Fantastic Wedding
We had our wedding at Indianwood the end of June. From the moment we toured the venue we knew that we wanted to have our wedding there. Emily helped us every step of the way to ensure that we had the wedding of our dreams. She was extremely helpful in connecting us with vendors to assist us in saving money throughout the process.
On the wedding day, Emily helped out to make sure that everything went as planned and that we did not have to worry about anything venue related the day of our wedding. Additionally, we received several comments from guest about how they really enjoyed the food at the venue and thought that the views of the course were beautiful.

Indianwood was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding! The grounds are beautiful and it really gives that fairytale vibe we were going for! The high ceilings and wood paneling inside are stunning and look great in wedding photos. Emily was a delight to work with! She was super helpful with all of the questions we had and we were able to set up the day prior to the wedding which made wedding day a lot easier. The food was also spectacular. We received a ton of complements on the food, service staff, and aesthetic of the venue specifically.

Indianwood Wedding Venue
Our wedding ceremony and reception turned out absolutely beautiful at Indianwood! Emily was so wonderful and fun to work with and helped us so much along the process. We liked that we were able to take our time setting up the displays and decorations the day before. The venue is gorgeous and we are so happy we booked it here! It feels just like a castle when you first drive up to it. The architecture and art within the venue is so interesting and unique as well. The food tasted delicious and the bar service was great! The banquet staff were personable and pleasant. We highly recommend Indianwood to any couple looking for a beautiful venue! Thank you, Emily, for making our wedding day so memorable!

Our Indianwood Wedding!
Indianwood gave us the wedding of our dreams! We could not have asked for a more picturesque place within our budget! Indianwood Golf and Country Club was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we met Emily, their Director of Special Events, we were sold - she was so down to earth and kind, making the entire planning process a breeze. Great, all encompassing venue
I would highly recommend this venue. We had our ceremony and reception here and everything went off without a hitch. Nightmare Turned Dream
I had told Joel of our experience with the previous venue saying we can't have our reception there, even after signing a contract and then moving to the new venue and losing our original date. He did absolutely everything he could to accommodate us and it turned out to be phenomenal. I couldn't ask for a better person to work with and a gorgeous venue at that!

I cannot say enough how WONDERFUL this venue was. We could not be happier. It was absolutely beautiful and fit the vibe of my wedding perfectly. Joel was a dream to work with and made sure everything went off without a hitch on our wedding day. The food was AMAZING, communication was perfect, and the getting ready space was beyond great to have access to! I had my ceremony and reception in the Mixed Grill and it was beautiful. Wonderful experience
We did a 1920’s theme for our ceremony and it was fabulous! Joel and his team did a phenomenal job for our special night! We had a seating issue arise and Joel and his team handled it with ease and made it look like it was no big deal! They are so professional and handled everything expertly! The food is amazing, the venue is absolutely stunning, which we kept hearing from our guests. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this venue for any future brides looking for the PERFECT venue for their wedding. It was the perfect evening and I could not have asked for a better crew of people to make it happen! To Joel and his team, you guys are all great and deserve all the praise! Best Venue in the Area
You will not regret taking the plunge with this venue for your wedding. Their pricing is fair and we got immense value from what we paid. The beauty of the rooms speak for themselves, but the service is where this place shines. I made a lot of changes to the normal ceremony aspects, and Joel was very easy going and accommodating to helping us realize our vision. Joel helped us through every aspect in the tasting, setup, rehearsal, and day-of with a smile and energy. It felt like he truly just fit in with our group seamlessly and helped everything run smoothly our wedding day. All of the staff were on top of taking care of us and all of our guests the day of, and were all so kind and professional. I genuinely don't have a single piece of even constructive criticism on anything they can improve on as everything and everyone was amazing to work with.

