Although I ultimately went in a different direction for my wedding decor, I had a wonderful experience working with Michele Rogers during the planning process. She was organized, responsive, and incredibly professional. Michele brought great ideas to the table and made the process feel smooth and stress-free. Amazing experience

We had great experience with this vendor, closely worked with Michele Roberts. She is very professional and absolutely loved working with her. She did a fantastic job with decor, set up, flower arrangement and listened to all our requests and everything is done timely. We highly recommend her!!!

Beautiful decor, friendly people.

My wife and I got married at the Speak Easy in Broad Ripple, Indiana. We showed Michelle some pictures of the altar and decorations that we wanted and she nailed it. We also used Indiana Wedding Decorator‘s for black pipe and drape. It provided a nice clean background to the altar. We loved working with Michelle and she was even able to add some extra tables at the last minute.

Michele & team will make your wedding venue just as beautiful as you imagine

Michele is a very experienced and professional decorator. We had a small Indian wedding and she made the mandap just as we imagined. She took very detailed notes of our expectations and followed up with us regarding shades of drapes and offered the best advice we could get. She had a fair quote for what we expected. Michele will be there with you till the last moment making you worry about one less thing. Although it was a cross-cultural wedding, Michele replicated exactly what we imagined. Thank you Michele and team for making our day beautiful.

Easy to work with and knowledgable! They had great suggestions based on our vision and the venue for our reception. When we needed to make changes, they were very responsive to questions and willing to work with us to decide what we really needed. The end product was beautiful!

Absolutely Amazing! Worth every penny!!

Indiana Wedding Decorators did an absolutely amazing job decorating my wedding reception venue in October 2019. I do not consider myself a super crafty or creative person and I wanted little to nothing to do with decorating for my reception. My past experience had been family/friends having to help set up and tear down from others wedding celebrations. I definitely did not want that experience for my own wedding. My idea of a great experience was to not have to worry about all the little details on the day of the wedding and to be able to just have family/friends sit back and enjoy. Indiana Wedding Decorators took this request and went above and beyond my expectations!! They made our special day so easy and worry free. They did all the set up and tear down and made what was a somewhat plain space feel very special. Michele, especially, was really helpful. She brought many years of decorating and coordinating experience to the table. She provided design and décor advice and took what was only a partially formed idea on my part and made it exactly what I wanted and then some. She had great ideas and worked within the budget I had set for myself. She was always very quick to respond to emails and calls. She was also very accommodating even when I wanted to make last minute changes. I would 100% use them again for an event and highly recommend others consider using them for their event decorating needs. Well worth the money spent!!

Best experience twice!

I have used Indiana wedding decorators twice. End of November was my daughters wedding and Michele made our event hall look so beautiful and elegant!
Better than our expectations.
Michele understands cultural weddings as well, and she helps you to stay within your budget. Her years of experience is reflected in the decor. They have beautiful items and best of all you get to see and pick everything in person at their office/warehouse.
I have many friends who have used Indiana wedding decorators and each decor has been different and beautiful.
I highly recommend Indiana wedding decorators/Michele. ☺️

Michele and her team really did an outstanding job !! My wedding was 6/9/18 and they did a GORGEOUS job!! They did my ceremony decor and linen rental. It was jaw dropping! My wedding looked like something out of a catalog !! Michele was so kind and helpful! I explained what I wanted for my ceremony and she nailed it! My ceremony decor was everything I ever wanted !! Experience ended up being great. We had a miscommunication about what color we wanted our centerpieces to be. We picked up the centerpieces on the Thursday before the wedding and realized that they weren't the color we were expecting and that they actually clashed with our other colors. No problem-- they took them back Thursday afternoon, repainted them, and dropped them off at the venue on Friday. Fantastic service. High recommend.

My daughter was married at the state house in Indianapolis. Indiana Wedding Decorators provided the draping at the alter and the flowers down the aisle and at the alter. Everything was beautiful. People were surprised the flowers were not real, they looked so good! The draping was beautiful and they even added uplighting behind it for an added bonus. The pictures turned out gorgeous. The Wedding Decorators were very easy to work with and gave us lots of good suggestions. They also listened to what my daughter and her fiance wanted and did exactly that.

I cannot say enough about Michele and her team. They are amazing. Our wedding was on Mother's Day and Maggiano's Little Italy. Michele contacted Natalie Love from Maggiano's and they coordinated for delivery, setup, and pickup (the following morning). The wedding was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted to see. I told Michele where I wanted the drapery hung to cover up a mirror and it was hung with perfection. The lighting was gorgeous and my husband and I couldn't be happier. The reception was just as beautiful. I heard later servers from the main area came back to look at the decorations and how fabulous the LED lights used in the wedding and reception just added to everything. The chair covers and the charger plates made everything complete. We had the gift table, memory table for our mom who both passed away from cancer, and cake table decorated. The LED centerpieces we picked out with Michele's help were gorgeous. My husband and I met with Michele at the warehouse. We went through all the colors and decorations that night. It all came together on the wedding day and it was beautiful. They delivered and picked up everything without any problems. This was great professionalism. Thank you Michele for all your help.

