We wish we could give the Indian Trail Club much more than 5 stars - a true hidden gem. From the moment we first met Debbie and the ITC team, we knew this was the only place we wanted to get married. Debbie, Dana, Chef John and the whole team at the ITC were extremely accommodating for everything we wanted for our dream wedding. From the amazing recommendations, to designing our perfect menu, our guests enjoyed every little moment. Debbie was quick to answer all of our questions. Chef John sat down with us to talk through in detail the menu from cocktail hour through dessert, and provided amazing recommendations and was so accommodating. The ITC made us feel like a part of their family, and for that we are truly grateful. We had a picture perfect October fall day for our wedding and were able to enjoy all of the beautiful spots their venue has to offer. Between the lake-side ceremony, golden hour photos on the dock, open doors into the reception making a great indoor/outdoor feel, beautiful stone fireplaces, and fire pits and heaters on the patio - pure perfection. Our guests raved about the food and all of the variety - there was something for everyone. The grilled cheese tomato soup shooters at cocktail hour and waffle ice cream sundae bar for dessert stole the show. We had a great spot with natural light for hair and makeup, an abundance of great locations for photos, a great lunch for everyone getting ready prepared by Chef John and a great bridal suite for the girls to get ready. There is not a separate location for the guys to get ready, but this was not an issue for us. The guys got ready at the hotel and came to the venue ready, which worked out very well for us. Thank you so much Debbie, Dana, Chef John and the whole ITC for your kindness, flexibility, and attention to detail. We are so thankful we chose your beautiful venue for our dream wedding, and wouldn't change a thing! Thank you for making our day incredible!

I’m in love with this venue and have been since the moment I found it online. By doing a simple Google search of “Best cocktail hour”, we found the venue of our dreams. It really was a fairytale wedding! The grounds of ITC are magnificent. Their lake side venue makes the most romantic view. We were lucky to have our ceremony outside and the water from the lake was sparkling behind us as we said “I do”. The cocktail hour was insane!! We received so many compliments on the food, the quantity and quality of the food. The entrees were hot and consistent. Debbie is a pleasure to work with and really helps create your vision. Dana was also a huge help and makes sure you have everything you could possibly need. The entire staff were friendly and professional. We are so happy to have had our wedding at ITC. It was a beautiful day. We wouldn’t change a thing!

This venue is a hidden gem and if you are looking for a beautiful venue with attentive staff, gorgeous water views, delicious food with an extensive cocktail hour, personalized attention with one wedding a day and really just an overall wonderful experience book ITC immediately. We had to change our date twice due to COVID and not once were we given a hard time or charged any additional fees. Our wedding date moved from 2020 to 2021 and the cost per person remained the same. Debbie and Dana are responsive and walk you through every step leading up to the wedding and ensure that the day of your event runs without issue. I never felt a need to hire a day of coordinator as Debbie and Dana were thorough with all their communication and available for anything we needed. I left Dana with a packet of my decor layout and when I arrived at 8:00am the day of the wedding it was already set up exactly as I requested. The option to have both breakfast and lunch catered for the bridal party on the day of is perfect and myself and my bridal party loved the spreads provided.

Although the bridal suite is small and does not have great lighting, because you are the only event on site, hair and make-up are able to be set up in the bar area with huge windows and great natural light. There is lots of space and several lounge chairs for the bridal party to sit, relax and they can eat nearby while waiting their turn for services. Our bridal party stored any belongings we needed in the bridal suite, took advantage of having the private bathroom and popped in there as needed throughout the night as it’s conveniently located near the reception space. My bridal attendants, Josephine (AM) and Bonita (PM) were both extremely attentive and ensured we had whatever we needed at all times. Bonita boxed up extra cocktail hour food for us and checked on us consistently throughout the night. Aside from being attentive, Bonita had an excellent positive attitude and truly seemed happy to make sure we were enjoying our day.

Our guests RAVED about the food - especially cocktail hour. Our per person price included an open bar, 5 stations of our choice and 10 passed appetizers plus a farmhouse charcuterie table. The BBQ and Asian stations were a huge hit and guests really enjoyed all the variety amongst the passed apps. Our guests were all very impressed by the serving staff and said that not once did they have to ask for anything and always had full glasses of wine and water. I could write a novel about ITC and it wouldn’t be enough to describe how perfect they made our day!

We had our wedding at the Indian Trail Club in September 2021 and we could not have been happier with the venue. Debbie and Dana and the entire staff were so helpful and accommodating during the entire wedding planning process, and they remained very flexible for us during the uncertainties of COVID. The entire team at Indian Trail Club is so pleasant to work with, friendly, and responsive. From the outdoor ceremony on the Lake to the beautiful reception room, the venue was picture-perfect beautiful on our wedding day. The food was amazing, too. We had several wedding guests rave to us about the food and say how it was the best wedding food they have ever had. They offered customizable menu options and let us personalize the entire day to our liking. I highly recommend the Indian Trail Club!

Where to even start! Debbie and Dana truly make everything so easy. They respond to texts, emails and calls so fast. I never felt lost or confused during any of the process. The day of it looked like it may rain but they always had my dream of a ceremony out on the lake top of mind. We had the best day ever thanks to all of the staff! The venue is absolutely beautiful. So many locations for great photos. Book this venue!!

