Best decision
Charity and her team handle the day of coordination for our event. From our first conversation through our event she communicated with us every step of the way. She made sure every one was on the same page and set the expectations. The days leading up to our event she informed us of the death of one of her staff, but still stayed focus on our event. Everything was handled with care and there were no issues *if there were any we definitely didn't have a clue.
We hired her and her team to handle the majority of our event: day of coordination, event and decor set up and break down, catering, waitstaff, bartenders, photobooth and DJ. We will definitely Hire her f9r pur next event. -

I’ve worked with this planner for multiple events, including weddings and corporate functions, and she never misses a beat. She is a great communicator, her team is professional, and her attention to detail is unmatched. If you want to host an event without the stress, she is well worth the investment. Full service
We used services for Partial planning. All our vendors were provided: caterer, photographer, photobooth, DJ, bar and waitstaff, event cleanup. We did our own decor and they made sure it was set like we wanted. Great communication, made the process so easy and able to make payments to one place. Definitely recommend -

Great Communication
From the day we hired Charity, she set our expectations. She was very thorough and gave a great timeline as to what was to come. We hired her for Day-of Coordination, but she did so much to help us prepare, it was more like an upgrade on service. My itinerary was not together, and she sent a sample and added all the details we discussed, and I was able to edit as needed. She made a replica of our floor plan to make sure everything would be where we wanted since we did DIY decor, and she came early to assist. The day of the wedding, she was a stickler about time so everything flowed on schedule, and we enjoyed the night. We paid for the extra service to have our items packed up and delivered to our home so our family and friends could enjoy themselves the whole night and the after-party. Thank you for making our day the best! -

Charity and her team Divine and Parker were amazing and made the day perfect. They went above and beyond with planning for the day of and were extremely organized (even brought me a fan for my outdoor wedding)I had them set up all my event decor and it was perfect. I also had some transportation issues with my event decor and Charity swooped in to make it seamless. Her response rate was within the hours every time. She takes everything off your plate the day of. I cannot say enough about this team. If you don’t choose INDNGRL , you will be missing out! -

Covid do over
We began planning our wedding in 2019 for a May 2020 wedding. We contacted Charity pretty early on for Day of Coordinator services. As expected, we had to reschedule. Most of our vendors were able to reschedule and Charity was so flexible and helped out a lot with contacting our vendors and negotiating new dates, this wasn’t even apart of her original service. She went over and beyond, with the extra protocols and added safety for the day of our wedding, if there were any issues, I never knew about it. her staff were wonderful..there was someone assign to me and my wife to make sure we always had what we needed. COVID tried to mess things up but Charity and her team made everything worth the wait. -

Great company for our anniversary party
We were very impressed with this company, their wait-staff, bar-tending staff, DJ, photographers, everyone. They met with us at the venue before the event night and discussed the layout and overall plan. We arrived disorganized but Charity and her crew were professional, pleasant, and timely. We owe them greatly for a wonderful night - from setup to breakdown. Our guests also really enjoyed the photo booth. I highly recommend it. -

New Years Eve Party Review
Charity and her their team have helped me with a NYE party for 4 years running. We annually host a party. Charity and her team have become a valued partner. I utilize bartender, DJ and host services. This year (2018 NYE) was another success. I would strongly recommend their services. -

Exceptional, proffessional and best of all on time!
I had the best experience with the staff, everyone showed up on time, dressed and ready to work. My main concern was to not stress being that it was my wedding day and they make sure of that. I also loved the fact that the company offers multiple services avoiding me having to call around it was like a one-stop-shop. It really was a pleasure
From our first interaction with Charity the service was impeccable. She responded to all our questions and concerns, offered solutions and was available through the whole process.. we always felt confident leading up to our wedding day. During our wedding we heard nothing but compliments from our family and wedding party. The additional service of having her team pack up our items and bring yo our home was invaluable, we left for our honeymoon without a thing to worry about. Charity and her team are the best! -