A responsible, talented, professional decorator! That's Michele, from Indiana Wedding Decorators. I talked to her on the phone only once, for a few minutes, exchanged with her about 100 emails, emailed her photos my extremely busy daughter compiled, that represented what she wanted the reception room to look like. Michele and I had only two months to make those photos come to life! Without meeting Michele or her team, or visiting her showroom, the room looked absolutely spectacular on the wedding day!!! Michele, you are an expert! We can't thank you enough for your superb job!

Indiana Wedding Decorators helped me achieve the gorgeous look that I had always hoped my wedding would have! Michele is wonderful & can really make your 'dream' wedding come alive! She's very quick to respond to any questions, gave me helpful input, and she's very flexible & patient. Even when I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, she would provide several options & show me different ideas. Indiana Wedding Decorators helped me with so much from the linen draping inside the tent where my ceremony was held, provided a gorgeous backdrop/background for ceremony, providing easels for table numbers, amazing up-lighting for the reception, gold chiavari chairs, and so much more. Anything you're looking for to make your wedding day special, Michele can make it happen! I received so many compliments on how beautiful my wedding ceremony & reception were and I have to give credit to Michele at Indiana Wedding Decorators for this!! I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone looking to have a gorgeous & memorable wedding day!! Michele is absolutely wonderful & so talented at what she does!

Indiana Wedding Decorators made my wedding dream come true! They did more than I could ever ask for! Prior to the wedding, I met with them and picked out everything that I wanted for my reception room and I showed them pictures of how I wanted the room to look. During this time, they assured me my room would be perfect! I had no doubt they could decorate my reception room exactly how I wanted it. The day of my wedding, I made a special request that I got to see the reception room before anyone entered. So before I walked down the isle, I got to see everything that they had done. When I entered the room, I was absolutely speechless and couldn't believe this was my wedding! My room was absolutely indescribable. It was everything I could have every imagined and more! They went above and beyond for my husband and I and I had never seen anything like it. It was PERFECT! After our night came to an end, employees and the manager of our wedding venue came up to us and said after working there for over 10 years, our room was by far the most beautiful one they had ever seen and their personal vendors could have never done anything like what Indiana Wedding Decorators had done. They were impressed and said our room would be the talk of their venue! To this day, people are still commenting to my husband and I on how our wedding was absolutely beautiful and it was all thanks to Indiana Wedding Decorators. I would recommend them to anyone! I have never met other individuals that care so much on making other people's wedding dreams come true! They were more than we could ever ask for!

We couldn't have said "I Do" without you! Thanks for all of your help! Your staff showed up and set everything up for us and it looked perfect! I would highly recommend you to anyone! They bring everything you need to your venue, set everything up, and come back at the end of the night to clean everything up! Simply amazing and we can't thank you enough for making our day beautiful and one to remember forever!!

Good chair rental experience.

We rented about 75 chairs for our outdoor ceremony. IWD was easy to work with, responsive, flexible on timing, and way more reasonably priced than some other vendors we received quotes from. I would use them again.

Great Service!

Indiana Wedding Decorators were easy to work with. I had chosen a style of plates that they didn't, at first, have enough of for our event. They ensured that they would acquire enough for the event and they did. Overall great selection to choose from.

Michele did an amazing job with my ceremony decor. It was exactly what I wanted! She came to my bridal suite and showed me a picture, I cried because it was exactly what I had envisioned.

Our wedding was in May 2016 (downtown Indianapolis) and my husband and I thought Michele did a great job. We had 2 different decorators handling separate aspects of our wedding. Michele handled the chivari chairs, the chair covers, cushions, charger plates, linens etc. She had everything in the rooms at the hotel and set up the day prior to the wedding. The morning of, I had to add a few extra people to our reception and because she did the place settings, I reached out to her to let her know I needed more things. She assured me it won't be a problem and sure enough everyone was seated for the reception. I never worried about anything with Michele. She has a showroom, so you can pick out what you like and if she doesn't she can get it for you. She's very easy to work with and answers emails in a timely manner. Wonderful decorator, wonderful service.

They did a great job on our wedding and it looked beautiful. Had a issue with one person never responding back but they got someone else for our wedding and she did an amazing job. It was so nice that they worked with our schedule and set up and cleaned up in the same day. Couldn't have asked for anything better. It was just beautiful and I would recommend them for any wedding.

Very unpleasant

Didn’t reach to our expectations at all promised something else and did something else and the decoration was very unprofessional and nothing to what she had showed us that she will do. She promised that she will put two big urns of flower vases and she totally missed to put them and she wasn’t ready to refund and after continuously asking she gave 200$ for the amount of money she charged. Decoration with passion is different and decoration for money is different. She just charges and does a bad job. I am very disappointed with the work they did. Literally all the zip ties were visible and the Mandap she built was not equal on all sides. It was up and down and not in one level. Very unprofessional and very disappointed and we have reached out to her months and months before our wedding.