If you are reading this review because you’ve come across Indian Trail Club, drop everything and book this hidden gem ASAP! Indian Trail Club is an absolute dream. Debbie, Dana, and the entire ITC staff are truly incredible and make your day run seamlessly. I booked Indian Trail Club in December 2018 for an October 2020 wedding. Through the planning process, Debbie and Dana were always available to answer all of my questions no matter how big or small. When the pandemic hit and we decided to postpone our wedding, Debbie simply moved the date to August 2021, no questions asked and no additional charges.

The venue, the views, and the grounds are gorgeous. If you are getting married on-site, the views from the lake are breathtaking. The best part is that you can take pictures anywhere on site. You even have the option to take pictures on the beach or dock.

The food is on another level. The chef is just as much a part of your day as Debbie and Dana. We were able to meet him at the food tasting and discuss all of the food options for the wedding. We even met with him at our final meeting where we made some minor changes to the dessert options to help fit our style a little more. The cocktail hour consists of stations and passed Hor’dourves. The options are endless! Believe me when I say that you and your guests will not leave cocktail hour hungry. Our guests are still raving about the food!

On the day of the wedding, you truly don’t have to worry about one single thing. Debbie and Dana take care of everything and make sure your day runs as smoothly as ever. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. If you’re considering booking Indian Trail Club, do it! I promise you it will totally surpass all of your expectations.

When I tell you that Indian trail club is the most amazing venue, I’m not kidding. Dana and Debbie were absolutely amazing to work with and made our entire wedding process seamless. Given the many changing restrictions and guidelines, they had a backup plan for everything and were so accommodating! Luckily, all restrictions were lifted and our day was an absolute dream come true. My wedding vision was executed perfectly with Dana and Debbie going above and beyond for us. Everyone keeps raving about how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the food was, and how great the service was overall! The cocktail hour was AWESOME. I’ve never seen anything like it. Indian trail club definitely made our wedding the best day ever. It’s such a hidden gem that I will recommend over and over again forever!!

The Indian Trail Club is an absolute DREAM. Dana and Debbie, as well as the rest of the staff at the Indian Trail Club, were so amazing to work with day of and throughout the entire wedding planning process. Everyone at the ITC is so attentive, personable, and professional. They worked so hard to make sure everything went smoothly so that we had the best wedding day imaginable. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was stressful, but Dana and Debbie made it so much easier. They were always there to answer our questions and put us at ease. Roxana, our Bridal Attendant, was also so attentive throughout the entire day! She was constantly there for us, making sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I talk about how sad we are that our wedding is over every single day! I wish we could do it again!

The Indian Trail Club is the best venue in NJ and we feel so fortunate to have had our wedding there. The space is absolutely beautiful- we barely needed to decorate. We appreciated being able to use lanterns, table numbers, easels, etc. provided by the ITC. The ceremony views and the view from the ballroom are breathtaking. Our guests loved having the option to hangout in the ballroom, by the bar, or outside on the patio.

I got ready with my mom, MIL, and bridesmaids in the bridal suite and by the bar area. The natural lighting was incredible by the bar! I also ordered a bridal bites platter for my girls for lunch. The wraps and salads were absolutely delicious!

I cannot get over how amazing the food was! The cocktail hour was so impressive and the staff made sure to have a platter for my husband and me in the bridal suite. I am seriously still dreaming about that Italian station!! Our guests have been non-stop raving about the cocktail hour and their meals. We've had so many people tell us it was the best wedding, best food, and most beautiful venue they've been to. A special shoutout to the chef for the incredible menu and the bartenders for the delicious cocktails (our guests especially loved the espresso martinis!). I'm crossing my fingers we get the opportunity to attend a wedding at ITC as guests one day!

The Indian Trail Club is truly a hidden gem. It was our dream venue and our day would not have been as perfect if we had gotten married somewhere else. Everything went better than we could have even imagined, especially with the restrictions being lifted and the beautiful weather. I could go on and on about how perfect our day was because of Dana, Debbie, and the Indian Trail Club.

Debbie and Dana were AMAZING! We had a micro wedding ceremony here outside by the lake in November of this year. We got extremely lucky with the weather but additionally they put me at ease on wedding day. We used the bridal suite and cocktail area to get ready and have breakfast and mimosas! It was nice and relaxed which was just what I needed. They helped me plan seating and the flow of the ceremony prior to the event. They gave many suggestions regarding music and decor. The grounds were beautiful and well taken care of. Our pictures came out great!

