  The Food was Delicious, Gorgeous, and Chef Scotty is wonderful to work with!

  I wish I could eat Scotty's food every single day!

  Chef Scotty with Indulchi Catering went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day catering was perfect. Scotty executed the menu with precision and everything turned out so delicious! The staff who worked with Scotty were incredibly professional and attentive; I've never been to wedding before with such great service. The servers were constantly checking in with us and the other tables, topping off waters, grabbing drinks for guests, and clearing plates quickly. Scotty has such a bright personality and was so fun to work with. I couldn't wait to give him a big hug when dinner service was completed so I could thank him in person for everything. Excellent work, Scotty!

  Scotty is a genius

  I doubt anyone else in Wisconsin would be able to replicate what Scotty did for our wedding weekend. He conjured up some of the best food any of our well-traveled guests have ever eaten in a rustic environment that must have required an insane amount of logistical expertise.
  
  His food is creative, decadent and delicious without being ostentatious. He also makes excellent cocktails.
  
  On top of all of that, he’s an absolute prince of a man. I cannot recommend Scotty enough.

  Private event guest

  We had the absolute PLEASURE of Chef Scotty’s company and profound culinary skills for a private birthday event this past weekend. He knocked it out of the park for a tapas style meal that I never wanted to end! Everything he prepared was with such finesse, using high quality local ingredients and the most fantastic flavor combinations! We ate with our “eyes first” and he nailed it down to every last detail! I wouldn’t have changed a thing about the menu and you can just tell that this is his PASSION. I can not thank you enough Scotty for such an unforgettable meal.

  Look No Further - Chef Scotty is the Best!

  If you're looking for the absolute best catering for your wedding, or any event, Chef Scotty is hands down the best in the business. When planning a friend's wedding, I knew from my very first conversation with Scotty that he cared, that he understood my vision, and that he obviously had an incredible amount of experience and talent. His food was outstanding which guests raved about for long afterward. We did an open buffet for the groom's dinner and the presentation was out of this world. He is an artist! Aside from his culinary perfection, Chef Scotty is open to new ideas, creative, charismatic, and an all-around fun and joyful individual. I cannot recommend Scotty highly enough!

  Chef Scotty catered our 200 guest wedding a few years ago- all in all it was an incredible experience. Guests still talk about the food- the flavor, its presentation, and more. Chef Scotty developed an incredible menu that not only wowed my wife and I, but our families and all our guests. It was a treat to hire them- can Scotty keep feeding me now??? Thanks for all, Chef Scotty!

  Top Notch Chef/ Exquisite Food Experience

  To say Chef Scotty is perfection is not enough. He made my fairytale wedding a reality. From the appetizers which included a hot and cold splash (braised beef with avocado gelato) and an artisanal cheese spread with house jams and local fruits; to the main entrees, people were blown away in ecstasy. I actually had a guest tell me that! My favorite was the Kona Coffee filet mignon with a demi-glace paired with marscapone mashers and bok choy. The specialty cocktails Chef designed were delicious including mojitos and a rosehip lychee martini. We later had aged cheddar sliders as a snack that hit the spot. This was great since our guests had enjoyed their share of spirits! The presentation of the food was an artistic wonder....just beautiful. Chef Scotty created an exquisite experience not only for myself and new hubby but for all our guests. You can tell Chef Scotty treats each guest/event with 100% love and perfection. He is a true professional and beyond amazing as a chef. He will create the perfect evening for any event.

  Chef Scotty has it all!

  We had our wedding in July 2020. Chef Scotty made sure everything was perfection from the display to the way the food looked on the plate! He is so detail oriented and makes sure everything looks beautiful! Not only did the food look amazing but tested even better. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food! We had such an amazing array of food from, smoked trout dip, seared scallops and my favorite the ahi tuna lettuce wraps (to name a few). I would highly recommend Chef Scotty for his attention to detail, ease of working with and amazing food!