Perfect venue for our wedding and 20's themed reception with the history of the building and property. The staff was helpful and kind. The day went flawlessly! Amazing! Worth every penny!
We originally booked the venue with Suzanne. Who was super kind and helped answer our questions. Then Joel took over her position and was amazing the whole way through. From questions, to rehearsal, and day of he was more then helpful. The food was so good and the bar tender was amazing as well. The whole Indianwood team was more then helpful, professional and made sure the day went smoothly. I wish we could do it all over again. It was a dream 😊

A gem in your backyard!
I can't say enough good things about Indianwood! We stumbled upon it while we were searching for a venue, and we really fell in love! The buildings have so much character, and the initial tour was very to the point (which we enjoyed)! They were priced very fair, compared to some of the other venues we looked at in the area.
They were very flexible with our vision, and what we were hoping to accomplish, and they responded to ALL of our questions, and we had a lot! We initially signed our contract with Suzanne, who was wonderful, and she took on a new role with Indianwood and introduced us to Joel. We were worried because she did such a great job with our questions and assisting us, but Joel knocked it out of the park! He was GREAT to work with, was very professional and calm, and made sure there that all the details were taken care of. He was very flexible with us so we could achieve our vision, answered many emails and questions, and his team works hard!
I highly recommend Indianwood if you are looking for a venue that is beautiful, fair in price, and has exceptional service.

Amazing location for a wedding
This was the first place we visited when looking at venues and immediately fell in love. We chose the mixed grill room for our wedding and it worked perfectly. The interior design and decor was amazing. With all of the wood beams and ornate wood accents (fireplace, staircase, bar), I didn't have to go out of my way with decorations, the room decorated itself. We also loved that we could get married in the same room as the reception, made everything very easy. It was also very convenient that we could use the lady's locker room for the girls to get ready in (locker room doesn't sound like much but it actually has a very pretty sitting room, with larger windows and lots of natural light). On top of the interior, the exterior is just as amazing. With the castle features and the beautiful landscaping, it made for gorgeous pictures. We got really lucky and we had our wedding in May and all of the flowers on the trees and bushes were blooming, absolutely stunning. Aside from the venue itself, the staff is also very helpful and accommodating. I worked with both Suzanne and Joel, both amazing. When we had to postpone our wedding due to covid Suzanne was very accommodating and super helpful, she definitely made the postponement process less stressful. On the day of, Joel was very helpful with getting things aligned while myself and my wedding party were taking photos. He took the initiative to light all of the candles for my decor, was readily available if there were any questions or issues. We did have the misfortune of having the AC fail just before the ceremony, but Joel and his team scrambled around to get any/all the fans on the property and set them up strategically to help cool the room. Fortunately, as the day went on it cooled down and the room had double doors that opened up to a patio, so it helped relieve some of the heat. Overall our experience with Indianwood was amazing, we were very happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend them for any future weddings.

Perfect Wedding Spot
We chose Indianwood because of the proximity to home and family, the beautiful building and decor and the availability and flexibility of the wedding packages. The atmosphere inside the Mixed Grille hall is perfect for an intimate wedding and reception. The food was great and the service was just a good. Suzanne was incredibly responsive to our endless questions throughout our entire year of planning. We felt that Indianwood was affordable and a great value. Lastly, as a same-sex couple, it was important to us that our venue felt inclusive. Suzanne and her staff welcomed us with open arms and made us feel instantly welcomed and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and staff!

I have to say that this venue was absolutely perfect. The staff was so accommodating and genuinely cared about making our special day go as smoothly as possible. Sue was very helpful, gracious, and prompt. She knows exactly what she is doing! We were able to use our own decorations and set up before hand. Their food was great. Highly recommend the beef tips. They're very accommodating with food allergies and vegetarian dishes. the pricing was right as well! We were worried with it being a private club that it wouldn't be affordable, but it was the best priced venue we had seen. We would use them again in a heart beat. Fantastic service and wonderful staff!

Indianwood is so accommodating. I got COVID two days before my first wedding date and Indianwood was able to move our date six weeks out without changing a thing besides the number of guests. Their responsiveness and thoroughness will put you at ease throughout the whole process.