How do you describe a dream come true?! Before my husband and I started wedding planning, we made a “Wedding Vision List.” We might as well have been crafting the description of Indian Trail Club! We wanted a “Scandinavian-rustic-chic wedding that made you feel like you were getting a hug that made you want to party.” A bit unique, sure, but Indian Trail Club delivered on ALL of this! During our initial visit, we were greeted by Dana who would quickly become our coordinator/guide/confidant/friend. Dana is a true angel woman deserving of her own review page filled with millions of 5+ star reviews! She is knowledgeable, honest, kind, empathetic, creative, bubbly, warm, responsive, and endlessly patient; Dana is the person you want to accompany you on your wedding journey. Every subsequent visit to ITC - visiting the venue, signing, food tasting, etc - made us more and more excited and grateful that we were getting married there. The wait staff at the food tasting were the cheerleaders of the food - they got us jazzed to eat and jazzed to have them onboard for our wedding. And the food….THE FOOD! My husband and I committed to eating on our wedding day - there would be no stopping us, and let me tell you, there wasn’t and with very good reason. The food is plentiful and PHENOMENAL. Every. Single. Bite. Our wedding attendant, Beth - another bubbly and positive angel woman goddess! - and Dana made sure that we took time alone with each other, drinks, and food. Furthermore, if people are judgy and sassy about one thing at a wedding it is the food. This is not the case at all with Indian Trail Club. The night of our wedding, the day after our wedding, months after our wedding: we are still hearing about the food! I DREAM about the grilled cheese sandwiches with tomato soups. Working with Dana, Debbie, and the entire Indian Trail family was easy, flexible, and fun. Wedding planning is stressful, but calm exists with Indian Trail Club. I could truly go on forever, but the major takeaway: Indian Trail Club is pure magic. I want to do it all over, again, exactly the same :)

Debbie and Dana are life savers! They patiently work with you every step of the way leading up to the big day. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and their team handles the entire setup and also provides a night-of attendant. The food is also phenomenal - our guests are still raving!

I love our venue so much. It is such a beautiful place and the wedding coordinators, Dana and Debbie, are great to work with! They were super responsive to all of my questions and so nice. They really know what they are doing and the day ran smoothly without any hiccups. The venue and grounds are so gorgeous, we had our ceremony right on the lake there, and the whole ballroom offers beautiful views of it. I did not want the typical wedding venue with carpeting, etc.. and ITC had the perfect rustic yet elegant design. It really did not need many decorations but the pieces I did bring were set up perfectly by Dana and Debbie and they also have so many lanterns and things like that on site that you can use. The food was amazing from cocktail hour to our entrees. Cocktail hour has so many options and they decorate the stations to really take it above and beyond. I am so happy with our venue choice, there’s not a single thing I would change about it, we received sooo many compliments on how pretty it was and how great the food was.

I literally just had my wedding 2 days ago but had to write a review because I had the most amazing day of my life. from jump street Dana & Debbie were super flexible & open to all my ideas & concerns. They were both very responsive and helpful throughout the 1yr and 1/2 of planning I did. During the day of I felt so great from the moment I arrived at 9am for bridal breakfast/ hair & make-up till I left for church across the street & then back again for the reception. I cant even begin to tell you how amazing the chef is either! The food was absolutely incredible! We ate so much during our cocktail hour & we did a duet for dinner of filet mingion & lobster tail which everyone loved! I have gotten a ridiculous amount of texts & phone calls about how great the wedding was & that they hope someone else gets married here because they had a blast!. Thank you to the entire team at ITC, your all amazing people. Keep up the great work & I hope to be invited to a wedding there one day so I can enjoy it from a guests perspective. All my best!

There isn't enough space on Wedding Wire for me to articulate how wonderful our experience was with Indian Trail Club. I was lucky enough to stumble upon this location after a long and exhausting searching for a venue, and the minute my fiance and I walked in for our first meeting, we knew it was the place for us. The decor and style is light, airy and modern, the staff is kind, attentive and eager to please, the food is beyond delicious and the management team cannot be matched! Dana and Debbie answered all of our questions and met all of our asks with ease and ran the show for the day-of so seamlessly. They helped arrange all of our special details exactly to our specifications. Every guest who came up to us made a point to tell us that it was among the best weddings they'd ever attended and could not stop raving about the service and experience. We hope that we could one day attend a wedding at Indian Trail as guests so that we could have the full experience there. Thank you Dana and Debbie for everything!

As the Parents of the Bride we would highly recommend The Lake House at Indian Trail. The Bride & Groom live in LA and decided to have their wedding home in New Jersey. We were so excited to suggest and show The Lake House at Indian Trail to our children after looking at about 6 other venues (by FaceTime). They loved it as well! How could you not? The setting is just beautiful on the lake.
We of course intended to have the ceremony outside by the lake, well, even though it was set up, arbor & all, Mother Nature decided to rain last minute. Like magic, the whole staff went into action and within 15 minutes the room was set up (arbor included) and my daughter was walking down the aisle. They told us they could do this at our initial meeting, but we didn't really believe it could happen that quickly. The whole staff is truly amazing!
The reception room is just lovely surrounded by all windows overlooking the lake and fireplaces at each end. Dana and Debbie were so wonderful before & the day of the wedding. They really are Professionals, with a capital P! They could not do enough to help with the planning. Dana was incredible with her quick responses to our call and emails. I cannot say enough about her. By the end of the process she felt like family. The food was unbelievable, all our guests are still raving about it.
But the best compliment we received was when my daughter, the bride, at the end of the night, thanked us for giving her the wedding of her dreams! Book the Lake House you will not be disappointed.