INDNGRL Entertainment was one of the best choices we made for our wedding day/event. We hired a bartender, a bar back, and two servers to help with our "backyard shindig". All four crew members worked their behinds off to help with everything that needed to be done. No one went thirsty, our buffet stayed full and they even helped us greet people and point them in the right direction. When time came for clean-up, they did an amazing job- we had very little to do the next day. I know we will hire Charity, Monique and the INDNGRL staff for our next big event. Thank you! -

I left finding a coordinator for my wedding pretty late, but INDNGRL Entertainment done an excellent job in stepping in and coordinating my wedding. I started my initial contact with Charity over email and phone, she was always responsive, polite and friendly. Her and her team visited my husband and I at our venue, offered their great advice for our ceremony and reception layout and schedule for the day. They put a great plan together and delivered top notch service. Latricia and Kolette were my coordinators on my wedding day and done an excellent job, they were God sent. Raquel was my decorator- she was wonderful. We experienced many challenges from other vendors on the day and they handled each and every situation with a positive "we can" attitude. Nothing is too big for them to handle because they are a solution orientated group. Thank you so much, once again. You ladies are amazing and worth every dollar! -

Charity made sure that everything for my event was top notch. The chip and candy bar. My son's favorite chips and candy were provided. The bartender was very friendly, courteous and professional. Unethical business owner (named Charity) - AVOID!
Took a good faith deposit and then refused to refund with almost a year's advance notice. Owner (named Charity) took advantage of a terrible situation. No compassion whatsoever. Chairty incurred no expense and delivered no service, yet felt entitled to keep the money. Unbelievable. No other vendor did this. She was the only one. -

Definitely DON'T recommend
Hired two servers for my wedding. Not only did they arrive 15-40 minutes late, they both showed up dressed in their clothes and needed to go change into their work attire. I could go on an on about the inappropriateness that ensued after this, but I will just warn you DO NOT BOOK -

DO NOT HIRE, unless you like someone to drink on the job while taking your money.
TLDR: Charity dropped the ball with day of coordination and took multiple shots (vodka and tequila) at our wedding. Her unprofessionalism was not only noticed by family and friends, but other vendors as well. DO NOT HIRE, unless you like someone to drink on the job while taking your money.
We chose to hire “INDNGRL” for day of coordination services, event staff, and bartending for our wedding. We have nothing bad to say about the staff or bartender, they were amazing throughout the evening! However….several issues arose with Charity.
While she came across as communicative and professional leading up to the wedding, that all seemed to fade away after the final payment was made.
We are still unsure if this was due to having overbooked herself, not being fully prepared for our event, or if she no longer cared after she got the remaining money due.
An overview of what we paid her for:
1. Final decor check (not set up). Things were overlooked and had to be corrected by family members and friends. Some items never got set up.
2. Oversight of cleanup. We are missing 20 fabric tablecloths, our cake topper, and several glass vases. Other items were mistakenly discarded, but these were definitely not meant to be thrown away.
3. Responsible for the event permit and enforcing venue rules and regulations. Our venue was beer/wine only, strictly no liquor. Knowing that liquor was not allowed on the premises, rather than instructing people to remove the liquor that managed to get inside the building, she instead asked members of our wedding party for liquor and proceeded to take multiple shots. Her assistant also took a shot.
We hired her to be professional and carry out her duties, uncompromised. We struggle to understand how someone can simultaneously be professional and fulfill their job obligations while also drinking on the job. Other vendors commented on her unprofessionalism.
After confronting her about the drinking, she claimed she only drinks if invited to. None of the guests we spoke to can corroborate that story. Instead, they shared our shock over this behavior. Charity claimed that company policy allows for 2 drinks to be consumed during an event, however, after reviewing our signed contract and her company’s website, we found no evidence or mention. Most importantly, this was not discussed prior to the event.
She is also the kind of person to juggle 10 events in a weekend (her own words), which makes you wonder how much of a priority your event is compared to others, and whether or not the details you have painstakingly thought out will be executed. Our details sure weren’t.
Lastly, the lack of remorse was the final nail in the coffin. Maybe it’s cliche, but my husband and I feel somewhat cheated out of our money because we don’t feel like she did the job we paid her to do. Luckily, our family stepped up to fill the gaps and made certain we were unaware of her behavior during our wedding. -