My wife and I spent the evening celebrating our marriage at Indianwood. We could not be happier with how everything turned out and how much fun our guests seemed to have! The decor is elegant with lots of handcarved wood detail and plenty of windows for natural light to shine through. We were served the chicken and steak duet and heard compliments all night on the taste of the food and the quality of the excellent service we received throughout the night. We would like to give a big shout out to Suzanne, our Indianwood Event Coordinator, for her attention to detail and additional effort to ensure our day was tailored specifically to our vision. Suzanne is a large part why we would recommend Indianwood to anyone looking for a unique venue to host their wedding and/or celebrations. Indianwood speaks for itself with its castle-like design and rolling green fields. Extremely picturesque. This, combined with Suzanne's personal touch, makes Indianwood a true gem which does NOT resemble anything like a banquet hall. It is a unique building with the space the host large gatherings. I feel the distinction is important to make.

Indianwood was picture perfect. Having a wedding this year was amazingly difficult but Susana was a dream to work with. She was knowledgeable, flexible and hard working. No matter what twists occurred she was able to come up with unique solutions. In the end, we had a lovely wedding that turned out better than we envisioned.

Amazing venue
My husband and I had our wedding reception at Indainwood and we could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was professional, accommodating, and helpful. I hear from many guests how much they loved the venue and that their food was very good and hot when it was brought to them (plated style). There was a hiccup in our day, the sheet cakes weren't delivered, and Indianwood staff actually went to pick them up (I was not told about this until after the wedding). I would recommend Indianwood in a heart beat!

Marvelous Experience
Indianwood Golf and Country Club is a beautiful venue. We used the Mixed Grill (smaller room) for our wedding ceremony and reception on Saturday (10/28/2019). From the moment we walked in at the showing in January we knew this place was very special and the atmosphere exemplified our relationship. Suzanne was amazing to work with. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process, especially those last minute changes and panic moments. She was there for the entire event (10 am to 11:30 pm) to make sure we were taken care of. The women were able to use the ladies locker room which is an enormous space and worked out perfectly to get ready (hair, make-up, and dressed). The men had an ample sized room to get ready and hang out as well. The staff was extremely helpful the night before and day of the event when we needed more tables or a knife for those last minute decoration mishaps. The food was as delicious at the tasting as it was the night of the wedding. We received a lot of praise from our guests at how good the food was. The venue even provided the option to select a keg of our favorite beer (Rochester Mills Milkshake Stout) for a small fee. And from the looks of it our guests enjoyed it as much as we do 😊 I would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to have an intimate, old world vintage and romantic wedding. That is what our wedding felt to me at this location.

Perfect wedding reception
Indianwood proved to be a perfect venue for my daughters wedding reception. I know the club well and knew it would not disappoint. The food was fantastic, the venue is beautiful with so many great picture spots, the layout of the reception hall was perfect, and the service from Suzanne and her staff made for an unforgettable day for everyone. If you're thinking about a "do it youself" wedding / reception - don't. Do yourself a favor and contact Indianwood first.

Elegance and Charm
We had a short time to plan this wedding. We chose Indianwood and everything was perfect! The Wedding Team helped with all the details and acted like our personal wedding coordinators:). We never worried about anything in the middle of a very stressful time. A fairy tale in a castle
The venue was amazing and captured our wedding perfectly! The location couldn't of been any nicer for us, as we were close to the church and hotels. Our food and drinks were spot on and our guest were very happy. People couldn't get over how beautiful everything was! i would have my wedding again here over and over again. Indianwood made our wedding magical and we thank you!

Great Experience for our 7/6/19 Wedding
We loved everything about our venue! Suzanne was great to work with and made sure everything ran smoothly. Our guests also couldn’t stop raving about the food and many went for seconds! (We did a buffet style) We would definitely recommenced them to anyone looking for a venue with a lot of character and a staff that was not only accommodating but made us feel important! Can’t say enough great things about Indianwood!

Our wedding at Indianwood was amazing! Crystal, their events coordinate, was great to work with, their prices were so reasonable, and the food was GREAT! My brother who was in my wedding party (so he got his plate first) was texting guests in the food line to get a lot because it was so good! We wanted a place that we could do ceremony and reception at one venue but didn't want to have an outdoor ceremony but also didn't want the ceremony in the same room as the reception - I wanted a separate room for the ceremony to make it special. And Indianwood was perfect they have a perfect smaller room for ceremony and then larger beautiful banquet hall for reception. And good thing we did it indoor because it rained all day - but it was still perfect! I would highly recommend this as a wedding venue!