I had never heard of Indian Trail Club prior to planning my wedding, and went on a whim after an online search. Immediately I was BLOWN away. North Jersey is full of typical grand ballroom type places with cold marble statues etc--typical wedding factories. That is NOT the case at Indian Trail Club. It is warm, inviting, and a beautiful lakeside venue. It feels like a hidden gem in our area. The service here is absolutely unmatched. Debbie and Dana answer all phone calls and emails immediately and will work with you no matter what your problem or request is. We were supposed to have tall centerpieces at the wedding and the florist forgot the vases. Debbie immediately began searching their storage and found a full set of tall glass vases to place the centerpieces on. This is just one example of her devotion to her clients. The food was unbelievable. So fresh, so many choices. Valentina, my bridal assistant, was an absolute gem and helped me all night. The outside seating and fire pits were a huge bonus and many guests utilized this seating during cocktail hour. I had so many people come up to me after the wedding and say they couldn't believe how incredible ITC is. I could go on and on about Indian Trail Club, but suffice to say, this place is easily the best of the best. If you want a unique wedding nobody will ever forget, this is the place

Debbie, Dana and the entire Indian Trail Club team are true professionals! From our first visit to ITC and its beautiful backdrop, we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. But little did we know how lucky we were in our 1.5+ years of wedding planning of the quality of service the ITC team would provide. Any couple planning a wedding knows the level of detail involved, but never once did we have to worry about any of the details related to our venue and catering. Debbie and Dana were always on top of everything and SO responsive - they had a answer or solution to anything! We were already blown away by the service and support of ITC even before our wedding day!

When it came to the big day, ITC exceeded all of our expectations. From Kelly helping make sure we kept hydrated and well-fed throughout the day to Debbie / Dana making sure we hit each moment on our timeline, their service was impeccable. And what stood out most to us was the quality of service demonstrated during our ceremony. In the moments leading up to us walking down the aisle, an impending storm was on its way. We decided to move forward with an outdoor ceremony, but as the forecast predicted, rain and then a torrential storm made its way to Franklin Lakes - in the middle of our ceremony. The ITC staff was prepared and set up for both scenarios and quickly rushed our guests inside and reconfigured our ceremony decorations like pros. They didn't miss a beat and literally coordinated a two-in-one ceremony on the spot. We cannot thank the staff enough for making this happen!

Indian Trail Club is a true gem - our guests are still raving about the beautiful venue, AMAZING food (especially at cocktail hour - many of them thought it was the main dinner) and even the staff! We had several guests comment of the professionalism and service delivered by the ITC team!

Our daughter's wedding reception took place at the Indian Trail Club last weekend, and it was a dream come true. The setting is breathtaking, our guests are STILL raving over the food, and the staff there, starting with Deb Pagerie who managed our reception, was so welcoming and kind and took care of every single detail. They gave our daughter and new son-in-law the wedding reception of their dreams - we've had so many people say it was the most beautiful and delicious reception they have ever been to. I can't even say how grateful I am to Deb and her team for making this event one that was perfect in every way, and that we will all remember forever!

Dana is ABSOLUTELY amazing! Their attention to detail, along with the staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Also how can we forget the FOOD. Everyone raved about how amazing the cocktail hour was, along with how amazing their entree was. My husband and I looked at numerous vendors but we are SO happy we decided on Indian Trail. Also can’t forget the amazing backdrop, no matter what season.

My husband and I had our wedding at Indian Trail Club at the end of September 2018. I cannot say enough nice things about the venue and staff. Our guests were floored with the food, ambience and beauty of the venue. The coordinators, Debbie and Dana, were a pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond their job descriptions. I didn’t even need a wedding planner! They ensured the whole night went smoothly and were there every step of the way, start to finish. They really went above and beyond. My wedding attendant, Liz, was also wonderful and made sure all my needs were met. The venue is elegant and modern, and in pristine condition. The food is of the highest restaurant quality, I highly recommend the filet and seabass. We were married down near the lake during sunset, we could not have asked for a more beautiful backdrop. It was a day we will never forget! Insiders tip: the venue is stunning if you prefer a fall wedding. I would recommend Indian Trail Club to anyone for their wedding, you will not be disappointed. It’s easy to see why this venue is booked solid.

The Indian Trail Club is already a special place for me to begin with, having grown up just down the street and worked there in my high school and college days. Having spent several holidays there, I knew how beautiful the newly renovated portion was, but I was completely unprepared by how amazing it looks when set up for a wedding. We got so many compliments on the space – from the bar, to the fireplaces (perfect for a rainy day, which we had!), to the lake, to the bridal suite – we were so thrilled with how everything turned out on our wedding day. More importantly, the staff led by Debbie was amazing! Everyone was so nice, helpful, and positive the entire day. They made our wedding guests feel like royalty and we can’t thank them enough for it. Plus, the food was incredible and we got a ton of compliments from our guests!

