. I was having the WORST time with another makeup artist not answering my calls, emails, etc., and then reached out to a few friends about four months before my wedding. I could not be happier I found Industry Salon and Giana. From the moment I called-- Giana, the owner was incredible. She set me up with a hair and makeup trial, was very patient, and helped me come up with the perfect look for my wedding day. I like to be very natural when it comes to hair and makeup and both she and Samantha (the makeup artist) did an absolutely amazing job making me look like the best version of myself. They were also incredible with my Mom, MIL, and bridesmaids who all wanted different looks the day of our wedding. They came to our hotel and had such a great vibe-- they fit right in with the exciting, very early morning action. Samantha was super sweet and my girls all loved her. Gianna was wonderful and helped take care of myself and bridal party of 10! She handled each different personality with respect and gave each unique person a different/elegant look. Everyone was so happy with their styles and I have gotten multiple compliments on how great everyone looked! She was affordable and patient during my trials as a bride and will give you her honest opinion and advice. She is extremely professional and reliable. I used her 5/2014 for my wedding at Nanina's in the Park and my sister used her as well for her wedding at the JW Marriott, NY,NY.

Really tried to give this place benefit of the doubt. After reading horrible reviews regarding bridal trials and actual wedding days I should have known better that this place could care less about their potential customers.
It all started with my first phone call I had with the owner. I didn't get great vibes from the get-go, BUT was willing to give it a shot because her work is beautiful. I don't even think I was asked what my vision was for my hair..all she really cared about was whether or not I owned extensions. When I mentioned I didn't, the whole demeanor of the phone call changed. I'm sorry- but you haven't even seen my hair yet... how do you know whether or not I need extensions. Regardless- you should be confident enough in your skill set to work with a woman who doesn't have a horses mane on their head. Even though there were red flags I moved forward with booking the trial.
Fast forward months later I called to reconfirm what time my appointment was (the trial was in a few weeks). The lovely receptionist let me know what time the appt. started and stated "you're in for color, right?". No.... this is actually a bridal trial. Yet another red flag that this place does not have it together.
Here I am today the morning of my trial. You guessed it- the owner bailed on me. The receptionist tried to set me up with another girl for my COLOR. Umm yeah about that..this is a BRIDAL TRIAL. The receptionist put me on hold while she talked to the owner realizing the mistake. No hope- I'm still out of a bridal trial after traveling from Hoboken to have this done.
Industry Salon- you're canceled. It's a shame because their work is gorgeous, but I wouldn't be able to rely on these people for my actual wedding day- simple as that.