Indianwood was perfect. Working with Crystal was amazing she was super attentive and quick with answering my 5 billion questions over our 8 months of planning. We had our ceremony in the great hall and our reception in the mixed grille, it was beautiful and everything I could have hoped for. Our guests raved about the passed appetizers and late night taco/nacho station. If I had to do it all again I would 100% go back to indianwood. Thank you Crystal for making our wedding as magical as it was.

We absolutely loved the venue. Crystal and every other member of the staff went above and beyond to make our wedding day as easy as possible for us! We decided to get married here partially because of the Christmas decorations- we hardly did any decorating because the place looked magical already. We had not a single complaint about the venue, it was perfect!

Stunning venue.. food was amazing.. Working with Crystal was so easy. We had a bit of a hard time finding a venue that fit our theme. However, when we went to look at Indianwood we both fell in love. It's a gorgeous venue, the food was wonderful and they were very accommodating. We had some mishaps at the ceremony that caused us to be late to the reception and they handled everything perfectly!

Indianwood is such a beautiful venue – not your traditional “wedding hall”. What a gorgeous and unique space with a lot of history! Our photos turned out fantastic!! I felt as if the prices were extremely reasonable compared to other venues around the area and the food was great – our guests are still talking about how great the food was! The staff is awesome and very great to work with. Thank you!!

I had my ceremony and reception here in June of 2015 and it was absolutely amazing. The venue is beautiful inside and out that you have so many options for pictures. I had so many people come up to me at the end of the night and say it was the best wedding they had gone to in a long time. The food was great, the bartenders were nice and the event coordinator, Crystal was awesome. She stayed through out the wedding to make sure everything ran smoothly. I would recommend Indianwood to anyone! The price was very reasonable and very low compared to other country clubs.

We were married October 11, 2014!! Our Little pumpkin wedding! We had our ceremony and reception there! Absolutely the best day of ours lives! Mykala was fantastic! Mykala is an amazing event planner! She worked with us every step of the way, and was extremely responsive with phone calls and emails. We were married on September 13, 2014 and we would do it all again with Mykala at Indianwood. From the first time we saw the space she was so accommodating and informative. Throughout the process she was open and receptive to our ideas and worked with us and all of our vendors on all of our special needs.
The food was amazing, everyone commented on how wonderful the meal was. Service was exceptional and they even accommodated out gluten free and vegetarian guests.
Our guests had access to a multitude of spaces including patio, lounging area and of course the views were spectacular. It was truly a beautiful space and we were so thankful to have celebrated our wedding reception at Indianwood Golf & Country Club.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was working with Mykala and the staff at Indianwood. From start to finish, Mykala made everything run smoothly for us. Throughout the planning, she answered all of our questions promptly, and did what she could to honor any of our requests. Whenever we were in town and needed to see her (a few times without advanced notice) she dropped what she was doing and made us feel welcome. And the day of the wedding, everything was perfect, just as she had promised. The room was even more beautiful than we all imagined, the food was hot and delicious, and the service was excellent. Mykala herself was on hand all night working hard to keep everything moving along as planned. Indianwood was the perfect place to hold our daughter's wedding, not just because of how beautiful the grounds and buildings are, but because of how reliable the service is. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place to hold any special event.

My daughter's wedding reception was held at Indianwood last Saturday. We had booked with them 14 months prior to the date. Mykala is the wedding/event coordinator at Indianwood, and is fantastic. Her responsiveness, helpfullness, and assisstance throughout the entire process was excellent. She helped with every last detail, and could not have been more accommodating. The venue was gorgeous, and the food was beyond our expectations. Many, many guests approached us after, and commented on the food stating they felt they had gone out for a nice dinner, and not a wedding because the good was so high quality. A 5 star is not high enough for Mykala or the venue.