My wedding was an absolute dream at the Indian Trail Club and I can't recommend enough. From the moment we saw the place, we knew it was perfect. It is such a beautiful venue and the grounds just make it that much more stunning. It was very important that the ballroom itself be attractive, in case of inclement weather, I was fortunate enough to have a sunny day; however, the room is gorgeous. It is filled with light and designed to perfection. The room itself is so beautiful that any decor would just enhance it. The entire place is very classy and picturesque. If you are fortunate enough to have an outdoor ceremony, the scenery is breathtaking. There are also tons of places to capture photos for variety and all sites are very close to each other. The staff was above and beyond. Debbie was so relaxed and easy to work with through the entire process. I felt completely comfortable and just when I thought it couldn't get any better, her assistant Dana and my bridal attendant really made my day that much more perfect. They eased everyone's minds every step of the way. The whole staff was very prepared prior to and during the wedding. Truly impeccable service. My guests couldn't decide which to rave about more, the beautiful venue or the plentiful and delicious food. Every station was got was incredible for the cocktail hour and my guests wouldn't stop talking about the delicious main courses, especially the steak. They all felt it was better than any steakhouse they would've gone to. The team really just went above and beyond in every way to cover each detail. I could go on forever!

This venue is so beautiful! I knew as soon as I walked in that it was the venue I wanted and every time I visited I still got chills from how pretty it is. The inside is so light and airy and the view of the lake is gorgeous. The staff is excellent! We worked with Debbie and Dana who are always friendly to talk to and handle everything you could think of. From the planning to the day of they were there when I needed them and made the stressful moments of planning a wedding so much easier. The day of we also had Mary by our side helping with whatever we needed help with and she was always on top of getting us champagne, water or food and she was an absolute sweetheart! The food was beyond delicious, we got so many compliments during the wedding and are still getting them about how amazing the food was and how huge the selection was at cocktail hour.

I got married at the ITC on 3/3/18, it was amazing. The food was great, the sea bass was everyones favorite choice! The food was never ending and the bartenders were great! They made the best Moscow mule I have ever tried. Mary was my right hand women, she stood outside in 40 degree weather holding my bouquet and champagne so that I could take pictures with my husband and my maid of honor could enjoy cocktail hour...... it doesn't get more professional then that! Debbie and Dana are unbelievable they are on top of everything! Debbie worked with my husband and I to help stay within budget. She will email you back even while she is on vacation. Dana last minute was helping set up decorations for us. They have the most beautiful lanterns and decor which saved us so much money! Overall I was beyond impressed with them and am so happy we chose them to help make our day perfect!!

Absolutely stunning venue with quality service. I truly don’t know where to begin. Debbie and her staff did an incredible job the months leading up to our wedding to the night of our big day. Debbie was quick to respond to my many frantic emails. She was able to see our vision but also provide guidance and advice that would eventually lead to our night being flawless. Our guests were super impressed with the venue’s cleanliness and aesthetics as well as the serving staffs friendliness and professionalism. The chefs perfected the menu and the food was DELICIOUS! My husband and I decided to greet all of our guests as they arrived for cocktail hour. The waiting staff noticed we weren’t able to grab food from the stations set up, so they were kind enough to bring us over a huge platter of the passed hors d’oeuvres and specialty station food. The bar tenders were impeccable! I don’t have one negative thing to say about ITC. We wish our night didn’t end at ITC! We are desperate for one of our friends to book their wedding there so we can relive it all!

We just had our wedding here on December 9th and couldn't be happier with how everything went. From the first time we viewed the venue through picking everything up after the wedding- everyone we encountered was absolutely accommodating and friendly. Debbie and Phyllis made all of our visions come to life! They made all of the planning so easy and seamless! It snowed on the big day and everything still went off without a hitch! We did a stations dinner and I have a dairy allergy which makes things difficult. The chef went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with what foods I could eat- our attendant that evening even made me my own plate of 'safe' food! All of our guests raved about the food, drinks, atmosphere, and service! You will NOT be disappointed with any event you choose to have here! THANK YOU!

Lake House At The Indian Trail Club, Debbie, Phyllis, Mary, John and staff did above and beyond job for my husbands and I wedding 7/28/17. The site: reception area, cocktail area, bar, patio, and ceremony area is gorgeous, breath taking. The décor is beautiful. You can tell the architects, builders, and designers designed it with thought and care. The view is lakeside. The food, all of it: cocktail, apps, dinner was amazing. The services is impeccable.

Debbie and Phyllis manage the wedding as if it’s your own, taking care to every detail, thought of and not. Mary is your best friend the day of making sure you are well taking care of, making sure you get to eat and drink, or at least get a taste of ;), the menu you so carefully planned. I met John once at the food tasting, but his cooking does the talking, which means he pretty much doesn’t have to say a word, because it is simply delicious. One of our guests even asked the waiter if the mini burger apps had cheese, which they did, and he couldn’t eat because of dietary issues. The waiter went and got him three plain ones!

The venue, food, and service was definitely the hit of our wedding. We received compliments the day of and they are still rolling in. I visited this venue with only seeing a blue print, (they we’re in the middle of construction), and I fell in love with everything at first sight and am in still in love with it weeks later. It has been such a pleasure to work with Debbie for the past 2 years in planning our wedding day. Leading up to the day, she made me feel so important and always dealt with all of our ridiculous requests!
On the day of the wedding, everything was beautiful and PERFECT! I was definitely a bride that was a perfectionist, and you met every expectation I had! I was amazed when I saw all of the details come together. There was not a single point in the day that I felt something was missing. The Bridal Attendant made sure we always had food and drinks in the Bridal Suite when we needed to take a break in private.

The food was outstanding and over-the-top, the staff was attentive, and the night was beautiful!
ITC is such a special venue, and I could not be happier to have chosen it for our wedding day.

My wedding was 4 days ago. People are still raving to us about how amazing it was. If you are a foodie- book this venue. If you want something that isn't tacky/gaudy - book this venue. If you want someone who will respond to you asap- book this venue. If you want the perfect wedding- book this venue. I can't speak high enough of the entire ITC crew. Seriously made my dreams come true. I had family members say this venue was prettier and better than their own child's wedding. Debbie and Phyllis and Larry and everyone there are wedding gods. Did I mention I had a dream about the bacon wrapped scallops last night? Cause I did.

This venue is a A+! We had out wedding in June and we have received so many compliments! Great food, amazing service and the venue is just gorgeous! We loved every second of it and highly recommend Debbie and this venue!

Indian Trail Club is a must for the bride that wants a simple, modern, and gorgeous lakeside venue. We cannot thank Deb and all of the staff enough for their incredible service. From the decor, to the insanely delicious food, to the service the night of, everything was simply immaculate. My family is very tough to please and my parents were just floored with how amazing the night was. The staff worked so well with all of the vendors to make sure that every detail of my decor was executed perfectly. Deb arranged to make sure my cultural ceremony took place and they even helped my mom decorate the oil lamp that we lit. The food, omgggg the food. My fiance and I are major foodies and so that was the key for us the night of our wedding. We refused to hide in a room or take photos during cocktail hour solely because we did not want to miss a minute of the deliciousness. The cocktail hour, the dinner, and the dessert room were all just absolutely amazing. Every dish is executed perfectly, from the sauces to the seasonings, even the plating was beautiful. We did the stuffed chicken and stuffed fish for our entree choices and people LOVED the fish! The bartenders...oh the bartenders.. Man do they know how to pour good drinks!! We LOVED THEM :) Our favorite part of the night was how the staff would meticulously check on us to make sure we did not need anything. They were also very helpful and made sure every event of the night flowed appropriately. They even packed us up all the leftover desserts from our dessert room :) Last but not least, the grounds themselves are just to die for. We had a gorgeous sunny evening, and everyone was outside enjoying the lake views, the fire pits, and the grassy area. Our guests loved that the wall windows slid open so people could flow freely throughout the night. Everything was BEYOND PHENOMENAL. The fact that Deb put up with my detail oriented and OCD-like tendencies deserves a reward in it of itself :) Love ITC!!

My (now) husband and I walked into Indian Trail Club and immediately fell in love. The venue had just gone through a complete renovation and was utterly GORGEOUS! The entire setting, complete with the lake, terrace/patio, and wall-to-wall windows was simply breathtaking. I also loved how charming and home-y the space felt. Even though you can fit upwards of 200 people, it doesn't feel like an overwhelming space. It is still intimate. We were looking for somewhere that felt personal - where there wouldn't be multiple weddings happening at once. This space hit the mark on so many levels. The staff, specifically Debbie and Phyllis, were amazing, and so accommodating to our every need. The food was delicious, and the service was fantastic. We heard from so many people that this was the best wedding they had ever been to - I couldn't recommend it enough!

All I can say is wow. My now husband and I just had our wedding at The Indian Trail Club last night and I couldn't wait to post my review here. Every single element of our wedding was amazing. Debbie, along with Phyllis & Dana, really understood our vision and worked tirelessly to ensure that the day was everything we dreamt of and more. They were extremely meticulous and paid attention to all the little details. Debbie answered all of my emails so promptly (even if I emailed her at 8 o'clock at night, she got back to me within a couple of hours!) and was so patient with me. She thought on her toes and troubleshot during our wedding for the one and only thing that may have been an issue, which was that our musicians (who have no connection whatsoever to the venue) refused to play outdoors under 65 degree weather- and they let us know a half hour before the ceremony began. Debbie quickly thought to have our musicians play right inside the ballroom with the windows open, and none of the guests even realized that things weren't supposed to be that way! In addition, Phyllis stayed at the venue until 5am the night before the wedding setting up everything perfectly (and even adding some of her own amazing elements that went with our fall theme!). Dana saw my sister struggling with bustling my dress and immediately swooped in to save the day! It actually saddens me that the wedding is now over because I really loved Debbie and the whole staff. I cannot say enough amazing things about the Indian Trail Club, the staff, the food (so delicious and abundant!!), and the VIEW (especially with the foliage in the fall!). I would hands down recommend ANYONE to get married at the Indian Trail Club. The quality of service & the absolute uniqueness and beauty of the venue is unmatched. The lakeside view is so incredibly breathtaking. Thank you to all who were involved for making our wedding the best day of our lives!!!

This venue was exactly what my daughter and son-in-law had envisioned for their special day. Of the many places they visited, Indian Trail Club was their first choice. Debbie was extremely accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. The food and presentations were superb. Their day was picture perfect- weather amazing, and evening was topped off with a breathtaking sunset on the lake. Guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they'd been to. Highly recommend this very special place!