If you are looking for a beautiful and amazing wedding venue look no further. My husband and I were fortunate enough to have Mykala help us create our fairy tale wedding. Mykala was absolutely amazing! I was nervous planning a wedding out of state but with her help it was a breeze. I probably sent 15-20 emails and she always responded quickly.
Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food and atmosphere. Our food was cooked to perfection. The entire staff was helpful and wonderful.
I had the opportunity to see the final touches while I was getting ready and by jaw just dropped. Everything was absolutely beautiful! From the chair covers, to the candles, to the friendly staff, Indianwood was every thing we could have ever imagined. Mykala went above and beyond and made our dream wedding come true. This place is absolutely GORGEOUS! It was like walking into a fairytale land on wedding venues. The décor was beautiful and it looks like a castle when you first drive into the venue and it was breathtaking. When we talked with people at the venue they were so polite and helpful it was just so nice. Even though my husband and I are not country club goers we did not feel like outsiders at all. Mykala is the wedding planner there and she was AMAZING! She was so responsive in emails or calls, she was helpful, she was so polite and honest, she never tried to upsell us and she always smiled, thanked us and was always asking what she could do to help. She just made the whole experience so easy which is what every bride wants. The day of the wedding everything was great. The food was so good and way better than any banquet food I have ever had. The waitstaff was so awesome. My grandparents can only walk with walkers and they let my grandparents sit at the table and got them there food, talk about SERVICE! Everyone was so exceptional!

It was a pleasure to work with Mykala. She made planning fun and enjoyable. Her quick responses to our emails and suggestions helped create the perfect wedding reception. We were unable to get in to the venue on Friday, due to an event, so we delivered centerpieces, decorations, etc. with a list of how we wanted them to be displayed. They did exactly what we wanted and the room looked beautiful upon arrival. We were very pleased with the way the entire evening went!!!

Indianwood was the first venue my husband and I checked out just after getting engaged, in November 2012. From that moment on, every experience we had was a positive one.
Mykala Salquist is the wedding coordinator there and she is phenomenal. If you e-mail her with a question, she will respond immediately with a clear answer. She arranged to meet us over Thanksgiving weekend in 2012 so we could view the venue, leaving her family holiday plans. This was because we were coming from 4 hours away. The two places we looked after Indianwood just paled in comparison. In addition, Indianwood offered, by far, the best deal for our wedding compared to all of the other places we researched.
We booked the venue with ease. After that, anything Mykala could help us with, she did. She helped us work with King's Court Castle (sister place to Indianwood) to arrange our wedding shower. She threw in extra deals for us when she could. She was there to meet prior to the rehearsal, during the rehearsal, and all day and night of the wedding, making sure everything was going according to plan.
The actual wedding was perfect. The venue was decorated with beautiful Christmas trees and garland and lights. I had so many compliments about how gorgeous the venue was, and I'm still getting compliments and it is almost three weeks after the event.
Lastly, I had many people come up to me and tell me that they were very impressed with the staff at Indianwood. Everyone loved the bartender. One of my mother's friends wanted tea that night, and a member of the wait staff went out of his way to find her some, and then checked on her throughout the night to see if she needed any refills. This woman was highly impressed by this and made sure to let everyone know. The food was phenomenal, the drinks were superb, and the night was a dream come true.
Thank you, Mykala and Indianwood, for making my wedding EVERYTHING I ever dreamed it would be!

Our reception was held in the St. Andrews Room. It was beautiful and the perfect space for our 85 guests. Mykala and the whole staff were exceptional. Our every request was professionally accomodated, from room setup to vegan dinner options to upgraded fine wines which our guests loved. We had many many compliments on the food and we were able to enjoy the outdoor patio area which was absolutely gorgeous for photos.

We worked with Mykala Salquist the Director of Catering to plan our June 15 wedding at Indianwood. We reserved the Mixed Grill. OUr ceremony was also in the MIxed Grill over the dance floor facing the fire place. It was absolutely beautiful. We (the Bridal Party) loved having the beautiful Women's Lounge to get ready in. I was completely relaxed the entire day/evening. All went very smoothly. We received SO many compliments on how great the venue was and how beautiful it was. And wow oh wow, I haven't seen a sunset as gorgeous as that one over the golf course in a long time. We have absolutely no complaints and would HIGHLY recommend this venue and the Mixed Grill. It was perfect for us.