Indian Trail Club was exactly what we envisioned when we started to plan our wedding. My must-haves were water, windows, and a relaxed atmosphere. ITC definately delivered! The Lake House is newly remodeled and is stunning! Amazing details and simple decor make this venue perfect. The staff (Debbie and Phyllis) at ITC was amazing from our very first meeting, making sure everything was perfect for our wedding. Phyllis and her staff arranged all the decor and it blew me away- she is very talented! Our guests are still raving about the venue- they loved the food, drinks and view! We had over 200 guests and the staff handled everything with ease. My husband and I are hoping we get invited to a wedding at ITC so we can experience the venue as guests!

A beautiful venue alongside a beautiful lake. The grounds are well kept and it's an absolutely stunning back drop. My fiancé and I were looking for a venue that wasn't stuffy and this is the opposite! It's light, airy, and has many different zones for guests to mingle - the patio, fire pits, by the lake. It's a modern venue with a lot of charm and character.

Debbie & Phyllis did a phenomenal job in arranging my ceremony & wedding reception. They paid attention to all the details that I wanted & ensured that everything I asked for was taken care of. The choices you get for food is wonderful & all of our family & friends raved about the location of ITC, the layout of the tables, the decor, the food, & bar. I've been to weddings where there's a wait to get a drink - this was not a problem at all. The grounds are beautiful & I especially liked that the chef came out to ensure that we were pleased with the food! I definitely recommend ITC - a special place for your special day!

We LOVED our wedding. I wouldn't have changed a thing about it. Every one of my guest complimented us on everything from soup to nuts. Debbie and her staff made me and my kids feel like royalty. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was even better.

I cannot say enough great things about the Indian Trail Club, Debbie and all of the staff! They made my wedding more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! I really can't describe in words how happy I was with the outcome of the wedding reception. When I first went to the Indian Trail Club and met Debbie, I explained to her how upset and frustrated I was in trying to find a venue that suited both my needs and my budget. Debbie assured me that we could make something work and then she proceeded to blow me away! I live out of state and Debbie responded to every e-mail, phone call and request in a timely fashion. She was able to work with my schedule, which I really appreciated. When we had our final meeting, days before my wedding, Phyllis (Debbie's right hand woman) asked me to describe how I saw the wedding in my mind. Really, all I had ever thought was a classy, elegant, black and white wedding. After some further explaining, Phyllis told me "I think I get your vision," and I was glad someone did because I thought my own vision was a little vague. I can't tell you how Phyllis took my "vision" and made it FAR better than I ever thought possible! Everything was perfect from the cocktail hour set up, to the dinner, to the table with the favors! I had about 110 people at my wedding and, honestly, each and every person told me that it was by far the best wedding they had ever attended. Everyone went on and on about how the food was delicious (and it was! I cut my beef with a butter knife!) and how the grounds and the venue were so stunningly beautiful. Debbie and all the staff at the Indian Trail Club really made my wedding day the best day! I can't thank them enough and I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect wedding day.

Debbie and her staff at the Indian Trail Club were so easy to work with and they made our wedding day a dream come true! This was the first venue that I looked at and I fell in love with the outdoor lake setting and beautiful surroundings. We originally wanted to get married down the shore, but realized staying close to home would be easier all around for everyone. Luckily we found the Indian Trail Club. It offered a gorgeous lakeside venue with outdoor cocktail hour and an indoor reception room with a full view of the lake. My guests were blown away at how delicious the food was! Many have told me it was the best wedding food they have had. The cocktail hour was plentiful and delicious and the surf and turf dinner was cooked to perfection! The bartenders were great and kept drinks flowing! My husband and I had our own personal staff member who was sweet as can be and she kept bringing us drinks and food all night, which was a big help since we were so busy! I would definitely recommend ITC to anyone looking for a unique wedding reception in north jersey!

Our wedding at Indian Trail Club exceeded all of our expectations. It was the second venue that we looked at when searching for venues and immediately knew that it was where we wanted to have our wedding reception. It is an extremely unique venue for northern New Jersey and was exactly what we were looking for. It was quiet, private, absolutely beautiful, and down-to-earth but formal at the same time. Debbie and the rest of the staff were amazing. They did a great job the whole night. And the FOOD- Everyone commented how great the food was and my 85 year old grandfather even said that it was the best cocktail hour that he had ever been to (probably thanks to the mini rubens and pulled pork sliders). I could not have imagined a better wedding day thanks to Indian Trail club.... Once we got to the venue, we didn't have to worry about a thing because the staff was on top of everything and made sure the whole night that we had everything that we needed. Great location, great food, great staff, BEST night of our lives.

We were looking for a venue that was not your impressive Jersey banquet hall with a gluttonous amount of food where you would hate yourself the next day and have no want to dance all night because you stuffed your face hardcore. The Indian Trail Club was our private location that I now share with all of you!!! It was lake-side with coverage and open air at your disposal. They food from the tasting was nothing short of amazing- because of course at our wedding we were so busy we didn't eat- But we heard great things about our food, that we hand selected. Debbie the hall manager meshed well with our personalities- friendly, helpful, and responsive. To top it off we have amazing pictures on their man made beach, bridge, and lake at sunset!!!