Mykala was absolutely wonderful. From giving us the initial tour of the grounds to making sure our day went smoothly! Indianwood is a beautiful place and the food was good as well. My only complaint is that I had numerous guests ask where the bartender was during the serving hours.

Beautiful Venue
The venue is beautiful inside and out. The pictures we captured during the golden hour with the course in the background were stunning. The food was delicious and served in a timely fashion. We hired some of the preferred vendors which I would highly recommend as they require very little coordination for the day and everything came together exactly as I envisioned. We are very happy we chose Indianwood for our wedding.

Gorgeous venue, easy planning, good value
The food was delicious and the space was beautiful. I liked that the venue handled food, alcohol and tables/settings and a ceremony and reception space all in one. It made planning so much easier and made the venue well worth the price. The coordinator, Emily, was a huge help too, especially the day of. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Beautiful Venue!
Loved this unique venue to have our ceremony and reception in. One of the most reasonably priced places we could find. Everything turned out amazing. I will say that we had upgraded to the filets with the duet plates and I wish we would’ve stuck with the beef tips. We tried the the beef tips during the tasting and they were delicious, but just for presence of the plates we thought it might look better with the filets. They definitely weren’t bad, but it’s hard to make them all medium temperature for so many people. I did have a few guests tell me afterwards they were upset they couldn’t get more bread when they asked or have their steak temperature cooked more if they preferred well done, but I think most places run into this issue. Overall, very impressed. I would have it here again in a heartbeat ... although I only plan on getting married once!

Mykala Salquist was amazing & wonderful to work with in specializing exactly how I wanted my wedding to look.
She was able to let me customize my menu & drink options as well in order to ensure the satisfaction of my guests. I was able to come in the Friday before my wedding and work with her and her staff to make sure my vision was what I've ever dreamed of. I loved that I had the opportunity (and if you're a bit of an OCD bride like I am, this is something you'll want to check into being able to do at any venue).
The Mixed Grille room was gorgeous, the food was outstanding (recommend the dual plate of fillet & chicken Indianwood), the drinks were strong, and the atmosphere was unbeatable. There is plenty of room for guests & we loved the lounge area where the photo booth was set up. Only downfall was that the dance floor is a bit small (we had people dancing on the carpet & it really wasn't that big of a deal).
If you desire an elegant and classy wedding with some character/authenticity, Indianwood is definitely a place to look into. I received so many compliments about how it didn't feel like a "typical" banquet hall & loved that my guests recognized it's uniqueness. 5 stars across the board!

I simply cannot praise Mykala and the entire staff enough! Every question I had was answered promptly and completely. The staff on the evening of the wedding was wonderful! I had absolutely no complaints! My guests and family members were absolutely pleased with everything!

Indianwood was a wonderful place for our wedding - such a beautiful and special venue!! We had both our ceremony and our reception in their Mixed Grill Room and it was gorgeous. The pictures on their website do not do it justice at all and that photographer should be shot....we almost didn't visit it because of the website photos. Frances was very accomodating and flexible. We received so many compliments about the venue and the food. I HIGHLY recommend the venue, it is a great value for an exceptional venue!

Beautiful day and great work
Indianwood is absolutely beautiful. The setting was gorgeous. Food and service were quite good and Suzanne was very helpful with us trying to get this done with COVID restrictions. We heard nothing but good things from all of our guests. Organization was a little stressful as we were remote and could not meet in person frequently, but we got everything done and the day ran as smoothly and we could have hoped for. Day of service was good and they even took care of small needs like a box for the cake.

Great venue! I loved Mykala the event coordinator. She was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to all my questions! The venue does have certain rules that they don't flex on because they are a country club but the venue is gorgeous and the food was yummy. All the staff was great and helped whenever asked.

I was very happy with Joel our wedding coordinator at the venue. He is simply very good at what he does and put my mind as ease during the process.
Joel was great, and he is very patient and understanding. He tries hard to make sure the bride is relaxed. ♥️