Fantastic! Amazing! Delicious! Indian Trail was absolutely incredible. Not one person could find anything wrong! The ceremony outside on the water was gorgeous! The patio, which we did the cocktail and dessert on, was great. The food was beyond my expectations! Days and even weeks after people were still talking about how great everything was. Even when within an hour of the reception, I stepped on my own dress and broke the bustle, Debbie, the manager, went upstairs and got pins and did it perfectly to get me through the rest of the night. It was clean, organized, and the staff was friendly and on top of everything. I couldn't have asked for a better day or a more beautiful place to have the wedding!

This is such a special venue and a gem to find in NJ. I was looking for a private, naturally beautiful venue to hold my summer wedding ceremony and reception. I had looked all over the tri-state area and spent hours researching venues for 3 months before stumbling across their website. Their website had been helpful on my initial searches but it was when I googled for more pictures of events that had been held there, that my interest was piqued. I must say, the club is SO much more beautiful than the pictures on their website and it is so worth the trip to see in person.

I was destined to find a place that didn't look and feel like the run-of-the-mill wedding reception halls in NJ that I had been to a million times before and loathed. Also, I wanted to be married by water, but didn't want the hassle of driving down the shore (especially in the summer).
I knew when I walked through the doors there, in the middle of November, not a leaf on the trees and in a terrible storm - THIS was my place.

The clubhouse, the lake, the permanent outdoor awning - amazing. I loved that the permanent awning was so large that even if it rained on our day (which it didn't), we could still get married outside right on the lake, enjoy cocktail hour outside and it would STILL be gorgeous. A good rain/backup plan was so important me since I was adamant on getting married outside and didn't want a tent.

Debbie Pagerie, the clubhouse manager, felt like family within 5 minutes of meeting her. She was warm, funny, on the ball, and accommodating in every way and I actually miss calling/emailing her now that it's all over. I got everything I wanted without restriction or question. She and her assistant, Phyllis, just made it happen and they were nothing short of amazing before, during and after my wedding. Everything was run SO well because of their fantastic staff and my guests couldn't say enough great things about them. Mary, was amazingly attentive to me and my husband the day of, without her, I wouldn't have had time to grab a glass of water or a bite to eat - she was right there offering us our cocktail hour food during pictures and made sure we were happy with such a warm smile on her face. She was an angel.

I read so many articles and heard so many people say that things are bound to go wrong on your wedding day and to prepare for them. I am happy to say that not one thing went wrong on our day and it was as perfect as I had hoped it could be. I do believe that much of that perfection came from choosing the right venue and the right people to help make it happen. Thank you so much Debbie, Phyllis and the rest of the ITC staff - I could only dream of being a member there some day but will cherish how special you made us feel on the most important day of our lives. As soon as we visited Indian Trail we knew that we wanted to have our wedding there. The grounds and facility are stunning and it was exactly what I had envisioned. Debbie was a joy to work with and so accommodating! Our wedding went off without a hitch, and we cannot thank Debbie and her staff enough! Over a month later and we are still getting rave reviews about the place and how amazing the food was! Everyone there goes above and beyond (aside from the grumpy man managing the bar) and are truly professional. We had a blast and so did all our guests; thank you Indian Trail!

We read the reviews for Debbie and still decided to go ahead and have our wedding there. We just could not do without the beautiful lake backdrop for our wedding and the patio for the cocktail hour was perfect and beautiful! WE also loved the size of the reception - everything for our wedding day went just perfectly - it was a beautiful day and Debbie was not overbearing. She is a bit frazzled because she deals with so many events and so as the bride and groom, we stayed on top of her and reminded her via e-mails and just followed up with her on everything - but we also did this with ALL our vendors because we know how crazy wedding season can be and details can get lost or overlooked but I have to say that Mike, Debbie and Phyllis were very nice, flexible and paid attention to all the things we requested. During the wedding, when we had slight changes, they went with it...and worked with us on everything so I would HIGHLY recommend the venue> we must say that we weren't big fans of the food - we decided to bring and outside caterer since we wanted Indian cuisine..but were very happy with the way they worked with our vendors. I would highly recommend having your wedding here, if you're looking for the perfect outdoor ceremony site! Its a hidden gem!

Great food and great service

Fortunately for ITC, they have a beautiful and unique venue. Unfortunately for them, they have a real disaster running their catering department. I nicknamed Debbie "The Ice Queen," and tried to avoid dealing with her during my planning at all costs. Naturally this wasn't easy to do, as she is the catering hall manager. She is cold, calculating, and definitely not the person you would like to work with while planning a wedding. She made everything difficult (and I didn't do anything that special or different), she did not welcome any change, or creativeness for our wedding.

As if planning weren't difficult enough, she nearly ruined our wedding day. We were dealing with a late van arrival from our hotel, and we wanted to wait for those 15 people to arrive before starting the wedding. She did everything but physically force me to walk down the aisle. She kept showing up, looking extremely agitated reminding me of how much time we were losing and how it would cost us extra to have a full length reception.

The long and short of it is, that the waitstaff is amazing, the place is beautiful, and if you can deal with The Ice Queen, then take a chance and have your wedding here.
